This was the worst ever haircut experience for me! Careless at all when cutting. Very bad shampoo experience as well, my neck is still in pain. And at the end, I saw there are a lot to f residues of the black protection or maybe the towel all around my white tshirt! They did not even have any cloth brush to remove them. I had to go back and take out my T-shirt and shake it well. Finally they brought me a brush, I used once abd it almost damaged my tshirt. It was a wire brush! I was keeping visiting here for almost a year but the people are different and I am 100% disappointed

My son has semi tight curly hair. Everywhere we go, his haircut always gets messed up and the stylists get frustrated. The stylist here worked with my son very well, and recut anything he didnt like. In the end he got a great haircut.

Carmit was fabulous. She made me feel super comfortable and welcome. I truly appreciate her awesome skills and the fact that I left feeling more confident and feeling good about my new style. I wish yall had more stylist like Carmit, Thank you. I will definitely return.

When I went, it was short handed. But, the 2 woman there. Did well, made sure the clients were getting taken care of. While I was sitting on the side lines waiting on my precious.

We made an appointment and no one spoke to us for several minutes when we walked in and one person was already there getting a cut and color. Why make The phone rang and the woman working said to a client I dont even bother answering if Im here alone. We were on a 25 minute wait for a childs bang cut, with an appointment so we left. They need to staff this place if they accept appointments.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! We came in to get my husband a haircut. He signed in to get a haircut. Two ladies where working there. Two elderly white males walked came in after we did without appointments, and the two ladies that where there SKIPPED MY HUSBANDS TURN ON PURPOSE. I rarely cry the racial profiling card, but they where truly profiling my husband and I and did not want to cut his hair. I then proceeded to tell them that my husband has been waiting and the two white males they where attending came in after we did. Both ladies started to argue amongst themselves as to who was there first, since we had obviously been sitting there for a while. I would not recommend this place what so ever. We where discriminated because we where hispanic. The customer service at this location is horrible. Beware when you come to this location. I will never return and I will be making a complain to their corporate offices to avoid this from happening to other people of color.

Felicia was the best!!! This is my first time at this location, and I had a great experience every step of the way. Felicia happily greeted me as as I entered and got me signed in. When I got in the chair, she was INCREDIBLY nice and professional. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted every step of the way. And of course, it was a great haircut! Likely the best service Ive ever had.

Great experience in the middle of a Pandemic. I waited in my car and the stylist cleaned the station from the previous customer and waived me in. She was very efficient which I appreciated as I wanted to get in and out. She really knew her stuff. My hair has not locked like this in years. The products she used were great and I bought a couple of them. Kudos to Carmit and the Super Cuts Family. I will definitely go back. Now I know the difference between a haircut and a real styling.

Since the pandemic, I have gone from a haircut every two weeks to every two months!!So when I get a haircut it has to be good...DAVA IS AMAZING!!! Best haircut I have had all year!!On top of being very sweet and kind, an extremely fast haircut. Listened to my instructions perfectly and I couldnt be more pleased.Will be asking for Dava specifically next time I go!!

Came in to ask about a consultation for a specIfic hairstyle and a woman in her early 30s with brown hair had the most rude tone and attitude. I just left. You don’t expect much from a suoercuts but I was in a pinch for time and my usual hair dresser didn’t have any openings for a while. There are SO many amazing mom and pop hair salon, especially off of Bellaire in and around Chinatown. You can get a great haircut/trim for long hair ranging between $20-$40. ALWAYS get a consultation before any cut or color because I want to get their input on whether or not they can achieve a certain look with specific hair texture. Save your money and go elsewhere with most likely better results and most definitely better service.

I went in for a trim. The stylist exceeded my expectations. (Estrella) You made this retiree very happy ! The cut is so versatile. I put a few curls in the top to get a different look.

Did a great job on the haircut the workers werent unfriendly but they werent overly friendly either asked one lady about the website trying to get a coupon she knew nothing about it I would think workers should know about the website that they work for. basically what I heard was I dont know the answer and I cant help you. I will still will go back.

The haircut was pretty good but for $46 I can go into the Galleria to get my hair done. My hair is short and easy to cut. Their reason for the high price is that they are franchise and everything is a la carte. It was just cut and blow dry. Sorry way too high for one of these places.

I have been coming to this location since I was a kid. Very clean, very nice, very polite.

Izza is rude and unprofessional. Do not let her cut your hair. She immediately told me that my hair was greasy, which is not true. I do not have greasy hair. I think that she stereotyped me because of my race. I have been going to this location for over 5 years, and this is the first time that a hairdresser has told me that my hair is greasy. Claudia the manager told Izza that she needed to wet my hair and then cut it. I refused to let Izza help me after her rude comments to me. I waited on Claudia to finish with her customer, and then Claudia cut my hair. Jordan was the best hairdresser when she was at this location. The service has gone down since Jordan left here.

I have posted a picture of the nightmare they did to me on the page. Please don’t go here whatever you do.. The lady with long brown wavy hair butchered my hair. It’s all chopped up uneven in the back. I didn’t really notice it until I got home and my hair was dry. I had really pretty hair until yesterday thanks to this disaster place. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing but I gave her the benefit of the doubt since she’s in a salon, she should know how to cut hair right? Nope. Called and was given the whole you can come in so we can fix it. Yea no thanks.. I just wanted my refund back. I had foolishly even given her a tip since I always make sure to tip workers. Just steer clear of this place because they will leave you in tears with no remorse all while thinking they can “fix” it! Now I have to buy extensions or something until it grows back..

Everyone is nice here, the place is clean and they give a good cut. Its supercuts so your not getting a high end cut, but they do a good job at standard cuts for an affordable price. I only get the wash and cut so cant comment on other services.

By far the worst haircut Ive ever received in my life! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The haircut itself took over an hour during which they managed to somehow disregard everything I said. I asked for a high fade and they have me a low fade as well as the poorest exuse for a line up I have ever seen. I honestly could have given a better hair cut blind folded. Thanks a lot!

This is a franchise location not corporate. High turnover rate amongst stylists and very few familiar faces. They will turn you away if you refuse to share private information like your phone number!

The guy who cut my hair butchered it. The right side of my hair was a full inch shorter than the left, and the layers were shorter in the right side as well. Whats worse is I called the location and asked to talk to the manager, or asked they call me back. Neither happened. After 7 years of growing my hair to my waist, this stylist left me with shoulder length hair. Worst experience of my life. I cried for a week.Go somewhere with a better reputation and REAL stylists. Poor management, and poor staff.

The cuts are what I expect - a haircut. Im not getting a style. People are friendly though faces arent often the same. High turnover. And the music was a bit loud - and I dont mind loud music most of the time. People had to talk loud over it. This is a bit much.

Here you get more than what you payed for! The hairstyles Ive gotten are top-notch, but the prices are low.

Messed up the trim around my ears. Literally shaved around my ear. Left bald patches right above each ear. Go to an actual salon or something. Mens haircuts are usually around $10-15 and the women there usually know what theyre doing.
