First, let me say that Danny was awesome, I will definitely go back because of him and he will be the only one to cut my hair. I would of given five stars, but when I walked in it’s like no one care that I came, and mind you I had an appointment. I want this establishment to know that the reason they are open is because of us, I don’t care about what celebrities have been there, and they should be more professional and acknowledge the customer, I told the young lady that I had an appointment for one o’clock, but unfortunately I didn’t know who was doing it because this was my first time coming to this shop and on the website when you book they don’t have a list of the barbers. The reviews that you read about their customer service is definitely true, but like I said, Danny was very nice and I do appreciate that.

Ronnie does an amazing job! He takes pride in his work, every time I go he always ask “if there is anything I can improve please let know.” He doesn’t rush through your haircut and I’ve never walked out I pleased. I know finding the right barber is tough but I highly recommend him! He does appointments and for me that’s a huge plus and since I have a hectic schedule and I don’t have time to wait for an open slot. Check him out, you won’t be let down!!

Recently visited because I needed an cut for an special day but instead left with the back of my neck all scratched up and my line up pushed back. Repeatedly told the guy the clippers was sharp. I didn’t know what the damage was until he was done and placed alcohol, it was really disappointing.

Was there today for the first time, did not appreciate been a Guinea pig to this new guy who cut my hair, he did not follow my instructions and I ended up with the hair style I dint ask for. I took my son here to this location recently and there was a man by the name of Dayunati P. Davis some address him by the name (King).He was so disrespectful to my twelve year old. He pinched my son and whispered in his ear stay your *** still. You are not my sons farther nor should you assume that his farther is not present. You should never put your hands on another womans child. It was very unprofessional. If you spend more time on perfecting your technique and less time being disrespectful to children maybe the hair cut would have came out better! I was really looking forward to have a different experience.-Behavior Unprofessional-Technique beginner level-His transitions were uneven and very ruff-Style the detailing was not presentableNeedless to say do not waist your money coming here people.

Call the barbershop to ask how much the haircut would be they gave me the answer...they didnt tell me I had to make an appointment over the phone so I drove there ..I drove all the way from Tomball...took me about 30 minutes..when we got there, there were 2 barbers, one person waiting..both barbers finished at the same time and the person that was waiting sat on the chair...no one again said anything about having an appointment ...I asked if they took credit cards and the guy that was free said Im the only that does but I only work with appointments..I asked okay does everyone work with appointments both of the guys said they did, but there were some guys there that did not...but they were not there and they did not know when they would be...it was 930am....first time customer...I understand that they work with appointments but there was no one there....they could of easily cut my sons hair...then they said take our number so you can make an appointment ...ummm no...I will take my money elsewhere...will never go there again.

1st I called to see if the wait was long and I got a smart ass remark saying I cant tell you till you get here and I wasnt even being picky on the barber. 2nd white dude with the nose piercing messed up my sons edge up and didnt give him the low fade I wanted. & 3rd not all barbers accepts debit or credit cards, it depends on the barber if they accept it.
