I had a very inexperienced hair cutter. Not saying the name out of respect. I’ve been to several Supercuts throughout Houston and this is the first one that had trouble making a “part” in my hair. They also said they don’t do edge ups because they are not allowed.???? That’s like the most common cut. No beards either.Paid $20 and was very disappointed with the results. I understand some people are learning to cut but why say you don’t do certain cuts just because you don’t know how to do them.?

Everything was so clean and nice. Mary was extremely sweet and made me feel so comfortable and that I was in great hands! Definitely coming back!

I was in town for the weekend and needed a haircut so I stopped by. The place is located underground and is really nice. I had to wait a while as a walk in and they informed me that most people make reservations. $17.50 for a normal hair with a hot towel at the end. I also took advantage of the $6 beard trim.

Prices keep going up, $17.50 for a basic cut last I checked. The location is also very open to the cafeteria area, so at lunch time people are watching, which feels a bit odd. The price is one of the biggest reason I stopped coming. It goes up every few months. The other reason I stopped is Gloria, their best stylist left after the move to the basement. She didnt like the lack of windows and the open layout. I cant say I blame her.

Downtown - Tunnel location - Poor skill in hair cutting. I get a basic haircut. I have gone to this location 3 times now and I have to go home and fix my hair, if I can fix it. I have asked them twice to fix it and they made it worse. Lessons learned.

Well it says that you are open today (August 9th 2014) from 9am to 7pm online. Just wasted 30 minutes of my life because when you get to 500 dallas st aka (supercuts) it clearly says Saturday and Sunday you all are closed. Conclusion, no hair cut no hot date tonight. Thanks for nothing
