It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, easy to understand. I was shown a unit in order to visualize the space accommodation and that helped a lot in making my choice. It was perfect for the amount of storage I needed and the paperwork was a breeze. He made sure I knew the office hours as well as the gate hours and when the billing cycle ended. Danica Evans was very informative, explained storage policy in detail, answered every question we asked, took her time to adhere we understood everything and most of all, enjoyed her happy go lucky attitude.

Very clean storage center. No vehicle oil as is common in larger spaces at other storage centers. Staff is always courteous and listened well to accommodate our storage needs.

This place is always clean and well lit. Management is wonderful, they immediately address any concerns and always carry themselves in a professional and friendly manner. I had just moved in and about an hour later my storage unit was hit by a tornado and ripped the roof off of my unit and several others. Jared Riley, property manager, called me right away and help me during the process of filing a claim. He is friendly and had some of the best customer service Ive seen. I would recommend this place if you need a storage unit.

I was helped by Jared. He explained all information in an understandable manner. My storage was a good size for my belongings and the price was very reasonable. This location was very clean and neat. If you stop by this location ask for Jared! He will go far and beyond to help you out!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The space was clean and well maintained. The only improvement would be to allow 24-hour access, but that is just my opinion.

The website advertises 50% off but doesnt mention the $12 insurance you have to add on top of that... making it $100+ just to store a small bit of stuff for 3 months. I had to pay $55 the first day including a $24 admin fee as well thats written in super small font everywhere. So many hidden fees; best to just store your stuff in a friends place or throw it out

I had never leased a storage before it was my first time. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite. She explained everything I needed to know and what options I could take in regards to leasing the storage. She walked with me outside and took me to my storage gave me a little tour as we were walking. Very good customer service. I have had my storage here for close to a year now. I had my storage in Macon, Ga broken into. This place has been very safe. The people are great. I am a truck driver who just pops into town on occasion. What I like is the proximity to the airport, the bus line and most of all the decently priced motels. There are very reasonable rates at the motels in this area, and they are generally clean and hospitable, as well.More so, than many other areas of Houston. If you are looking for a decent and safe storage solution, you ought to give them a try.Sincerely, John Colwell

My experience with Texas Self Storage is nothing but great job !!! There is never a problem accessing the locked entry/exit gate. Craig and his staff are always more than friendly and very accommodating any time I call with a question. The entire storage site is always clean ! Made the reservation online, and was called while I was dialing the number to ask questions. Keonna was great. We got there and she let us pull the trailer in so we would not have to maneuver it. I would absolutely recommend this place. I have rented storage from many locations over the years, some good, some bad, but so far this has been one of the best.

I would like to say that Texas Self Storage has been most helpful to my family and myself. We currently live in Tennessee and had to put all of our belongings that we had there in storage verses bringing it back to Tennessee. The Management team has been most helpful to me several months on hand by doing courtesy calls to help me avoid late fees on my payment, because I often forget to make my payment by a specific date, I totally respect and greatly appreciate that to the most!!!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. WOULD GIVE NO STARS. I was an existing customer when this was Texas Self Storage, never had any issues until THEY took over. No correspondence at all, I noticed an increase in my rate so I called NO ANSWER at the actual physical location you get someone off property. I left multiple messages, no return calls BUT they will take your money. The increase was for MANDATORY insurance, remember I never received any info, no call, no email, nothing even after my mom went in for me to update my contact info. BEWARE!!! That insurance DOES NOT COVER FLOOD damage. If youre okay with poor customer service, minimal mandatory insurance, and being left soggy after a flood by all means go with them. BUT as for meVERY VALUABLE LESSON LEARNED.

Great customer service took about 10 minutes to get everything done.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service when you finally do get someone on the phone. Corporate has no clue what local office is doing. Insurance they make you get does not cover flooding and everything else but they still wanted that money when every other compassionate company waived fees. Trying to move my stuff I could salvage to new facility...no help. Go to the door and they dont even want to let you in. Door to my unit was so swollen I couldnt even close it back to look for a dolly or moving services since they claim they would help but they cant be bothered. So now I have to leave my unit with door wide open to get storage at another facility.

First off, Ill like to thank the management for their wonderful help in getting me a great deal on three units. Great customer service!! Thank you.

Im a tenant of two years now and I never had a problem. Recently their were some renovations done to the property and I had to move to another unit. For the inconvenience I was offered a free months rent or a moving service if not able to do it myself. Again I feel am treated fairly and the price is reasonable hence still a customer and not planning to move out anytime soon
