Absolutely my preferred storage. Great experience setting up my unit with the manager at this location, Sharon Hanson. She is very professional and patient, reads you and works well with you whether you’re an experienced storage customer or a first-timer. Beyond that, the facility itself has all the needs you count on, especially easy access to a wide array of units. Last but not least, their front office is spacious, inviting and resourceful. Everything is clean, it is climate controlled, and the staff have always been great. I kept my things there for 3 1/2 years, and there was NO pest problem ever. I always felt my things were safe and only went to just check on them one time! Perfect!

Very hard to get in and out of very narrow... terrible design..

First I went to public storage and it was a complete nightmare the man was so rude I was literally in shock. So when I went to CubeSmart and was met by I believe his name was Charles on Katy freeway in Houston it was more than refreshing. A kind helpful professional person that was more than willing to not only do his job but make sure my experience was pleasant. When it comes to customer service it’s important to me, And the manager at CubeSmart definitely get my five stars thumbs up you guys got to check it out. Not only that, but it’s a smaller facility that gets shaded by trees for my outdoor unit which is also great!!

One of the best storage facilities in Houston. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The prices for the units are very good and the upkeep of the facility is impeccable. I encourage anyone to store here, you will not be disappointed!

If you’re working for Cubesmart take my advice and find a job as a collections agent because you’ll be doing a lot of collection calls. The average hourly rate for a collections agent is around 15 per hour, or more depending on your overall skill set. Most janitorial workers make in the 12 per hour range. Are you working on and fixing things on property? A person with that skill can make 12 to 15 an hour. If the bonus structure is the same as it was 4 years ago it requires considerable effort for a very small reward. Maybe, if you work really hard at Cubesmart for many years, you might make a 1 or 2 dollars more an hour, and if you get really lucky you might become a district manager and make a sub par salary where you get to constantly micro manage site staff and be a cheerleader for Cubesmart propaganda. Just do the bare minimum while you look for something better, or while you’re in school, because Cubesmart is the type of company that will ask more and more of you while not paying a fair rate for the work being done. If you’re looking for a job that requires little ambition and the willingness to work until you drop you’ll be employee of the month because people with no ambition that don’t ask questions or complain are their best asset.

I came to this store looking for a 10x10 I was informed of all amenities. Chares and Christina were very informative. They answered all my questions, and they have a clean property and great customer service.

I agree with the other comments about both the quality of the people and overwhelming cleanliness of the facility. since I am in the real estate business I know that to consistently provide great service is very difficult. Easy access to ground units, reasonable hours and friendly staff. First time using self storage, and any questions i had, the staff was able to readily answer. :D

Not sure I trust the security there. The exit keypad was broken and missing and they replaced it with a doorbell switch to open the gate. I already saw a person enter and use a long enough stick to reach over the gate and open it by hitting the button. Overall the place looks clean but very narrow driving space, only 1 vehicle wit fit in driveway aisles and if more than 1 person in same row you will probably be stuck for a while.

Chares was a pleasure to rent from. Very professional and knowledgeable! The business was spotless unlike many rentals, very impressed and satisfied! Chares needs a raise!

Came back into town with a moving truck full an entire 2 bedroom apt, and after experiencing horrible service at the U-Haul storage and no availability at the Public Storage, CubeSmart definitely provided me with quality service, even offered me waters for myself and family. They can unit I have is higher than other storages, but its worth it.

Hector made my move in experience a breeze. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable of the facility. The facility its self is kept very clean. Prices are very reasonable compared to other storage facilites. The only down fall is that they didnt have a larger unit available at that particular location. Hector informed me of another store that did but I didnt want to go that far so I ended up with 2 units. All still very reasonable in price!

I recently had the joy of rented a storage unit from CubeSmart. I’ve rented in the past and even have storages right now at other brands. This is by far the neatest and well-kept property I’ve ever seen as a relates to a storage facility. My representative was so informative she left no stone unturned. Her personality was amazing her Presentation left me with no questions. As a consumer the one thing I dislike is to be greeted by someone with no ability to communicate this was not the case. Chares Autry Is truly amazing at what she does very friendly I would definitely give her a 10 out of 10.

We stored antique furniture in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit for more than 1.5 years at this Cubesmart Location. Furniture is covered with mold and mildew. Damage NOT covered by insurance sold by Cubesmart or by Cubesmart. Cubesmart offered to pay $500 with condition that NO public reviews be posted. Estimate for required mildew removal and refinishing totaled at least five thousand dollars. I would highly suggest looking for a different place to store your furniture. Below are the pictures of the furniture after storing at this location.

Dustin was extremely helpful. My only issue -- not his fault -- was the surprise billing add-ons, such as the inflated insurance premium that covers the facility rather than me.
