I needed multiple storage units, Clifford took the time to find me units located close to each other. Cypress Creek Parkway also had available all the supplies I needed to pack and move my items as well as the moving truck. The prices are remarkably inexpensive and the staff was so friendly and helpful.Thank you so much again!

The Tuckers really helped me when I came to rent my unit. They showed me several options and explained the benefits of all the different types of units they offer. Their customer service was over the top! I love storing with Cypress Creek Parkway Self Storage and plan to stay here a long time!

Shady crew and management. promised 3 months half rent but never kept their promise. Ghetto management and very unethical people to work with. NEVER COME HERE-I rather work with honest people. Please do not come to this storage.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are crooks!! I had the absolute worst experience with them when trying to close my account. I emailed them 60 days in advance requesting to be taken off of auto pay and a notice to vacate. They called me and informed that was not substantial, I would have to come in and give them a written 30 day notice but they would go ahead and take me off of auto pay. That was fine, I went in and filled out all the paperwork, it was signed by Victoria, the manager, and we both received a copy. The next payment was not auto drafted from my account and I made a manual payment.Fast forward a month; I cleaned out my unit 27 days before the move out date, removed my lock, and went on my merry way.You cannot believe my shock when a month later I have a charge on the first of the month for unit rental. I immediately called the storage facility and began the weeks long wild goose chase to get this resolved. Corporate was not helpful, the employees were not helpful, I was never able to get in contact with Victoria, the manager. I left my phone number multiple time and was told the regional manager would call me, which never happened. On one call to the corporate office the receptionist went on a 10 minute long rant about how I should sue because this company were full of thieves. It was absolutely ridiculous!! The worst experience ever.Finally, I gave up on them and contacted my bank. I submitted all of my documents and emails proving they incorrectly charged me and did not have authorization to auto draft from my account. My bank immediately issued me my money back.These people are crooks, they are unprofessional, and incompetent. I will never do business with this particular location or any others owned by its corporate office.

Awesome Awesome place to rent from. The manager is well informed and guides you through every detail of your unit. When i saw this place i immediately cancelled my other storage. Come here and rent the prices are better than PS and competitive with other facilities.

I sent an email as requested by customer care ending my storage needs effective at the end of March. I asked for a response or reply that my email was received by no one has called or emailed back. I called the office multiple times yesterday and today and got a voicemail but no response. I have no negative comments about the storage itself but I am tied up with work and by the time I get off, I cant make it to the location to discuss. You should be aware that you have a 10 day requirement to notify the location of cancellation which I have. Please respond. Thanks

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!Apparently there is new management here and the manager Bobby is SO RUDE!! Hes trying to enforce his rules on existing contracts that were never informed of HIS new rules!! I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a rude manager of a storage unit before! Just pathetic!This is the FIRST storage facility weve used that MAKE YOU PAY A FULL MONTH, JUST TO MOVE OUT!! This is not something that was told to us before moving in! We would have went somewhere else had we been told that from the beginning!! Then to reach someone in the office takes days! They NEVER answer the phone in the office. Always having to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback!So now they get to hold your stuff hostage, because of the ignorance of making people pay a full month, just to move out the first week of the month! Then the attitudes.... The man I spoke with today hung up on me, because I told him how ignorant that is charging someone a full month of a service they wont even be using!ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! They dont care about their customers!!

We love Mr Bobby the new management. Hes trying to run a business and maintain a professional images in a ghetto neighborhood corner property. Mr Bobby is cool and very helpful and straight forward. And that is all one can ask of a property manager. And Hes is not your daddy or your boss.just a professional property mgmt.
