Not sure what was stolen from the bottom of my vehicle but before being towed I had NO SOUND OR SCRAPPING NOISE! Please beware of the company overcharging to get the vehicle out as well ! Had to pay 370 to get my vehicle removed!

It a HPD Storage so I expected respectful Staff and I got it.I receive a Bill for what I do not know, its my Insurance Adjuster and Company who is paying.I requested Don McGill Toyota and the Drive or the Wrecker Service took it to Mid West Auto Storage

Horrible experience they towed a car from my drive way. I went there and the lady refused to listen or see the video. They came the next day and tried same thing luckily there was a cop in the area and turns out the tow trucks Driver didn’t have documents to tow from my complex so the cops told them to leave.

Big Johns and sons was amazing my radiator blew on Sunday before labor day they waited for me to be towed in which was a 2 and half hour wait then they still stayed late to ensure we got back on the road on the same night. Then they even texted to make sure we made it home safely! Amazing crew thank you guys soooo mich

The place is small and there isnt any place to sit. My friends car was stolen and ended up here. Still had to jump threw hoops to get car however the costumer service was fairly good. Parking lot needs to be cleaned. Found screws by my tires along with other sharp looking objects.

My car got towed and it was on the visitors side outside the gate plus they messed up our wheels and we ended up having a flat tire and we also had to pay 241 to take it back. I dont like how this company manages thing, this company needs to be more professional and careful with the cars beacuse they wont pay for the damages they cause. This company needs to be taken out they dont know how to do thier job right.

I had an accident and a tow tree took my car to Midway Auto Storage. When I called to ensure that my car was there no one could find it. Finally, they wee able to find it but the customer service was horrendous. Vanessa was so rude and disrespectful. When I asked for my car to be towed back to my house they returned the car without the key. Midway then refused to have my key returned to me, I had to get out after being injured in the accident to get the key. I will never used this company again. How are the still in business with such horrible reviews.Totally dissatisfied!

Obviously a waste of time and money, there what appeared to be old tickets on my vehicle that I did not see and the police were who had it towed so just out money for no real reason. Aside from the shady reasons given for tow at the lot the guy was actually very nice and helpful. So I wont say its the worst.

Hate that my truck got towed when plenty of parking was available and had to pay $240. If you get towed get it out of there ASAP. Asides all that I was able to show them my ID And got out of there with my truck in less than 20 minutes.

Awful!! Car was in an accident and towed to this location. Vehicle wasnt at facility more than 35 minutes. Had to pay $239.37 and was told to get the car out within two hours. Got AAA to come out but the facility couldnt FIND my vehicle!! Had to wait another 20 minutes to find my vehicle. Called AAA to come back out again to get the vehicle. It was picked up with 7 minutes to spare! All this, and the guy who worked there had major attitude!

They move cars with a Piercing fork lift. BEWARE: The Owner KNOWS the manager is a Scammer. He may try to convince you to take salvage value and have it fixed on the side! He gave me a false quote showing promise of a much cheaper fix then the claims adjuster...Claims adjuster was new and fell for this guys tricks too. ***If your car was towed here Request your insurance Immediately get your car out of there... after successfully settling the owner; I still had to send the police there twice to get my car; took 6 months to get my car back! They never answer the phone, and the manager will hide from you if show in person.

Be careful with this guys because a was traslating my friend to get back a car and by letting the ID forgetten. Next week we get back her ID and this guy tried to scam us with a big charge.

After getting hit by a drunk driver my car was taken to Mid-west auto storage to be stored. When I arrived to see my car all my valuables were stolen from the car and they stated that they couldn’t do anything about it only if it was on the itemized list. I am coming back with the police since a few of my items were on the list of what was in my car. Crooks! This place should be shut down. Reading other reviews I am not the only person that this has happened to. Scum of the earth taking advantage of people that are already in a horrible situation.

Mid West Auto Storage is one of the worst crooked storage companies. I will write and expose more later on tonight along with two CROOKS associated with a tow truck company and insurance company.

They overcharged me. I went at 4am to get my car and they gave me the paperwork for someone elses car. They cheat people out of money bc u have no choice but to pay or lose ur car. Another guy there paid 300 to get his car out and his battery was dead.. They wouldnt allow anyone to come thru the gate 2 give him a boost unless he paid another 40 bucks. Horrible experience.

I dont usually write reviews but this place is garbage, they damaged my vehicle further after my accident (which I dont really care). However, they stole a lot of valuables I had in the car. I came to retrieve my things not even a full day later and important things were stolen. I talked to them and they tried making me feel like a fool. Excuses were made that they arent responsible and I should file with the police for my lost items. End of the day they are just things but after a tragic accident having things stolen out of out your vehicle is very defeating. THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS!

I drive my grandmother to and from the hospital everyday because shes dying from cancer. I keep her vehicle at my apartment complex to make it easier to pick her up. Due to her illness she had not had time to renew her handicap sticker which expired 11/30/16....on 12/1/16 her car was towed. I called this company to retrieve my vehicle and they hung up on me twice and refused to let me come pick up the car 45 min before they closed. Im absolutely appalled at the way they do business! My grandmother now has no ride to the hospital for tomorrow morning. From reading other reviews, it seems this place causes damages and steals from the vehicles they tow so if when I go in the morning to retrieve it and there is a single sign of damage or burglary, I WILL be calling the police. Pray your vehicle never ends up here.

When you wreck, you don’t get a chance to evaluate the tow company that shows up. If Ahmed Abdulsattar shows up, call someone else. They DO move cars around the salvage with Fork lifts. They damage exhaust pipes, pierce oil pans and gas tanks. And none of it is “their fault”.

I was only visiting my sister at her apartments. Keep in mind it was still early. It was still visiting hours, my car was parked in front of the fence. Where visitors are supposed to park. I was even parked between the lines. They towed my car around 8ish. Their excuse was because I didnt have a visitors sticker. Oohh okay, like the office is going to be open just for me to give me a visitors pass. This was the second time they have towed it and for the same stupid reason. And when I called to confront them about. The guys response was oh looks like you didnt learn the first time. Clearly they were being ass holes about it. And knew very well whos car they were towing.

These are a bunch of crooked thieves who go around with the help of PD towing pick up your car in your driveway and say you are parked illegally. Am not suprised because the part of the world they come very rude and silly. Stay away from these bigots.

This company towed my car due to my husband going to jail. We went to get the car and noticed they broke my front bumper and did other damage. When we checked inside of the car my husbands Armani cologne was gone. Brand new bottle. They searched through our glove box and center console and threw all our stuff on the floor board. Then they stole his money in the console. Going to make a complaint against them! Crazy how many complaint this company gets but is still in business.

This place is corrupt they have an alliance with the cops and tow trucks. They pay police officers and tow truckers to take towed vehicles here. My sister has a friend that works there and she has told us about it.
