This Public storage is close to the freeway and has easy access. The gate always works and as far as I know has never flooded. This is a great place to store extra stuff from work or home. There are cameras everywhere so I feel very safe when accessing my unit.

We were looking for a storage facility in Houston and were calling from California to see if any could accommodate us for easy unloading. When we fist spoke to Marquita, we knew we had found a winner. She made sure to give us a unit with easy unloading for the truck and her gracious Southern Hospitality every step of the way took any stress from moving out of the way.The units were very clean and one of the lowest rates per month we called on. Upon moving out one of the caretakers even helped me clean out the unit. I would highly recommended this storage facility.

Though the staff that assisted me were professional and helpful Once I arrive at the actual storage unit which was a 5x7 space the very last one in the section. I had to walk through a sticky substance that was poured all over the concrete it was very upsetting. I mean you have a new customer make sure things are right.

I’ve had a unit here for several years and today I needed help with my door. The manager came out of her office and jiggled he lock, it opened right away. I felt foolish. She was very nice about it. This public storage is always clean and very secure. I’ve never heard of any units being broken into.

Walked in yesterday with my husband to take a look at the storage units. We found the location easily online, reserved a spot and when we walked in Rhonda had us cued up on our website request and was ready to show us the unit immediately. The grounds were clean and quiet and we were happy with the location of our spot. It was a great experience. Easy, simple, fun and great customer service! One way in and out, my unit is all the way in the back of the property.And theres no way to turn around to go out you have to go back the way you came.Would be nice if there was a roadway at the end of the storage units that led back to the gate.

I have a storage unit here and the only complaint I have is it closes at 9 . Theres a man that works there by the name of Jim whos put together. He makes things smooth there. If you have any problems there than the staff will take care of it in a manner that is almost to nice. Sometimes when people are to nice you think somethings up but not in this case its GENUINE. They get my 5 stars.And Jennifer is no slouch either. Great smile

James is such a wonderful member of your team there. He was extremely friendly and helpful to me while I was there. He had a line of people the day I was there and he helped everyone quickly and efficiently with a smile. I love the staff!!!! I do wish there was a separate entrance and exit as it is very difficult to go in and out one when someone else is doing the opposite at the same time and you have to reverse a moving vehicle to allow one to go before the other. I also wish there was a large privacy fence between the apartments that have preview to all that is being unloaded in to your unit as well as being able to watch you!

Yes we have been to tenants for over 10 years that location has had a wonderful experience. We have a wonderful manager on location, Mandy has always been very attentive to our needs and facilitate excellent customer service. I suggest this location to anyone in Houston even if you have to drive to get to it.

I don’t know about the actual renting here but their phone reservations personnel need to take customer service classes. I have an online reservation but trying to find out more information. Called yesterday to the Longpoint Houston, Texas location, no answer. Left a message with no return call. Called again this morning with no answer but left a second message. Called the number listed above and the person got very rude. Because of their attitude, tone of voice and their words, I will probably go somewhere else.

Elizabeth was so helpful and knew what she was talking about. She answered all my questions and didnt mind showing me different sizes to help me make my decision. The storage spaces and area are clean an maintained very well. I had such a good experience im referring her to my dad and family.

I went in to the property to ask questions about renting a space for my brother. First thing I noticed was property and office was very clean. The property manager Mandy was very assertive and knowledgeable about her facility as well as many others in the area. If you have a storage problem she is the one to go to. My brother got the unit and couldnt be more pleased with his decision. Hands down Mandy cares about her tenants and I would refer any one to her!!!!

I had a storage unit here for five full years (Summer 2012-2017) and they raised my rent $15 a month every single year, then they tried to raise it over $20 a month, and I moved to Extra Space Storage. I had no real bad experiences here, I just dont like being raised. Started paying $67/m, and ended up at $141 by the end. My unit was a small, indoor unit.
