The illegally tow vehicles and store them here. They also ignore you on the phone and leave you hanging on the line. Theres nothing you can do other than to go there and pay the $222.51. (Actually you can probably take this to court, but that takes time and money, and towing companies tend to pick on out of state vehicles knowing that itll be too inconvenient for the owners to fight back).On the bright side! The vehicle doesnt look damaged and they didnt steal our personal items.

I will start off by saying I recognize these people arent the ones who towed my car, so I wont dwell on the fact that my car was totally allowed to be parked where it was and the injustice around that. But I will also note that while I usually start at 5 stars and dock points for negatives when reviewing other businesses, for this one, Im starting at 1 star and only giving a bonus for halfway decent service. Perhaps its not fair that I do that, but if I learned anything today, its that life is not fair, and everything is arbitrary.These places are required by law to accept credit, debit, or electronic check (whatever that is?). What Ive found is par for the course in Houston is that credit card machines at these places conveniently never work. Im talking about reading reviews that say cash only, spammed over long periods of time (not even a paper check is accepted) and then going there and having them tell me their machine is broken. I think Ive seen one working machine out of four so far. This place was no exception. The guy at least pushed some buttons and pretended to reset it or something but eventually was like, sorry man it doesnt work. Cash only. $222.51, exact change.Side note, theres a Whataburger nearby and a Chase behind it. I dont know if there was an accessible ATM at Chase, but I do know that an order of medium fries at Whataburger will get you the change you need, as well as a mood lifter for your situation.The only bonus star Im giving this place is that I didnt feel the need to punch the employee in the face. He was professional, courteous, efficient. It probably helped that this was a Monday night and there were no other people there.

The front desk has very rude attitude. He treat you as if he doesnt care. Stole of money. If this place is not for the towing of undesignated places, I bet they would go bankrupt.

I was towed from my friends designated parking spot... He was not parked there so I had total permission to park there.... Yet I was towed??They some dumb dumbs.....they are being reported to BBB as i type this. Guy at the front is a smart ass too thats gonna cross a hot head one day. Very rude wanna be SPM...just a heads up.........also stole.$, cologne, car chargers, and a watch out of my car.

The front desk person is lazy. He took 10 minutes to come to the desk after I kept knocking on the window and has very bad attitude. When I called him back because of the car damage, he talked like he is super annoyed and did not want to help me. Terrible! I will complain about this to higher authority.

When I tell you them mutha Brothas is rude as fudge. It took everything in my mutha brotha power not call the sucide squad to come knock them gardening tools out. They lack a common courtesy. No empathy, that they go and pick up peoples lively hood. Thank God I had the money. Worst experience of my natural life.

Very poor customer service. They also try to get you to sighing an agreement that everything on your car is fine before you thy allow you to retrieve you vehicle.

Very rude lazy guy didnt want to answer questions about why they towed my damn car or about the fees being charged! Instead of telling me they only accept cash he waited to I got there for me to read it in the window, just waiting my damn time

Check your undercarriage before leaving. Tow company broke nearly all the plastic under my car. Worst tow and lot experience yet.
