THEY SAY THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH CAUSE THE CREDIT MACHINE IS DOWN WELL LOOK AT EVERY OTHER REVIEW ON THIS THREAD. THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT FOR YEARS. PLEASE REPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I HAD TO CALL AN OFFICER JUST TO GET ME HELP! Ridiculous ownership. Does not answer or respond, says open 24 hours and available for release within one hour which is not accurate. Also don’t plan on them being on time or polite at all, garbage.

Do not let these people tell you that you must pay cash. By law, vehicle storage facilities are required to accept cash, debit AND credit. Very convenient that they have an ATM onsite for you to a access cash when their credit card machine doesnt have service. He kept telling me that the 5G lines were being worked on, but if I could come back between 12-1 the machine would work because the 5G workers would be on lunch break. Makes zero sense. Not certain, but I think he kept canceling the transaction to make it appear that the machine wouldnt work. I forced him to keep running it, and told him I didnt have a debit card with me. Also told him he was obligated to take a credit card by law and that they are known for trying to force people to pay cash. Eventually, after much attitude, the credit card ran. Seems they are trying to swindle folks for cash to avoid paying taxes. He told the next gentleman that he could only use a debit card.

Very rude staff, also they never opened 24/7. Only cash is accepted for any pay.

Seems like a scam. They say that they accept cash and card, but the card machine is down. They didnt have change even though they are only accepting cash and their ATM only gives out 20s.They were unable to verify car, but said just go look for it.Had to wait for 20 minutes for a receipt because the system was allegedly down, but they knew the car was here without going to look for it.

They towed wrong car with someone with disabilities and medication...didnt paid anything because these guys knew they told wrong car,and when trying to pick it up the dude was in office and told us to wait on him while he was watching “funny” videos on his phone.

The services was bad they tell you the car to get it out its one price but when you get up there tells you something different the girl she wasnt professional she laughing because Im telling her my son and I spoke to one person and she told me the car will be a one price then when I get up there the lady at the window told me something different so yes the services was sorry

I wish I could have posted negative stars!!!!They towed my vehicle because someone called and told them I didnt park right in a private gated apartment complex. They came into a private place to tow it!!!They are a sorry bunch of theives!!! This should be against the law for them to tow a vehicle for mo legal reasonI hate houston!!!

Car was towed by these guys. Show they are a 24 hour establishment but they are not. They just picked up car but not open.

Moved our disabled vehicle to the back of the lot, then refused to help us move it to the front AND said we could not drive our trailer onto their lot. My father and brother in law had to help me push it to the front and off their property. Clearly they just wanted to take advantage of my situation. Their rates are outrageous as well, but they say its controlled by the city. $350 for towing and a night in storage seems unreasonable.

This place is a total joke. They damaged my car I have disabilities I politely ask for a chair to sit down she denied me she didn’t want to help me because I am black I hope more people file complaint against them just as I did I will call the local news channel to put them on tv.

1 star is too good of a review- These racketeering, incompetent thieves just towed my truck for the 2nd time in 2 nights- from my place of residence with a parking permit. Website says open however when I call the little Gollum sounding -out of breath P.O.S. can’t be bothered to check the system if my truck is there right after he says “yeah, I think we towed it; call back after 10:30” and hangs up. Tried calling back, he ignores the call. Cost is $239.91 for a tow that is literally 1.8 miles away.

This place went out of its own way to tow mine and my friends vehicle last night. I find it infuriating that they are more readily available to screw you over than to keep their doors open for business. This is the SECOND time this companys gouged over $200 from us.UPDATE: They damaged my friends car.

Ok, no one likes their cars being towed, but hey if you parked illegally you gotta get your car. It cost $230 and .91 cents. Insert incredulous face here. So make sure you take cash. The girl was helpful when my friend left her drivers license there accidentally. Idk, what more can one say about a towing place?

This is an unethical establishment all around. Their credit/debit card machine was again down when I got theres to claim my towed vehicle. They only agreed to accept my credit card after I argued with them for 2 hours (no exaggeration) and called the police (for a non-emegency dispute). Note that all vehicle storage facilities in TX are required by law to accept cash, debit and credit. Dont let this place bully you into paying cash .

The owner is extremely rude. I was told to get the f*** off the lot by him after I paid him over $400 to get a customer’s vehicle back. Then he charged me another $40 cash to tow the vehicle out the storage lot because he would not let me use my jump box to start it. But just moments before he let my locksmith come into the storage lot to make a key to open the door. Shame on you Jordan!!! Business is not just about money. They came into our apartment complex in the middle of the night and towed my car. They stated they had permission from the manager but could tell me who approved the tow. The owner Daniel then told me they have contract with the comp[lex to tow any car over the line. This is BS! This is a big scam!

Worst place, they are scammers and add extra fees

As detailed by others, this places credit card machine was down, and therefore, could only accept cash. Not only was cash required, but exact change, 80 cents and all. Props on making an unfortunate situation that much worse.
