We recently started renting a 10 x 10 storage unit last month. Carlos was very helpful when I first called and gave me several options. He really spent time with me on the phone so we decided to grab a unit here. Great price and located near our home. When i went to go clean the unit, it was already cleaned up. Not sure if that was the previous owner or the property doing that but it was ready to start moving stuff in. 5 stars overall!

They have always been very helpful and attentive to anything we have needed. We have stored with them for many years and have had several different sizes of units. I would recommend them for storing.

Carlos is Fantastic! Funny, Energetic and Helpful! Got me a great price which beat the competition. Offered multiple payment options and walked me through setting up online payments. Even answers the phone and answers questions that I forgot to ask, after hours! This place is newer, cleaner and better priced than the competition, with a great staff.

(Initial review done February 2018) I hesitate to even give them one star. I moved my belongings into a climate controlled 10x15 after Hurricane Harvey - paying $165.00 per month. After flood repairs, I went back to the unit in January 2018 and to my dismay, the unit had been broken into. Not too much stolen that I can tell. I am sure they were looking for things to pawn; all of my jewelry and valuable items were with me - thank goodness! The disheartening thing about this is the mess they made: the upholstery on the couch was completely torn on the back side (they stepped on my things to get to the back of the unit), they ripped open boxes, broke glass vases, left cigarettes on a table, pulled my clothes out of boxes, unwrapped items and threw them across the unit, opened every draw in my dresser, etc. A fire safe with personal documents was stolen along with an older laptop and jackets which belonged to my grandmother from the 1940s. Management was absolutely NO help. I was told the video surveillance cameras were not operating from October through January (strangely enough the cameras became operational the day before I saw my unit), the manager I originally gave my payment to in October was no longer with the company because of shady activity and the current manager told me she knew multiple units had been hit and yet I was never notified. I understand things like this happen, but I feel management should have tried harder to assist during this time.Update April 12, 2018: This business is apparently NOT with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I made a report and they didnt even have the decency to respond. In my report I only asked to be compensated for the rent paid during the 3-1/2 months my belonging were there. Knowing my losses and damages far exceeded the rent paid, I feel it is a small price to pay for customer service. I understand business, but you make an exception for the principle of the matter at hand.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Over the years, it seems the managers they have had in the past just didnt care for there clients. This past week, I have met the new Manager named Krista and will have to say she is the reason I will continue storing for years to come. She listened to my concerns, very kind, and overall makes the environment feel like I am family. I would HIGHLY recommended this company to anyone. I will add, this facility is clean and convenient.

I am pleased with the service offered by Krista. She calls to remind you your rents due. That for meb@ my age is so good. Her assistant Carlos is also @ hand to answer any questions. Krista keeps you informed. As a matter of fact when you come into the office there is this welcoming atmosphere.Store it All is IT

With the new mgmt there, things have been in great working order. Carlos is a great mgr, there. Prices are competitive, storage units are always clean. I recommend. Good spot!

They were incredibly helpful and fast! I was in and out in no time. I appreciated them showing me the different types of units and helping me think through what made the most sense for my needs. I highly recommend. I didnt get the young mans name, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and love the quickness the owner had about matching/BEATING a competitors price and getting me into a nice size unit. I love the individualized coded gates around the storage facility. My unit came with insulation hanging down from the ceiling - thats about the only negative comment I can make so far!

I have never experienced such kindness and understanding with a storage facility before. After my grandmother passed we put all of her belongs into a unit there. My mother was unable to bring herself to go through her mothers belongs and was so thankful. We have had nothing but good experiences with Carlos who has always been there to listen and help in any way possible. I could not think of a better storage facility if I tried. Thanks for everything!!!

After my mother passed last Mqay I was forced to store my mothers belongings as I was not emotionally prepared to go through her things at the time. We chose store it all without putting much thought into it. At the time it was convenient and affordable. During this past year I have struggled to pay for the unit at times. I have had many storage units before but Carlos has not only worked with me financially but has been kind, understanding and has never been threatening or rude when I have been past due. Words are inadequate to explain how much it has meant to our family that although doing his job obviously, he has done so in a professional and empathetic way. I will never go anywhere else if I should ever need another storage facility. On top of that it is a clean well cared for facility. I recommend them highly. Speak to Carlos, he is always pleasant and professional. Thank you Stor it all for everything and thank you Carlos for being awesome.

I want recommend this storage I had been using it for a while the ladies in front are very nice and helpful a couple times I have to call them after office hours and they answer right away, the place is clean and secureI remember once I forgot my keys on Sunday it was closed the manager call me back and She came to open my unit...I was so thankfulIm planning to keep this place for long time....I love it!!!

This storage location is safe, service is great. I just moved in some weeks ago and I have no complain except that there is no restroom for customers unless the office is opened.

Havent had a bad experience. Customer service is great. Had an issue on a Sunday and Brittany fortunately answered me after hours. She helped get me in. Thanks!

Had a break in my unit this morning !!! They said the insurance will not be covered if I don’t have a safe lock. Which I been Paying insurance for it every month and now is useless something I was not told when I got the unit. 😢😢😢 don’t get storage here !!! They were not being honest about the way they do business here
