Had a vehicle towed 6 days ago, they went out of their way to cover it for me! Thank you guys! (It was fully covered before I got there, I started to peel the plastic back then decided to show what they did for me)

This review is solely based on the fact that this website states the business is open 24 hours. I have been trying to reach someone since 12:45 a.m. 8/7/2021 and it is now 2:06 p.m. the same day. I have YET to get a hold of someone. Having a Car towed is already taxing, and to find out the yard plays games just to get more money out of people. THIS alone lets me know that YOU ALL are HORRIBLE!

My son had an accident and his car got towed here. Turns out that the lady who helped us was real nice and we ended up not getting the car out and left it there instead to be worked on in their shop. TWO THUMBS UP 👍👍

Worst place to ever get towed to.They did not let me take my car out it was an excuse after an excuse and for me to leave it longer and they make more money out of me.Also very rude service teach y’all employees some manners.
