Definitely did not go there.

Worst storage place in Houston! Their alarms keep ringing 24 hours a day. They have no security or control over there system. Never use this storage. They probably get robbed every day because all there units keep alarming all day long. Nothing is secure. Stay away.

Good service. A little pricey... If you don’t pay by the first you can’t go in.. so I guess you can say they hold your things hostage lol... but the 2 ladies in the office are very kind.

This place doesnt even deserve 1star! No online payment, staff lies, unit door falling apart and a lot more that they need too work on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Trust me its not worth it!

Good clean units, high ceilings, great management

My experience was wonderful! Property clean every time I come, the office manager Tonya has one of the warmest smile and personality Ive seen. The other ladies in the office are pleasant also. I like that I can enter the building till 10pm everyone in the area wont let you in gate after 6pm and I didnt like that at all. You wont be disappointed at all if you rent here

As a past long term customer, I have seen, in my opinion, many customers disappointed and charged high additional fees. We moved across the street to Public Storage and are very happy. Prime Storage has a local owner who has had many managers and office stall leave. Public Storage is a large publicly company that does not accept this style of business. AVOID PRIME STORAGE.

After Hurricane Harvey, it was hard trying to find a storage facility. However these folks had several available, including climate controlled units. Not totally sure, but their rates are just tad bit on the high side.

Just rented and everything was great! Clean facilities & helpful and friendly staff. Felt safe, good security at facility.

The customer service at Prime Storage is very terrible. I have rented from Prime Storage in the past and received good customer service; however there is a high turnover of staff and the new staff is not knowledgeable of the business or customers. I was informed that new management (district manager Michelle) is never on site and I have to leave a message in the office with my concerns. I think it is sad that if payment is not made by the end of the previous month, you can not access the gate code and your unit is double-locked early on the 1st day of the month. When it is rodeo season, managements primary focus is on the customers paying to park and the regular tenants are treated as second-hand citizens. Although the storage facility is conveniently located, I will not rent from nor make any referrals until changes have been made.

Have had this storage unit for a number of years. My main complaints are:• They have large dumpsters located in several areas of the property and, when I signed my agreement I had chosen an expensive unit near these dumpsters because I was told by the manager they were there for use by us to discard items. There was a list of items that COULD NOT be placed in the dumpsters and I abided by their rules. NOW THE DUMPSTERS ARE PADLOCKED AND I WAS TOLD THEY ARE NO LONGER FOR OUR USE. They are video recorded. When I DO vacate my unit, I do not want to haul off small items I no longer want or need.• The entire property is open to the public as a paid parking lot during events held at NRG Stadium, and the entrance to my Storage unit is blocked, prohibiting my ability to gain access during events such as football games and the Rodeo, which is a daily occurrence for approximately a month.

I like how we asked if we can get our kids coats out of storage amd winter clothes, and you all put money over our kids being warm going to school. We made a payment plan with you all. But we did not plan for this cold to come early. Thanks to you guys my kids are wearing thin hoodies to catch the city bus to school. I hope you feel good nice and warm with such a cold heart.

Funny that Jaymee Armstead blames the facility for being locked out when she (as stated in her review) failed to pay the rent. Perhaps she shouldnt put her childrens coats in storage if she might not be able to maintain consistent payments.I have had no problems in the 10+ years Ive used this storage facility, but then again, I always pay my rent.

NOW TOTALLY MISMANAGED AND A RIP OFF. DO NOT RENT HERE. The old manager was great but died upstairs and the new thug sleazeballs they have there are going to put them out to business... BAD RATES, BAD SERVICE, GETS YOU UNIT BLOCKED BY STADIUM PARKING AND BUSINESS RUN OUT OF THERE (INCLUDING STORING CASKETS....) YOUR BILL CHANGES WHEN EVER THEY WANT WITHOUT NOTICE... likely gonna sue them soon. Go somewhere else.

I drove down to the storage upon last month in May. And put my card on file for them to run it on the 5th and the 20th. I had a balance of 285. I spoke with Tonya and Ingrid Friday, Saturady and Sunday. They confirme they had my card on file and they could run it on the 20th of June for the full amount to clear out my blance to keep from being auctoned. LIes. I spoke to Tanya on 6/19 she said she needed to send me over a doucment authourizing me to give them permission to debit my card same papaer work i fille dout when i came down in person. I faxed twice with the fax reciepts emailed twice as well attmepted to offer to take a picture of my card front and back. Was againts that 9am my stuff was auctioned off. Its one thing to loose tables and dishes. But to loose my dead dad stuff that was ina box given to me by my grandmother is another thing. I will never be able to replace that. People have hard times. I just dont understand how people can be this cold harted and evil spirit. This is negative star not 1 star
