Very dirty the lady is very rude, shes not friendly please dont take people cars to them. She has no respect for order colors

My mom went this morning, and the lady was very nice. She wasnt over charged either. After reading the reviews we were leery, but we had a great experience.

Lie cheat and steal. The girl working there was honest though and gave me a break even though I was still over charged according to the city of Bellaire it should have been $140 and no storage fee or anything else. But I needed my car that was illegally impounded by the City of Bellaire Police department. They said I was driving with a suspended license which I wasnt and the Judge dismissed and threw out of Court 3 days later. She was a great judge in Harris County Court on the 4th Floor of the Family Law Center. I will coming for my money back on this illegal tow.

This place will RIP you off big time. My wifes car was totaled in an accident and the lady said if we signed some paper work they would stop the charges and move the car to their collision center next door. After talking to Allstate Insurance they told me not to make that move because the collision place would charge more money. AROUND ($1,500.00) to look at the damages on a car that was Obviously totalled. This was a scam by the storage compound to make more money that would come out of my settlement with the insurance company. Allstate insurance saved me from being scammed. I was Definitely in good hands with Allstate. I will follow up with a complaint with the city of Houston who regulates this place.

I was towed after an accident. Should have trusted my gut and taken it home but I listened to the driver. He ended up taking my copy of the police report which was weird. I go get the car the next day, pay for the fee, and I am told the key is in the front seat and the door is unlocked. I repeated It is unlocked? Lady says yes. I go walk across the gravel to get my car and lo and behold it is locked. I walk back to tell her it is locked and she tells me it will be $20 dollars to be unlocked. Then she says I have to wait on the outside while they unlock it then I can go get it. I also couldnt take my husband in to help me pop off the front bumper AND I had to take the car off the property to change the very, very flat tire. Avoid this place.

I had no problems with the lady at the desk when I picked up my vehicle. I was nervous about some of the reviews, but the person answering phone( not sure if same lady at window), was very pleasant and helpful. The lady that checked me out was very nice, greeted me, was patient, and no sign of what these bad reviews reflected. I paid my fees, it was my choice to go there, so who can I be mad with? I followed the rules and had a great experience with this company.

Just look at the area and drive carefully. Luckily i got out fast.

My car was towed to this place after a wreck. When getting my car at the shop my charger was stolen. I called to asked and the lady was rude and hang up the phone on me

Its where the car got towed after a wreck. I had no choice where it was towed to. Lady working there hangs the phone up after I was on hold 5 minutes. She has major attitude when I got there to get personal property from car. I have had my truck get towed after an accident a couple of years ago. The other storage place in north katy was much better. Any 5 star reviews of this dump should be highly questionable. Most likely someone that works there or owns the place.

I got stuck in flood so I parked the car (it wasn’t on the middle) but they towed my car I am sure mine wasn’t the only one they doesn’t have even a little empathy for the others. They steal your money, however they are making their big palace in the hell. Consequences will get on your fa.

Horrible experience. My car was towed after an accident. I was trying to pay by my credit card, but she claimed three of my credit cards were declined. So I called the credit card company and the credit card company said they can do a manual transaction over the phone. The lady refused. Then my attorney called them and told them that was wrong doing, she hung up on my attorney. They forced me to pay in cash. The lady was so rude and unpleasant. They charged me notification fee, but according to the state laws, they cant charge me notification fee if they didnt contact me or I reclaim the car within 24 hours. Their service was horrible. I agree with other reviews, they hold your car for ransom.

Two oclock on a Monday, theres no evil lady, theres no terrible staff. Just three dudes with polite attitudes, rules they gotta follow, and a willingness to tell you things you can do and they can do. They listened to my questions, answered them well, and let me get what I needed. They did their job.

No complaints. Called in advance and they answered my questions. Picked up my bike without incidents or surprises.

Service is horrible! They wont let you finish a single sentence! I tried asking questions and the guy kept answering before I could even finish and he had an attitude the whole time. He did the same to my attorney. They were just as rude when my husband showed up to the storage facility! I cant believe these people are in business, considering they dont know how to run it properly!

This is the best experience Ive ever had with a tow lot. My food truck Tastee Buddies was in an accident and it was towed to Minetta auto storage. When I went to get it, the tow truck driver who towed it was able to give me all the details of the accident, and pointed out the vehicle that hit my truck. The owner Tovi then came out and talked to me about what would happen next with the insurance company. He advised me to leave my truck there so that when the adjuster came to see the truck that hit me, they would be able to see the damages to my truck also. He even gave me an estimate of how much to expect from the insurance company if they had to total out my truck. He was very honest in letting me know it was a gamble and I had a 50-50 chance if I left it with him, but he would charge me a lower fee per day to leave it until an adjuster came or until I was ready to come get it. Because they were able to give me information on the accident, I was able to make a claim with the insurance company of the guy who hit me. When the adjuster came out to see my truck, they declared it a total loss. Tavi and his staff saved me a fortune with their advice and all of their information and help. I called Minetta auto storage to find out what would happen next and see if I could take a few things out of my truck. Vicky the secretary there advised that I only take items out of my truck with permission from the insurance company. She was very informative on the details of what I should and should not do and say with the insurance company. It almost seemed like they cared as if they were family. Being in an accident and having your car towed is a bad experience for anyone, but I swear I would not have had as much information and as much help if my car would have gone anywhere else in Houston. I would give this facility 10 Stars if I could. Anyone who is leaving bad reviews for this place need to think about the alternative of being towed anywhere else. What do you expect from a wrecker lot? Milk and cookies, a bubble bath, and a pedicure? They do a great job here and from what Ive seen they work hard to accommodate every customer.

Had a company vehicle towed here. Tried to get out same night and called the number on the door that said they would be there in 1 hour notice. Person on phone said they would not be there until the morning. This was at 9pm. Had to wait until I could get another ride to get my vehicle out. Very frustrating.

If I can get this place no stars I would. Ive been wanting for my car since Sunday. They have a sign on their door saying 24 hours emergency number. I been calling since Sunday. No one do not call back!! This is the worst car storage ever!!

My car was towed to this creepy place where I was highly disrespected by the person in charge on a Saturday afternoon. She was dismissive, yelled at me several times, and was not even able to make herself understandable. I dont know the type of people they deal with, but they are not prepared at all to talk to normal people. Based on the other reports here, this seems a recurrent problem, and nobody is concerned or interested to change that. Even the number available for complaints is not valid anymore. They are probably laughing at us: let continue the bullying.Smart Financial Credit should be much more careful when contracting people for specific jobs.

This business is borderline illegal. They sat on my car for a week before sending out the notification. They charged me $50 for a $3 letter in the mail. Also, their other Fees are almost another $100.White trash at its best. They make every effort to take the car away from you. They charged me $20 to jump my car but they couldnt get it to even start and they kept the $20.Stay away from these losers

Heads up. They will turn your lights on in your car so the battery can die. And when you asked them can they give you a boost its $20. Nobody can give you a boost but them so whats my options NON, this is extortion you forcing me to have to pay. I have no other choice, Really. They didnt rush me, my papers were destroyed so they allowed a digital copy of my insurance card. To cool!

*** FEMALES, WATCH OUT FOR THE SEXUAL HARRASMENT*** Dont let your girlfriend/wife or daughter go by herself. My girlfriend experienced the most humiliating event in so far, the person tgat was on duty at the time of her appearance at this place sexually harnessed her, telling her that he waited a little longer after closing for her to bring back a document she needed to get her car released. When she came back, the worker told her he had waited for her to come back, in return he demanded sexual favors i return of his wait time. Absolutely the worst place ever.

The office employee refused to give me my car for several hours until I called the police. She stated that my title and insurance did not show proof of ownership, which in fact my name is on both. She used profanity with me and closed the window several times in my face. I asked her to be reasonable and cordial because I have a headache from the concussion I have suffered, and she became increasingly hostile. She stated that oh you dont remember what Im telling you but you remember you have a concussion after I stated that I dont remember all of the documents she asked for. I asked her to repeat the documents to me and she refused because I should just Remember what she said. When I went into the lot to check for my insurance card, she locked the gate and refused to let me out, watching from the window in amusement and telling my fiancé all I needed to do was push. She only released the latch once he came from his car to open the door from the other side.

They need to clos down they are rude and make it difficult to get your car which cost the consumer more money. There has to be a law against this. I DID NOT want my car towed here but was told I had to have it towed here now I’m having to go through so much hassle to get it released to the insurance company.

The lady here is very rude with a very nasty attitude. She made the process to get my car very difficult when it didn’t have to be. She should either change her attitude, get a new job, or get fired because she is just making the whole place look bad with her terrible customer service.

After being refused access to my vehicle to retrieve personal belongings, I later found several items stolen. I was told i should have retrieved the items before leaving the car there even though I had just been in an accident and do not live in town. Staff is unprofessional and inept.

Called Minetta 3 times. Each time I was placed on hold and a female would pick up the hold only to state please hold after the 4th time the line was picked up and hung up on both calling transactions. 3rd call the same female voice answered and asked how she could help me, and the placed me on hold. Horrible over the phone customer service!!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible! They literally took a 2 hour break. They had like about 8 people waiting to take out their car and still give you an attitude when you ask them why they took so long for a lunch break! They need to close this place down the lady that works their is rude!
