Everything is very good, clean responsible, a lot of security throughout the establishment, also Miss Melissa Wilson is very friendly, she knows how to treat customers very well, she likes to keep them clean and tidy, I recommend them.

The manager here is professional, courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely use this storage.

What can you say about a storage place? They got all my stuff. Prices are decent, theyre friendly but only accept cash on the first visit when you get your spot. Otherwise its money orders or cards. If you need after hours access you can set it up with them ahead of time. Good spot. Ive paid more for less.

Melissa wont start off self storage on airline drive is a wonderful employee she helped me with everything I needed thank you so much thank you for having her as an employee.

Its a safe and secure environment for you & your belongings. Renewing is a also a breeze.Ive had a lot of storage units over the years in Houston & other states and this is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most secure.I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been at this location for some time now, and I must say, the new management team is by far the best Ive dealt with! Theyre willing to the extra bit to make sure your experience is the best possible. The rates are very reasonable, the units are clean, and while the property could stand some resurfacing, I cant fault the management for this, its been like this for quite some time.Would I refer anyone to them? Without hesitation! See for yourself, you wont be sorry!

Over priced for what they are. Water has ruined many of my belongings. Obvious proof of rodents. Since this current company bought the facility, theres less feeling of a local, neighborhood business. The manager is friendly & courteous, but its a lot different from the previous facility caretaker. The dude was on point. I miss his presence. There are no climate controlled units. In a city like Houston, with this weather, its not a good decision to trust that ones belongings are safe. Its hard to know which facility floods. Live & learn.

They seem to be changing my payment, every month its hard enough with my other bills not to mention, that Im a single mother of 4, its hard Makin my payments on time and Ive made and sent out my comments, to the main office and havent received any feedback. I hope they see this and understand Im not able to continue to pay no 82$ a month. Its not an easy task not to mention roaches and mice still get inside my unit, rain water . So Id appreciate some type of response and a deduct from my payments Im sure there are others as well with some of my issues. Ive been with this storage for some time, and would think Id have some type of discount here and there or my payment, to stop increasing. Thanks

Real good customer service always helpful

Have used this place before so when I needed it, I came back. New company, new management, great updates and upkeep of the property. Personnel was very polite and quick in getting our unit cleaned AND pest control sprayed. I hope to keep doing business for a long time here. Highly recommend it.

Extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service from the so called Manager! I leased here because they offered a special and I even payed ahead of time and since I leased here I have been receiving emails that I am late! They even put a lock on my unit and I payed ahead of time and when I called to speak to the Manager “Melissa” she said I had no special! I payed ahead of time precisely so that I would not have to worry or be bothered. So I had to take time from work to go the office and fix the mixup!!!! Rubi was very helpful and took care of it. Then I receive another email before the end of the month saying I’m late again and they are going to auction my personal belongings in my my unit!!!! So now my husband has to get out of work to see what the problem is now!!! Again, they said another mixup! I call to make my payment over the phone and then they overcharge my debit card! I do not know if they do not know how to run their systems or the person working there does not know what she is doing! I am completely dissatisfied with all the level of service and all the inconveniences I have been put through! I do not recommend this business what so ever!

Its ok now I liked it better when Crystal and her husband were there. Me, my boyfriend and our kids have had some of our belongings there for 2 years. And its about time that we take our belongings out for good. And plus it is a another bill that we can not keep paying for. We are going to go through our small unit and throw most of it away and keep some it like our kids brand new toys and some other things. Crystal and her husband communicated better with us than these other people that work in there.

ALL of my boxes had rodent droppings all over, all of my furniture had mildew, and all my electronics got screwed... I do have to say you definitely get what you pay for, theres no climate control, but they are the cheapest in the area, and its worth mentioning that the staff is nicer now than it was in the beginning

I rented a storage unit at store it all storage on airline drive. Crystal gave me great service. The prices I think were lower than those of the competitors and there were no tricks like teaser rates. The facility is clean the units are all drive up accessible and my experience overall was solid.

They never answer the phone here even after they send out threatening messages about your storage getting locked out even if the payment isn’t due yet. They say they have credit card on file but never run it. Mi marido sacara sus cosas antes ke le atranken de Nuevo . Nunca mas!!! Ke chafa!!

This place is a mess i called several times no one picked up the phone i have several units there i always pay on time and a beautiful lady Cynthia was the Best . very charming person very professional lovely attitude a real people person she would call me and ask if she could take my payment over the phone . im upset she is not there no more the other staff dont care about customer service . i called there kingwood location i called a gentleman picked up the phone and dont seem to care . thats a shame . im moving my things out this month they locked my units out and never called me i always pay themBAD STAFF NOW DONT GO THERE .
