Typical tow yard they go through your car and take things that dont belong to them. Great customer service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The women spoke rudely to us on the phone instead of trying to read the situation. She also purposely dropped the receipt paper on the floor so that we had pick it up. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would.

I was in need of help and the person on the other end of the phone was not helpful. There was no manager and the fees for less than 24 hours was over $ 200 and $60 additional dollars for them to bring to the front. They were not helpful at all. Stay away from Hardy auto storage.

Our stolen but recovered truck was stored there by HPD. The retrieval process was easy and quick - just showed proof of ownership, paid standard fees, and our wrecker driver was in and out. Our minds were put at ease with our experience. Thanks!

The tow truck driver called and confirmed location and arrived in very timely. He was very friendly and informed me of the next steps. Definitely keeping contact information for future services.

They Took Relays Out Of The Car So It Would Not Crank and Tried To Tell Us We Would Have To Pay To Get It Towed Out Of There. They Also Took Relays Out Of Another Guys Truck That Was There Trying To Get His Truck Out.

The management/ employees of this establishment are very shady people, rude and unwilling to be of any real assistance. Not to mention what you bring in will not be what comes out, they will steal and replace parts on your vehicle and play it off like it came in that way or someone stole it when the evidence is blatant. Not quite sure how they can call themselves a legitimate business but if this sounds like your ideal safe spot for towing/storage then this is the place for you.

Unprofessional workers and drivers.My truck with no wheels was dragged multiple feet in their yard.25$ per tire. Basically 100$ to put on 4 tires. Which is crazy.

Make sure you take a battery with you. They always take it from your car to try to make more money by telling you that you need to tow it ASAP

Rude people and they steal your stuff and parts from your cars... my truck got stolen and was there a couple of days I went to take pictures of the truck to show my insurance then I went back to pick it up and it was missing parts of what it had left they are some thiefs be careful with this people

They towed my car cuz it was reversed in and then I told them there wasnt no signs saying I couldnt reverse in and then they changed it to it because it didnt hav a visiter sticker . These guys r snakes

This place is shady AF employees are super rude, not helpful, ignorant, and i could go on I swear people took my truck left it somewhere out there i literally searched for it online until I found it i come and first thing they show me is a bill showing all charges so these people were charging me a notification fee that I didnt even get to top it they jacked the truck from me took it with everything even key and i had to get a new key oh but no one could go in there to work on it so they charged me 100+ dlrs to wreck it out the lot and they just left it outside like nothing going through this makes me so sad cause i wouldnt wish this chaos on anyone, point is they are horrible at service and understanding people worst of worst and i tried calling the company to complain and they never answered too i swear worst unprofessional place could write a book on just this experience !!!

There tow truck driver towed my vehicle off private property while i was hunting ... he said it looked abandon. cost me $247

No one happy to come here

Almost damaged my vehicle trying to make sure I couldnt recover it at the scene. They even took it Christmas day. Told me i needed a copy of my insurance card knowing there was nowhere to get it done on Christmas day. Vultures with no morals. Rude when you go to recover your car.

Price gougers conspire with tow truck drivers who make illegal tows and demand way too many documents while they hold vehicles hostage and try to steal such vehicles!
