Just helping a buddy of mine out. Place is nice. It has decent room for bigger trucks. Its kinda difficult to find tho. Its directly behind the Shell station so you cant really see it from the street(Hwy 6). The entrance is on the street thats just pass the Shell.

Secure, new and clean facility with staff thats both helpful and friendly. Rates are competitive.

I had a really great experience with this business. The place is very clean. Also, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Its ok but most all storage lots start out low prices to get you in, and the before you know it your paying twice what you were when u first signed up pfft.

Very kind staff! I rented a Uhaul truck from them and they went the extra mile to help me, even meeting me while I was hauling a load to help me get a door unlocked that I locked by mistake. Very professional and polite! I will be a repeat customer.

Would give zero stars if could, bunch of storage units got broken into no one was notified came to make the monthly payment wasn’t told anything until I went to put things up I saw how my stuff was gone and other storages were broken into. Was told it happened about a week ago yet they didn’t notify us.

Our experience had nothing to do with storage, but after spending an hour trying to get a U-Haul that we had reserved somewhere else Jeffery the guy who works here was very helpful in assisting us with contacting the U-Haul traffic control and in getting us a discount for our inconvenience of having such a problem in getting our U-Haul. We were even upgraded to a larger truck because the one that we reserved at the other place didnt show up and that was the only one they had. Anyway, Jeffery was really nice to my father and I and very accommodating while we waited. Hes a great example of what good customer service is, and as I promised him on the 21st when this happened, I am letting everyone know with this review.

After searching for a storage unit, they provided me with great customer service and rates. Coming from a military background they found multiple discounts to help my military to civilian transition a lot easier.

Today i call the store and i talk to a young lady name alicia who made my day she a very young intelligent lady.

Karly the property manager was very helpful, knowledgable and proffesional. She explained everything in a very simple way. She got a good rate for a 10×10 storage room. The place was clean, organized and secured properly. Will recvomend this place for anybody that needs a storage.

Avoid at all costs. Posted hours dont matter. Waited 45 minutes on a Friday morning for the one disgruntled employee to come back to the store after she apparently finished her personal shopping at CVS. No sorry, no apology, no excuse. Then, after prior written confirmation and scheduled pick-up for our truck, they didnt have it. The one they did have? No, sorry, thats reserved. Oh - you mean like ours was? When asked what they were going to do this very pleasant employee who clearly loves her job said that it was not her problem, it was U-Hauls. Now heading to another U-Haul location to get a truck. U-Haul corporate: DROP this franchise!!!

This place changes management companies like no other. Everytime the company changes, the fees go up. I have been there 2 years, they have changed management 4 times.... needless to say this is my last month here. Dont take your belongings here for them to jack up the prices twice a year

Good attention, the only thing I do not like is that they force you to change warehouse, raising your rent every 6 months AND they change your insurance according to what you have inside, without your authorization.
