We LOVED our experience at Vantage Point! After tons of research and recommendation from others we decided to give them a try. And we were surely not disappointed. The lovely Yvette, our leasing consultant, helped tremendously and went above and beyond with paperwork and suggestions on what apartment best serves fit for us. She was so friendly and informative regarding any questions we had throughout the entire process. Making the process feel entirely seamless. We are now several months on and EVERYTHING has been amazing as it should. It’s truly a breath of fresh air, especially in comparison to previous apartment complexes we have been to in previous years.I highly recommend Vantage Point to anyone and Yvette who will discuss your best options and be able to get you all set up.

The new management that came in around may is very unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. They haven’t had there website accessible for the first 2 months of them running the complex but now getting close to my lease asking questions ab the end, they tell me I have to turn in a 60 day notice to legally move out but they never emailed us or even gave us a heads up about it, luckily they still accept it but I would’ve been screwed with a broken lease otherwise because they couldn’t communicate. The website has been closed down for the past 2 months up until it’s time to pay rent then they let you log in but any other time to check the information or to simply login to your apartments the website is down and nowhere to be found. So last month rent was posted at 852.45 so I tell my girlfriend to pay 853, payment went through got the receipt and everything, 2 weeks later I have a late fee of $90 and the lady is telling me the balance was 857 but I only paid 853. It wouldn’t make sense to leave only $4 to have to come back and pay $90 more for the late fee. I called them and tried to talk to them and they told me there was no $80 fee, so I go into the office and show them the receipt on the website they finally made accessible, and then she continues to explain how I was $4 short on the rent. The rent was posted as 852 and some change I remember because it was lower than regular by $10, they made a mistake but tried to act like it was me until I showed them proof that they were wrong and the ones making a mistake. Ever since then all I get is attitude on the phone from them, even the manager was rude to me. I pay my rent on time, early almost every month and I felt very disrespected as a resident and not to mention the quality steadily decreases with the new management. This place use to be low key good apartments for the low but not anymore. The second my lease is up I won’t look back here.

This apartment complex keeps changing in terms of management and each time I have walked in for help it’s a completely different group of people who cannot help me.I left this complex back in March and they keep claiming I never turned in a money order that they told me I had to. If I did not have the receipt I probably would be forced to keep paying 300+ dollars because they can’t keep their paperwork together.Along with that I left this apartment complex because of the roach problem that they never really address. Each time they bring someone to treat the apartment they just walk around and lay traps down that I could have bought myself and done. They never really treat it.I should not have to keep showing up to an apartment complex to deal with a problem that is 100% on them.Do not waste your money ……It is not worth the stress of actually living at this place.

I just need to share how amazing the office staff is here. The last apartment I was in was a nightmare dealing with the office staff and maintenance. Vantage Point definitely sets the standard for customer service and professionalism. I truly appreciate them! I worked with Kennedy and Michelle and one other lady whose name I cant remember but all 3 were absolutely wonderful!

I currently still live here, the new management is not the best. I have complained about a leaking ceiling for months. I have submitted work orders online and went in the office. To no avail, the old office staff/ maintenance was much better. I will not be renewing my lease.

Excellent experience while apartment searching. Jamie was such a pleasure to work with!! She was extremely kind, well versed in property management, and had an answer for every question I had!! I felt extremely comfortable as soon as I walked through the office door. Additionally, the apartments were very nice, great upgrades at a reasonable price. My husband and I have been living here for 2 years and if not for him receiving a new job opportunity in a different city we would continue our stay here. Its a quiet and clean community and we have not encountered any problems while living here. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to a variety of restaurants and stores and have not once regretted the decision to move here. We havent had to go to the office often but when we have the staff has been nothing short of friendly and helpful. Maintenance always came within a day of us calling and fixed our problems within a timely manner. We will definitely miss living here.

This apartment complex should be under investigation!!!! Ive had trouble with my apartment for the past three years with roaches and water damage due to old, rusted, patched up water pipes! Management is not honest and they put you into positions where you have to miss work! I cannot get straight honest answers about when and how things will be fixed! They come into my apartment when I am at work and call themselves fixing things. I am tired of the patch-work and inconsideration for tenants! It makes it really bad when I call to speak to the property manager and she wont even speak to you!!! I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I have tons of pictures, videos, written complaints, and emails that I have forwarded. Something should be done about this apartment complex! Ive contacted corporate and havent heard anything back yet. One thing is for sure, I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THINGS ARE FIXED CORRECTLY AND THEY UPHOLD THEIR MISSION STATEMENT THAT IS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!

I have lived in several different states and countries. Dealing with different Property Management teams is always the most challenging part but not true here at Vantage Point. The office staff is exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and very pleasant. My move here was seamless, zero problems. After the first week I noticed a leak from the AC. This was repaired within 8 hours. William was very polite, professional and a pleasure while completing the repair.Vantage Point is an older complex with plenty of upgrades; reasonably priced units and small enough that you dont feel lost in a crowd. The tenants are nice and easy to approach. All in all, I highly recommend living here. Come on down and take a look for yourself.

Run I said run far from here. All they want is money very unprofessional from property management on down. They have every excuse for delay. Things do not get fixed in your apartments. If I could I would give no stars. All the best staff is no longer working in the office. I do not recommend no one to come here!! One more thing dont believe the rating that has 4-5 stars, because at on moment they where giving out gift cards just to put a positive rating.Its way too many apartments thats coming around here, you have a better chance there.

I have been at this apartment complex for about 4 months. It is quiet and management keeps the property clean. Management has always been awesome if i have any concerns. The reason i moved in here was because they had a open parking policy. I could invite people over with no problem. Since mid January they started enforcing a vehicle registration and you are only allowed to register one guest at a time. As well as your only allowed to register one personal vehicle. To me that was a deal breaker, since i do have family and my girlfriend that come visit. I dont want to be worried about their vehicles being towed. Other then that, i would recommend these apartments.I have to make an update 5-29-19. I am happy tenant again, since they have officially removed the stupid parking rule. Like i stated before. I would recommend these apartments.

I really would recommend if you can find somewhere else please try and do so. This is not the best place to live at all. I am constantly having issues with the water not working for several days at a time. Which is so embarrassing, Ive had to skip work because of this issue on several occasions for obvious reasons. My fixtures do not work properly. The people in the office are absolutely rude. Very inconsiderate and have a lack of empathy towards their tenants.. On several occasions my alarm had been alerted that someone had entered my apartment without my consent or knowledge. Ive had friends and family that were interested in relocating this apartment complex and I strongly suggested they do not move here. They charge a list of additional fees to your rent for services that are not being performed as stated. It has NOT been the best experience living here. I urge potential tenants to not be too hasty on moving into this complex. Search for better options.

I’ve been living in these apts for about 7 years never had any issues until new management took over. Parking got restricted, any extra vehicle you have you have to pay extra ( main reason we moved here was because we have many vehicles and parking wasn’t a issue). On top of that they only allow you to have visitors 3 times a week like what is this jail? Even in jail you can have more visitors. On top of that that they want to be strict on parking yet the entrance gate has been broken for over a month but they want to be cheap and not get it fixed and exit gate has been broken for a week as well( they claim they are aware of it) and yet they want to charge extra for parking? How does that make any sense. I would understand if the apartment complex was new and really good looking but not even that. I’m glad our lease is coming to a end soon and I get to move out of these apartments. And I’ve tried talking to leasing office about my concerns but they’re so rude. Also past 3 reviews you can clearly tell those reviews were paid for to get their stars up, and cover what’s really going on. My contract did not say anything about paying extra for parking nor was I informed of it when we did a new contract. They had new management take over few months after and decided to cash out on extra money. If you guys want to do that do it to people with new leases not people with existing leases. Hope this helps people who want to look for a new place.

I’m a current resident and this place is very unsafe. i’ve been here for literally three months and here are the things they have witness. Number one people shaking my door knob to see if my door is locked. Number two a car that’s tires got stolen. Number three somebody running up to my door dash driver trying to steal my food. Number four The smell of marijuana reeks my apartment and I don’t even smoke. The staff is kind of nice but at the end of the day this place is very unsafe.

Yes it is an older complex and there are things that come with an older complex but for the price this apartment complex has been perfect!

Lauren has had to clean up the mess left by the previous management team, yet she is doing a phenomenal job. She is organized, punctual with ALL requests, and understanding. I love my apartment! The staff, office, and management here and nice, and professional. I had a A.C issue when I first moved in. They started fixing it within 24 hours. The maintenance staff was kind, and informed me on everything going on. So far Im loving my new home, and looking forward to enjoying the rest of my time here.

I have tried multiple times to move into these apartments and not only are they falsely adversting pricing. They are extremely rude. I called ask for pricing and if they had any availability. I was told flat out nothing was available. No dates no nothing. I then see advertising on the web and on their website that rooms are available. Horrible.

I am a current resident of this complex and I have lived here for close to 5 months now. When looking at the complex it does not take a rocket scientist to see that this complex is older than others, so yes it will have some problems. I will be honest during my time here I have ran into a couple complications with my unit, but they have always been resolved as quickly as possible! When I first moved in our A/C went out and was not working, we contacted the office and Jose the complexs lead engineer had the repair done within 24-36 hours. He has always gone above and beyond for us. In my opinion the property is very lucky to have him and I greatly appreciate everything he has done for us so far! The office/heart of the complex has some of the best staff members! Lauren, Kazee and Louisa go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are happy, granted they cant make everyone happy but they do try their best. Every time I have brought something to their attention and it does not matter who I speak with in the office they always get it fixed or give me a timeline estimate as to when my problem will be resolved.This property is older as I said before but they are doing their best to make it look good and show the value of the property. Since Lauren the new property manager has taken over there has been a list of changes for the good and I look forward to see more changes through out the property here in the future! The only suggestion I have for the complex is to add a dog run for resident that have dogs. Overall, I am very happy to live in this complex!

I like this apartment building a lot. I moved in here beginning of last year, my apartment is nice and cozy. There is a washer and dryer in my unit, makes life so much easier. The gym at this complex is awesome, I have been obsessive in going to the gym after moving in here. The apartment is good and quiet.

Louisa called me to inform me that I have packages in the front office that need to be picked up. I informed her on the phone that my AC has stopped working! I reminded her that my son has asthma and she says to me that if it is not over 70 degrees outside it not considered an emergency! I told her that my son needs the AC to work. I dont understand why there is no one available in maintenance that can come and look at the AC. I know for a fact that there is maintenance that lives on the property that could come. I reminded her that when my son has an attack they are severe and that if anything happened to him due to this I am holding the complex responsible. I asked her if it were her child that had the issue with the AC she would make SURE that it was fixed. She said to me that we were not talking about her child that we are talking about mine. She also said to me thats you! (No concern whatsoever!) I asked her for a corporate number which I am more than sure that no one will pick up until Monday. This is unacceptable! I recorded the phone call so that I can play it for necessary parties when needed! I really wish I could have attached it here or even knew how. I wish that the owners knew what was really going on behind the scenes with this lady! I dont want an automated response! I want something DONE!

I have lived here for almost a year now in my two bedroom apartment with my wife and daughter. This apartment has been an awesome place for us, the apartment is clean and filled with nice people. I feel safe here, good people around and also there is a patrol around the apartment. The gym here is pretty nice and has decent equipment.

This place is the worst. I have been fighting for this entire renewal year to get things fixed in my unit. The former team that was there was horrible! I lost all grace, cant tell you how many times I have had to leave work and go there.WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! EVER!!!!!!!!!I have been trying to determine when my contract ends for over 2 months now. I havent been able to get a copy of my contract, I cant get a person on the phone, and when I go in they always give me some reason why they cant help me at the moment!!! I cant rightfully turn in my 60 day notice and run from this place fast enough. I miss the amazing team that was there when I moved in. After that team left it has all been hell and I have lived here for 3+ years.

The apartment complex is nice. It is not luxurious by any means but I think that it is much better than average, especially for the price I got my one bedroom for. The interior of the apartment is actually great, I like my setup here, good AC and washer dryer connections so I can do my laundry in the apartment.

I think this apartment has good people running this complex. I spoke to Lily the manager here for a while and she seems like she cares for the tenants and the apartment. You can tell that the management is putting in a decent effort when the walkways and hallways are clean and apartment amenities are always useable. I like that about this place, good hardworking people. My only issue here is the noise levels sometimes are high.

The apartment is in a good location and the management and maintenance people are nice and helpful. The apartment is close to freeways and a pretty easy commute to work. There is no problems parking here or using the facilities like I use the gym after work all the time. I think this apartment is convenient and a decent place to live.

I love this place. Nice and quiet. Reasonable rent and good staff members! Everytime I have had a problem they have been quick to solve it and with a smile on their face. The maintenance guys are Fing awesome. Property is clean and kept that way!Review update: this is in response to the fellow tenant Brie who thinks management is incompetent and this property is roach infested..... not only is Lauren exceptional at what she does she is terrific at defusing bad situations. As far as the roaches go.... we had roaches too... pest control came out 1 time and the problem was gone. Havent had issues since. If you have roaches still then its because you nasty girl. Everyone else I have talked to neighbor wise throughout the complex have almost no issues except the occasional roach.Dont bring down a complex in a review because YOU have issues mentally.

Anna is a Hispanic very rude lady that works in office and stays on property we had GOOD mantinence guys before they moved in and replaced them with more Hispanic old men come to find out they are all related. We are having to pay the price once again on a mistake staff has made on our account. We always pay our dues on time, we have been good to our community while we have lived here and it wasn’t until recently that we have experienced annoyance after annoyance because staff has done their job incorrectly and when confronted they responded although they said one thing to us, the paperwork said another and “technically” we were informed. I find that to be completely unsettling and would steer away from looking at this property to live at. I will live the rest of our lease here uncomfortably and not knowing if they will screw us over like this anytime they make a mistake and don’t find it in themselves to make THEIR mistake right. It’s one thing to have miscommunications and minor kinks here and there but on multiple occasions they have set us up for failure. We recently transferred to a different unit and that experience was completely rough. Prior to them accepting our transfer they wanted to charge an additional deposit. When we told them we would simply look elsewhere because it wasn’t worth it to us since we’d have to do the same at a new complex and we might as well go that route they waived the deposit. We were grateful and decided to stay until the first payment for the new apartment resulted in a miscommunication between employees. We had paid rent and they were charging an additional amount plus fees etc; my husband went in to sort it out and took care of it. They did waive fees since they had make the mistake and we did not mind paying what we had to pay although they had told us a different amount just a couple days before. We just wanted to make it right. Now we are in this situation again. They told my husband one thing, that’s what we paid and now they are saying differently and this time we have to pay for their mistakes. Not until we lived here had we had any notes on our door, we never cause trouble and keep to ourselves. Why this is happening I’m not sure. The only thing we’re guilty of is not seeing the red flags right before the transfer and choosing to stay. I urge you to look elsewhere to live. A key thing as a necessity to live peacefully is knowing you have a team of staff that truly want you to live comfortably, with no hassles and utter negligence towards your living situation to deal with.

Do not live here ever. The management went from great to worse and worse and worse and worse. If anything goes wrong in your unit it WILL TAKE MONTHS AND MONTHS to get fixed if it ever gets fixed at all. The management will yell at you when you get annoyed and raise heck because nothing is getting done. No one answered the phone ever. Ever!!!!!! It didnt matter if I was nice or if I was mean. They will match your level and then disgust you. TAKE YOUR EARNED INCOME ELSEWHERE!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Very bad experience...... I enjoyed living here until they switched managers and the maintenance people. The new people are RUDE, if you notice every review that is truthful says that the people are RUDE, if you ever has a issue they blame you the tenant. The Cooperate office never calls you back, they are inconsiderate of you and your dwelling... They will over charge you once you leave so you are unable to get another apartment.. please DO NOT STAY...DO NOT STAY..roaches ..roaches... a big unwillness to fix issues...MY LOCK IS STILL BROKE

If we could rate this place a zero I would, they dont do their job correctly ESPECIALLY maintenance people too busy worrying and reporting our dogs but cant report things that need to be repaired. Things go missing and they come whenever your not at home, instead of letting us know they are coming, they pretty much are watching our every move to see if were gone so they can come unannounced.

We lived at Vantage Point for one year and overall it was a great experience. Louisa (leasing) was very kind and responsive before and after us moving in. Her, and Kazee (asst manager), were always great at answering any questions we had about rent, charges, whatever.Maintenance was awesome too. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and a dirty air filter the day we moved in and they were there within 30 minutes and fixed in 10. Over the summer our air conditioner went out and it was reaching above 80 degrees in the apartment, I submitted an emergency maintenance request and he was there in less than 20 minutes and had it fixed in 30 minutes and we never had another issue with the air conditioner.The grounds always looked very nice and clean which was pleasant to come home to. During the summer the pool was always kept clean despite having trees constantly dropping leaves over it which was nice to see. Only recommendations I would make is new patio doors as they are warped by moisture and let in cold air during the winter and better-quality work in the bathroom. The sink surfacing was rusting away from the drain, along with the paint and grout in the bathtub chipping away when we tried to clean it. We weren’t even using abrasive cleaners like they recommended in the lease. If they just replaced the sink bowl, bathtub, and tiles it would be perfect, but I think they just keep resurfacing them and it wears away very quickly. Also, they added this new “online parking permit” service because a lot of people were complaining of parking which is fine, it did help with that, but the only issue is that if you had more than one guest over for, let’s say a birthday party, you could only register one guest vehicle and just hope that the others don’t get towed.Overall, a very peaceful little community with great maintenance and management and a lot of bang for your buck.Towards move-out time, my husband and I requested a quote from them if we were to have them repaint the two walls we painted a different color (instead of us having to worry about repainting while already worrying about moving and cleaning), it took a couple weeks but Kazee eventually did give us a very reasonable quote which I got in writing, along with the paint color so that we could get a small can to patch any holes from hanging pictures on the walls. I had also requested her or someone else with the property walk the apartment with us on the day we move out so that if they thought anything looked uncleaned or damaged we could fix it before turning in our keys. I like to request this because I’ve been burned by an apartment before for saying something wasn’t cleaned properly (even though my mom and I spent 3 hours cleaning) but I didn’t have the proof, so I had to pay their ridiculous fee.On the move out day, Kazee happened to be at another property so I called and talked to the manager, Lauren, about having someone else just quickly go through the apartment with me. I don’t know if she didn’t understand my intentions of having them walk the apartment with me like Kazee did, but her attitude was very “inconvenienced”, and she told to “just take really good pictures”. After some insistence on my end, she assured me someone would walk the apartment with me when I got there. I get there, and the maintenance manager walks the apartment with me and I ask him if there is anything that looks uncleaned or damaged and he said it looked great and he wished all tenants left it that clean. Once back in the office to turn in my keys I ask to have it in writing that we do not owe any cleaning or damage fees so that I have the peace of mind of knowing we won’t owe any surprises after the fact (as I explained to Kazee in my email communications with her). Again, Lauren acts very “put-off” by this request and says again she “recommends taking really good pictures” of the apartment in the future, but I did get a written note signed by the maintenance manager stating that all we will owe is the wall painting quote and final utility bills, so I did appreciate that.

Ive been living in this apt more then 3 years and this time ive signed a lease of six month only and after signing a pest control was scheduled i was given a call to sign a paper and i went to sign it and louisia said oh we dnt hv a paper you can just sign a checklist which i did and got a photocopy for my records and after taking out all the stuff from kitchen anc bathrm and waiting hours for pest control i went to mngt off where i was told oh its not today its rescheduled for friday.i said i signed the paper its today check my file but she said i cant find in your file i said ill get the copy for you when i get back to office they had the paper and she again lied oh the manager knows she went with pest control to your apt but we dnt know wat happened then i waited for the manager (loren ) to come back, when she came they took her to corner and then she came and started lying oh you had stuff in your cabinets i said no then she said oh something was on the slab i said no and i asked her did u see it she first said no i didnt check the cabinets then she said oh i was standing outside then she said oh the pest control guy told me i said you are lying all this my son was home no one came. And then she told me sign this new schedule i told her im not doing it all over again. She ordered me to sign it or else ive to move out.i told her im ready to move out then. Wen i left the pest control car was there and they told me they are doing for other apt since my paper was not signed. And then he said if u sign now ill do it for you. And then i signed the paper and that was the paper louisia was suppose to hv me signed but she made me signed s checklist which pest control did not accept.and after that the same day she left a bill of $155 at my door for roach cleaning. The fault is the mngts and on top of that they are lying and sending me these bills?

I had to move in fast since my lease was ending at my old place and just signed here. The apartment looks pretty good, the view of the pool is actually really cool. I like the interior of the apartment, I have a one bedroom with nice AC and fans, good kitchen and the tv is already setup with cable. The amenities are pretty good, I only checked out the gym so far though. I liked the manager alot when I was moving in, she seemed like a nice person.

I think I will start out with the postives. The manager and other office people here are really nice and willing to help. They always put a smile on my face when I pass them and talk to them. The maintenance people here are good, they come around to fix things when we call them to. The apartment is pretty clean and maintained well. My issues are as follows: it is an older apartment so it doesnt have that wow modern sense. The apartment can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, I still really like living here.

I lived here 2017-2018. When I lived here Ms. Gonzales was the manage and lets just say they left me in a load of mess! Things were always changing, and I know some change is good, but better ways in notifying the resident would be nice. My lease was suppose to be up on August 16th, but they sent me a letter asking me to move out early on the 12th. I told them that that was not right because I was under a year contract, but to keep down confusion, I agreed to go ahead and move out because the place I was moving to was ready and they said I could go ahead and move in. They quoted me a prorated amount for the 12th. I paid that with a money order. Usually when you dont pay by the 1st of the month, even though they give you until the third to paid, they will call/text you and let you know that you still need to make a payment. Instead they sent me an email to an old email address and DID NOT call and inform me that I needed to pay the full prorated amount of the year least which was the 16th. This is after they quoted me another price since I moved out early like they asked of me. Im just now finding out, now that ist time for me to move again, they reported this and it was on my credit. They even charged me for no renters insurance and that came out of my account automatically and I was covered until my actually move out date. I called and spoke with the new manage, Lauren. I dont know if she was having a stressful day or what, but every time I opened my mouth to explain to her what happen she cut me off, but she did take the charges away for the renters insurance she said the system automatically did that but she would take if off and did. But the aftermath left me not being able to move in my new place on time and a few days for them to take the mishap off my credit. The only thing I enjoyed here was the ability to park where ever and the 24 hour gym. And now they have assign parking!

I just had the worst experience. This place makes it clear that they practice racial divide. I over heard the lady that was helping me say hes black. Like what does my race have to do with anything; I thought to myself. I had never experienced anything like it a day in my life. I will never advise anyone to apply for housing here.

The *New* virtual parking app is a joke. The residents have to register their guest license plates each time they have a visitor after 9pm If not your car will get towed. The residents is only allowed to register the same guest 3 times per week. Supposedly they can register up to 3 guest per day, however it only allowed 1 guest to be registered and would not allow additional guest. A message popped up stating this car can not be registered at this time and would be towed if parked. They do not provide an after hours number to call in case the app isnt working properly. On top of it all there isnt anywhere to park outside the gate that wouldnt cause you to risk crossing a busy street nor is there any cross walks that give you access to enter the complex if you have to park across the street. This is very dangerous to guest.

I moved from Columbus to Houston. Office management were rude and nasty to me. I was about to sign my lease and a team member in the office got smart and nasty with me. I didnt sign my lease and left. After leaving and doing some research on the internet this place is not for me or anyone. The rudeness has to stop to future tenants and even current tenants. Seeing roaches on the review is plain nasty. I would never in my life live here or let anyone I know live here. Pure nasty ness.

I am getting ready to just leave. My neighbors are constantly yelling and drinking and partying. They sprayed our apartment for roaches but I am constantly seeing them just pour out of the electrical outlets. The hot water gets hot but can not get regulated in the master bedroom. You either scald yourself or freeze to death. Im pretty fed up with everything. Lily with the office is pretty phenomenal and does a great job but nothing can make up for my neighbors.

I hate these apartments. From management to the apartment it self. I havent had hot water and it sucks! I have to call everyday just to receive hot water. I asked why the water isnt right she says a boiler has went out. Well when rent comes around Im going to say the boiler has been out. Ive complained about mildew in my apartment but its not life threatening so no repairs. I havent had power in my kitchen in about a month but like I said they are quick to collect rent and issue out late fees but hesitant on tenant repairs. I wish I could just leave and go somewhere else this ish us rediculous.

The previous management was a little manageable, but the so-called new management is HORRIBLE- JOANNE and her AGENTS are RUDE and AGGRESSIVE to customers. Now, lets look at the problems inside the units: IF YOU IGNORE THIS MESSAGE AND MOVE IN TO THIS APARTMENT THIS IS WHAT YOULL HAVE TO DEAL WITH FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY: COACHES, ANTS, MILLIPEDES, MOTHS AND OLD/FAULTY EQUPMENTS, MAINTENANCE TAKES WEEKS TO SHOW UP. Now lets step outside the units: STRAY CATS EVERYWHERE, FREQUENT BREAK-INS, ROBBERIES AND DRUG BUSTS. Personally, I had my car broken into on July 24 2015 and couple of months later our bicycles were stolen. I witnessed at least 3 drug busts in this place. Im glad to be out!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

THESE APARTMENTS ARE RIDICULOUS every single person that has been in this office since I have moved in a couple months ago is PATHETIC they are never in the office and never answer the phone, dont even mind calling the corporate office because they dont answer the phone either, these woman have a attitude cause they have to work smh !! They got rid of the maintenance men just to get some replacements that do the same thing they fired the last ones for, gates never closed and i paid for a damn gate card upon move in, kids run wild, they dont even keep the pool area clean, i can go on and on, JUST DONT MOVE HERE !

The cockroaches are horrible I mean beyond nasty hundreds of them. We complained the whole year we were there and not tell the last three weeks did they even try to do anything. People that live here and known for steeling your stuff right from your door way. We talked to a cop well living here and even the cop said this complex is known by them because of how bad it is. There were two shootings Im the first hear I was here. I would not move in! Update: we moved out with everything paid on our final month they apparently keep charging utilitys to your name until when ever they feel like saying we owe on utilitys, we have to pay $650 to replace the carpet that was old and gross when we moved in, and we owe all they late fees for.....? The bi doesnt say it just says late, plus their trying to charge for pest control even though from day one we told them there were roaches and they didnt do anything! Coming up to a $2,000 fee!
