I’m moving in soon and I already know I’m going to love living at this property! I actually leased before going on a tour because of their awesome reputation and amazing prices. And after my tour, on a scale of 1-10, I’m satisfied to 20! Brant was absolutely the BEST. He made my experience so positive and refreshing. The valet staff was so nice and welcoming. And the property was very clean. The residents also seem really happy here. I’m looking forward to calling this home! Luxury at its finest!

My partner and I toured the building yesterday and we were truly in awe of the amenities, customer service and the apartment! I was mostly impressed by Brants level of knowledge. He went above and beyond to give us a high-end showing. We will be back when we are ready to make a decision *****

The management and staff here is professional and courteous. Diana is pleasant to work with, she’s helped me through the leasing process twice now and periodically throughout the time Ive lived here. The maintenance team is also incredible, when I moved in the apartment was genuinely spotless and the single maintenance issue I had while here was fixed immediately.Good location nestled in Uptown near the inside loop. Everything is super accessible and the walkability is amazing. Lastly, the community is on the larger side which I was hesitant about, roughly 330 units. There is a mix of professions, age groups and backgrounds so its a bit more of a mature atmosphere and I havent had any issues with parties, noise etc.

Alex is the absolute best. He is incredibly patient and understanding, he will show you exactly what you’re looking for (if available, of course), and explains everything well.

Keith was the best. He understood my needs and was very attentive to my desires coming from NYC. Im definitely living here.

I have lived in many high-rises all over Houstonand I cannot express how happy I am living here since the Fourth of July 2020. For me the most important thing was closet space. Nothing anywhere is compatible for leasing in Houston in my opinion. Not to mention the staff are all incredible from the valet, concierge, business office, cleaning, maintenance staff etc. I Highly recommend anyone to come check out Hanover Blvd. Place!

We came to visit for the holidays and stopped by to see our good friend who recently moved into Hanover Blvd. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the city views are gorgeous! We got turned around when trying to find our friend’s unit. Luckily, the manager Cory was there to guide us in the right direction with a smile and great sense of humor. His professional and friendly demeanor was refreshing, and he informed us about many of the property’s great amenities while escorting us to our destination. Our friend absolutely loves living here, and we promised Cory we would contact him for an extensive tour when we move back to Houston.

Hanover Blvd was such a beautiful building. I went to visit some friends and stayed in their amazing apartment. The views from the rooftop pool are breathtaking. The staff downstairs was so nice and greeted us every time we came in. Cant say enough about Cory he was amazing so nice and was so attentive to my friend and their needs. If I move back to Houston I will definitely be checking out a Hanover building.

Making the move to Hanover has been the one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The location and amenities make this building a living vacation. The aesthetic is as beautiful as the views. The management team at this property are beyond professional. Cory (I believe is the mgr) is always buzzing around the property with a big smile, and I even catch him off guard with maintenance requests sometimes. Im sure he just loves that! But, he is the constant professional and never seems to be rattled. I commend this entire team. I love living here.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Hanover BLVD Place, especially in regards to the Cory. He took his time to go over everything with me and to make sure that we found the right place for me. By him being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I’ve truly had the best experience here. From the first phone call to receiving my keys, the leasing experience was fantastic. Cory Barber is hands down the best manger I’ve ever worked with.They dealt with me coming back multiple times to look at similar units just so I could take measurements. I think I was pretty annoying, but they NEVER made me feel that way. I was never acknowledged with anything but a physical smile or a smiling voice over the phone. Everything went smoothly through the leasing process. There was not one thing that seemed off.I am impressed with their at attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. The office staff, and maintenance staff are all great. My apartment is everything I was looking for. When I did the walkthrough, there was essentially nothing I could find- the place was clean, fresh and in perfect condition.I’m pretty blown away! I did not expect this. It is a great building in a great location and feel very fortunate to call home.

I am moving to Houston next month. I know little about the city, so I wasnt sure where to look. I checked out Hanover Blvd Place because of its location and amazing amenities. I was not disappointed! The building is beautiful and offers all the amenities I need. It is centrally located, which is awesome for someone new to town. I especially enjoyed my tour with the Property Manager, Cory. He was so welcoming, helpful, and professional. He not only helped with the apartment, but gave me info and tips about Houston in general. I feel more comfortable moving to a new city now that I have found the perfect apartment! I hope Cory will continue giving those H-town tips, so I can see all the city has to offer.

I recently toured this property and it is beautiful, functional and the views are spectacular. I can only imagine what the views are like at night. The pool is really nice and the way it is set up is perfect for lounging. It has a great gym, media room and pretty much anything else you need they have it. The one bedroom I saw was also very nice . A good size. I would be working from home so this place has a lot to offer. The location is in a good area with access to all kinds of stores. The staff is really friendly. Corey showed be around and was a lot of help. I recommend you check it out.

I have been looking for a new upscale place to live in the Houston area, and was told by a friend about Hanover BLVD. I decided to go check it out, and I’m so glad I took the time to do so! The amenities were absolutely gorgeous, and the apartments themselves were well thought out, with great attention to detail. All of the staff was courteous and professional, but especially Cory, who helped answer all of my questions. I love this beautiful complex and all it has to offer.

A 5 star rating just doesn’t seem high enough for my experience so far at Hanover Blvd Place. The customer service is second to none. From the welcoming greeting of the valet attendants at the front door, to the warm hellos from the concierge, and the professionalism and helpful attitudes of the entire office staff, I couldn’t appreciate the team here any more.Hanover Blvd Place is a community unlike any other boasting phenomenal amenities such as a roof top pool overlooking the city skyline, a top floor/top of the line fitness center with 180 degree views, theater room, multiple conference areas, dog park, and so much more. The finishes in my apartment are everything you could expect from a luxury high rise and yet still seem to be a step above others I’ve seen with custom soft close cabinetry, a fully customizable closet system (a life saver for an organization nut such as myself), a spa like bathroom, floor to ceiling windows with darkening shades, and a fantastic balcony.I love calling Hanover Blvd Place my home and I would gladly recommend this community to anyone wanting to live the high rise lifestyle in the convenient Uptown/Galleria area.

It is very rare to meet someone who cares and very nice as Diana in this industry.

I came to tour the property last week and wow, what an amazing place with great views. Daphne the concierge immediately got up to see why we were in and gave my boyfriend and myself a bottle of water. The 1 bedroom model we saw had floor to ceiling windows and was decorated so well!

This building offers the most beautiful views in the Galleria area with amenities that make it second to none. Hanover and Cory Barber saved my life! I was dumped by my boyfriend and he locked me out of the house. I had nowhere to go and needed to find housing fast. I walked into this place and Cory welcomed me in and gave me a shoulder to cry on. He was so understanding and kind. He was able to get me signed up and moved in in no time at all. Toured almost a dozen complexes over a short weekend in Houston, this was one of few where the folks we dealt with and the finishes/amenities aligned with what youd expect at this price point. Cory followed up quickly with some specific information related to a corporate relocation- quick, responsive, & thorough. Still looking at cities and options, but this is in the running.

Lived here and was handicapped with arthritis. Very few handicap parking spaces available. When property announced a resident had corona i moved out immediately with 2 months left on my lease. Went to the office multiple times to inform. No call backs. They kept my deposit which is cool but now have filed on my credit 25k which is triple what was owed and so much for understanding. IM at high risk of covid since I take immune suppressant shots monthly. Sad but true unfortunately. Oh well. On another note when we moved in there was a lot of unfinished stuff and the service was mediocre at best. The only reason the ratings are this high is they ask you to leave a positive review when you rent. I wish I could recommend but its a hard pass.

My husband and I moved from Austin to Houston and so happy we decided to move to Hanover Blvd Place! Cory and the team have been amazing from leasing, to moving in, and any request needed. Moving to another City can be stressful and this team helped this transition go smooth! Expectations have been exceeded!!

I moved into an apartment rather than a condo to avoid maintenance hassles. Thanks to the excellent and consistent work of Pablo Cotrina, I can give 5 stars to Hanover Blvd Place for maintenance. He is always prompt, thorough, and effective. He solves my problems with knowledge and diligence. One weekend when my oven would not work, he came in to help me. Pablo sets an example of excellence that is exceptional.

We love living at Hanover Blvd place. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Rarely do we need to call maintenance to repair something, but when we do Pablo Cotrina always gets the job quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate promptness.
