Im back. Idc how many emails I have to make I will update everybody. I have a 4 year old son. Twice I have had no hot water.. both times it was 5 days at a time with no hot water and staff seem to not care. Sounds so uninterested. I cant wait until my lease is up here. Dont recommend

Plz dont move here. Worst place ever. They dont care about their tenants. Been without hot water for two weeks and they dont even care.. rats and roaches and mold. Do not move here. This is a update. My husband and I were in a rush finding a new home for us and we totally came to the right place! Bree our leasing agent was super diligent and made the process quick! We got in within two days! Our apartment is super clean and spacious with a modern feel. So far neighbors are quiet and it’s been a great start to this new chapter of our life. If you’re looking for someone professional and that makes you feel like a friend I’d totally recommend Bree as your leasing agent!

This is a great first apartment. My fiancee and I feel safe and the apartments look absolutely marvelous on the both the inside and out. I sense a very bright spirit in my community. The person who made it such a smooth experience was Bree so ask for her if you plan on moving in. You wont reget it 😁

Rats !!!!! RATTTS !!! On top of that you have to worry about getting your mail stolen from your mailbox !!! And be prepared to pay extra fees for everything !All the bad reviews on here are true at first I thought of maybe they just had a bad experience everything will be okay but no BELIEVE THEM

If you see a lot of comments about mice believe it. I was honestly rushing to move therefore I moved here it’s my very first apartment and I have had the absolute worst experience of my life staying here. When I first moved a man actually walked in my house right behind me luckily my boyfriend was there and scared him off then my car was. I filed a police report and attempted to either get a new apartment or get out my lease they never followed up with me like it didn’t even matter. And they do have roaches which did not bother me because there are easy to get rid of but what did bother me is the fact that I have mice in my apartment I asked the women before me leasing do they have mice she told me no my apartment is renovated so it shouldn’t be none. I am six months pregnant and petrified to go into my own kitchen or stay home by myself. I was not going to right a review but I am just so tired of these apartments to the point I want to break my lease and just move. My apartment always have a Smokey smell there are strays everywhere which doesn’t bother me much it’s the fact that I have mice. Take my experience for and example for anyone who is trying to move here. Luckily I am half way there and I can not wait!!Edit: Although I have had a great deal of complications with these apartments the manager Jessica is actually a great manger if you have any problems talk to her and she will solve them as quickly as possible and she is really helpful. Once I talked to her about my mice problem she got pest control to come the same day and maintenance to come seal up any holes and I haven’t seen a mice since. She has put cameras everywhere in the apartments which is making it a lot safer. Maintenance will come when you request it. The apartment isn’t all bad and the renovated ones are very beautiful on the inside

My experience at Timbe Ridge apts was TERRIBLE!! The Apartments are infested with rats,mice, and roaches! Maintenance came to our apartment 3 times already to cover holes and the rats are still there. As for the office workers, they are very unprofessional, they charge rent more than what we pay for and threaten to change the lock if we dont pay them the extra money! Honestly Im sick of it I cant wait until my lease is up!!! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!

I recently moved in to these apartments just before the corona virus hit, everything was fine up until my hours had to be cut at work, I didn’t know how I was going to pay my rent.. because I spent all my money moving into my new place and I only had a little bit in savings. I was very embarrassed but I had to have this conversation with the manager I’ve never met before. The last thing I wanted was to be quicked out of my apartment. I met with the manger, Jessica, she allowed me to enter in to a payment arrangement which I was very thankful for. She was very understanding and worked with me and allowed me to live in my apartment that I love. I recommend this place to everyone despite the bad reviews. If you want a nice apartment for a good price with understanding management this is the place to go!

The management team they have here are spiteful and vindictive. I had a disagreement with the Assistant Manager Genevand she has been harassing me with outrageous charges that are not even valid. She left a paper on my door saying they were going to take legal action on charges that she keyed into the ledger after our disagreement. SMH... Not very professional!!When you need something fixed, they take forever, you have to keep calling and calling.There are sooooo many pot holes and the speed bumps are like little mountains...They lock the mail room at 8pm and open at 8 am. Some of us work more than that...This has been my worst apartment experience, I do not recommend this place for anyone looking !!

I had a good experience over all. I needed to get in fast and I love my apartment. My leasing agent Ashley was so nice and helpful. The customer service overall was excellent. Iv been here over 2 weeks now, and have not had any issues. Im very happy :)

I haven’t even applied yet in me and my family called 5 times just to see if anyone would tell us didn’t and what happens they did so these are not income based at all don’t let them tell you they are because there not you have to make 3x the rent so if you have a job in loose it they will make you talk to someone in consider making payments on your apartment so again they are NOT income based if you are really looking for income based these are not the ones they communication aren’t even up to part they be sounding so confused over the phone asking each other questions like they don’t know what to say not cool to tell people over the phone they you all are income based when your not

Definitely, not renewing my contract with this property just because they remodeled does not mean your not gonna have roaches the entire complex has a pest problem, heck we even have a lady that harbors runaways here. thank goodness this nightmare is almost done with. I just moved in here 2 months ago and its been a great experience! From the office staff to my nicely remodeled apartment. I had two work orders in and the maintenance staff was on it next day.

The apartments are 4 stars BUT the staff are 5 stars! Especially Nancy, she always goes above and beyond and is ALWAYS smiling! You need to live here! If you’re on the fence don’t be! You will love it!

I lived here my entire childhood, literally from age 0 to 10 lol. these reviews are right, there are a lot of roaches and mice here. when we moved to our new place we literally had to throw out the coffee machine because it was infested with small roaches. my mom kept it super clean and even then there would be the occasional roach. My parents also replaced the carpet with flooring so that helped it keep it clean, but my neighbors apartments were pretty infested. OH I ALMOST FORGOT there was a giant hole in the ceiling above the bathtub that they never fixed for us that was just getting bigger and bigger because of the humidity 0: wilding. Added one star for the childhood nostalgia because of the playground that was in front of the apartment I used to live in :p

Ive been living in these apartments for 6 months now and I love them! I have yet to have any problems, I live right by one of the pools and I never hear any noise. The people who work here are very nice to me, I guess if you dont create problems then there will be no problems. I also feel very safe here that was something that was a huge factor when picking out a place I wanted to feel safe and I without a doubt feel safe here!

Very unprofessional office managers and property manager been going to the office for 6 months bout the rats and mold in my apartment and they did not do nothing about it untill i threaten to call the news then they want to send like 6 ppl to fix the rat problems not even fixed the mold

Everyone who is saying these apartments are good or giving them 5 stars is LYING, probably a fake google account as well. I signed my lease February 15, 2019 and from that same day there have been HUNDREDS OF ROACHES all over my apartment. Management KNOWS and will NOT help. They have blocked my cell phone number because I call everyday just about every hour to speak to the Property Manager MARICELLA who is not doing her job at all. Everyone else seems to act and be oblivious to my situation. But THEY KNOW. I have only been here a little less than a month and I am SICK AND TIRED OF THIS INFESTATION. It is DISGUSTING. I have contacted the City of Houston and filed a complaint, I have contacted all news media, I have marched up there and demanded my refund for all the lies they have told me. I have a son, we cannot live in an infested apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have videos and pictures of all the roaches roaming my apartment day and night, they have gotten in our food WHILE I’m cooking 🤢 truly unacceptable.

These apartments are infested with mice, and roaches it got so bad I had to move out in stay in a hotel till I found another place to live I broke the lease and don’t care these were the worst apartments I’ve ever stay in my ac use to brake repeatedly. And they take days to come fix it. Someone bust out my windows stole my wallet out of my middle console. And the maintenance would come take the rat traps out n just throw em outside the house. I wanted to sue them just didn’t have the time. Rats and roaches ran me out of there I was killing about 25 mice every two-3 days and me and my children stayed sick and I strong Oder was smelled every time I walked in the door. These apartments are horrible.

Ive recently moved in here and its wonderful. The pool is super clean, around the apartments is super clean, the office ladys are very respectful and they quickly act to any problems I feel need to be resolved. Great Job Timber Ridge ! :)

This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The property is pretty well kept, maintenance is always on time, the leasing staff is amazing, friendly, and very attentive. Everytime I walk into the office I feel at home with such a welcoming staff there to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend this place. I wasnt sure at first with all these negative reviews, but its under a new company and trust me its not a bad place to live.

I’ve lived here for 8 months & I would not recommend anyone to move here. So many vacant apartments because of flooding & there’s lot of roaches no matter how much I clean my apartment I can’t keep it roach free. Appliances break easy, they never mow the grass there’s a lot of stray cats everywhere. But the main thing for me is the roaches please move to a nicer, cleaner area.

Two of the office ladies are very kind. I dont have a problem with when I go in to talk to them about an issue. Claudia and Candys is very helpful and willing to help me solve my issue. For that alone I give them 4 stars and a thumbs up.

I lived here for a year already, never had any trouble with any of my neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves, the pools are always clean& the people in the office are very nice. If I ever have an issue with my appliances, light fixtures they immediately send some one to take care of the issue. The only issue these apartments use to have was a group of men drinking heavily in front of the apartments giving the complex a bad vibe. Its a decent place to stay& very convenient cuz the surrounding stores&school.

DONT RENT HERE!! Rat and roach infested! Caught 3 rats this week alone myself. A/C was leaking from the ceiling now we have mold and all they did was come and spray paint over it! Drunks hang out by the front gate all day! Front office never answer the phone and when they do its always a rushed conversation or they have a rude attitude! Appliances dont work, always breaking down. Front office is quick to knock on your door about rent but takes forever to fix things! Parking is horrible, visitors and resident! I would definitely avoid renting here if you want to live comfortably!

I can say i have never had any issues. The staff is courteous from my experience. To top it all off i left my sons iphone in a lyft ride and the driver took it to the office. Fearful it was taken i called the phone and staff informed me the driver brought it to them. I wanna say thanks because everyone is not that honest.👍

I lived here in 2017 ( March - July ) .. If I could give them less than one star I would! My apt had a huge rat infestation along with HUGE tree roaches, I asked for my apartment to be exterminated ALMOST EVERY WEEK & STILL had the same issue . I was pregnant at the time and had a young son . Plus although Harvey hit and flooded the place out they still slapped a balance on my credit . Never again !!!

This place is horrible and workers in the office are also horrible, rude and lazy! They are never in the office and just lie a lot. And there are lots of rats, and nothing ever gets fixed here you have to fight to get your apartment fixed.The good comments you see on here are obviously their so called friends.

Take it from a local guide guys...only move here unless this is your only option guys..and if you can duke it out with rats, roaches and bugs. Look, the apartment was nice at first then everything went downhill...rats moved in unannounced! It was clear that they werent leaving ...all the draws broke in kitchen and bathroom ..the rub in my apartment had been spray painted yall...every bath more and more would peel off...they make it nice just to lock you in..the plug sockets are too big so nothing stays plugged...the vibration from you walking could knock the plug out the wall...I could help Trump build a wall with the amount of rat poop you find when you finally move the bed or couches around..the pee will start to make your carpet and home stink...I watched a man get shot and blood everywhere..Im so happy to have moved to the apartments next door...so nice and spacious with a gate and security.

Im only rating this apartment complex a one because the office staff was very rude when I walked in to view the apartment. Instead of greeting me one of the staff looked at me as if I disgust her. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The next day I went to give them my money order she kept looking at the computer screen as if in wasnt standing in front her. I did get a chance to view the apartment which was nice but all because of the staff I wouldnt spend my hard earn money here.

Ive been here for almost a year. Staff if good. Claudia is awesome since the beginning when I leased out the apt shes great. Ive had no issues living here except just recently Im getting infested with roaches. Im very disappointed. Hope I get this issue resolved soon.

Beyond unprofessional they lie to get you in the apartment and take your money there are mice in all apartments eating through the walls they are never in the office there is a line of people sitting outside to pay there rent because everyone left the office to go give 1 family a tour said they would be fown here and havent came yet the office is about to close and they still have not came if i could give no stars i would DO NOT MOVE HERE

Lets see...trashy grounds, loud parties on the weekends, rude neighbors, mice and cockroach infestation, very loud due to crappy single pane windows. So yeah dont think about renting here. Horrible choice! I cannot wait to leave and find something better for the $700 room Im paying here. Its worth about $300. If you think management is good...think again. They dont do anything about your complaints! Stay away!!!

Do not move here the apt are over priced and not kept up they will come into your apt and take your stuff, they threaten to lock you out or change the locks. They say they understand about your struggles but they really dont!!

Our AC is not blowing cool air. We called it in even though its after hours since the AC is considered an emergency if its not working. Apparently according to the call center the dont do orders after dark. Its hot and we have kids. The tubing connected to the compressor is over over which means it probably just needs coolent. Were tempted to get a hotel but we already pay to live here.

I would recomend this apartment to people, the apartments are nice are spacious and they have a lot of parking space. The reception people are friendly especially Lizzy.

RATS RATS RATS MICE RATS RATS RATS 🐀 RATS RATS RAT RAT RAT RAT RATS RATS RATS, EVERYWHERE ALL DAY LONG FROM DAY 1 till the end of my lease RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS ? I have set traps from the apartment that they give you and killed over 100 RATS IN MY HOME ALONE !!!!! Appliances no longer work (dryer and Tv) Because rats chew through what ever they need to to get inside THE OFFICE IS FULLY AWARE OF THE RATS BUT WILLL DEFINITELY FAIL TO NOTIFY YOU ! Why is the move in process going so quick and smoothly BECAUSE SOMEONE THAT COULDNT BARE THE Rodent issues moved out 1 week ago and they have already painted filled rat holes and made it very appealing for a walk through. RATS RUN ACROSS MY FEET WHEN I STAND IN MY KITCHEN TOO LONG, They are in the oven and the cabinets. AT FIRST THEY WOULD ONLY COME OUT AT NIGHT NOW THIS APARTMENT BELONGS TO THEM. They LITERALLY run around you after a certain point. WHY IS THERE ONE FLAT RATE WATER BILL ? Because they got water NEVER WORKS, sounds cool but wait till u wake up in the morning for work and you have to take a cold shower and go out in 45 degree weather or come home and take a cold shower after a long day of work. WE HAVE LETTERS ABOUT THE RAT PROBLEMS SIGHNED AND DATED BY THE OFFICE WORKERS, THEY HIRING PEOPLE TO BRING IN TOM CATS TO CONTROL THE RAT PROBLEMS THESE ARE FACTS, the apartment is infested with stray cats. Maintenance feed the cats every morning this I’ve seen with my own eyes.

Literally one of the worst places to live in on the east side of Houston! Poor security, most of the complex was flooded during Harvey and something is seriously wrong with with their drainage system! Some of the apartments downstairs flooded with sewer water! It happened to me twice! And they take forever to come fix it even days to change out the carpet. Worst experience of my life

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Management sucks and they are disgustingly rude. Cannot get anything accomplished as far as maintenance and still havent gotten my mailbox key after a week. Im rating this only because the horrible experience started before I even moved in. Only reason I live here is because I ran out of time trying to find something else.

This place is a joke for the past week my water has been shut off three different times for more than a couple of hours each time. They charged me a $29 flat rate Water fee for water that I dont even get. They have exterminated inside of my apartment 3 times but still roaches crawl my walls.

I was gonna explain how terrible these apartments are, but everyone pretty much covered it. Mold, rats, roaches, bullshit ass office people, racial profiling, 24- hour maintenance number that you cant reach after the office closes. These apartments are a joke.

They have mice here in less the 2days i got more then 5 mince n one on top off my niece bed next to her ...I been reporting my dishwaher is not working all the water that I used to wash dishes go to the dishwasher n they havent fix nothing bad serves ladys from the office never answer they phone
