I toured the community a while back and honestly fell in love. The apartments were pretty and the amenities were more spacious than any I had ever seen. I worked with Erik and he made the experience awesome. I ended up moving to a different part of Texas but if anyone is looking to move to Midtown, I would recommend this property.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place it has absolutely astonishing everything here, such as the gorgeous lounge and beautiful club room. Dont even get me started on the pool, it feels like a resort and is laid out perfectly. Besides just the appearance here the staff and customer service is divine, everyone is so nice and professional and makes everything so easy.

Weve been renting at Camden properties since 2019 and have had nothing but a great experience. So far at McGowen, the amenities are great, location is great, and neighbors are friendly. Elizabeth assisted my partner and I through the leasing process and she was knowledgeable, affable, responsive, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. This turned out to be a really boring apartment building in a prime and also very important location for Midtown as a neighborhood. Disappointing. The building is ok overall but just COMPLETELY WRONG for this location. It does nothing to interact with nor activate Midtown Park or the surrounding streets. Wheres the ground floor retail (or even direct residential connections to the green space) to help create an expanded pedestrian environment in combination with the park AND the Metro light rail line? I thought Midtown Redevelopment Authoritys intention was for this to compliment the public area. Both were constructed at roughly the same time. Wasnt there some sort of partnership? The developer, Camden, and Midtown Redevelopment authority should have tried A LOT harder. If the park was meant to be Midtowns Discovery Green (in terms of being a catalyst for development and walkability), then the new public space is 1 step forward and the new Camden building is 2 steps back. A HUGE HUGE HUGE MISSED OPPORTUNITY!!! Now we have yet another oversized Camden property (the other is directly across the street) that is an impediment to Midtown becoming the textured walkable district Midtown Redevelopment Authority wants it to be... Is the Management District its own worst enemy? What the heck happened?

Im not a resident but was lucky enough to receive approval to shoot at this location with my entire bridal party the morning of my wedding Feb. 22, 2020. Cherie Benoit (Community manager) was extremely accommodating as I last minute decided to change locations in fear of poor weather. Adrian Kolarik was very friendly and helpful during our tour of the property as well. The property is spacious, modern, and aesthetic! My bridal party consisted of 12 people and we were able to fit and shoot everyone in multiple areas. My words wont do much justice so I will let the sneak peek photos speak for themselves. Lets just say the groom and I are so so happy we were able to secure this location. Beautiful development with outstanding employees!

I lived at this apartment complex for over 2 years (October 2018- December 2020) and had a great experience! Worked with Adrian and Erik throughout my time and they were very accomodating. The amenities were top notch and the maintenance service was always extremely quick and efficient. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to live in Midtown!

I had a great experience living at Camden McGowen Station & received impeccable service from the staff. The only negative comment I have is due to the residents who would allow their pets to use the bathroom in the hallways & elevators and would not cleanup after them. Fortunately however, the Camden staff were always quick to clean up the messes.

Great experience signing, moving in, and residing at CMS. Professional and attentive staff who is genuinely helpful. Clean complex (public areas and amenities) with good security and late-night concierge assistance for residences and guests. No issues with any apartment hardware either (nice washer/dryer, dishwasher, sink, etc.). Plenty of resident parking and decent guest parking. Overall, very nice experience and good location.

Have Been working with this property for about 4 years now, they are easily the best value proposition in midtown. Mgmt is solid, location is solid and have never recieved a single complaint from any of my clients that have resided at the property. 5/5 stars

Camden McGowen is the best luxury condo I have moved into in the last 10 years. The personal is friendly, and they love pets. On moving day, use Ever Moving Truck services because they offer a 10% discount if you move to any Camden. Another thing that I love is the gym if you love exercising, this place is for you.

Office and maintenance staff all provide excellent customer service! If you are ever in need of any assistance contact Erik and/or Adrian! Also, I can not forget to mention the hardworking maintenance men; Abel and Robert! They are always going above and beyond! Definitely recommend living at Camden Mcgowen!

Camden McGowen Station is such a great place to live! Midtown is the perfect location, and walking distance to everything you need - coffee, restaurants, and bars. Erik was amazing to work with and super helpful!

Ive been a resident at Camden McGowen Station for almost a year now and it has been an incredible place to live.I travel all over the state for work and have lived in many different apartments/corporate living set ups, this apartment is hands down the best Ive ever gotten to call home.The building is extremely well maintained, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the gym is huge and has great equipment, the pool is relaxing, and just the overall feel is different (in a good way) from any other apartment Ive stayed in.The leasing and maintenance staff have been outstanding as well - both were very responsive and accommodating. I worked with Eric in the leasing office - he was able to find me the perfect set up very quickly. And unlike other leasing offices he followed up several times during my stay to ensure things were going well.I wish I could take this awesome apartment complex with me to every city I go.

We’ve been at McGowen Station for several months now and have yet to have a negative experience. The amenities are stellar and well kept by the maintenance crew, the neighbors have all been warm and welcoming, and the leasing staff is always helpful. Christina was an excellent resource during the move in process and accommodated us very well when we needed to make changes. Awesome spot for someone moving in from out of town, especially with the various events the staff plans for the community!

My best friend just moved in last week and I was impressed with the entire office and maintenance team. One of the best places I resided! A ton of amenities and views of the city. Their outdoor patio was probably my favorite because of the chill setting they created. Rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is also incredible. The front desk is really helpful with guest visiting and collecting food orders. The leasing office made the process really easy and fast. Look for Christina Noel and she will take care of you. She gives that VIP status!

I just signed my lease and will be moving there in a month. Im from out of state and spent 2 full days looking everywhere Houston, Camden McGowen Station had the nicest employees. Christina was so sweet and went over the top to help me find something. I cant wait to live here. Its so clean, really secure, has a beautiful view of downtown from the Sky Lounge. Great amenities. For about a year now I have lived in Camden McGowen and it started off great with a friendly responsive staff. I was sold on all the incentives,(2 months free .. sign and look 1k).. all great but what Camden regrets to mention is god forbid you have to move out for work or any other reason they make you payback every month plus all the incentives.The former staff has been moved to the new Camden Downtown and the entire community and responsiveness from staff has changed.Security has also decreased with numerous break in to vehicles in the past few months and homeless constantly being reported by residents inside the building.During Covid-19 the current staff claims to be following CDC and Governors guidelines but refused to open the amenities like the gym that have been open state wide for the last two weeks. when asked on our community chat they ignore the question and keep it closed. residents continue to pay full rent and have been denied any discounts for not having these amenities for approximately 3 months. With hard times Camden has been no help. I am looking forward to moving out soon once I can afford to pay off all these so called incentives!

This place is amazing. The leasing office is extremely helpful, even after you sign the lease. The whole staff is over the top nice and somehow know everyone by name. The amenities here are great as well, pool, gym, sky lounge, free coffee, and laundry pickup. If you are moving to midtown I strongly suggest looking into Camden McGowan Station.

Camden McGowen Station is by far the best complex in Midtown. It’s clean, quiet and the amenities are top notch. What makes the Camdens really stand out is their staff, specifically Erik! He has been so helpful and accommodating since the day we stopped by to view the apartment. We loved it so much we did their look and lease promotion. The leasing consultants were extremely helpful when I was searching for an apartment. The move in process was very easy and the staff answered all of my questions as they came up. The entire complex is top of the line. The property is maintained very well and the amenities are unbeatable. I didnt even need to get a gym membership, which is saying a lot since most apartment gyms do not have adequate workout equipment. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in the Houston area.

When I visited Camden McGowen Station, Stephanie gave me a tour of the property and helped me find the perfect apartment. Stephanie was great: she showed me multiple units until I found the one that worked best for me, and she met with me again for a second day of touring even though the leasing office was crazy busy. On top of the great experience I had with Stephanie, the massive gym, beautiful pool/outdoor areas, and convenient location in Midtown helped me to decide that Camden McGowen Station would be the best place for me to call home!

This is by far the best place to live in Houston. The level of customer service that weve received is not only top notch, but also unmatched across the city. There isnt anything else like it.Trust me... Ive looked at soooo many places. I absolutely adore the courtyard overlooking downtown and the pool is just like a resort. The view at night is especially breathtaking. Going out with a glass of wine and enjoying the view is the best. So in love with this place and the people.Also, we love the free coffee lounge. I recently moved to Houston and was in search for an apartment in the midtown area. Camden McGowen Station is easily the most luxurious property in the area with unparalleled amenities and incredible staff. The complex provides convenient city living while offering a safe place to call home. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far!

I have been living at Camden McGowen station for 3 weeks. The staff and amenities are exceptional. Christina and Erik have gone multiple times beyond and above to accommodate my needs. I had one of the staff members present for a furniture assembly that was unable to be present for. The community is located in a great neighborhood. Don’t think twice about living here.

The Move-In process was amazing thanks in part to the staff but specifically Christina who showed us around, sold us on living her, was so helpful with the paperwork, and has continued to be a doll to us every time we need help along the well deserved manager Erik. I love living here.

I lived in Camden Mcgowen station complex for over a year now and I am extending my lease because of the excellent crew, Christina is always very wellcoming and kind. I also enjoy the amenities inside the building. Great place for a living experience.

SAVE A LOT MONEY AND DO NOT COME HERE. I have been living in Camden complex in Houston and Austin for a few years. My husband work require him to move from city to city and almost every time we had to move was easy but last year my husband had to move to San Antonio and I found out that there is not Camden in this city so I had to break the contract. This is when my nightmare begins, my husband’s company offered help us with the money to move and I went to talk to someone at the office what to do, they talked to me about fees and other things so not to get confuse with all the information I asked -what is the TOTAL amount of money I will need to break the contract. They said I would need 10 thousand to break this contract. I thought it was too much money and I tried to sublease or something else but we couldn’t do anything. We talked my husband’s company to see if how they could help us and at the end they helped us. When I finally fixed all about the money I went back to the office and they said I needed more money (12thousand). They said that THEY MADE A MISTAKE and that another person that broke the contract just before us had the same problem. I was really upset but at the end I had to pay what they asked for so at this point I had to go the office like 10 times and I’ve had already talk to Erick, Adrian, Christina and Kayle or keyli what ever is her name, to fix this and I had to travel from San Antonio to Houston and Houston to San Antonio on weekends. So Erick told me to get the check for the cancelation fee which I did and I was back next day with the check, Cristina was there and she told me to leave the check in a little box and that Erick should know what is that for. After that I went back one more time and had a conversation with keyli I this is her name and she said that she did not had any notes about us leaving but Adrian told her that Erick forgot to put the note and she said -Ho ok, we are humans WE MAKE MISTAKES. So my husband is trying to pay last amount of money and now they are saying that there is not record of any of this so there is not cancellation. Erick told me that he didn’t hear from after last conversation so he thought that we didn’t want to cancel, I explained that I talk to Cristina and he said there is no record of anything. I am still waiting for this to be resolve after months. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!

Spent three months visiting dozens of places trying to find the right place to live and struggled. Stumbled upon mcgowen by accident, wandered in, took an enjoyable tour from Christina and immediately decided it was just right. Been here three months and still pleased with decision.Plenty of apartment configurations/locations. I chose one light and airy with dual aspect floor to ceiling windows overlooking midtown park. Layout of building is well thought out, communal areas popular with residents and location is close to plenty of action within walking distance. Staff and residents super friendly.dave

In short – save your money. The price to live here does not match the experience. The location is terrible for any working professional. It felt more like a dorm than a home. If you are not kept up from the music and partying from surrounding bars, you are sure to be disturbed by the music and partying coming from the central pool and courtyard.While there is a long list of other things to mention (the concierge not being there during scheduled hours, lost packages, extremely limited guest parking, MILLIPEDES INFESTING our patio) the biggest complaint I have about living here is the lack of customer service and hospitality from Camden McGowen’s staff.They were helpful in the beginning, to get us in I’m sure, but as soon as we put in our notice to transfer to another community (Greenway), the service plummeted. I sought help and clarification on move out procedures from both the community manager Lannya and our leasing agent Erik, but neither were friendly or able to help us prepare properly.We experienced everything from calling and emailing with little to no follow up from the staff, to our move-out inspection being canceled and rescheduled 6 times in 2 weeks, to having to remind them to send us paperwork multiple times, to Erik continually speaking over me on phone calls almost to the point of yelling, to straight up not having phone calls returned at a certain point. Moving is stressful enough, and having to rely on a team who doesn’t know what they are doing made our process 10x more difficult and time consuming.This is the last straw and what is causing me to leave this review. Three weeks after we were fully moved out, we received a $750 invoice from McGowen for a cleaning fee – which we had already paid. No phone call telling me to look out for this, not a kind email explaining the new fee, just a blank email with an invoice attached – great communication and customer service! I called and unfortunately spoke with Erik. I asked to speak with a manager, and HE TOLD ME NO. He said that he would be the one to answer my questions and there was no need for me to speak to anyone else – wow. He explained that the $750 fee was for stains found under the carpet. That makes sense and was fine with me, but when I asked him what happened to the original $300 we paid for cleaning, he stammered for a few moments and said he forgot to take it off. Great attention to detail. Now we only have to pay an unexpected $450. When I mentioned to him that I would have appreciated a heads up that there could potentially be extra fees after move out, he argued that he can’t predict the future and didn’t know there would be stains – he totally missed the point.Long story short, it is no wonder this place has been open for over a year and has never met full capacity. Save your money.

After a year of living here, I can not recommend. It’s constantly noisy, in a dangerous area, and severely mismanaged. There are way better options just up the highway for half the price.

Christina and Kayleigh are both very pleasent, curtious, and very knowledgeable about this community. I would recommend this community to anyone!

Just moved here from florida 3 weeks ago but I couldn’t feel more at home here at Camden Mcgowen! Erik (and the rest of the staff) has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the process. My boyfriend and I looked around a lot of apartments in Houston before making a decision and it really is nice to not have any regrets in our decision. It really embodies the best of all worlds - amentities, accommodation and ambiance.

The team went, and continues to go above and beyond to make my stay here the best it can be. A few but not all of the examples of their amazing hard work and dedication are below:First, I would like to thank Christina, for all she did to make me comfortable in selecting my apartment. When i first arrived to Houston in March, the apartments were not yet ready for tours, but Christina did not let that stop her from providing unbeatable service. On multiple occasions Christina went to ALL of the apartments I was interested in and took pictures, and measurements in all directions so I could plan from another state which unit to rent in order to fit my furniture. When i was still uneasy, Christina went the extra mile, and facetimed with me so I could see and plan. The amount of time and energy she put in to making this experience for a complete stranger was amazing. This hospitality did not stop since move in, in fact she continues to make sure everything is far better than par.I would also like to thank Erik and Adrian who have helped on multiple occasions from getting elevators planned for movers, to extra storage keys and space often at a moments notice. They have outstanding and friendly attitudes and are always ready to help.One of the other great parts about this community is how safe and secure we are at all times thanks to the great concierges Steven and TJ. Always there to make sure the building and entrances are secure after hours and always a friendly smile to let you know you are home.And when it comes to maintenance, this place is top notch. This is thanks to Alexis, John and Simon always setting the standard. Since moving in I had one small, and one medium maintenance issue. Both times after notifying the staff, they promptly came to fix the problems, and even stayed into the evening. Other apartment complexes would have pushed it off till another day, or might not even have fixed it at all as the problems were mainly cosmetic. Not this team. They got it done, and did it fast. This goes along with everything in all other areas of a building. if there is ever a scratch in paint, by the end of the day one of them has seen it and fixed it. The place is immaculate.This community functions seamlessly, and no doubt that is a tribute to the management and care of Lannya and Aline. They are constantly on the ball for any issues brought up and work hand in hand with their staff on a continual basis. There is never a request to great or a problem that they cant find a solution for, and are always happy to help.I am so glad that I ended up staying here.5 Stars.

Simon and John always fix my maintainance issues the SAME day I bring them up. (And most of them are minor). Erik is the best and helped me set up my internet and cable (which wasn’t his job). He answers questions from restaurant recommendations to parking help. He was able to call my cable company for me and get the entire installation charge removed when that wasn’t even set up through the Camden complex. He also gave a great tour and will totally sell you on the property. Stephanie, Lanya, and Christina are amazing as well and tell me all the best places to eat, drink and shop. Adrian is the best ever and goes above and beyond to do small things like delivering packages to your room, opening the door for you, and even chasing down the UPS truck when they start to drive off and forget to unload your package. There’s always free coffees/lattes downstairs and free food at all times. Free events like brunch on sundays and wine tasting events in the lounge are also a plus. The pool is amazing and the outdoor patio furniture and hammocks are so fun. I use the sound proof conference room a lot to work on my computer and make phone calls. (Also free printing and scanning is nice). The gym is awesome too and obviously all new equipment. You get what you pay for. But here I’ve gotten way more. I feel like I’m living in a $15k per month NYC apartment. This wasnt even on my list of places to look at while I was apartment shopping. I had ten places listed that I wanted to visit. I stumbled across Camden McGowan because it was across from another property i was looking at. I walked in and told Erik I had 15 min and wanted to quickly take a tour, as I had many other places I wanted to see. 2 hours later, I had already signed my lease and I never even visited those other places. 10/10

- Stephan crushed it, I have never had a smoother process when shopping for a new apartment. The management team has already exceeded my expectations and we havent even moved in yet!
