Do yourself a favor and do not live here. Safety is a major issue. Every 2 weeks several cars are being broken into and they refuse to do anything about it. There is no security whatsoever. I didnt feel safe for myself or family here, in fact I had constant anxiety about being robbed or assaulted as has happened to other residents. Management keeps responding with the same prefabricated responses clearly reflecting that our safety is not their priority. In fact, theyre more concerned about spending money on painting the place instead of adding security cameras or a security guard. Save your time, money, and car windows and find somewhere else to live.Please read other reviews and try to stay away.

Don’t move here!! I’ve been living at Camden for 2 months and it has been horrible. The day after I moved in the car next to mine was broken into and all their tires were stolen. The walls are also super thin, we havent been able to sleep, due to all the noise.I can hear everything from the people above us, even when they’re intimate. I asked the office if we could switch apartments, and they said we would be charged $200 more a month and we would also have to pay half a month of rent plus $1,500 to switch to a different apartment floor. There is a lot of theft here as well.

Unresponsive to residents issues but quick to call publicize money owed to them. Towing and parking is a joke. No room for residents or visitors to park. These apartments are good on paper but terrible when you live here. The walls are super thin and hear everything. For the money you pay here you should be able to be at piece in your own home and and my neighbors upstairs stomp when they walk all day and have no kids. Ive complained to apartments and they have done nothing about it and the neighbors just get worse and worse and the staff tried to find a solution but all they wanted to do was charge me just to move to another unit.

I transferred the internet to a new address, yet they continue to charge me even the contract was terminated. And the apartment doesn’t even have internet connection. I told them and they just ignored it. My money was wasted for nothing. They even charged me rate rent month to month even though it has stated in the contract that move out time range is within 60 days

AGAIN my daughter is having to replace windows and belongings. Absolutely ZERO security or accountability by the staff. SERIOUS theft and criminal element. Not a safe place to be. My daughter has asked repeatedly to move but will have to pay thousands and they will NOT let her out any sooner than 60 days. It is their responsibility to hold up their end and they refuse to provide a safe place to live. RUN QUICKLY. DO NOT RENT HERE PERIOD. They do not hold up their agreement to provide you a safe place to live but they will require you to pay every dime on time every month regardless with no way out when you lose thousands due to their inability to keep this place secure.

Renters beware constant toilets flooding issues has been going on for 4 months and no fixes only thing they have done is cut open the wall and left it patched up all I can recommend is stay far away from Camden not sure how we’re gonna make it the rest of our lease

I lived at Camden Yorktown for 8 years and loved every day I was there. The Office Management staff were always professional, polite and willing to help with any issues, which were resolved quickly. The Maintenance Team was exceptional, especially Hugo. He always responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner with a smile on his face. He is truly awesome! The only reason I left Camden is that I broke my right leg and wrist and, being 81years old, I am now unable to live alone. It was with a heavy heart that I had to leave my apartment at Camden Yorktown. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

I made a bunch of friends today! I began my day by talking with Jorge (who works in Maintenance) from my patio. What a nice and helpful young man. I called the office as he suggested and was greeted by Allie who was very pleasant and professional. I told her that I was visiting my son-in-law and attempting to help make his man cave feel more like home. Allie put in a work order for a handful of minor issues. I stressed that these were not emergencies and I expected someone to show up with a handful of washers, a light globe and a couple of tools in a day or two. To my delight, within a couple of hours, Leo from Maintenance came over and put a new globe in the bathroom, a brand new cordless window shade up in the bedroom, a brand new complete faucet in the kitchen and installed a brand new faucet on the bathroom sink. All with a smile! I called to speak with Dalia Hernandez (the manager) and gave her my info so that I could email the corporate office to tell them how awesome everyone is, including her. I think I must have taken up half an hour of her time bragging on her staff. 😎 I worked in property management for a great deal of my business career. I was highly impressed with every single person I interacted with today and would have been proud to have such an amazing, professional, polite and respectful group of people on my team when I worked at the corporate office of a management company. I am certain that the Camden Group is equally impressed with the fine employees that make the difference at Camden Yorktown! We moved in with two dogs & moved out with two dogs, two kids, & over three years of memories that my husband and I will forever hold in our hearts. As a Camden employee, I could have lived at any of the Camden communities but we chose to stay here before we purchased our home. The close proximity of our kids’ daycare was a huge plus & having Kroger down the street was so convenient. We already miss maintenance & the pool. It’s been two months and my son still asks to “go home.” 😭 Thank you guys for everything!

This place was once a nice place to live. Today it has a major theft problem, in one month i have seen several cars on blocks, an astounding amount of complaints and pleas to the management team to provide security at night or camera system. Instead if you move in youll get town halls to discuss crime statistics and a security company to walk around the complex 1 time for a few nights after complaints. In 4 years ive had truck broken into once and car broken into twice. If you move in you get a smile and kindness in person so you will lease, but in reality they DGAF about you, you will just be revenue and if you live here your likely to have something stolen from you.

I can honestly say I made the best choice to live here. The office and maintenance teams are always so responsive, prompt, and professional. The best move I ever made when it comes down to apartments!!!

Great location, nice people, well maintained grounds and buildings, have attached and detached garages, and a nice size dog park for resident use only!

Good bundle for all the amenities that is offered. Overall the staff is very helpful in everything that is needed. The only issue is car tires and converters getting stolen every couple months . Security can greatly be improved.

Veronica Moreno the assistant manager is the reason I stay at Yorktown. She is beyond Phenomenal. When I had any issue she addressed it professionally and immediately. Even though the complex had some issues beyond her control she always found a way to find a happy medium. Thanks for all you do

2/28/20:We moved in June 2018 and everything was great for a while. Some noisy upstairs neighbors (kids, to be expected).However, over the last 6 or so months, the crime rates have significantly increased. Our neighbors apartment was broken into twice, cars broken into, tires stolen, and recently someone was robbed in the parking lot at gun point. We have to leave because we dont feel safe.Management knows but hasnt done anything significant. They hired a security guard who sits in the front of the building. And Im not sure what the hours are, because half the time they arent there.Dont be fooled, the apartments are nice. But too expensive for the crime. We are buying a house for what we paid here.Look elsewhere.

Incredible place to live! The staff is great, but I feel the extra need to mention that Reagan is so helpful and informative. Ive lived in a few complexes in my lifetime, but never received such great service as i do here. Thank you Camden Yorktown for always going the extra mile!

I have had the privilege of living at the Yorktown apartment homes now for 2+ years. I can tell you it is clean, safe, perfectly located, and the staff is great. Repairs, if needed, are done quickly, and effectively most notably with brand new components, or items. The folks in maintenance are top notch. Its a great place to live. I am happy to call this complex my home.

Although I am quite the hermit,I honestly enjoyed living here. I did have some noisy neighbors but it wasnt consistent. The majority of the community is rather considerate. The staff(including maintenance) were super nice and really helpful. Granted we did have car break-ins this year but Im glad that security is being improved on.Kinda bummed out that I have to move but such is life. Im definitely not switching from Camden apartments though.

I toured Camden Apartments a couple weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed. The pictures are spot on with what your apartment would look like, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The pool area is beautiful and the dog park would be oh so handy. If I had actually moved to Houston, this would be the first place I would choose!

I enjoyed living here. Staff was very helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing. I would give it five stars except for theft seems to be a pretty big problem in that area.

Great experience with the maintenance team.Not so great with the leasing office. Upon move out not only I was charged a close to $200 cleaning fee for an apartment left spotless but also received a bill for $224 for microwave door replacement.Walls are thin and can hear neighbors all day.

We had a great experience at Camden Yorktown. All staff are extremely accommodating and genuinely care to help in any way they can without making it seem like youre a burden. We even had to cancel our lease early (sadly, because we really loved living here!) due to a job out of state and they kindly worked with us every step of the way. The pool is great, the gym is great, and the dog park is great. Would live here again if back in town! Definitely recommend.

This property is well maintained, and the staff was more than helpful. My service request got taken care of in a timely manner. The gym is open 24/7 so if youre like me and work nights it came in handy. The pool was always very clean. Overall a very nice community and will miss it.

Only great things to say about living here at the Camden Yorktown apartments for a year! The staff is both kind and professional ! The maintenance crew responds promptly! No request is too small! All are so helpful.I was very excited about the pet-friendly environment. I brought home a puppy last September and found the policies to be very reasonable. Doggie waste stations are all around the well-maintained grounds.Beautiful pool...great gym...and most all of the families are respectful and quiet. I read many Google reviews of dozens of apartment complexes in the area and Im happy to say the positive reviews for Camden Yorktown are spot-on!

I moved in 3/29/17 and so far this place is Awesome! The Staff were so nice and even fed me lunch while I was filling out my application. The community is SO quiet. Its convenient to Beltway 8 and close to my job. So far I am happy being here and love the my apartment. They have a food truck that comes every Thursday to feed us (we pay) and its always something different. They always maintain the property and just a great place to live! Thank you Staff for always being nice and doing a great job! :-)

I really loved this location! Every time I ever had a question or concern the staff was always kind and helpful, even all my neighbors were nice! The whole community is very clean and well taken care of. The pool is always clean and I really loved taking advantage of the 24 hour gym!

In my search for apartments, this place was the best overall. I looked over many apartment complex in Houston. Many looked nice but didnt have the best management or other issues. Other places werent as nice but cost more than Camden. Camden has great management, quick and timely maintenance staff, a beautiful pool and lounge area, and more.One comment about the staff: we had a water outage for a short time this week and I had low water pressure this morning. I commented on our apartment page that I had low water pressure and like a minute later, one of the staff followed up with me. Thats the level of commitment the staff at Camden Yorktown provide.The pictures on the website dont give this place enough credit. I was overwhelmed with joy and relieved by how nice this place was. Im glad to call this place my home.Ill likely update this review as time goes on. :)

I have lived in this community for 2-3 years now. And I would definitely recommend living here. When I need something, they immediately take care of it. No questions asked. They take care of the grounds and the trash pick up is fantastic. I also need to mention the staff. These people are amazing. One person, in particular, that stands out is Kaylee Smith. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with her on multiple occasions. She actually cares and takes the time to listen and follow through with her actions. When you meet someone that cares, you know it. And she cares. Its refreshing.

Great place to live. Affordable and spacious. The front desk has the most responsive and helpful staff a resident could hope for. Kerry especially was most awesome. Highly recommend.

Very happy to call this community my home for the last4 years. Very grateful for this staff. They treat us like family. The number one thing that this community has is that you are greeted with happy and cheerful smile when you walk in the office or the maintenance team always ask if there is anything that you may need help with even if its a ride to the office on their cart. Is the little things that mean the most.

I have been living here for 7 yrs and love the location, the friendly dog atmosphere, the food trucks, the staff led activities, and most importantly the staff. If I am ever in need of anything or have any concerns the staff is 100% on top of it. They really try to make the apartments an enjoyable place to live and they have really made it a true home for my husband and I.

I have lived here for a year now, and we absolutely love it! The maintenance team has done an outstanding job at filling the maintenance requests, the office staff is friendly and very helpful, and the community is very safe. For the quality of the apartment, I think its an excellent deal. Definitely recommend- one of the best apartments Ive lived in.

We lived here for 2 years and they were decent apartments. The complex did have a problem with rims & tires being stolen, which happened around 4 times in the 2 years we lived here. 2 star rating for Camden as a whole though because we left our apartment in a perfectly acceptable condition but they still did not give us our deposit back and even claimed we owed them money. We spackled and sanded anywhere we had hung stuff and were explicitly told that we would not be charged for texture and paint yet they still charged us over $100 for that. They also charged us $100 for cleaning the oven and the toilets. All this on top of the $135 cleaning fee! Youre telling me it cost them $335 to clean a 2 bedroom apartment that was in decent condition to begin with?? Outrageous. Rant over. Hopefully this helps someone on deciding whether or not to rent at a Camden community.

I love living at this amazing apartment complex! I have received nothing but quick & friendly service. I very much enjoy the sleek and professional atmosphere of the complex along with the amenities. I work at NOV so its very convenient living 1 mile away.

Ive lived here for more than six years. The apartments are well built and maintenance is incredible. All my interactions with staff have been great. I love the office staff. There have been personnel changes over the years but everyone has been professional and caring. I think they do a pretty good job of keeping us informed and they schedule cool things on the property, like Food Truck Thursday.I cant say enough good things about the maintenance staff. The guys are knowledgeable and courteous. You can submit issues online or just drop by the office and let them know. The guys are usually there within the hour and the problem is solved.Parking on the property is limited. I have heard complaints where visitors have taken permit parking spaces but that will probably be an issue anywhere. Ive always had a garage so Ive not had to deal with the issue directly.The location between a commercial area and some nice residential subdivisions actually makes it a quiet area. It is 5 minutes to Beltway 8 and 6 minutes to US 290. The park and Ride at West Little York is a 10 minute drive in morning traffic. Shopping areas are plentiful within 15 minutes. There is a grocery store and drug store within a mile that you could walk to but the lack of sidewalks on West Little York makes it uninviting.Overall, its a great place to live.

I love it here. Everyone that works here are so friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to help you and I really never expected to find this. They treat you like family. So so so happy here!

Honestly if you’re considering this community, don’t do it (until things change-keep reading)!I feel upset having to leave a bad review. I’ve been a resident here for a little over 3 years and I’ve loved it. Now, I regret that I renewed my lease this year. It seems like residents vehicles/personal items are not valued by Camden. Many cars are being broken into and/or tires are being stolen on a consistent basis. Camden hasn’t done anything to deal with the security/safety issues. I’ve been fortunate that neither one of our 2 cars have been targeted-but sadly it might just be a matter of time before every single car is vandalized. The staff is effective in communicating with residents (I don’t hold them responsible) but Camden “corporate/owners” don’t seem to care!

Great place to live! The office staff is amazing. Weve only been here since April and havent had any problems. People are walking their dogs and kids are playing outside. Its a great environment for any family. Its close to Memorial City, Spring Branch and Hwy 6 area.

This place is the most horrible place to live. if you have ANY options, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They make it sound good and sugar coat pretty good but this place is horrible, rude people working here and neighbors, plus in very insecure.They said “ pitbulls are not allow “ but I have seen 3 in total. I’m afraid to take my dog outside. Specially at night. People here do whatever and management doesn’t care about it.

Best apt experience Ive ever had and sorry to have to move especially before my lease is up but growing a family leads to living closer to family and needing more space. The staff has been wonderful and the grounds are clean and quiet and again by far the best renting experience I have ever had.

Weve lived here for 7 months and this is the best apartment weve been. The apartment is quiet, the appliances are working well, location is convenient, pool area is beautiful, and we also enjoy the events hosted by the management office. The only downside is the parking is pretty packed and it is hard to find parking if we get home late from work.

I love this community, it’s quiet and the staff is very attentive to the residents needs. Plus they do fun activities once a month.

Sadly I just moved out of this place after 2 years, but my experience there was amazing. The leasing staff and maintenance team really care about there tenants and its definitely a community there. This place has absolutely spoiled me in what I expect from my next apartment. Service requests answered quickly, issues handled swiftly and the tenants and pets are cared for. Even with the issues I had during Harvey, this team and complex took care of me. I hate to go but they made one incredible impact on me. Miss you guys!

Weve enjoyed our stay at Camden Yorktown so far. There are events for residents at the clubhouse (last weekend was brunch and mimosas for example), a beautiful pool, and a fenced dog run. The apartments themselves are clean, and the walls arent too thin. Everyone is friendly from what Ive experienced.

My only problem is security. I wrote this 4 months ago and guess what today my tires were stolen again. No security anywhere at the complex.

The staff at Camden Yorktown apartments are A+ people and I will tell all my friends looking for apartments to go there. The staff are nice and friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and the staff made it even more delightful.

The Camden Yorktown units are well maintained, have an excellent and courteous staff, and a great location – close to Beltway 8, 290, Hwy 6 and I-10. It is a newer property, with well-designed floorplans and decent closets and storage. If you need more storage, there are storage rooms available in every building and additional garages. We have been living in a two bedroom unit, the Brittany, but the prices have continued to rise, so we will be transferring into a 1 bedroom Normandy. The kitchen is very workable and the units feel spacious and open. The only downside has been the noise of A/C units outside the 1st floor bedrooms (right next to the window). The property is well maintained and the head of maintenance is excellent. With any luck, the pricing for apartments in Houston will level off and we will be able to continue to live here.

I really like living here - I just moved in, and they even helped me out with my payment process. I like the management so far, and my home was clean and nice when I came in. Also very quiet. No complaints!

My family and I love it here. The staff is quick to respond which is a plus and the parking is never an issue.

Lived here for a month so far...Although, the management and maintenance staff seem helpful, it still doesn’t take away from from the horrendous flaws in the basics of these apartments.If you’re on the first floor, you’re likely to hear constant running water in many of your walls. There seems to be a fundamental lack of insulation in the walls, as it’s perpetually 75 degrees during the day inside my apartment despite having the thermostat on

Dont get me wrong, the apartments are nice(pricey but nice) and the staff usually works to fix a problem... But looking back at other reviews, I realise Ive been lied to by the staff! The parking has been an issue for 3+years!! When we came to look at the apartments we were told the parking was never an issue and that there was plenty of parking, shortly after move in we found that wasnt the case. Sure there is parking, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX! If you dont get home before 5pm, dont plan on parking near your apt if you are in buildings 5&14 and probably others down from there. Theyve said the apts are currently trying to fix the parking issue, but lets hope and see.Edit to add- here we are with changed parking permits, many still have the old ones and no towing is happening whatsoever. The parking is STILL awful, was first blamed on the hurricane but now there is just no excuse.An update for yall... Thank God were moving this week! I cant wait to be able to have parking all the time and not have to be home before 4-5 to have a spot!

My elderly mother moved from her home near Beaumont to be near my family. For several years, we had looked for an acceptable house nearby before she moved into Camden Yorktown. Since she had always owned a house, there were many concerns about her living in an apartment. She has been here about five months now, and I believe moving her to Camden Yorktown has been the best decision for our family. The apartment complex is quiet, clean, and well kept. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I worked primarily with Wandy in the office, who has been outstanding and always willing to help in any way she can. The maintenance team is excellent as well. They are quick to respond to any repairs or concerns, and are some of the most kind and friendly people I have met. Last week as Hurricane Harvey was arriving, my mothers car wouldnt start because it needed a new battery. I went by the office to see if anyone could help me. The rain had already begun, but Jugo came out with me immediately, and jump started my moms car. I was so appreciative and offered a small monetary gift, but he refused to take it and seemed genuinely happy to help us out. While we were there, another maintenance guy even came over to offer assistance.I would highly recommend Camden Yorktown, and am so glad we made the decision to make this home for my mom!

I really like this apartment, beautiful surroundings, lovely staff (Kari, Sarai, Desirae, Aanitriius). Although I have moved, I think I will go back to visit them often.

Update: The crime here has become increasingly bad. Cars up on blocks with stolen tires and rims and catalytic converters stolen off off trucks. The front office and company accepts NO responsibility and your options are to pay to break your lease or live at an unsafe property. Security is non existent and they do not care about your belongings or your safety. BEWARE.Don’t plan on living here if you ever have company. My friends have been towed out of spots that are not clearly marked on multiple occasions. They are not guest friendly and fund the nearby tow yard. I see tow trucks back and forth every morning.

This apartment complex is well placed, beautiful, and the staff, in particular Kayleigh, are Top Notch Quality.My only complaints are with the community of people living in the complex itself. The majority of them Ive interacted with are snobbish, self-centered, super loud (stomping on floors and slamming doors), leave the community grills on all night, and dont clean up after their pets (poor maintenance guys are out there in the heat cleaning it up for them)I would recommend any Camden establishment to anyone. Just moved here about month ago everything is great, it is clean and very well maintained has a good management and most of the stuff are nice and very helpful the only thing that i do not like in the community that there is no kids area however many families have kids here, I hope it would be considered soon.

When I lived there I had a decent rent and the gym was always clean but visitor parking was bad and finding parking late and night was bad for residents. But since I moved out they raised there rent prices.

Living here was decent. However, upon move-out, they made every effort to take as much money from me as they could. I will not rent from this or any other Camden in the future.

The property was beautiful and everyone was so helpful.

Today SUNDAY we woke up at 7:50 am because our neighbor upstairs, throw a lot stuff around (heavy stuff) this have been happening 4 moths ago and my boyfriend and I spoke with Aanitriius the office management, the only solution that she gave us is keep complaining .... why you havent done anything about it ?? Do you know how to management this situation ?? Do you care about the residents ? Because is obviously that you dont cause you havent done anything.We are 2 residents that we can not even rest peacefully on Sunday morning, AND THIS SITUATIONS IS KEEP HAPPENING EVERYDAY.

I have moved in newly i surprised with apartment specious and new ..everything here is amazing the park, swimming pool, car park, staff are decent .if you prefer calm that compound would be right choice

We complaint again today, we have been doing this for several months but the management keep saying to us keep complaining.... really for how long ??!PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX, my boyfriend and I are living a nightmare here; upstairs neighbor is very disrespectful, throwing things around, jumping and running at day and late night fighting with the wife, TV extremely loud at night ( we even called the police ) and complaint with the management but the management have not done anything yet, my boyfriend complaints more than 10 times already. This said a lot from this place and the management. who wants to live in a place like this ??

Been here only a couple days, but the staff since desirea left for maternity leave is terrible. They obviously have lots of people parking that shouldnt be here, and dont tow nightly like they say. There isnt a single parking space in this whole friggin poorly placed facility that needs a light out front. Dont move here unless you dont mind an extra 20minutes on your walk everyday from the far side of the complex because the hurricane put us at capacity and its not our fault.

All appliances, HVAC, cabinetry, sinks, facuets, toilets, etc. are up to date and work very well.-Any maintenance requests you send in are resolved quickly.-The apartment grounds are kept in excellent shape, nearly perfect actually.-Relatively quiet place to live/sleep.-The on-site gym is good for an apartment gym. A decent set of free weights, four treadmills, three ellipticals, medicine balls, and various machines for the major muscle groups are present.-Office staff are friendly. Ive always been greeted kindly and feel welcome.-Good place to live if you work very close by. My work is about a mile down West Little York and the commute is very short. Saves on time and gas for sure!-Clientele that live here is good. Mostly families and young adults. I havent had any issues with crime or feeling unsafe walking around at night.Cons:-Expensive. Im living here because its close to work, but I realized that I could also be paying for a house with twice the square footage of my 2-bedroom apartment for slightly less than my monthly rent.-Pricing scheme is odd. Each individual unit is priced uniquely and these prices seem to go up and down depending on how their corporate office anticipates supply/demand. When my first lease was up, they offered me a renewal of about $300 more per month, which was ridiculous. I transferred to a different unit that had more square footage for only $50 more a month instead of renewing at that same unit. Why not just let me stay where I was originally for the extra $50/month? Doesnt make sense to me.-Extra fees add up quickly. $42/month for basic cable and $20/month for trash pick-up are mandatory. If you transfer to a different unit, theyll try to charge you an additional move-in fee because its a new unit.-Parking can suck sometimes. The east side of the complex is pretty bad, theres not enough parking for the amount of residents there, which causes them to have to park farther and farther away the later in the day it gets.-Traffic in front of the complex on West Little York can be terrible after work (5pm-7pm). Its not always terrible, but Ive noticed that it does happen at least a couple evenings out of an ordinary work week.-Large speed bumps get annoying!

The apartments are very nice and quiet however Im very upset because Ive been here going on my second month and I have been having issues with my water heater, Ive been taking warm baths, me and my children since Ive moved in and now for the last 3 days the water has been completely cold, maintanace man has been coming to my apartment multiple times throughout the week. They claim to keep turning up water temperature and draining water heater ect. Office manager said that she was going to contact water heating company to come out and look at the water heater that they purchased it from, but this was almost 3 weeks ago. This is horrible customer service and I feel a no hot water issue is not being taken seriously. I work hard all week and cant even take a hot bath. But come the first Im have to make sure Camden is paid why I have been having to go to my mom house to take baths. When I moved here I did not expect this because the women in the office seemed really nice.....if they cared I would have been offered another unit to take a shower in intell my issue is resolved but ***DUDE*** cant even get that smh Im so upset right now Im could cry

I like the apartment regardless of the traffic noise, the office rips off moved-out tenants by overcharging cleaning fees. do take a lot of pictures and ask whats not included in the lease, it can be any amount for no reason.

Im from out of town and got lost but once I found the place it was a nightmare to find a visitor parking space even though there seemed to be quite a few unoccupied spot for the residents late in the evening and night
