On move in day, the apartment was a disaster. The carpet reeked of animal odor. The microwave did not work. There was splashes of paint on the wall. The couches were so stained, I wouldn’t let my dog sit on it. I immediately demanded to get out of the lease and all of my $4,575. Today makes a month and I have yet to receive my money back. You have been warned. Take heed to all of the reviews. I now have to hire an attorney to get my money back!!!

Finally moved out, and I have to say for student housing, this place is mediocre at best. There are many more issues than positives, so Ill start with the good things to say. Maintenance is amazing, they get issues fixed as quickly as they can and explain everything quite well. The staff and the managers are nice and try to be as helpful as possible. The amenities are also nice (again for student living). That said, the staff usually ends up not being helpful at all. I had to call multiple times to get issues fixed that were the fault of Campus Vue staff. They were trying to advertise the fact that their TV was working downstairs and I could hear it like it was coming from my living room up on the fourth floor - all through finals week. I had to call multiple times over two weeks to get it fixed. The gate to the garage was broken all year, and due to this many residents cars had their car broken into. Two of my roommates were victim to this. One of them had to deal with it multiple times. The staff are generally helpful with this issue, but the gate wasnt fixed until a managers car was broken into. It caused major issues in the parking garage since the gate had issues opening to begin with. It took less than two weeks for the gate to be perpetually open again. Also visitor parking sucks. Theres 8 floors to the garage and only 6 ever get used, so it would make sense to just open the top floors to visitors with a gate code. Ive suggested it in surveys, but never got a response back, and then they now have cops patrolling to make sure no one goes to the top of the parking garage... (but not ya know the garage itself)The apartment complex was never totally clean to begin with, but towards the end....... There was literal poop in the hallways in both buildings. The one near the leasing office was cleaned immediately, but the one in the hallway on the fourth floor in the second building was never cleaned up. There were loads of fruit flies in the trash rooms all year but it got so much worse at the end of the summer. We ended up having to get a variety of fly traps just to get rid of them in our unit. Its livable, but its also insanely frustrating. Its nice to be so close to campus and surrounded by other students. There were a lot of fun interactions with other students off of balconies, and it is without a doubt better than Moody, but its,,,, eh.

In the process of moving out... finally.Left this apartment 5 months ago and kept paying rent while I’m in a new apartment because this place is so awful. The management really is as bad as these reviews state.Do not under any circumstance trust what they say before, during, or upon moving out. They are there to make sure of one thing only (to maximize profits and to make sure they don’t spend any money). This is a year long lease with perfect payment history. There’s only one reason this is being written... and that’s to reinforce everything you are reading from the other negative reviews.Any positive review you are reading is an employee or a tenant that’s given gift cards in exchange for a positive review. There is a very depressing fact about all of this. The people that work for the people that run this know what they are doing and how they are treating people. Perhaps that’s the type of people they hire.No matter what the response is to this review... they don’t care and don’t want resolution beyond money received and no money spent. If they did this review wouldn’t be here.To Management: An extremely detailed review is coming with photos. It will be posted everywhere. It will be the first thing that shows up. This won’t go away... and the people that take over for you will make sure they clean house. It’s not that difficult to organize when you have the resources, and it’s too late to make good on so much pain and suffering you have all caused to so many students. Students that work hard to become something. Students that worked harder during Covid when you didn’t care. This place is in the ground... it’s not on it’s way... it’s there. And don’t let them tell you that it’s a different Campus View Apartments.

Lived there for 2 and a half years. The management kept getting worse with time. They spend so much on advertising, and very little or nothing to improve the quality of this place. Apartments have mold, the elevator is not working more than half of the time, stairs smell horrible, a lot of car robberies, and the management is extremely unprofessional and rude. They also denied me 2 referral gift cards and tried to charge me electric bills although I was overseas. So if your roommate uses more electricity, or if your roommate damages anything in the living room or kitchen, you’ll still get charged for it. This is ridiculous. Save your money, there are better options around the area.

I am in my third year living at Campus Vue and I’d say it’s probably on par with most apartments that cater to students. Mediocre. Management tries to do their best but often falls short in actually keeping up the place and effectively serving residents, though there has been some improvement in recent times. Problems regarding payments, leases, and issues that require prompt handling outside of regular operations are usually lost in communication and brushed under the rug. The living situation is suitable enough for my roommates and I to have signed two more leases since first moving in, as the proximity to the city and campus is good, but I am happy to leave now that the time has come. You pay the price for the proximity and I often debate if it’s worth it, but overall my experience with Campus Vue has been permissable.

As a resident here its pretty average as most of these student apartment complexes in the area are. I havent had a problem with pests as I keep my unit pretty clean. The office staff has been good in all of my interactions as I havent had any issue with them. The gym is only open during office hours so it is kind of hard to workout if you have stuff to do during the day. Guest parking for friends is kind of hard to come by at times. overall its a pretty okay place to live if you need to be close to campus, but if you can I would skip the student living altogether. My only huge complaint is that the turn in is super higher so cars that sit lower will scrape entering and exiting. Overall campus vue is just average in my opinion but if you need to be close to campus its a good option.

If you are looking for student housing, look anywhere but here! I recently moved out of this complex, so I am sharing a few concerns so you don’t make the mistake of signing here. When I first moved in there was different management in charge and while they were not the best, they at least kept the property clean and cared about resident concerns. Under this new management, the parking garage is always trashed, the stairwell smells like urine, and dog feces are always in the hallways. They could also care less about their residents problems and concerns. When I was a resident here, I woke up one morning to my car being completely wrecked with a note on the dashboard. When I called the number on the note, the property security guard answered and explained to me that he hit my car and he would figure out what steps to take next. That morning, I went to the office to try to explain what happened and one of the managers, Katelyn Kraus, completely dismissed the issue and refused to even let me explain the situation. She even suggested that the whole situation was a joke. I came back with a police report the next day and I requested the camera footage, however, they refused to give it to me stating they were not responsible for the damage their security guard did to my car. Unfortunately, since no one took responsibility for it I had to get the car fixed myself and I had a rental for a few weeks and they even refused to give me a temporary parking permit so I could park it on the premise. My only positive of living here were my old roommates. Unfortunately they had renewed their leases before the pandemic and were stuck in the contract. My family was struggling financially due to the pandemic, so we were not able to renew before their deadline. However, after receiving financial aid we approached them about returning since my roommates and I had a very good living understanding. The management insisted that I had to move to a different room since I failed to meet the deadline, so my roommates contacted the person assigned to my old room and he agreed to switch. However, when my mother called the office and requested the switch, Katelyn Kraus unprofessionally yelled at her insisting it would be a violation of the Fair Housing Act to allow this even though everyone was in agreement. This management fails to acknowledge or address any concerns or requests their residents have. I am actually very glad I moved out and did not sign a new lease.

Campus Vue has been one of my favorite apartments to possibly live at thus far. They might not be the cheapest of all the apartment tours ive taken but their awesome and vibrant staff and great amenities sure make up for it. Mia and Katelyn gave me and my friend a tour. They were so kind and hilarious during the tour and made me fill like i could really see myself living here. Mia 1st approached me at the housing fair on campus as a friend and not as someone just trying to do their job, which made a shy new student to the campus fill more comfortable. Mia and the other stuff treat each other like family and thats the exact environment i want to live at. Also the awesome balcony and cool looking gym are just the cherry on top. This is definitely an apartment i suggest anyone looking for a place to stay at UH to check out for yourself.

If you care about your overall health and well-being please take my advice, save yourself the stress, and DO NOT sign a lease here. I have stayed here for 2 years now. My first year (under previous management) was completely smooth sailing. This year however, under the new management (campus advantage) has been a total nightmare for myself as well as all of my roommates and so many other tenants. There are roaches, gnats, fleas, and spiders EVERYWHERE. I mean actual infestations. There was a roach infestation in my apartment so bad that my roommates and I had to move into their model unit, just to be greeted with more roaches. The dog park is infested with fleas and there are gnats everywhere in the whole apartment complex. Parking is terrible with about 10 visitor spaces, there is always trash everywhere in the hallways and stairwells. Pool is unkept and is often a weird brown color. And to top it all off the management is horrendous! The new manager (Lo Robinson) is a piece of work to say the least! If you do have any questions or concerns that you want to voice to management, they force you to go through assistants/interns who, naturally cannot get much done or figured out because they are INTERNS and not the MANAGER. Then once you finally do get through to the manager she is the most rude, sarcastic, and dismissive person you could ever speak to. I am without a doubt one of the least confrontational people there is and I had such a difficult time with her that I had to raise my voice just so she would stop talking over me and putting her hand in my face. She then called the property sheriff on me just for our property sheriff to tell me that the same thing has been happening with many other tenants and that it is definitely due to her terrible attitude. I even tried to get my mom involved thinking that she may give my mom a more appropriate interaction, just for my mom to get the same treatment as me, and even get the office door slammed in her face. To make it worse the corporate team is not much better and just enables her behavior. Please stay as far away from this place as you can, thank me later.PS: If you do see any 5-star reviews on here please know that they were left by the employees and/or their family members! ;--)

If you’d like to live in the worst possible place, choose Campus Vue! Management is horrible. Don’t be swayed by their “peppy” attitude when you’re in the office. If you have any real problems, they could care less. I’ve moved out (thank God) but my old roommates are now dealing with so many terrible issues because the apartment has been vacant since March. All they want is your money and they’ll get it from you any chance they can get. Live literally anywhere else. All the positive reviews you see are probably because the management forced them to do it and in return gave that person a luxury campus vue water bottle.Oh also, the management changes frequently, but none of them are good so don’t bother trusting that excuse for the bad reviews. I’m tired of hearing “oh that was the old management”. Treat your tenants like the adults we are and grow up.

You can get a response if you contact the office, however, Most of the time it is the front desk workers, which forces me to question what is management for if we can’t speak to them. Very quick to call about a balance but when you have a problem, service is sarcastic and problems not taken seriously. We pay to live here but staff often acts if they’re not here to service us. Packages have been lost then found. Most recently, my roommate had a friend with covid come into our unit. Upon telling management they tell me it’s nothing they can do but have advised me to social distance in a small apartment. They also told me I would have to pay to move and they don’t have to let me move to another unit as if we can’t die from covid. As far as I can see, they have not addressed my roommate and if anything I will have to move even though I’ve been in the unit a year before here. All in all I may die living here

The benefits really stop there– management is absent and it is apparent once you look around and see how dirty the building and parking garage is. The old management was bad but the new management is completely worse. They will manipulate you to the best of their abilities with all kinds of things that seem like “deals” and “perks” but none of it is true, and they never stick to it. Also, the manager is very rude and dismissive of any problems you try to address to her and they’ve trained their interns/employees to be the same way. They have no regard for any of the residents, they didn’t have any reliable resource for us to pay our rent until the day the rent was due and everyone had to rush to get money orders and checks just so rent wouldn’t be late. Management has lied about rent amounts due, fees come from literally nowhere and you’re forced to pay them. Parking is terrible and inconvenient for guests. Just please take my advice and don’t sign a lease here. This is also most of my personal experience and many other residents so it’s not just a 1 person thing. Campus Vue is a very nice location if you’re attending UH. The rent is cheap compared to other student living and the The Tower, but with cheap rent comes it’s flaws. Roaches everywhere. Now at first I thought it’s understandable apartments have roaches, and I think once the new management took over I started seeing more and more. Now the go to response would be clean your apartment but it is very clean, and I have bait traps and pest control spray but they keep coming back. Also not even just the apartment itself the outside is filled with them roaming the hallways big son of guns to, but what really set me off was the roaches in the vending machine. I mean come on you have one job and it’s so at least keep you Amenities clean It was disgusting I wish I snapped a photo. Besides the constant roaches and elevator being down (which they have gotten a lot better at fixing quickly) This place is livable. I would give two stars but the maintenance team deserves more respect.

This is the most ridiculous place I’ve ever encountered. I’m paying for parking while there is no towing company and the gates are left open. Meanwhile my roommate was told she can park in the garage for free BY STAFF because we don’t have a towing company. When I went in to the office to ask for a refund, the staff told me I have to wait until we get a towing company and I can not have a refund. They blamed me. When I walked out, the staff started LAUGHING at me.In addition to them stealing my money, there is a major infestation of cockroaches in my unit. I have tried contacting the manager since day 1. The first time she “addressed” my problem, I was told pest control would be there in the morning and that I need to empty all kitchen and bathroom cabinets so they can inspect. The next morning, they came, had to reschedule for no apparent reason, and didn’t return until I expressed sanitary and health concerns to the manager. When she realized the situation might become a problem for her legally, she actually sent pest control who came ONE time, unannounced, sprayed one line of bug barrier, and asked zero questions. There are still countless roaches, in the dishwasher, crawling out of air vents and cracks in the baseboard of the wall, even from behind the electrical outlets. There has also been many instances where I step outside my units from door and walking into pet droppings. I will put in a service request and it will not be cleaned up for days at a time. The one thing they seem to be able to do right and In a timely manor is take my money and laugh.Don’t move here, don’t let your friends move here, don’t even let your enemies move here. I have legit been to their office for like 50 times just to ask about this stupid gift card but I was basically avoided and given the same excuse and was not believed whenever I told them that I have not received anything until I provided a hard evidence. The one time I wrote a bad review because of how late my gift card is, they started laughing when I visited the office and giving me attitude as if I wronged them. They basically did not want to deal with me anymore so I had to delete my previous review so that I can get the gift card and here Im now back with the review now that Im done with this place for good and dont want anything to do with them they waste so much time. the manager is always busy so good luck trying to approach and the workers will try to avoid you unless youre assertive so if you have a problem bring your own laptop and sit there till theyre forced to help you (thats how I managed to get my gift card after all this time). Dont believe their excuses and demand your gift card ASAP or else youll be wasting years chasing after it just like I did. my biggest regret here is falling for their gift card renewal promotion, which while good, is not worth spending 2 years chasing after so it is self defeating that I renewed because of such a gift card that I have so much trouble to receive. its as if theyre trying to make you forget they promised you a thing so that they can get away without giving you anything, pretty much a scam. This is not to mention the bugs and the thin walls as well as the hallways never being cleaned and residents throwing their trash on the hallways all the time.

The entire Campus Vue staff knew about this and new the resident had been in an out of a mental hospital and still did nothing to resolve the issue. For the past month she’d purposely do things to provoke my roommates and i by being loud in the middle of the night keeping us awake. Campus security did nothing to help and after security or police left she’d continue to do the same thing. Instead of the Campus Vue staff trying to get the young woman help they decided to put her in another room with a resident who knows nothing about her mental state. That is a danger to the resident and anyone else involved with her. Hopefully this will help you decide if this is the kind of environment you’d like to be around. Hey I have lived here 6 months and it was awful experience. I definitely not recommend anybody. Before I enroll this apartment, I just wanted second or upper floor but they put me first floor even if I said I don’t wanna stay first floor and also they offered me second and upper floors if I extend my lease. Pls don’t stay here just waste of time and money.

Great place to stay!! Awesome amenities and private. They got new management and they are really good with fixing any problems and maintaining everything on point/clean. Super super close to campus (if you have a bike, even better. They provide bike storage). Only CON is parking is an extra $35 on top of the already expensive price but other than that, really worth it.

I can not express how horrible this place is. Dont live here. Commute or something. Its not worth it. They tow random cars in the lot. They tow people in visitor as soon as you leave your car. They tow everyone. Soon there will be no one left to tow and they will probably tow themselves. Id rather live under the bridge crossing the bayou. Over priced, and over rated by the employees. Notice that all the good reviews posted here are from people that work their. Interesting isnt it?

Do not live here. I am a UH student and thought it was a great location since its right next to campus but totally not worth it.1) I think in the year I lived here the gate in the parking garage for residents only has actually been closed for like 5 days. Causing lots of car break ins.2) They have a bike storage gate but the door has been broken for months and not fixed and my bike was stolen.3) The apartments are not soundproof at all. You can hear from noisy residents to just people walking in the hallways.4) Elevator stops working a couple times and recently it wasnt working for weeks so you have to go up the stairs which would be fine if it didnt always smell horrible.5) Since it is student living, there are mostly irresponsible residents who let their dogs poop in the stairways, hallways, outside in the lounging/yard area and DONT PICK IT UP. To make matters worse, maintenance wont clean it up and just leave it there, again why the stairs smell horrible. Residents also throw their trash like food in your valet trash bin and make a mess that you have to clean up.6) My INDOOR cat got fleas from the dogs in the building and I called the office about it and they almost wanted to charge me for the pest control??? And when pest control came the first time, they didnt do it because my cat was in the apartment. Then the second time, my roommate and I were in our rooms waiting for the pest control guy to come. Never did and I called the office and they said he went in and we were in the apartment and didnt hear the door?? and the last time, they said that pest control was coming, but we werent notified? and i told them that no one was at the apartment to move the cat to a different room. and they just said, well if someone doesnt move the cat then the pest control guy wont come for another week. and I just told them to forget about it and that I would deal with the fleas myself.7) Theres leaking from the fire control panel above my bathtub that leaves rust residue on the tub that I have to clean. Not only that but every time the a/c stops you can can hear the water leaking in the middle of the night when I am trying to sleep. Its so annoying. They did come and fix it at the beginning of my lease but it kept doing the same thing.8) Forget about bringing your cat there to live with you because if it scratches the cheap leather furniture they have, youll have to pay hundreds at the end of it to replace it.9) The staff is mostly friendly, but some, including management are rude and honestly I feel like they dont take the residents seriously since we are young students.10) The Renewal/special $200 gift card they offer took me months and multiple visits to the leasing office to actually get.11) Horrible water pressure12) Locks for the doors suck, they are battery powered and when the battery is low it takes a full 30 seconds for the door to open13) In the middle of the night sounds like someone is dragging their furniture in the floor above me.I could complain about so many other small things but just save your time and money and please dont live here. Its very inconvenient for the money you pay.

My experience living at campus vue was incredibly disgusting to say the least. There is mold in these apartments, don’t sign a lease here!! I found mold growing on my shoes and clothing in my closet despite leaving my doors open, doing everything management told me to, and so forth. The *new* management is incredibly rude and really has a way of making you feel not welcomed? It’s like they’re a clique in high school or something. The way they respond to reviews is also EXTREMELY unprofessional. It’s really weird honestly, the girls in the office are not at all welcoming. Not to mention, there are roaches literally everywhere. In the hallways. In your pantry. In the oven. So forth. The rooms are SO SMALL and the furniture is super old and dated overall. You can find better imo!!

Absolutely horrible place to live. Windows are constantly being busted into, dog park gates havent worked for MONTHS even though i have reported it THREE TIMES. Cars are being broken into and towed like crazy, new management sealed the concrete in the common area with something yellow....? It looks terrible (like someones dog peed all over the place and they just smeared it around), you can see the streak marks and that was after them taking like a week of closing it down to where no one could walk on it....I was hopeful they were doing something nice to it. Honestly you could live in a place that is SO MUCH nicer than this dump. I have lived here for two years through THREE management companies. The hallways constantly smell like weed, residents throw their trash all over the inside and outside parts of the building. I really wish I could give this place a better review because the units are nice and bug free if you keep it clean, but the upkeep of the rest of the building is just horrific. Im moving this month to a place in one of the nicest parts of Houston, that is twice the square footage and has excellent building maintenance with fantastic parking for residents and guests and my rent is THE EXACT SAME AS IT IS AT CAMPUS VUE!!!!! How ridiculous....hope this warns some people that are looking to move!!!

Do not fall for $500 special or any other if you move in or in case you renew. I have been waiting over weeks to get an answer from the manager and everytime that I call seems to be in a meeting and they are not able to answer my inquiry. I signed I contract where it stated that I was going to get half of my reward by the end of march and we are about to start june and nothing has happened! (They seem to be avoiding me!)Also, the parking is a real issue. I had my car towed a couple weeks ago having a parking permit because i parked in visitors. All of these SINCE I couldnt get into the residents area because the gate wasnt working. They did not help me with anything on this issue.Sadly, I fell for the $500 reward for the renewal because I thought it was a way to get my towing money back. But that was not the case! They are very unhelpful and they do not take inquiries seriously (more they treat you like a kid) because they are dealing with college students!

People here do not clean up after their pets, fleas and ticks are a problem. Roaches are everywhere, cars are broken into often, the elevators break at least 3 times every six months (which takes weeks to fix), management treat you like you’re crazy when you have a problem. Don’t be fooled by the “new management.” Nothing changed as always. I lived here for two years and cannot be happier to finally move out to a much bigger apartment for the same price. Before the “there must’ve been something you liked here” reply from the office, location and lack of knowledge is the ONLY reason I stayed here for so long. Thinking all the changes in management would change something over time and being disappointed every time.

This is beyond the worst place to live. The manager is unwilling and unworthy of fixing situations. The staffs mainly are disrespectful and are uncoordinated to their jobs. There are bugs that are not being patrolled, this is by far the worst. A lot of fixing needs to happen and it starts with the manager and staffs.

I dont even know where to begin with these apartments. They change management every year and nothing ever changes. My unit has been roach infested since I moved in. People are very rude and obnoxious and my car has been towed multiple times throughout the course of a year. Theres no room for visitors because UH students park in visitor parking and go to school without even being a visitor there. The elevator breaks down about every month. (Usually takes them weeks to fix.) Also, people are too lazy to throw their trash away properly so dont be surprised to see it in the hallways, stairwells, etc. Overall, this is a terrible place to send your kids.

Nice alternative to living so close to campus, while also having a kitchen and privacy. The price may seem high on paper, but I found that it is actually very similar in costs to living in dorms when you factor is the set meal plan prices. UPDATE:I have lived in almost all the apartment complexes around UH, and this will always be the best. Whitney will help you with any and everything, just come down to the office and talk to her!!Have had nothing but good experiences since new management came in. The only issue would be other residents leaving trash in the elevator, but once staff is notified they clean it up. They do their best in a college apartment complex, and the new manager will help you through anything if you COME to her and ask! Tow truck will definitely get you or any visitors if you dont have proper tags, so watch out for that. But that kind of goes without saying

The staff are lovely and nice individuals. However, there is NO sort of responsibility here. It took the staff 4 days to finally send someone to fix my AC in the summer. I slept in 92 degrees heat every night. That was followed by no hot water in the apartment for 3 days before it was fixed. If you dont have a lot of work orders, sure its a nice place. If you have ANY problems, which you most likely will, youre pretty much on your own for the next couple of days. Wish they would just get it together, bc the place is nice.

The staffs incompetence is unbelievable. I signed the lease March 2015, well before the apartments were built, on Mandys (the manager) promise that they would be done by the fall semester. That did not happen. When we finally moved into the apartment I saw many issues in how the building was maintained. Rent is not cheap and I expected it to be, at the least, kept clean. There is constantly trash and foul smells in the stairways and the parking lot. It is disgusting and distasteful. Again, for the amount of money we pay it should look much better. I would think they would try to be more selective with their renters instead of just letting in people that leave trash everywhere and dont pick up after their pets poop INSIDE the building. Before signing the lease I specifically asked what would happen in the case I would need to turn the apartment in before my lease was up. I was told, by Mandy again, that there would be a fee but it should not be difficult. As I expected it, I had to leave the apartment in March, four months before my lease was up, and it was the most difficult process ever. I was only then told I would have to pay a fee almost equal to a month of rent plus that months rent and then get someone to take over my lease. In the case that no one took over my lease I would have to pay the fee AND all the other months rents until someone moved in. On top of that, my renters history would be hurt. I decided to move out of the apartment without breaking my lease. So I am still paying for an apartment I do not even live in.I tried to, at least, get my boyfriends car out of the lease, as he was also living out of the country and had totaled his car, and that was ANOTHER issue. I did everything they asked me to in March; it is now June and im still being charged for that parking spot when neither of us even live there. The people at the office dont know how to deal with any issue and tell you they have to speak to Mandy before doing anything. I do not even see the point of them being there. The entire staff is so unprofessional, incoherent and incompetent. I tried to be patient and gave them many chances to fix all the issues but they simply did not. They were not even apologetic about it either. The apartment itself is nice but highly overpriced. Do not waste your time signing the lease here.

Dont live here, its a victim of the surrounding area as well as the staff not caring about what happens to you and ripping off unsuspecting students at every turn.Edit-I may have been harsh on the staff, but I still found it difficult to get anything done without being persistent and always had the suspicion that they didnt regard my complaints seriously on account of the fact that I was young and a student. As an example and test of this, I found a broken piece of broken gym equipment. (An amenity that I pay to use) and would throughout my time living there point this out to multiple staff with the promise of it being fixed soon. This equipment has now been broken for more than a year and looks to not be to date or anytime soon. I often felt as though staff were told to agree with whatever you asked in hopes you would forget about the complaint later. In another incident I broke both my arms in and accident and had to depend on using a wagon to to roll around anything that I needed to carry to my room on the 5th floor. This was not helped by the fact of the elevator breaking multiple times and staying broken for a week at times. I cant imagine had there been any handicapped residents at the time. I stand by what I said of this apartment being a victim of the surrounding area. But working 2 jobs to pay for my room and then to be treated like a naive student that would accept any charge on my account was often insulting

I dont know where to start from.... There are so many to talk about...Pros: Everything is new. Appliances works great. Big refrigerator, washing and drying machine works well, nice TV...etc. And thats pretty much it.CONS: 1. First of all, the staffs are rude. Except for that one lady. But rest are so lazy and rude. They misinformed me multiple times saying, oh you wont have roommates living with you There was a roommate who was moving in with me the same day.... They didnt give me my mail keys until weeks later I moved in. They kept showing their frustration in front of me and my family which was very OBVIOUS with consistent sighing and tone of voice. Im just asking, please smile more. I want to feel welcome.2. They are horrible with delivering the packages to the residents. (I highly recommend they come up with some email system like CULLEN OAK does... because it is out of control.) I havent gotten any notification for my previous TWO packages that Ive been waiting on for a while.3. Weird Residents living. The trash room is always messy.. nobody actually puts trash into the chute so its trash everywhere eventually the halls filled with lots of flies. Also, they need to do something about some weird random resident breaking our EXIT signs... its ridiculous. Every day they will fix it and put exit sign back on the ceiling but someone always breaks it every night... I feel like its some kind of daily thing for them to break all the exit signs.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONES DAUGHTER!!! The maintenance man walked in our apartment unannounced while I was packing my lunch for work in the kitchen and not properly dressed. He never knocked. I actually thought it was one of my roommates b/c I was standing by the fridge right next to the door and I heard the key unlocking it but never heard a knock. When he opened the door and announced who he was I asked him to give me a moment and had to repeat myself 3x! I filed a complaint on 5/2/18 with the office and never heard anything back but I did get a text that my rent was due by 5/3/18.I waited until I moved out to leave this comment because I did not feel safe there after this incident.I always had to make sure that I kept my rent receipts, because they would charge me for stuff like late fees even when I paid on time. The hallways smell like dirty dogs, and the stairwells smell like pee.
