I’ve lived here for going on 2 years. I see how people would say it’s not all that but I think it’s worth the price. The managers are very understanding and willing to help residents if they can.. parking gets kind of full but other than that I’ve never had any major problems that they didn’t fix right away.

Maintenance takes days if not weeks to fix a simple problem. Like our washer machine needed fixing on Wednesday but has only been looked at one time that day. They told us they would be coming back the next day but never showed up. And now its Saturday and we have to wait tell Monday, so our clothes cant be washed for one week more, its Soo had

This apartment is really poorly managed. The new management is not nearly as responsive as the previous ones were. Our unit was infested with roaches, and we have made several attempts to get them to assist us with the issues, aside from week long response times, and uncaring management, the parking is RIDICULOUS. They charge for valet trash and I have had several issues with them picking it up. I still have a request right now going on 2 weeks that they have yet to even address. Please head the 2 star reviews and stay away from here. I will likely have to get rid of so much of my things when we move to avoid carrying an infestation with us, its such a horrible experience. And to add salt to a wound, during the storm I asked for a few day extension without penalty as a resident that pays early EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they refused to work with me during such a difficult time, I know that exceptions arent guaranteed to anyone but it just says a lot about a company on how they handle situations like that.

I have lived at central Park for 7 months,I think its a great place,the only thing is I dont like the fact that my laundry is in my bedroom which is why am planning to move after my lease

Wow, what a change I have been living in Central Park for a year, the new manager Dalila is excellent, she quickly solved my problem and followed up with me to make sure everything was fine. The previous manager would have taken weeks before they heard any complaint and more time to resolve it. I definitely recommend renting here the changes are evident the new manager cares about the tenants. Many thanks to Dalila and her team

Move in a few days ago, and it has been a great experience, honestly from start to finish. Ana and Cecilia were extremely helpful and were able (and willing) to answer any questions that I had. Unfortunately, the apartment that was originally assigned to me was not ready on time, but fortunately my new apartment surpassed my expectations...thanks to Ana! Not only did she keep me informed (and was honest as to why) but it was greatly appreciated! Thank you again ladies for everything!!

A friend hosted me in his apartment on this site for three days. I parked to the same place for three nights in visitors lot. And when I woke up the third morning my car was not where I parked. The management said that the visitor cars should also be registered and my car was towed because I did not register it. But there was no sign about this issue in the parking lot. As a result I paid 250 USD.

I must say the New property Manager Percy Captain has been nothing but Amazing. He is always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the Complex. Always willing to go about and beyond to resolve and issue you may have in your apartment or on the property. The staff in the leasing office are great at welcoming and greeting you when you first walk into the leasing office.and to also help with any issuesthat you may have if they can, I guess thats a testament of the Great Leadership that Mr Percy shows by leading by example. I am very happy in these Central Park apartments, the attention of the new administrative staff is excellent, the complex is very clean, maintenance service is fast, the community is very good, security and parking is very controlled.

The COVID pandemic has made everything so complicated. I have had to relocate and In the process of looking I encountered Central Park Apartments. Despite everything, the staff has managed to maintain professionalism and keeping the client’s needs first. Ms. Wrayla was warm and inviting while acknowledging this is a very difficult time for me. She was patient and thorough. It is a breath of fresh air to encounter great customer service in the middle of chaos. Over Priced. Trash Valet is inconsistent! Staff is rude! Very inconsiderate during the pandemic. Always 5 cars who can’t get in the gate at the front entrance. Plumbing issues consistently. Pet owners not made to clean up after pets. Stop decorating the office & get pet potty stations!

Ive lived here about 8 months now.. I absolutely love this complex.. anytime I have an issue with my apartment they are there within 24 hours to take care of it.. they always have a welcoming smile.. I appreciate the selection of free gourmet coffee, the free access to the computers, as well as the conference room that they provide to us.. this is by far one of my fav apartments complex Ive stayed in while living in Houston. However, I would love if there were more security provided outside the gate for us who are located inside the gate.. rather thats some cameras, or physical security.. i live alone, so it was important to me to have a for sure parking spot near my home so Im not walking all around the complex at night.. they made sure that the outside parking spots were provided with reserved parking for me.. really made me more secure by doing that.. they have really great customer service skills and beyond friendly... I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone... thanks for being great at what you guys do..

I had fleas, and Black Mold in my unit! My neighbor dogs were infested and my unit was suffering. I emailed CAF management and Genevieve refused to respond to me directly about my apartment issues. When I told them I could no longer lease the unit due to the mold I was given the run around from Percy who said he would do a walk through but he just got fired. Delilah who retired 2 years ago just came back to try to cover up them stealing people water bill money. Management changed three times in 6 months.. they are currently being audited.. the maintenance men told me I had dust in my A/C vent when any experienced contractor can see that it is black mold. These lack professional! They aren’t considered to those who fear COVID they wear there mask under their noses in the office & continue to serve food to people without any proper food handler certifications. When I moved in they gave me a bottle of wine and had SULFATES spelled wrong. I called and emailed you guys at least twice a week! Don’t reply to my comment with that fake company memo! You have all of my contact information! Also y’all need to stop with the fake reviews!! They took the listing off the Google search engine because they had a 1.5 overall rating!! Untrustworthy! This place is decent. Id give them three stars but we dont experience any flooding here which means my car is completely safe so I gave them an extra star. Also I dont know what happened with the parking lately but for the last few months its suddenly become difficult to find parking.

Moved in a couple months back, stopped by to tour with Anna and moved in same day. Three months in I’ll say the apartments are safe, quiet, mostly working people here and haven’t had any issues. Had one issue that was resolved rather quickly. The wood floors and faux granite are also nice better than carpet at other spots I’ve seen. They do a good job of managing parking too. The staff at the front is always very professional and Anna is always visible around the property doing work and is available to answer quick questions. If your looking for somewhere convenient, decent and affordable In westchase, this is your spot!

Received prompt and professional customer service today from Percy and Gabi. Was able to request significant maintenance and come to terms with a new lease agreement. I will be staying for my third year.

Ive lived here for 14 months now, they have just been taken over by CAF. First of all, the move in and application process was done so easily and I really appreciated that.I originally put in my notice to move out but I just cancelled it because the staff is so attentive and helpful and these are really great apartments for an affordable price. I honestly dont think you could find another apartment with the same quality of staff and living conditions than here. Plus they have TWO POOLS! The fitness center is also really nice. Cynthia Felicia and Jesus in the main office have always been really helpful towards my needs as a resident here. I would absolutely recommend living here.

I recently moved in to a downstairs unit and it’s great. The space is nice and additional closets for all my things. The staff was friendly and made the process to move in easy and fast. Everything on a timely manner.

Due to Covid-19 crisis and the fact that many of us has lost our jobs, raising the water and sewer charges is unacceptable. On top of that, a lot of residents are being forced to park on the street, and getting citations for doing so! Since all the visitor parking and regular parking spots are filled, we have no choice but to park outside. It’s seems like the office administration has not stepped forward to help people deal with this crisis, instead we are being charged higher fees and not being notified on time.

The plumbing pipes need to be replaced there always a issue with the pipes backing up and youll should bring back the operator system to contact someone about matience issues instead of leaving a voice mail...Also something need to done about the residents playing loud music after midnight the old company would fine the tenant 100.00 fine for playing music after midnight and bring back armed security guards like when I moved out here 10 years ago...

4 years living there. Still they own me more than 300 doll. By satellite deposit and rent deposit. But they sent me to collection for just one day of March (Im not agree.) Without any call or email and mail notification. Be careful they change the staff every time to erase their mistakes between. Ask them papers signed as proof of they words.or you are going to suffer their lies.

I just moved in. The apartment is newly renovated. The staff and management are very kind, very involved with the residents and community. There were a few mishaps, but no facility is perfect. The apartments are cheap approval is fairly easy. They did waive a lot of the fees. So far none of the past reviews have shown to be currently accurate. They have made a lot of improvements.

Ive been here several years and New Management are nice people... going out of their way to meet expectations and towards maintaining a pleasant property.

I moved into this property on high expectations because the leasing consultant sold me on the new upgrade of the property, apartments and new management. When I moved into my apartment my bathroom sink linked for two months until I tracked down a maintenance worker outside on the property. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and new year eve and day my toilet was backed up for more than 24 hours. On December 26, 2016 I walked outside to an unbearable smell which I discover it was sewage and wasted which came out of the pipes on the ground. The sewage and wasted was on the ground for over several days causing a health hazard. Over the past months after this incidence and complain to the property manager about the uncleanliness of the property with no changes until months. The leasing consultants never know anything besides trying to get you to sign a lease agreement. I realize some things you would need a manager approval but the leasing consultants are unprofessional, rude and uneducated on how to handle certain situations. The property manager (the short lady who sits in her office with her door closed the entire business hours) is rude, disrespectful and her deliver toward tenants comes off as sarcastic. Also, I was locked out of my apartment for three days without any clothing and unable to take a shower. Upon entering my apartment I felt unsafe and uncomfortable by living here.

I just moved from here management is poor no communication with residents about whats happening in the community. I was burglarized twice in two months and the first time the maintenance guy showed me security footage from his phone of people jumping balcony fence coming from someone apartment in the community. So management dont know that I had seen this because when I called and spoke with the region manager to find out why the residents had not been notified on burglaries in the community she presided to tell me that this was the first( lie). Even after the first still no notice of anything thats why I filed a complaint with HAA Houston Apartment Association.

THESE APARTMENTS SUCK ASS!!!!! WORST MISTAKE EVER! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are bed bug infested and roach and rat infested as well. The management sucks and are rude as hell. The parking is terrible. You can hear every step in the apartments. Youre better off moving to Club Creek. Dont move here. Waste of money. Unprofessional staff in the office. Ive been living here only a week and I want to break my lease already. The workers in the office never answer the phone, they always say that they are busy and never is, the grounds are horrible, and I want to speak with their corporate office. This is my first apartment and I am already disappointed. I want to know how much it cost to break my lease because staying here is the worst decision ever. My sink is stopped up and my dryer doesnt work. Unprofessional staff. I want the corporate office number now because this doesnt makes any sense. They lie to you about everything. Still very great apartments I wish I there appliances and flooring is better then other apartment complex has great color for the buildings and never had a problem with parking. The office team is very amazing.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Awful maintenance, they will steal from you and not fix your stuff! Moved in a roof had a leak could see brown on the ceiling they did not fix it just painted over it partially, did not inform me they entered my apartment without my knowledge and stole money from my coffee table. And did not finish painting then the ceiling started to leak! So it was not really fixed and they did not fix it no matter how many calls and e-mails. Soon after I started seeing mold! Not to mention theres a huge cockroach problem! I left as soon as my lease was up.

This could be a really great complex. Very nice location. But the apartment grounds are not well maintained at all. The front of the complex is nice but many areas need vast improvement. The worst thing is the filled to the brim dumpsters. My gosh it is a nightmare. Why not dump the trash???

Worst property ever, Ive lived here 4 years and its gone down down down hill shortly. A new property owner took let in the last month and still not one spot to park after 11pm. When I asked they still wont tell me where to park and then towed my car. I should warn everyone to stay away. Im going to finish my lease and be on my way quickly

I was burglarized and my car was vandalized all in the same day. I do not recommend this complex to anyone. Besides the fact that we were robbed the management were complete aholes when it happened. They refused to send over maintenance ppl to fix our door because it wasn’t “important enough” to pay them overtime even though I made the request way before it was closing time. My husband had to fix it himself.

Boy let me tell you I live in this god forsaking place for 5 year Ive seen so many things.There was a time that there were robberies at gun point almost daily and I mean the robber will actually escort you to your apt. and clean you out,you couldnt even go check your mail it so bad.Also there was a case where a man kept a woman hostage for about month in his apartment and rape her repeatedly even my neighbor was a victim of a rape attempt the only thing that saved her was her screams.There was also a time were there was car vandalism I mean cars on block about 4-5 in one night then 2-3 the next night. I knew someone that was a victim of car vandalism he went to go get a rental just to see the vehicle on blocks the very next day.Another thing to watch out for is when you move out, they will try to stick you anyway they can.When I move out I was extra careful to do everything accordingly just to find out 8months later they sent me to collection with out notifying me by phone mail or email.Its ok because I got it deleted off my credit. When I move in their carpet was already old and coming apart at the seams and it was on the move in punch list it was wasnt a surprise when they try to charge me for it.All their apartment have a roach problem I called the City of Houston on them twice just to get threaten by them,the manager at the time said that hell do everything possible to make my life there miserable while living there.The managers change yearly the employee dont last I seen it all and thats why Im trying to tell yall what your in for.Yes they try to updated the property and raise your rent but in my opinion they need to com den this place and tear it down and start all over, I mean you cant polish a turd.Central Park Apartments your welcome and thanks for nothing it just a matter of time before yall go bankrupt again ...

The office staff here is the worst ive ever seen.Our whole apartment was infested with roaches, and we asked them to spray it at least once a month during the year we lived here. The last time we asked them, they started yelling at us when we informed them that what they were doing was a blatant health code violation. They finally sprayed for roaches the week after we moved out.They lost our rent check every single month. We were very lucky to have kept track of all our money order receipts, or we wouldve been in trouble.Its been a year since we left this horrible place, and we received a call from a collection agency today saying that we still owe them money from the move-in deposit two years ago. We received no calls from central park beforehand, just a call from a sketchy collection agency threatening to ruin our credit. After being put on hold for an hour and arguing with the office staff, we decided that the only option was to allow these people to extort more money from us.This is my experience at central park. Please, for the love of god, do not come anywhere near this place.

Customer service is terrible, i accompanied my fiancee to these apartments and they were wonderful and even sold us on the apartment, so i spent my money paying for the $100 admin fee for my fiancee so he could get the apartment and they assured us that he met the requirements and that they would contact us within 3 days to sign the lease, well, even though he had a specific move in date, he didnt hear from them until almost a week and a half later, way past the move in date and told us that they needed employment verification, which we gave them all the information, and they refused to accept it. So they basically wasted our time and money and so we decided to search other places and now we are moving into Camden down the street (wonderful people and apartment btw), im just upset and disappointment with central parks customer service and unprofessional ism

HEY GUYS！！！JUST A REMINDER！！！STOP PAYING THEIR RENTAL INSURANCE！！！The insurance company is totally a CHEATING company！！！My apartment got theft 3 months ago and the insurance company promised to pay us 3000 dollars, and when we call them, they always don’t pick up the phone and will always use ridiculous reason to play at us and say they have mailed the check to us. But we never receive it!!! I will put a picture that has the insurance company’s name below.

I have been living here for about 6 months and it the time I have lived there a lot of things have gone uphill. I just signed a lease for another year. The management is a little swamped right now and so is the maintenance staff.Within 6 months they replaced the roof, they fixed the shared driveway and have managed to reopen all the pools and are in the process of painting.Yes- My unit is not terribly updated- but itll get there I am sure. There is always parking and they have been cleaning out the sketchy people slowly. Its quiet and nice.I wish the balcony was bigger- but meh its OK. I have seen a total of 3 roaches the whole time I have lived there and we live in Houston. When the heat starts a few bugs sneak in- Roaches are also a product of how you live- if you are dirty and never take your trash out or clean. Expect roaches.A lot of the people on here seemed to have moved out so maybe that has something to do with this whole thing. I like having a washer and dryer and the amount of space I do, and a fitness center for what I pay.Update: I moved out and left my unit vacant. I left a forwarding address and 6 months later I get a call from a collections department telling me I owe them money. Its ridiculous how unorganized you people are. On top of sucking you people are lazy.

I recently moved here because the location is great. The front of the complex looks awesome but the inside is awful. There is always garbage everywhere. It really seems like some of the residents think that throwing trash out of their cars and homes is ok. Why doesnt management have someone clean the property? There is always mud and garbage everywhere. The grounds of the complex matter! Please FINE the residents that keep throwing trash outside of their apartments and cars. I dont know how else you can solve this issue but to hit people in their pockets. Also, I agree with previous commenters regarding the dumpsters overflowing sometimes but when they arent full people STILL put trash along side of the dumpster as if outside of the dumpster is sufficient, GROSS! I have had a couple of problems with appliances but i will say that management fixes them within 3-4 days, that makes me pretty happy. The other problem i have is that people think keeping their pets outside on their patios in the hot sun all day and night is acceptable. That is animal abuse! Sometimes they even leave their pets to bark all throughout the night, literally. Ive only been staying here a month and Im already thinking this was maybe a bad idea. Last but not least, parking. I was told that you guys were going to start issuing parking decals (1or2) per household and those that do not have decals were to park along side the back fence. WHEN IS THIS EVER GOING TO HAPPEN? This is really important because some creepy guy was following me last night until i stopped, turned around and put my BF on speaker phone. This scared me so much! Please make these changes, I know you guys can be great. Ill Re-rate you guys once i see some improvement.

They charged me 250 for a deposit and denied me i figured they charge 50 for applications no they took the whole 250 for nothing i got nothing this is crazy business like this shouldnt exist like they dont make enough on there property that they have to steal it from people the women who handle my applications told me I get 150 back if I was denied because I asked before hand now she disappeared they just taken 250 for nothing

3 stars althou the convienience of an in unit laundromat and the staff is friendly, their security is lacking. I will raise rating once i see a good security system in place. All we have is an old man and no cameras. Ive see multiple occasion of people trying to break in to cars or looking inside apts. Thats type of environment isnt worth the money.

This is a horrible dump, with unprofessional management in the office. You would be better off living under a bridge than in this roach motel. I have had a horrible experience living here. Dont move here, you will be very sorry you did. Fanny is very very rude and condescending. Rosie the new property manager only wants to collect a check. The management is the worst and laziest I have ever come across. The sidewalks are sunken in and there is mud everywhere when it rains. The maintenance is piss poor, they half a## fix your stuff. I have been battling a roach infestation for the past several months. These apartments are TRASH, the management is TRASH and the parking situations are HORRIBLE no parking after 9pm. Moved here 3 months ago, my apartment got theft 5 days ago, some one steal all the stuff in my apartment. Television, Xbox, Two MacBooks, 4 cameras, 2 iPads, all my bags and purses, and so on... They even steal all my ID like passport, SSN and identification card. I feel the security is lacking, thief can break into my house at around 10:00-11:00am in the morning??? And use my card to purchase items at 12:22 pm.

Horrible management. They change their parking policy and I can’t ever find a parking. It’s unbelievable the amount of empty reserved parkings at any hour and how difficult is to find a parking for those who didn’t have time to buy a reserved parking. They shouldn’t have a reserved parking policy if they don’t have enough parking for everyone, and if they did, reserved parking shouldn’t be 50% of the parking spots

This place sucks.. Okay so let me tell you my experience at the complex. My husband and I move in here about a year ago. At first everything seem okay then less then a month later the maintenance came into our apartment without notice stole electronic items that we had and left the door unlocked. We talk to other neighbors near by to find out what happened and we were stock when everyone told us that yes the maintenance steals stuff from the apartments. Then we called the cops and went up to the front office to tell them. 3 days later everyone working at the complex was gone and was under new management. Sounds good right, well nope it sure wasnt. Cause then my dish washer broke, my ac started leaking, and the worst of all we were HIGH infested with Roaches! We complain to the front office, we wrote notes to the office, we called all the time. They Never came to help us then 3 months later the complex gets new management Again!! The problems start getting much worst, roaches every where, no dishwasher! Finally in November I got a dish washer, which means I went 6 months without a dish washer. I still have a Lot of roaches! I am so happy to say we are moving out in a few days. But I am very sad to say I have to throw away ALL my stuff even my tv cause of all the roaches that live inside everything. I am moving somewhere else but with nothing from this infested apartment. PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE DONT MOVE HERE! The management is BAD, and the complex is HIGHLY INFESTED with Roaches. They are everywhere. Trust me. Good Luck and God bless.

Worst apartments in the world!! Roach infested!! The maintenance never fix anything I mean never, you need to move out for them to fix things!!! The foundation is horrible!! Roaches will literally crawl on you on your sleep!! Yvonne and Ada are extremely rude and racist!! They didnt know I spoke Spanish so I caught them right handed and they were super shocked!! Dont do it!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Oh yeah!! And the carpets are super dirty, you will literally have huge bumps on your body for days just for sitting down!! Just So much! The maintenance live on the property but they are never available or is not that important according to them !! Houston association will be checking these apartments!! The floor underneath 1710 where I lived is empty and crackheads and drug addicts will break in and stay there!! You hear girls yelling asking for help in the middle of the night!! I have made so many police reports that is really just sad !!

Save yourself stress and dont do it. Look at another listing and JUST DONT DO IT. They will take your money and lose it. Never fails.

I can almost guarantee any good review u see is a lie. Within my first month of moving here I had to throw away my couch because of bed bugs. In addition to that when I moved in there was a price of tape holding my dryer together... NITHING EVER GETS DONE. There is no parking at night, and its common for robberies to happen in the complex. My tub leaks, the balcony looks like it was done by a child...... I just hate living here all togeather.. It took them 3 months to even give me a mailbox key.. Every time I pay rent I feel taken advantage of. Its not worth it at all... Then on top of it all there paining the apt blue with bright yellow doors smh, I cant wait to get away from them

Do Not move here The parking is horrible they towed your car as a resident and they do not care they don’t have enough reserve parking for their residence to keep you from getting towed. Put in a work order for them to fix my chandelier in the dining room take them 3 weeks I had to keep calling and asking for them to fix it..

Horrible complex ...its the worst ive seen yet. I would never in life recommend anyone to stay here. Theres never anywhere to park after a certain time. They towed my car mulitple times before giving me a parking permit. They claim its because my car isnt in my name. But i feel i should get one for having a lease period. My car was a gift, and it has full coverage insurance. So why should it matter if its in my name. Theres always garbage everywhere. And they over charged me fees i wasnt responsible for. Then gave me multiple evictions behind it. Even after showing proof i didnt owe anything. Im happy to say once my lease is up im moving ASAP.

THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS APTS SUCKS..We leaved here for two years..From day one it was a nightmare.. The apt had no carpet, no refrigerator.no stove.. No washer and dryer... Leaks everywhere.. The appliances are so freaking old.. . They want the rent on time every month but dont care about fixing anything..we were robbed at gun point.. And our cars broken into a few times...Every time we asked for something to be fixed it took month for it to be done.. Please dont move to these apartments... They are a junkyard.. If u do you will regret it.. They change management like changing their underwear.. Mgt was changed 3 times while we leaved here..and they all SUCK.. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SITTING IN THAT OFFICE DOING NOTHING AND GETTING A CHECK FOR IT..

Horrible maintenance, horrible management!!! Wont fix nothing and if they do, it only works for a week or so, and after the 3rd time calling maintenance, they stop coming!!! Then, when you complete your lease, with no issues, they find any reason not to give you your deposit back...in my case, the apartment was cleared of all items and clean, they said that they had to do a deep clean, that was a lie, then they said the back patio lock was broke and that was also a lie...now we have to go through the Houston Apartment Association to get the deposit back!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

It was awful. The only good things about the apartment is that it has a washer dryer in the unit and its zoned to a good elementary school. Besides that its a complete dump! Theres no sidewalks, just mud everywhere. Its like a wasteland that got hit by the apocalyse. When it rains its a hazard walking through all the mud to get to your vehicle.Parking is horrible, usually full by 9pm. Fanny the office manager is awful. Shes rude, cavalier and standoffish, as if theres a line of people waiting to move into this dump. The rent is cheap, but its cheap because the place is horrible. I cannot stress enough how horrible it is. DO NOT MOVE TO CENTRAL PARK APARTMENTS!. Its better to pay a lot for quality. When the rent is cheap beware!You get what you pay for. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, except maybe some barnyard animals. Maintenance is non existent. My kitchen sink was literally falling down and it was never fixed. A cabinet door in the kitchen came off in my hand. The roaches were giant and came through the vents. Applicances are as old as I am and carpets are awful. Your neighbors are people who clearly dont care they live in a dump. Smokey Smokerson lived upstairs from me and had the unit smelling like cigarettes all the time.Awful place to live and awful office manager. Steer clear. Move somewhere else, preferably where you wont have giant cockroaches and feel as if you are in a scene from Terminator Rise of the Machines.

I clicked in 2 start by mistake, its really none. I have been living here for a while its being the baddest experience ever. They sell that they have surviliance cameras, five car where in a collision I preassum it was drug adit we went to camaras and SURPRISE camaras is a fake.We have seasons with fleas infectation, hooribles experience. There is no parking here and dont come to live here because if you have to come back later night you my be raped or hit. It happened here. You try to park your car outside because there is not enough parking early morning you are putting yourself in risk of an assault the area is not secure. And if you park your car in other part than parking which (by the way they dont have enough for all) you will have your car wrecked. Nobody is gonna help you. DONT MOVE HERE, NOT ALL OF THEM BUT THE YOUNG LADY IS TOUGH.We have the mojority of the apartment in very bad shape roads will be part if your family.They pay to peds control for nothing because it doesnt kill anything I think they spray is water. Then they will coming over and over again.The pull has been out for 3 years, I have been mistreated for a long timeI am telling the true nothing I have mentioned is a lie I am talking about personal and for my friends experience.

Truly horrible place, the worst I have ever stayed in. On the day I was supposed to move in, which I had already agreed on with them, they said they had no record of that as my move in date, so I had to sign a contract accepting the apt as is. I learned later from my neighbors that they do this with many people. They didnt inform me until after I signed the lease that it would be an extra non-refundable fee for a key to the exercise/workout room. Took about a month after moving in for them to get me a mailbox key, by which time I was late paying my bills, so I lost my internet service.So many roaches in the apt it was awful, even though I tried to keep my space very clean, which is not easy when you have roaches everywhere. Ugh, so nasty. But roaches were far from the worst part of living there.Things DID NOT improve when apt management changed hands, not that you would even expect it to really. In fact, if anything it got worse. They got rid of most of the people from the front office, who were at least friendly, though somewhat incompetent. Though mostly it seemed like it was management that was to blame, whatever company didnt make a difference in the slightest.I was excited when I first looked at the property to see a hot tub in the pool area, but but after the first month living there neither pool was EVER open! For a whole year they refused to clean and open the pools, giving the excuse they were trying to get a permit from the city, which is a lie, a city permit is not needed to maintain pools in an apt complex.Maintenance was slow to respond to requests, and 2 of the guys would not stop hitting on me, VERY inappropriate and SO unbelievably unprofessional! Imagine standing in your own kitchen while some guy fixes your dishwasher, answering him that yes, you are married, and happily so, for the third time (which is none of anyones damn business). After a while I stopped making service requests because it creeped me out to have them in my apt. One time after coming home, maintenance had done a routine inspection of my apt, and I came home to find my door unlocked, and their copy of my door key sticking out of the lock, they had just left it there! I am thankful I came home during the day when I did, anyone could have just walked in to my apt and helped themselves to my stuff due to their negligence. I never reported it to the office, and decided not to give them back the copy of my apt key till after moving out. Glad I didnt, I felt a tiny bit safer knowing they no longer had access to MY HOME, which they should need permission to enter in the first place.Crime in the neighborhood is very, VERY bad, so much so that its downright scary. I dont even care about ppl smoking weed or whatever drugs might be sold there, thats peoples own business. But apts were broken into frequently, even the maintenance storage shed was robbed. One time when coming home at night, a woman near us was outside on her balcony freaking out, she screamed out that she had just been robbed, they took her large flat screen tv, all her appliances, everything. Even after that, the apt complex would not let her out of her lease. The longer we stayed there, we heard more and more gunshots at night, right outside our balcony and very loud. I could hardly sleep at night sometimes it was so bad, and we had to call the cops several times. My fiances bike, which was a gift from a friend of ours, was stolen from where it was locked up under the stairs, they must have used wire cutters to get it. Considering how bad things were, I suppose we should just be glad it was only a bike, and that we made it out of there without much worse.

Roaches everywhere, I MOVED LIKE FIVE MONTH AGO and since i set foot on the house i tryed to get ride of the roaches problem by myself since we told the ofice and they didnt do nothing about it. After like a month of treatment, they came back, LITERALLY i spend like $600 on treatments. Is just HORRIBLE. And the office just sits there and do NOTHING AB IT

If I can I will give them -infinity....... I lived there for over a year.... it looked nice at first...then all problems start to become abivious. I dont know where to start: roaches bed bugs over floated trash and mudded everywhere when raining... always no parking after 8pm.... leaking everywhere inside the apt without any attention.....After I paid all deposits, they were trying to let me move in without AC in the middle of July, But I was yelling and asked for money back, and then they fixed it. However I should have take that as a sign! I should leave right away! I should have never ever came to this hell!!!!!!!!!!! But the worst, I have heard people next door living the first floor got broken in. And I got robbed one time when I was trying to get home around 8pm. I complained and asked for help. All they say is you can get robbed everywhere! My packages got lost all the time as well. They are all thefts in this apartment complex. If you dont get into this piece of shxt!
