I have been renting in this complex for seven years and have seen at least six different managers running this complex. This is the first management that I’ve seen who shows professionalism and responsive. I met Sarah H. who is so friendly, very helpful and listens to your concerns. She’s really a people person, and makes you feel important. Since I’ve moved in this complex in 2014, I’ve always requested to get the security lights fixed and they were never fixed until this new management took over. Also with the previous management, I never see any security personnel walking around the complex but with this new management I now see a security personnel touring the complex. I feel a lot safer now with this new management with the security lights being fixed and a security personnel touring the complex. Thank you for the great improvements.
Ever since the new management took over things were kinda rocky. I’ve made a few payment arrangements to help with rent due to losing work due to being sick and losing my job. But the manger ms. Ochoa has helped and worked with me and she’s very kind and sweet. I can’t thank her enough for working with me and if you work in the woodlands or the airport this complex is amazing and beautiful to live at.
Although I had my reservations initially before moving into these apartments, my thoughts were quickly rectified by the maintenance worker Herman. He goes above and beyond at his job and has fixed many issues for me almost immediately. All of the staff at the complex are great at their job my only complaint is that I am limited to 5 stars.
Were appreciative of Sarah, who is very helpful and always ready to listen. Her persona is very accomodating and makes our stay at Kendall Manor better.
Mrs Ochoa was really helpful, and answer all our questions about the property. Also made the leasing process easy to understand being that we are first time renters. Highly recommend her!

While prompt to respond at the time of getting you in a lease, it was hard to hear back from them while living there. They were actually not very good answering calls, messages or other forms of communications particularly while we were moving out. Good luck getting your security back!

I recently visited this complex for a tour and can I just say, the staff here is so awesome!! They showed me the model (which was GORGEOUS btw) and answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. I am definitely interested in moving here!!!!

I took a tour at these apartments, looking at townhomes and Ms. Davina was so professional yet genuinely nice. I could see the maintenance team working hard as well, office staff was helping others. Well oiled machine, this place is great!

Beware. The management team are liars and can not be trusted. They tried to make my parents sign a least without looking at the unit they were going to move into. It turns out the unit wasn’t fit to live in. The model apt they show you is a scam. Please don’t move there. Other tenets tried to warn us as well.
The property manager was very professional and helped me come to an agreement with paying a payment arrangement for my rent. The neighborhood is very quiet and it’s a wonderful property to live at. Both parties helped me and I am forever grateful.
Ive lived here for 5 years. The 1st year was here was the least problematic. Every year since theyve progressively gotten worse as management changed every 6 months to a year. The lack of consistency and continuity is the least of their problems. Weve lived in a unit infested with roaches, mold and mildew. All of which theyve done little to nothing to rectify the situation. Now that we are leaving and threatened a law suit for forcing us to live in inhuman conditions, theyve chosen to retroactively charge us an additional 150 to 250 for the last 11 months. If you want to live in a textbook slum lord situation this is the place for you. Otherwise Id stay clear of the place. They are currently working towards selling the property to investors again. Leading to the property to possibly get worse. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Maintenance is very professional and responds to all my needs the apartments are very quiet there’s no drama everybody minds there business the regional manager Mrs Silva is the most caring and sweetest woman she makes sure the residents are comfortable
I have lived in these apartments for 11 months. I have had my electricity off for a week and a half. My apartment was struck my lighting and it took them over a week for them to contact an electrician. I had complained multiple times before they ever came to resolve the issue. I had no air, lights and none of the outlets worked. It was pretty much uninhabitable. My friend came to visit and his car was stolen! There are a lot of unsavory characters that are on drugs in this apartment complex. I hear gunshots that are inside the apartment complex at least once every two weeks. When I moved in there were multiple things that were unfixed in the apartment complex i.e (leaking ceiling, peeled up laminate, missing dryer handle, and leaking sinks). The ceiling light fixture fell and shattered on the floor. It was a blessing that no one was in the kitchen because it would have been a liability. The trash in the dumpster is constantly overflowing which creates a habitat for insects. They make you pay for valet trash but no one comes by to empty it so I empty myself. The parking here is horrible so expect to walk a ways before reaching your apartment. There are multiple stray animals roaming around the complex. The apartment next door to me flooded and it came through my laundry room. It took a week for them to solve the problem and the error was of their own fault for not turning off the water heater that leaked from the apartment behind mine. They claimed they would send someone over to fix the water damage on the floor but never returned. I ended up cleaning it up myself. I have nothing good to say about these apartments except that the square footage to the rent price is manageable. Although, its not worth the stress or dilemmas.
I have had experiences in the past with different office staff but since Davina J. has been in the office WHENEVER I have had an issue it has been resolved promptly and with professionalism. Even if they cant get to you immediately I have received courtesy calls from her stating the issue and that they are working to resolve quickly. Always professional and kind.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and I love it. The apartments are spacious and modern and super affordable. The management team is professional, compassionate, and responsive to questions or maintenance request. No matter where you live in this world...situations will arise..its how a person deals with it that matters. This place is lovely with all the beautiful trees, nice size pool, laundry rooms...I plan on upgrading to a bigger unit and will gladly resign my lease.
Old building, no insulation, paint over mold and other wall problems. Rent always goes up despite lack of imprements around and in the properties, small dirty and creepy laundry room. Snow and ice removal is minimal. Maintenance does cheap inefficient repairs. I do not recommend this or any other Princeton Properties as my experience here over 5-6 years has been very unpleasant with then continually raising rent its near impossible to escape apartment living. For what they charge in rent for paper thin walls you can get a house. Leasing agents are nice I guess.
Had a great experience with Devina. She was very friendly and welcoming. She helped us through the entire application and was very helpful through it. She was running from room to room helping others, and was overall great.
My husband and I were looking for a townhouse within a short time frame. The leasing agent, Amanda, was extremely courteous and went over and beyond to assist us with the application process and was very helpful. The on-site property manager really drove it home when welcoming our family to the property and was very professional and communicative with how to move forward. The homes are beautiful and affordable. I would definitely recommend.
1- A branch has fallen near my foot. Ive actually seen others around the ground.2- We are in the middle of a pandemic. WellNot in here! There are NOT requirements what so ever around the premises... no signs, etcPeople walk around with no masks, no following social distance, etc. (In the common grounds! No rules how to enter the mailroom).3- The playground is open... so there are kids with no masks, running around unattended..Please implement basic safety CDC rules to keep all of us safe! It is insane that in such small sort of sidewalks we have to bump into people constantly. No rules, no order.
The winter storm happened in Texas. Thankfully No pipes broke in my apartment, etcSimultaneously, There is the COVID 19 VIRUS GOING around. A Viral infection. I got a notice for a home inspection. Not feeling they care about my health or my families. Not feeling very safe here.
Management and maintenance do not work quick and efficiently to resolve issues. When I moved in, there were roaches in my daughters room and kitchen. During the summer, my A/C went out for a month and began to reach 80°F.

Personnel of Kendal Manor has been responsive to our concerns during this difficult times. Ms. Davina, Manager, assist us with A/C issues. She was patient with all our request and provided options to make our stay more comfortable. I am thankful for the help she provided. Her service was greatly appreciated.
Just moved in, Amanda in the front office was awesome she was very professional and help me get into my apartment quickly. I love the size of my apartment it is huge and they have really awesome pricing. Feels like a home not just an apartment!
It was Mothers Day weekend and our refrigerator went out after we had just went shopping on Friday to get ready for the weekend. The office went out of their way to accommodate our issue so that we may still enjoy the weekend. They were also very patient on the fact that I have been on furlough from my job due to the COVID-19 and the fact that they understood the situation with my unemployment. They kept my stress level down and things got handle in a timely manner. Thank you. The new management team that they have really take their time to accommodate your needs and make sure that things are going well for you and your family.
READ BEFORE LEASING HEREWe have lived here since 2016, we’ve been through multiple management and it’s always the same horrible service. Our A/C has been out for SIX MONTHS and all they did was replace the outside unit and tell us that the real problem isn’t the problem. Have yet to actually fix it or our fridge which is giving out due to the high temperature our apartment stays at and they never come to fix it. We’ve called multiple times about our sinks not working properly and still nothing. Pretty much half our utilities don’t work but “there’s no work orders” so someone obviously isn’t doing their job when we call. And we pay our rent on time for what exactly?
I went by this property because they are offering a 2 bedroom special and I can’t begin to tell you about the excellent level of service I received from James. As a manager, we always want to know that our employees went above and beyond with accommodating our guests and he did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough and attentive to our needs. The unit we viewed was beautiful and everyone we encountered on the tour was super friendly. I can’t thank him enough. Hopefully everything works out so that I may be able to move here in the near future. Thanks again James!
I must confess this new management team are doing fantastic job in the community most especially the Manager Ms Josh. She is very professional and swift with attending to issues around the community, like when she had to take a quick action in changing the entrance key pad when residence were having issues with it. More cleaner environment at the moment. I recommend this community for anyone or family.
First let’s just talk about the people in the office EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PLEASE LET ME NOT START ON MAINTENANCE BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST AS SORRY AS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY MAKE THINGS SEEM ALL GREAT AND GOOD LIVING HERE BUT ITS NOTTTTTTT. THE POLICE ARE IN THESE APARTMENTS EVERYDAY FOR SOMETHING UNDERCOVER COP CARS AS WELL SO THIS CLEARLY NOT A PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO BRING YOUR FAMILY AND LIVE HERE. I REPEAT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY ITS NOT SAFE THEY BREAK INTO CARS ETC. IT’S NO POINT OF ME GOING ON AND ON ABOUT HOW SORRY KENDALL MANOR IS. CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!!! I MIGHT LEAVE BEFORE THE LEASE IS UP THATS HOW HORRIBLE IT IS STAYING HERE.
Im a pretty easy going person so therefore me writing an actual review means im highly dissatisfied. Ive lived here for going on 4 years & I still need repairs from over a year ago. Ive been having an ongoing a/c issue since March. Mantience has yet to fully fix the problem. Im constantly getting the run around on it & its ridiculous that I pay rent just to live in heat. Its actually cooler outside than inside my apartment. I just need it fixed because im beyond exhausted with the work orders & etc.
My neighbor that lives beneath me plays her music as loud as possible. When I contacted the front office about it, they told me that there in no noise ordinance in place. I have almost lost my job because the music is so loud they can hear it through the phone. I feel like if times have changed and majority of America is now working from home, that officee personnel as well as management should have some change of rules and policy. I have a video standing in my apartment at 6 oclock am and you can hear her music as though she is playing it in my apartment. I decided to just start calling the police and maybe you all will decide to do something different.
Professionalism and a wonderful experience is what Im calling my visit to Kendall Apartments!! Im so glad I stopped to see the apartments. The complex was clean and inviting. It was just ashame there wasnt any apartments available for what I was looking for, or you would have received 5 stars. Thank you for taking your time and being so accommodating.
Im moving to the area from out of state and finally after continuous disappoint I believe I have found a home. Ive looked at some apartments in the area and these seem to be the best for your money. I looked at the 2 bedroom and it was beautiful. The community was clean and the customer service was amazing. The leasing agent James, really took his time to address all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. This place is definitely worth looking into if youre moving to the area.
I love this place since I moved in last year. I just renewed for another year because I love my beautiful and cozy two bedroom townhouse. The leasing staff is always willing to help you and there is a new manager that I meet today when I went to sign my renewal. She came over where I was signing my renewal and introduced herself and offered me a refreshment. I love living at this apartment community.

Just moved into apartment in late August...had some issues in getting move on exact move in date and had problems with cleaning crew... However, Emily step in and quickly resolved the matter which was a huge step....She and James has been outstanding and very professional.....the area has been extremely pleasant and quiet....the maintenance team acts quickly in resolving work orders and have so far enjoyed being here...
I have had such a great experience at Kendall Manor. Ma agent always makes sure to take care of any question I have and work orders are taken care of so fast. When you walk in the office you really feel at home because the are the sweetest management team I have ever rented from. Love this place
Very Pretty property. I love all the trees, and its so quiet. I need a two bedroom apartment and when I went to look at the flat I was very impressed. The two bedroom had huge closets and a lot of space. I will be coming back to lease.
James the leasing agent is one of the best agents I have ever worked with, his customer service is not five stars I wish I could put 10 stars; but I’ve never felt more comfortable more at home more taken care of. He made sure that everything was 100% before I moveed in, he continues to check on me almost every other day to make sure there’s nothing wrong with my apartment or to make sure that I don’t need anything, he gave me a welcome home package when I moved in. I just feel like His customer service should be an example for everyone else at every other apartment complex to follow.

My husband and I lived here for a short time after we sold our house and were waiting on a transfer back to my hometown in Missouri. Our unit was VERY nice. Whenever I had to talk to the management staff they were always very friendly and went above and beyond our expectations to resolve our issue in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this place. We loved it here and if it wasnt for us moving back to be close to family we would have stayed! Its my understanding it was under new management when we moved in. I didnt hear great things about the old staff but the only thing I can say is the new management is an amazing group to deal with!

I am not sure what to say about this management. Horrible service so far. I’m scared about my lease agreement now because of their property managers. As a real estate professional myself it’s a shame to see this level of incompetency in the industry. Shawn started fantastically with us and then it snowballed from there. No communication whatsoever. Office clerk Emily has no useful information to give other than saying “we are busy”. Well, that doesn’t mean you don’t fulfill your responsibilities which is serving the tenants. We still haven’t been able to properly see the unit that we rented. And our move in date is July 31st. They won’t answer the phone no matter what time I call in. Email responses aren’t prompt either. I just don’t know if I can recommend this kind of service to anyone. I’m utterly frustrated so far and I haven’t fully moved in yet!! We need to start ordering furnitures and without seeing the actual unit we are in a limbo. This is disgraceful. Avoid at all cost!!

Our time at Kendall Manor was quiet peaceful, never a problem had!Even more impressive is that we moved out almost two years ago and Shawn was more than willing to help us provide our ledger and information to get into a new house in Colorado in such a timely and respectful fashion.If we were to move back to Houston, this would be our first place to come to mind with their speedy and accommodating customer skills! My family and I are so thankful!
I typically never write reviews, but I have to give credit where its due. My father and I have been living here for right around a year now and the other day when I was locked out in the rain during the bad weather the leasing agent James stepped up and helped me in an outstanding way. I had groceries in the car and I was going to wait till the rain stopped so I didnt get soaked but James got the key and carried all of my groceries inside for me insisting that he didnt want them to spoil. That level of customer service is hard to come by from any apartment office in Houston so I definitely had to say something.
Just sad and horrible roaches EVERY WHERE!!! The dishwasher is constantly leaking water from the sink. The air conditioning keeps going out!! (this is summer time so you Know its extremely hot outside) ! Im visiting my mom and stayed with here for a month so she can help me adjust to having to deal with 2 babies ( a 1 year old and 1 month old) not cool to leaving in a place like this with them! We are not dirty people cause we are constantly cleaning to make sure my baby dont put dead roaches in his mouth! And my daughter has a heat rash cause the air conditioning keeps going out. My mom had let the office know but its like every time they come out to fix it a week or 2 its back to not working again. My mom car had got broken into and it seem like the staff didnt want to do anything and where is the security that is included in the bills cause I Dont see no type of security in the area! I would continue but I dont have time for that! Like I said just sad and horrible Do Not stay here! Get out!
This is an edited review. This place is under new management & Complete trash. Also there’s virtually no such thing as 24 hour emergency maintenance. We’ve needed them on MULTIPLE occasions every time their circuit breakers act up and NOBODY... they don’t even get back to you the next day. Getting out ASAP
I’m currently living here, the management is horrible, there are roaches everywhere, at least once a month my hot water goes out, a pizza delivery man was killed inside the complex about 5 days ago, no security, I still have things that need to be fixed from when I first moved in back in July, I’ve gotten mail order items stolen off my gated porch, the appliances are old and painted over, the bath tub was painted over and keeps peeling, the fake wood looking flooring is actually peel and stick linoleum. The pool area is the only good thing about this complex!!!!!
Recently moved in and just wanted to comment about how easy the process was for me. The staff and management were very attentive and friendly and Im looking forward to a great year... or more!
The management here is terrible. First my key wouldnt lock my front door and no one ever came to fix it. My apartment went one week unlocked during my work hours. Then i went about 2 weeks with out my washer and dryer that was part of my lease. For one month of rent one lady in the front desk said we can do a partial payments of 2. Never noting that on file causing us to be late on the system and eventually evicted with a amount of over $900 with late fees. Telling them we dont have that money and what the situation was they told us the lady in the front was never suppose to give us the option of 2 payments . So then they advice us to take a loan out to pay them, pawn our titles to our vehicles, or ask a family member for money. Over all this place is not somewhere you guys want to live.
Great location for a great price...Devona is my go to when i need help in my home. I suggested a few things to the new Management team and they seem very receptive. Looking forward to another year.
I was impressed by how nice everyone here is. I first called to get some information and I think her name is DeVonna answered and she was so welcoming. I called back to see if the price changed and someone else answered and she was just as sweet. I could tell they were smiling while on the phone. Usually when I call apartments they seem irritated or upset that I called. And you would think they wouldnt because it was their job but they seemed so sweet. I would have put an application in but I had to move across the state. If i were to move back, I know where I will apply first. Thank you.
Moving out in a few weeks for a job transfer and have lived at Landmark for a few years now. I love how quiet it is as we are tucked away from the highway. I referred a few ppl here and recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment.

This site is quiet and great. I needed a repair, and the repair tech was waiting for me at my door before I got back from the office. Never had a problem, its walkable from the Park & Ride if you work downtown, and the administration has always been professional and nice.
I witness these guys working late, even worked late to make me 2 copies of my keys!!!From reading past reviews, I can promise you that things really are getting better here!!!

I am on my second lease here. While I have seen significant turnover with managers, the current management team, has their level of care and customer service on point. Prior to the current staff, I was so frustrated with living in this community. I have noticed positive changes with the office staff and maintenance request are being taken care of timely. The parking is now being enforced which is a huge plus due to limited parking. My apartment is nice and has had few maintenance issues. Overall I am happy here and have recommended this community to others.

The maintenance Lead Mr.Al is the best most efficient staff personal we have here he understood exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away and showed me exactly what was causing the issues I was having, he is very attentive although our interaction was brief he put my mind at ease knowing that the issues are no longer great guy great attitude
DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Ive never had such a horrible experience as Ive had living here. On a regular basis, the neighborhood kids run around and write obscenities on vehicles in fresh dew or pollen.There are also an abundance of stray cats that follow you around and make themselves at home on top of your vehicle.For a reason unbeknownst to me, cops are called to various buildings periodically.And finally, I will go online, see the amount due, pay the amount due, and get a notice on my door a couple of days later saying that I owe more. (this has happened to me 4 times, and Im not exaggerating). If I knew how to attach pictures to this review, I would post the notice that was just taped to my door saying I owe an additional $60. There was no invoice amount or even a explanation. After speaking with the girl in the office, she admitted that they changed energy companies and the $60 addition was posted to the amount due online on the 4th (the day after the last acceptable day to pay rent). It would have been nice to know where the $60 came from before I had to take off work early and go to the office to get any answers.I will be relieved to move out when my contract is up.
I used to live here and although it was a good startup apt.... things went downhill within the 3 years last 3-6 months there gunshots all the time at night. Loud loud loud loud neighbors. Some good people and families but that’s not enough. The violence and gunshots in the apt complex are enough for small PTSD but it’s all good know godbless
Who may be interested. I am writing to inform you of the great regret I have of being a tenant of this condominium. It is the worst place I have lived in 5 years that I have in this country. the rent payments are inconceivable. According to the tenants, the gas and water is paid for bullying. I live in a bulding where there are 2 empty apartments and I still pay the same for water and gas. What makes me understand that it does not matter what you consume. Im tired of complaining and letting my concern know and nothing is resolved. which Im going to be forced to write to the AAH. NO MORE SUITABLE 1007.
The Apartments Are Very Nice & Quiet During The Day & Night . The Staff In the Office Are Very Nice & Great With remembering Faces & Also Good With Tending To Any Requests In A Timely Manner . My Only Con Would Have To Be To Enforce Pet Owners To Pick Up After Their Pets Please & Speed Bumps For People Safety ..

I love Devona! She is the bomb. She took care of my family who were relocating from Georgia. She made the process so seamless from start to finish and for move in day she was there helping us turn over utilities. She welcomed my us with a care package of cleaning supplies. I am WOWd by her. It is hard to find good, genuine customer service these days such a breath of fresh air

Worse place to EVER LIVE ! They don’t care about there tenants. I got held at gunpoint for my vehicle made police report took it to the office and nobody cared nor did they do anything about it when I asked. Lived with mold from Harvey for OVER 9 months, so manager sent someone to just paint over it. Wanted out of my lease and the manager said “DONT WORRY I WONT SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS!! Guess what, collections is calling now. And now that I’m trying to call the office to even SPEAK to someone, they don’t answer cause of course they have caller id. The worst apartments I EVER been to!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
The leasing Agent Devona here is amazing! I toured on Saturday, applied Monday and was approved Tuesday. Quick, easy, and pain free!
Do not move into these apartments. They only care about money and nothing else. I had to dog sit for my sick mom for not even 5 hours and they charged me 100 dollar fine stating that they had to teach me a lesson. I was told that I couldnt pay my rent until the 100 dollar fine was taken care of. I reported a family of birds in my dryer vent, they came to remove it a day later but didnt put anything there for the birds not to come back. Two weeks later the birds were back. I reported this to Marcella on a Thursday and they came out Friday to remove them still not covering the vent to prevent this from happening again. While removing the birds the maintenance crew pushed one of the birds into my home. After speaking with Marcella she stated that this wasnt a emergency and had a bad attitude. She told me that the bird will have to stay in my home over the weekend until Monday because its not a emergency. Marcella dont care about the people who lease here and neither does the manager. These apartments are terrible and need new leasing agents and new managers. Im sure if a bird was in Marcellas home it would be an emergency. My name is Jessica Alvin and renewing my lease here wont happen unless new managers and leasing agents are provided. Reading these managers responses are sickening because they only respond to make themselves and the property seem better but its not. If you want to pay 1000 dollars to live under management that dont care about anything but rent this is the place to come. If you want to have to park your car outside of the gate only to have to jump the gate or squeeze through the entrance gate because keys to the walk in gates are not provided and the gates are always locked this is the place to be. If you want to live in a place that almost none of your outlets work this is the place for you. If you want to deal with leasing agents with nasty attitudes like Marcellas this is the place for you to be. If want to live in a nice caring apartment complex dont turn down Inverness Forest Blvd. You just may get better service in GREENSPOINT!!!! And just to be very clear that balance was paid. Was told that I couldnt pay the rent unless I had the balance paid. Please stop trying to make yourselves look good. Shows even more how you all conduct business poorly.

I am a bit skeptical of some of the reviews here.. I have been here enough years to see the changes that have went on and some that were needed that have never been addressed. That said, after the recent office management changes, I personally feel that the scene is improving dramatically. Ideas like speed bumps are great if we are living in a complex of juveniles or just idiots. If that is the case relax! They will remove themselves from our community in due time.. My main concern is the UTI students that live here and party most weekends.. Then get in their cars and drive like @$$3$.. Yeah I was young once and did the same things just not in a fenced in property. The street is the place to show your @$$.. The local constabulary will deal with that.. On property, NO..In regards to maintenance issues, I would like to have a screen back on my bedroom window.... ;)

Love it here! The neighborhood is quiet, I can always reach the leasing office, maintenance is friendly and customer service oriented. My only issue is parking at times late at night can be quite frustrating. Bothers me a little bit that I pay for parking and sometimes have to park a 5-7 minute walk away from my actual unit. Outside of crazy parking... Id definitely recommend people move here.
Omg! the leasing consultant Devona is the sweetest ever! I came in with my wife for a tour and she was very assisting! Smiled and greeted us upon entrance. We definitely will be back to apply!
Such a beautiful property from the moment you drive in, the curb appeal well maintained grounds, Wow as soon as you walk in to the leasing office you are welcomed it smells so good such a good environment and atmosphere, great staff very professional, and the apartments are well kept, renovated, definitely a place i could call home and A COMMUNITY I TRUST, very cozy. can’t wait to move in within 2 weeks.
Love these apartments. I was married just around the corner from them. Love all the landscaping.
SPEED BUMPS!This place needs speed bumps around the main drive. Too many times I have almost been run over by the idiots that live here who think that the main drive is their personal speed way.I had to grab someones child out of the way because someone wanted to see if they could max out their engine before making it to the gate.If there could be a negative amount of stars applied to this review I would. I brought this issue up with the last management, and nothing happened. Honestly as much as we are paying for rent each month, speed bumps would be a drop in the bucket for these people to install.Someone is going to get killed one of these days!
I love the staff here! Devona and Simone helped me with ALL of my leasing questions and believe me, i had ALOT. The community is pushed back a little so its quiet, the neighbors are friendly AND there is parking ! This is a great place to live ! Thank you !
Location is great, a lot of nice places around, felt very safe in this area. Staff in the office are very nice and professional.
