The best place I have lived so far. They are always doing something for the community. An the pool is always nice an clean. I just wish we can do a big garage sale one day to meet more neighbors
I have lived here for 6 years now and I have to say this place has not improved since I have been here. Break ins happen a lot with the cars. I have seen many cars sitting on blocks with all the wheels stolen. Gates do not work most of the time. To make things worse there is a Palace Inn and a Super 8 across the street. Its sad to see how the place and area have gone down hill. :(
If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. My roommate and I have been living here for a year and a half, everything had been great.This month they changed the website and they didn’t notify the community.The website is where you register to do the payments, make appointments to fix something in your apartment, check your balance, etc...We always pay on time since we set it on automatic payment, due to the change on the system the payment never went through. So now they are charging us with late fees.When we went to look for help and explanations, the two women who were supposed to help us were rude to us and they didn’t show any interest of actually helping. They took no responsibility on the matter and blamed it on the bank.They kept saying that changing the system and website was not the problem, notifying us about the changes was not the problem and not receiving any email about the billing status was not the problem either.So, I have this question if we never called before, and kept attention to this matter and never register at all to the new website, were we gonna be charged this month?I am so disappointed and angry at them.Richard Jara was so much better. He was really there to help you out with anything you needed. You can really tell he is very happy at his job.
The worst management ever. Thieves and crooks.My apartment was spotless when i left they charged me 300 in “damages and cleaning”Safety is a concern since the fencing hasn’t been fixed in months and stray dogs roaming around.Stolen wheels and tires in bulk in the daily and nothing is being done.STAY AWAY!!!
I was so excited when I called the office and found out the new management team is the team from where I moved from like 3 years ago. They are great 😊. It was a breath of fresh air when they answered the phone.All I have to say is I hope the residents give new management a chance. There is always little things that get mixed up when someone new takes over but I promise they were awesome where I lived before.
The plate issue was resolved however my other issue was not. I am buying a house and got approved! I was under the impression by the previous leasing associates that I would be able to do a 30 day notice due to me looking for a house. My closing date was atleast 45 days away and I attempted to try and do a move out notice but they stated that I had to pay 2 months of rent before I could move out even though I have NEVER been late on payments they are not willing to work with me and take a 45 day notice. They are So heartless and misleading!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
For your consideration before moving in, Ive attached my maintenance history.Edit: It seems pictures get blocked on negative reviews. Air conditioning has been broken all summer long, with more than a dozen maintenance requests.Id be quite happy if I could keep it below 77° inside during the summer. But, with the broken AC, its instead been in the 80-85° range inside. I can understand things break sometimes; but being unable to fix it for 2 summers in a row is just unacceptable to me. Not for the price being paid, at least.@Reply: This isnt a move-in experience. Its been like this for 2 years. Not sure what you mean by looking forward to speak with you. My latest maintenance request has been pending for a month, and over the past 2 months Ive sent 3 emails to the staff with the property manager CCd which were ignored. Just reply to anything; other than the google review for public image.
Mr. Lopez is, by far, the best maintenance man Tiburon has had in the 7 years I have lived here. He is friendly, polite, and hard working. It is a comfort to know that if something goes haywire, he is going to take care of it, which is more than I can say for the other maintenance men who have worked here in the past.

So I was shown an Apartment by Lisa and while the apartments are nice no one ever picks up the phone, I left several not one or two several messages and never got a response . I was literally on the page about to enter the amt for the admin and app fee ( which was around $240) and had a question about the move in day . No response . I just keep getting the same email from Lisa stating to call her if any questions . Yet she never replies to emails or return calls .Could you imagine how they would be if I had paid the app fee . Very unprofessional . Glad I found the place where I am now . Tiburon needs to do better.
I’ve been a current resident @ Tiburon since 2009; living in same area most of all my life. Although I moved in at Tiburon in 2009, there is still several other residents who Moved in before me prior to 2009 And like me, still living here, too. This should say it All! :-) I have never lived anywhere this many yrs in a row, because I like change. Entire Office Family Truly Cares about their Residents, I have always felt like part of the family here. Most times when someone does move, it’s because they are purchasing a home. Neighbors have respect for each other. Hallways are clean, no loud music, or trash laying around. Maintenance Team is AWESOME, too! Delivery & solving any issues immediately. Landscaping is clean. Amenities are top of line and are always kept up working properly open 24 hours. Coolest Swimming Pool ever & CLEAN!! Palm Trees, modern Chairs with comfy Pillows, Huge Gas Grills that WORK (Tiburon provides Gas tanks) pool closes at 10pm each night. Tiburon has a very Diverse Culture & tends to be Family Oriented ; & Pet Friendly. ONE Of The BEST Cares Team EVER On Property TORI AND LUKE!!! Tori & Luke host several Different events monthly encouraging as many possible residents to attend the festivities, great way to relax; many times there’s delicious food to eat ; tons of laughter; loads of fun; possible door prizes or whatever else they may have planned for event; events are always worth attending; I always leave with a smile on face heart & soul.Highly recommend Tiburon!
Tiburon is a very nice and well maintained complex. Staff is friendly and helpful. Theres a gym available 24-7 and a nice pool area. Rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in the area. Where Im at, I rarely hear noise from my neighbors. Definitely recommend
One if the best apartments i lived in. Luxurious, clean and very accessible.The Staff are very friendly. Austin, the property manager will go the extra step to make sure everything is going smoothly and to plan. This is our 3rd year and definitely renewing the lease.
I just moved into this complex in April but I would like to say that Austin, Richard and Lisa have been great. I had an issue when i moved into my initial apartment at the complex. I what i can tell you is that this staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled and that i was happy with making the choice to stay here. Based on the service and attention that i received from them I would recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is important. Thank You ALL
Loving my new home.....Tiburon Apartments!! Beautiful property, gorgeous view of the pool (from my window!), and close to work. The manager Mike has been great! He made finding my new place exciting and fun. Everyone in the office and the maintenance people are all so friendly, always waiving and asking if I need anything. So happy with my decision!!
Austin, as well as the other people in the office are super helpful and nice. The property is very well maintained. Neighbors are friendly, feel safe, even during the evening. Oh, and the pool is beautiful.
We are very happy with the promptness and quality of service we always get from the maintenance group they are truly professionals.Thank you for the hard work!

Downfalls:Unfriendly/unprofessional/sneaky/rude management/staff:For instance, my wife and were newlyweds and she moved in with me for four months towards the end of my lease term(didn’t add her to the lease because it’s an extra fee and that would be unnecessary for just four months). When she got a package sent to the apartment, rather than the management letting us know, they just returned the package to the sender. When we confronted the manager, she acted confused and couldn’t “find” the package. Upon calling the sender of the package, they informed us that it has been sent back. Going forward, my wife made sure to only list my name on packages, but still some got sent back to sender! This created confusion, frustration, and inconvenience for us.Ineffective maintenance team (requests made were not fixed):Requested our disposal be fixed three times. After the third time of requesting it be fixed and it remaining unfixed, we just let it go.Maintenance Team slow to respondPros:Gym, location, and media room

I found the leasing office and staff to be incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful, which is about par for the course for apt complexes in my experience. Nothing too awful, but nothing was ever addressed, fixed or responded to in a timely manner.The actual complex is pretty gorgeous. It overlooks some gas stations/strip malls/etc on the side I was on, which was not great, but most of the apts seem to have a pretty nice view. The pool is awesome. It definitely isnt a bad place to live for a year or two.
Lived here for 18 months and i had no problem what so ever. The only problem i had was when i had to renew my lease and they wouldnt hurry up and my sons school almost withdrew him because of that.Other than that i enjoyed living here until we bought our house.
Welp, I was accused of being a scammer because I have a paper id... I just moved here from California, and thats what u get from the DPS until your hard copy comes... Judging by the reviews, I dodged a bullet!
Disheartening to know that people would steal from others mailboxes here. Always made sure my mailbox was locked each time I checked. Also, it is appalling that the leasing office only requires residents to say their apt number when picking up delivered packages. There should be a system in place that verifies the resident who is picking up a package for the designated apt number. Had several packages that I ordered whose status says “delivered” but hasn’t arrived. Would not recommend living here unless you like getting your packages stolen.
My experience at this apparments was horrible, they will never fix the gate, when a request order is submitted they will never take care of your request, the people in the office are liers always telling you they working on your request but its never true. Did i mentioned that the office is always close it always shows in meeting and try calling the office its always the same, Is safe to say that this place was the worst place that we lived in, please get ready to get charge alot when your contract is over and their answer is theres nothing i can do about it sad place. Will stick you with ridiculous fees at any possible chance and are extremely unprofessional on doing so.

It was a pretty terrible experience. This was my first real experience in Texas dealing with terrible apartment management and complex. I complained about my neighbors moving around above me, it was so bad that I had to wear ear plugs to bed. I asked to be moved to an apartment on the third floor and the manager requested that I had to pay 700 dollars to do so even though my neighbors were the ones making noise. Also, I had the neighbors motorcycle hit my car while I was in bed but there was no way of proving it. They have stray cats running around the complex every night, well this starving cat would not leave me alone and I went down to pet it and it bit me so I had to get rabies shots! Unbelievable and the management response was that they had to capture the stray cats before animal rescue could come. Outrageous! They did not even consider paying for my shots. I had my apartment cleaned and I was still charged a cleaning fee. What can I say about the area ... reminds of a ghetto in New Orleans with less gun shots.
I was denied for no valid reason, I have a clean background and rental history just pure trash they are so unprofessional as well never answer calls.
Update: Gates are broken at least once a month. Upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy and even after living here for over a year I have never actually had someone answer the phone. I usually just go in person and wait to speak to someone or send an email which takes a few days to get a reply which is unfortunate. Neighbor below smokes weed and several packages have gone missing.I have not lived here long but I have enjoyed living here so far. Covered parking is nice, the amenities are nice, it is quite for the most part as well. Maintenance comes very quick and everything has been great so far. Thank you Tiburon.
Maintenance crew five stars. Office crew 1 star and two thumbs down!!! Was just asked to remove my kids toys from off my patio because its not considered patio furniture! Something hazardous like a grill I wouldnt question, but toys? A water table, rocking horse, and fisher price basketball hoop? And threatened me via email with fines about lease violations! A bit ridiculous if you ask me! Ive been here since 2009 and definitely will not be renewing my lease! Idk if its the new management, but things have changed around here! Im disgusted and disappointed.
Gates are constantly being left open because our gate remotes never work. I am starting to not enjoy living at these apartments. People are also complaining that their cars are being broke into as well. It seems to be going downhill. I am seeing random cars coming in and out. The cop car is parked out front again I guess to deter crime. Please fix this Mrs. Lopez.Update: Gates have still not been fixed (over a week now) even though the reply to my initial review said they were out working on them that day... Disappointing.
One star for office staff for laziness, lack of friendliness and no communication. Four stars for maintenance staff who are always friendly and good service. Five stars for cares program ( Preston and Mahgan) provide fun and warm Commuinty activities for the residents. There are some great residents here but bc of office staff we began to see less and less.
I and my spouse live in this apartment complex. In the last several months, the maintenance in the apartment complex has improved very significantly and in most cases requests are attended within 24 - 48 hours which we think is very reasonable. We are quite happy with the timely completion of our maintenance requests and thats why renewing our lease here for another year and revising my ratings from one star to five star. Thanks a lot to all the maintenance crew members and leasing office team!!Also want to recognize Staffinie in the front office. She deals with the new lease, lease renewal and any other issues regarding apartment and based on our interaction with her we can say, she is very helpful and tries her best to provide excellent services. Please continue to provide excellent services.My Review of the Property About a year AgoI moved in Tiburon Apartments in Jan 2016 and have been living here for over a year now. It was all good in the beginning for around 8 months or so but for past few months there has been very serious deterioration in timely completing maintenance requests. I submitted four work requests on March 8th 2017 and all the work requests are still pending despite of my personal reminder in leasing office several times. It is not the first time, excessive delay in completing the maintenance requests has become the norm now. Previously, i submitted a simple maintenance request on Feb 8th 2017 which was attended only on March 1st 2017. Overall, its s nice property, nice apartments and nice location. Only drawback is long delay in attending maintenance issues and handling of any other paper work by leasing office. If prompt maintenance is in your priority list, then Tiburon Apartment at west road is not for you unfortunately. Except maintenance issues, apartment complex is nice.
Management here has turned into a joke - they got bought out at the start of the year, lost their only good workers up front and maintenance - hired less, new staff that cant do the job.As another user said, the front office is a ghost town. The manager Maria will stick you with ridiculous fees at any possible chance and is extremely unprofessional in doing so.Crime in the issue has continued to rise and the presence of police has drastically decreased since the complex was bought out. As another person said - the management hides the crime rates.They have ridiculous rules about using the pool, not allowed more than 2 guests? This means you cant have your boyfriend best friend and sister join you at the pool, thats just silly.I too will be moving out asap.

Bugs in apartment, staff is very rude, they will charge you for nothing when you move out... very bad place to stay here!!!! Nothing is good here anymore!!!!!
Ive had a window leaking for 4 weeks without repair. They did a patch job 2 days ago and today the walls and carpet are soaked and it smells of mold.
