We love Camden properties! They are professional, responsive, and they were very caring throughout the pandemic. I always refer people to find Camden properties now, especially hearing about the really poor service with Allied-Orion and other management companies. I will definitely look for another Camden property if my job moves me.

Lydia was very helpful and we enjoyed living here. Camden are great apartments, they had a very easy cancellation process for when life emergencies happen and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for a short but pleasant stay here.

I have been at Camden Holly Spring for the past year and a half & my experience here has been amazing. The staff is helpful, you never have to wait on maintenance, parking isn’t horrible & you really can’t beat price/location. Unfortunately I have to move back closer to “home” but if I ever get the opportunity to move back to the area I will definitely be checking out Camden Holly Spring first!!

I am writing in about the responsiveness and dedication to quality of the maintenance staff. All of the maintenance techs are really good, especially Leo and Fernando! They do not just come in and put a band aid on the issue, but truly try to fix it. In a world of people not taking pride in their work, Leo and Fernando are not those people. Quality matters! They go above and beyond to fix all issues, not just the one you call in for. It is refreshing to see that customer satisfaction matters to them. Gustavo and the others are very good as well :)

Loved living here for the past 2 years, wish I could have stayed but was relocated for work! The amenities and community are great, it feels like a real neighborhood. The staff was always helpful when a maintenance request was needed and done promptly. You should definitely live here, you won’t regret it!

We live in the townhomes and decided to renew our lease. The Staff is great and usually address any issues right away. There needs to be 24 hour Security on the premises, as there are been issues with theft and non-residents using the amenities. The valet trash service also needs to be replaced as well, they do not always pick up the trash when they are supposed to and the fact that we pay for this, we should receive the service. During the winter storm, the Staff provided free food for residents which was a great gesture. Overall, I’m ok with my living experience here. Could it be better? Yes. I was not happy with the increase in rent especially after a year of a pandemic and definitely thought renewals especially should not had to pay increased rent.

I have been renting a Townhouse here for the past 4 years. I am always impressed by the high level of customer service, professionalism and overall all positive attitude of the staff. The maintenance crew is awesome and attend to problems right away.

Camden Holly springs has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The staff was always so helpful and friendly. I Remember every single one of them as they always made lasting impressions. Mayra always brightening up the day with her positivity and I could always count on Lydia for a laugh. Koti and Alex where always professional and prompt to inform residents about issues in the community and upcoming projects. I think Camden has done an exceptional job with their employees and have set an unattached standard to reach from any other multi family investment company. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with such kindness and Professionalism by the leasing staff. Mayra was so helpful and patient while I chose the perfect home for my family. We lived in this community in one of the town homes. We were very well taken care of. From the maintenance requests being resolved in a timely manner to specific discussion with management. Thank you Alex Kaldis for your dedication and for helping us out in everything we needed. I moved out because I transitioned to a house, but would have definitely stayed here longer.

I love the location here. The amenities are nice. The area is really safe and close to my work. Its very affordable and the office really listens to the residents and make changes all the time. Isabel in the office is very friend and helpful if I have any concerns. Also its right by the Terry Hershey Park so I go biking all the time.

Weve renewed our 15 month lease for another year recently. Like with any place there are always issues, but there are also bright spots. We had terrible neighbors which thankful the team took action and our building is wonderful once more. There were issues with power stability due to a car wreck destroying multiple lines and a box outside our complex (and the city doing a terrible repair job), but once the key issue was identified, power has been stable. The office crew is receptive. The real all-stars here are the maintenance crew. They are always on point.

I lived here for 15 months from the beginning of 2020 until April 2021. It is a great and safe community in my experience, I found many of the complaints I heard on the web did not align with my real experience. I am very glad I chose Camden Holly Springs and would recommend them to any one who is looking for a place to rent.

I love the location- close to my workplace and the cool and trendy places to shop, dine and hang out. I also love the amenities and the professionalism of the staff. They are quick to respond and they care about their residents.What more can I say, I’ve been living here for the past 10 years!

I am very torn about writing this review because the property and the apartment I toured were beautiful, but the service and communication has been meh. For starters when I initially arrived for my scheduled appointment my mother and I waited outside in the rain for 25 minutes because the lady at the desk refused to get up. She only opened the door after I began banging on it ( I am pregnant, drove a long way, and had to use the restroom). Once another leasing person arrived (He was really their marketing person) he was very apologetic and courteous. He gave us the keys for a self-guided tour (Even though we requested a staff guided tour) and the property and apartments we looked were great.The marketing guy sent quotes but there were no explanations and they were a bit confusing and the quotes expire so quickly so I lost the initial price I was offered. I decided to look elsewhere because I thought maybe this place wasn’t for me.After a few weeks the complex reached out to see if I was still interested (which I thought was very nice) but I was unable to initially respond due to other circumstances. They reached out again a week later again and I let them know I was still interested. She quoted me on the exact same apartment I toured over the phone and wouldn’t you know the price went up $130. Once the emailed quote arrived however, it was the wrong apartment. I asked if she could send an emailed quote of the apartment we actually discussed and once again the lady was unable. Now fast forward to today and the apartment has gone up and additional $80 officially pricing me out what I want to pay.I am totally bummed and maybe this place just wasn’t for me.

I’ve been a resident of Camden Holly Springs for almost a year now and have been very impressed with the community. I’ve lived at 3 other properties in Houston and Camden is by far the best, well-oiled machine. I just want to say THANK YOU to Koti and all the Camden Holly Springs staff who have constantly been working to improve the community. Since moving here last Spring the community has always been updating the community, making improvements, etc. ---and all of that during a pandemic! They definitely do not get enough credit for all the credit they deserve. So, THANK YOU Camden Holly Springs.

The Camden Holly Springs, the name alone should tell you how excellent of a place this is! I recently relocated to Houston and was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff here at Holly Springs. One of the leasing agents, Jamal, spoke so highly of the surrounding neighborhoods- Uptown Houston, Midtown Houston, and Downtown Houston,- that I was convinced this was the place for me. The residency is well taken care of by maintenance and also offers such great amenities including a half quart gym, waterfall pool, and workout gym. Upon move-in Koti and Mayra made sure I was fully taken care of and felt comfortable in my own home; even a week after getting settled. I must say I’ve been quite impressed by all their hospitality! I am so happy in my new home 😃. Thank you Camden HS!

Jamal made sure my move-in process was very easy & delightful! I have been living here for 3 weeks now, & he still calls every once in a while to check-in & make sure all of my maintenance problems are taken care of & that I am happy with the apartments overall. I had the most greatest experience with Mayra she helped answer all my questions and walked me through the process very smoothly over the phone and especially moving in from out of town .Mayra is a truly professional.Now that I live here I can say the public spaces are beautiful and the maintenance, management are always very friendly and efficient. The amenities are wonderful, the pool, gym, etc. are always well maintained. Hallways are quiet and the units themselves are fantastic and plenty of friendly neighbors so farBest decision ever. A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to My needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise especially A gentleman by the name “Jamal Fontenot” Goes out his way every time to help me and is very professional handling situations . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

We have been here over a year now and honestly we love it! The staff is friendly and responsive, though sometimes getting in touch with them over the phone is hard the Camden service line always works! They complex is safe and clean. They always communicate over email and are understanding. A great place to live, you won’t be disappointed.

The moving in experience was very easy and wonderful. Lydia made sure that we where taken care of with all of our questions. The complex feels so safe and friendly. The dog park is a plus for me and my girlfriend since we both have dogs. Definitely see why my friends recommend me this complex to live in.

Best complex Ive lived in BY FAR. The community is really nice; the grounds are very maintained; the buildings are well kept... its really great overall!! And the best part is that everyone is happy about it - its not that management is being a heavy-handed pseudo HOA and fining people until they comply... everyone does their part to keep the place nice. Every Team Member I see always waves and is very friendly (versus other places where they want to be mad at life every day). Im glad I live here now!

I have lived at Camden Holly Springs for many years and been very happy to be a resident here. I have found that Holly Springs and Camden have always had good management teams and found the property to be a very nice property to live on.The maintenance group is a very good team also. They have always been receptive and timely and done a great job.Recently, I was extremely happy with some paint work done in my apartment. I was especially impressed by the work of Arcenio and team during that project. They were excellent in assessing exactly what needed to be done in my place and he made it happen! They were also very patient with me, as I was very particular in what I needed. Thanks to all of them!I’ve recommended Holly Springs it to many people looking for an apartment in the area. I’d do it again!

My wife and I were residents of Camden Holly Springs for 2 years. We first moved into a town home and then downsized to just a one bedroom place. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance team is fantastic, and new amenities are added constantly. As we moved out they were finishing a dog park. My only complaints are some small things. Since the pandemic started the power would just periodically go out for no reason. I understand Camden could do nothing about it and said they reached out to the power company, but it still continued. The valet trash service is kind of a joke (Waste of money). Its a toss up if they actually come and get your trash and residents leave trash outside there homes over the weekend and it stinks. Landscapers would regularly start before 9am so dont plan on sleeping in before then. Finally parking is not great. People that own town homes dont use their garages for their cars and take spots from the folks in apartments. If you are coming home and time after 8pm. Be prepared to walk across the property to get to your home. Overall a nice place to live, a bit pricey but they market that you live in Memorial City. ( Not really, its close but its not Memorial City)

As I was leaving for work today (& every day) I pass up 1-2 maintenance techs. They always wave with the biggest smile and are genuinely happy to see us. I think the office staff is nothing short of excellent. So patient, so kind, and empathetic. I could think of many more other adjectives to describe the helpful people that do such an amazing job day in and day out to take of our needs. From the grounds to the amenities, everything is always clean. Every phone call or email I’ve received from the staff I’ve been treated with the best customer service. I’ve lived here for a little over a year and let me just say that I will not change a thing about my residency. Thank you Camden holly springs ❤️

Before leasing at this property, I visited all of the other Camden properties and this was my favorite. I followed my gut so I cant tell you exactly why but I am so glad I chose it. I lived there for a year and it was the best experience Ive had with apartments. Everything is online and work orders were handled asap. Professional and attentive staff that genuinely cares about the tenants. For the most part, it is quiet and the pool is amazing. It is worth the price, I highly recommend it.

I have lived here for 3 years now and I love it. It has a very homey feel to it in the apartments and around the community. The community has beautiful landscaping and amenities and the units are very nice inside! The staff are very professional and helpful as well. I am glad to call this community my home!

My husband and myself found ourselves moving into an apartment after many years of being in our home. I can honestly say, Camden and the staff made it very easy! We have been here over 2 years, as we are about to exit, we feel sad. The apartment has been wonderful to live in, very quiet, great neighbors, and always a camden person scooting by on a cart, keeping things well taken care of. We did have a slight increase in undesirable activity, immediatly Camden hired staff to be on patrol at night. They reacted to our needs fast! Maintenance is non-issue, they always get you taken care of and office staff are great. A new gate access system recently added that works wonderfully! Fun too, often having a food truck out front, well organized, menu in advance, grab dinner when you grab your mail. Bottomline a move that started as a dread, is now just the opposite, we will miss Camden tremendously! Koti the manager is great! Koti thank you for everything.

My girlfriend and I leased a townhome and let me tell you the Camden Corporation is one of the most phenomenal places that Ive ever lived not only did they treat you like family but they also help you through rough times I have no complaints even if there was an issue they handle it with professionalism I give them a five out of five and I recommend anyone in the area to live in the Townhomes of Camden.

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and very peaceful. Everything is so beautiful and clean that I fell like I Am at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating friendly and quick to respond to any issues. It could not be better located at a amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities dont.I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I moved to Camden Holly Springs because it close to my work & was marketed as a “pet friendly community” but after moving here & seeing it for myself, it is more like “pet kind of friendly community” or “pet friendly to your face then reports you to the leasing office because your pet does pet things that are normal & cannot be helped community” or “passive aggressively pet friendly community”.We are fairly new here but after our lease is up, we are considering not renewing.I am also not recommending this place to my pet friends either because why put “pet friendly community” when your other residents clearly are anything but.To other pet parents, I know some Camden Apartments in Houston have dog parks & are maybe actually a pet friendly community like City Centre, Midtown, McGowen Station, Travis Street, Heights, Plaza, Post Oak, Royal Oaks, & Yorktown. I might find myself moving to one of those later on.Also I didn’t know having my husband harassed & threatened by our neighbor in my doorway on my day off was part of my contract.I guess on top of being a pet parent, being a minority is clearly unwanted here as well.Other than the negative, the staff & leasing office are very nice & understanding.The pools are gorgeous & gym clean.I wish there was a dog park here as well but with the type of residents, I don’t think we will be seeing a dog park anytime soon.We also have food trucks every Wednesday which is a amazing perk.*UPDATE*We spoke to the staff and they helped us clear the air with our neighbors in a respectful and polite manner.Again, dont get me wrong! The staff here are amazing at their jobs, it is just that some of the residents here arent the best but overall I do still like living here.

Pros: Well kept property thats nice to look at, the units are designed great with new appliances, never had problems with washer and dryer, best gym I have seen at an apartment complex.Cons: $500 pet fee that doesnt go towards charges when moving out and you dont get a dime back. Every other apartment I have rented would give you $200 back at move-out prior to any cleaning charges.A great place to live at, but I didnt like the money hungry stuff at the end; maybe thats the mentality in Houston for apartments 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have lived at Holly Springs for over 2 years and over all I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is attentive and caring, the events (especially the Craw Fish boil, pre-covid) are such a great time and I have made so many friends! They are always making updates and improvements like the recently added dog park and I love that almost as much as my pug. I can confidently say this property meets Camden company wide standards. I am sad to leave but I would definitely lease here again! Thank you to Arturo and the maintenance team, Michelle, Mayra, Eddie, Lydia and Koti for all the hard work and passion you bring to the community everyday! I’ve been here almost three years and have not regretted renewing my lease. I love living at Camden Holly Springs. Staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you, area is well kept, maintenance is always on top of their game, the interiors are very nice and this list can go on. I have zero complaints. The only issue I have is the 1 way in 1 way out deal. It’s not a bad thing, but can be an inconvenience at times. Regardless, they still get the 5 from me.

I would highly recommend being a part of the Camden Family, of their many amazing communities Camden HollySprings is one to consider having a great living experience. As a vendor I have been privileged to work with such an amazing staff/team and have always been helped promptly. Residents are also very friendly. Koti, the property manager is always attentive to everyones needs. I have worked with her and she always lends a helping hand to communicate projects and keep everyone informed, as vendors and as residents.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The entire complex is also very well maintained and refreshing. Jamal was especially helpful in selecting and adjusting to our new home. He has already gone out of his way too many times for us, and has successfully upheld and surpassed Camdens standard of hospitality.

Ive only been living at Camden Holly Springs for a few months at this point, but it has been a total pleasure. The green areas, pool, and staff have all been great. One person who has stood out during my stay here has been a woman named Alex Kaldis. She has been helping my roommate and I from day one, and has made herself available almost 24/7 since our move-in day. Whenever we have had a problem shes been incredibly prompt, and has even come down to check on us with the maintenance men when our dryer was malfunctioning (they fixed it up real quick). Great place to live.

They are charging us a crazy amount because they said our carpet had to be redone. We were never there and never had company so I’m confused as to why they charge us let alone redoing the carpet. There was only carpet in the bedrooms and game area upstairs. Perfectly new

I have been a property manager for a decade and tend to be a great judge of character for apartment communities since I am in the business myself...that being said...Camden Holly Springs has not only been my home for 2 years but it has one of the best management teams I have experienced. Koti (Manager) & Michelle (Asst. Manager) truly take pride in their community and care for their residents. You can actively see them on the property doing inspections and ensuring the property is well maintained. They will always great you with a smile and genuinely make you feel happy to be home. They continue to improve our community through capital improvements and resident activities. I am proud to call Camden Holly Springs my home and highly recommend it!!!!

After more than 3 months living here. There are a lot of cons that I feel the need to list them out.Pros: Clean unit. Nice maintenance team.Cons:- People keep smoking at the small pool even though its non-smoking community. I have seen guys smoking every night at the pool.- People keep throwing their trash (bottles, in-disposable trash, etc.) to our trash bin.- Tailgating is a bad situation. There are many times where cars tailgate into the community using EXIT gate. Thats super dangerous.- Some jerks throw bottles to my friends car after my friends stopped at the exit gate for a few seconds to block those tailgating people.So, its a big community, with some rude people who do not care about policies.

I moved here at the end of 2014 and I have to say this has been the smoothest experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The move in was easy, the apartment was immaculate, and the staff was absolutely amazing through ALL of my hundreds of questions.We live in the two-car town home, and I am so happy we chose this type of unit. I love the flooring and whenever people come over that is the first thing they say they love about the place. The appliances we had in our apartment were brand new with stickers still on them, the counter tops look great with the muted color scheme. They truly seem like they took their time to decide what items/colors to put in the apartment. They are basically sound proof and we have had none of the typical apartment issues.As for the staff, I have never once walked into the office without receiving a smile from either Heather or Joseph. They are always friendly and quick to help you even when they are busy. The maintenance is done promptly and the right way not just a quick fix like other apartments.Overall, I love living here. It is a great community with great amenities. For the price you really cannot find anything better in the area.

I absolutely have nothing but GREAT things to say about this complex. From the very first day I walked on the property with Koti, to the last phone call I had with Myra. The Camden Holly Springs Employees are nothing but AMAZING! They have gone above and beyond to keep everyone informed with constant communication emails, to doing social event (when social events were acceptable PRE-Covid), to the early mornings where they handed out food and drinks to start the day off perfect. I never had an issue with my apartment, only called one for maintenance and they came out within the hour, WHICH IS BEYOND AMAZING. I have lived at this community from 7/2019 - 7/2020 and I cant say anything bad, truly. If you are considering on living at this place, I say do it you will not regret it. Its a quite community yet still in the city. I loved it! Thank you Camden Holly Springs for making my stay amazing!!!

Sometimes I think I am in a Twilight Zone episode where I have been magically transported to the 40s where everyone was just a lot nicer, friendlier and HELPFUL! A++++Service:Service has been a dream! This is my 1st apartment living experience and they do everything for you quickly! They even change the burnt out light bulbs! No more honey do list for me!Grounds:Well kept and clean. Camden has been exceptional experience throughout my renting with them. Excellent amenities such as the weight room, indoor basketball court and breathtaking pool all contribute to my thrilling experience. Lets not forget about the easily accessible computer workstation that all camden tenants can utilize for personal home office jobs. Their maintenance team is responsive, detailed oriented and true professionals when it comes to getting the job done right. We have some awesome tenants that are welcoming, friendly and contribute in keeping our community safe and clean. The leasing officers are all professionals in their work when it comes to making decisions for the better of our living experience. Everyone working in office is friendly and welcoming. My husband and I love it here! We are so comfortable in our home and we love all of the utilities. The pool is like its own paradise. I love when I get home from work to see families walking their dogs or kiddos riding around the lake on their bikes. Very peaceful community! The community is also close to a lot of good food and shopping. Love the upgraded lighting in the parking areas! Security is great and I always feel safe. Will definitely renew my lease.

This place has gone downhill in a hurry. Constant power outages, zero security, vandalism, brown water, broken mailboxes, stolen packages, and unconcerned/uncaring office staff. Every concern is someone else’s responsibility. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance crew. Too bad they are working for a careless company.

I absolutely LOVE living here. After being in a house forever, Im back to apartment living. I love the staff...super friendly and very helpful! I love the property...beautifully maintained! Its super convenient and very quiet! I found home.

My sister and I lived at The Camden Holly Springs Apartments for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Living here was like staying at a 5 star hotel! The office staff is very friendly and helpful - all of our maintenance requests were handled the day of. The pools are beautiful and landscaped with tropical plants and waterfalls. Rent is reasonably priced and the area offers an abundance of retail, restaurants, and entertainment. I definitely miss the convenience of the monthly food truck visits which were always a great way to meet others in the community. I highly recommend this apartment community and can say I am lucky to have experienced living here.

After living in various different cities, and complexes I have to say the staff here has it together. Whenever I have had a question, need, or concern they have always gone above and beyond to meet and exceed the request. The Holly Springs team truly is amazing. The maintenance team is always quick to reply or rectify an issue. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!

Mayra, Koti, and Michelle were amazing! They were kind, helpful, and well informed! The grounds look amazing and my apartment is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on the hunt for an apartment. And the location is perfect for getting to the different neighborhoods I frequent. Don’t think about checking out Holly Springs, just do it!

I moved to Camden Holly Springs about a month ago. The location is great, right off the beltway, it is very secluded and minutes from Memorial City, the Energy Corridor and Galleria. The community is very clean, safe and quiet. The floor plans are spacious and the apartment homes are beautiful. It feels more like a home than an apartment community. I love the valet trash, they pick up the trash right at your doorstep! It really keeps the community clean. The apartments have full size washer/dryers which are really convenient and such a nice amenity. The pool area and community center look like a resort, and there is a really pretty fountain and nice adequate area to walk your dog. There is a lot of parking and designated visitor parking. Ive never had any issues with the gates and the maintenance team is very nice and fast at handling inquiries. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home, you wont be disappointed!

I enjoy living at Holly Spring. The staff is very helpful and went out of their way to find a place that matched my ideal criteria. They found me the garage and apartment space I wanted. I am very happy with the amenities of Holly Spring as well. I would highly recommend Holly Springs. Its a great value and excellent location. I think the pools are great and teh staff is super helpful.

Ive lived at a couple of Camdens. Theyre all nice. Camden Holly Springs is one of my favorites. The staff is really nice and responsive. The community is pretty large but the staff knows my name and they are always very helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and they go above and beyond. The community is kept very clean. I moved into Camden Holly Springs about eight months ago and decided to share my thoughts on Holly Springs. You can read other reviews about the nice/clean apartments available or beautiful lake located on the campus…I want to share the real secret about Holly Springs. The deciding factor for me to sign a lease at Holly Springs was when my twin 8 year-olds told me they felt safe while walking around looking at apartment units.The real secret that makes Holly Springs absolutely amazing is the management & leasing team. The first time, and every time since, I walk into the front office, the ladies/gentlemen smile and greet you immediately. I feel as if the room literally lights up as you are greeted…you can feel the happiness from the team! The management and facilities teams love working for Holly Springs and it shows in everything you see from the front office to service requests (which are taken care of in lightning fast speed).All apartment complexes will have unique amenities to draw new tenants; the Holly Springs staff is what you won’t find anywhere else. When you walk in the front management office, regardless of purpose, you will experience the same warm, friendly greeting from the staff as you feel the happiness in room!

I moved into the apartments about 2 months ago. I recently discovered that my unit had mice. I trapped one and the other was found dead behind the stove. I called pest control and they caught 2 more which the traps they placed in the kitchen (nowhere else). Last night I saw another mouse running through the counter while cooking dinner so I placed a personal trap and found one dead this morning but a different color from the one I saw last night. I called and explained the situation. The maintenance worker told us “if other people are dirty theres nothing we can do, mice are like roaches.” I spoke to the front office and they told me I could move units however now I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone that can help me with this matter. I personally don’t feel like they are taking this matter seriously and giving it the urgency that should.

I just got approved for a D floor plan, and since I do not currently live in Houston I needed somebody to go on my behalf to tour the complex and look at the unit for me. Jamal Fontenot was extremely helpful through the entire process and even worked with me extensively to get the exact move-in date, price, and lease length I was looking for. Even though I still have yet to live in the complex, Im excited about the upcoming year I will have with them after seeing how helpful and kind they have already been with me.Edit:I’ve been living here for almost a month now and still love the place. I just put in my first work order request today for something minor (kitchen draw missing track screws to be able to slide in and out) and they showed up same day. Leo fixed it in about five minutes and then also fixed a door handle in my closet I mentioned while he was here that I didn’t even put a request in for. He also went out of his way to show me how to set up a code for my alarm so that I could start using it. Thanks again!

Im a Camden employee who has lived in many apartment complexes throughout Houston. Camden Holly Springs drew my attention, because of its prime location and fantastic staff. From the moment I walked in the clubhouse to request a tour of the property I knew this would be my new home for many years to come. The leasing staff is amazing at creating a warm welcome and answering any questions I may have. On site maintenance is the BEST and knows how to FIX any small issue that Ive had. There is no place on the planet that can guarantee no crime.My husband and I chose Camden Holly Springs as our first home together. We are so happy and proud of our home. I am in my early twenties, and grew up in a small town with hardly any crime. I take mine and my familys safety very seriously and I still feel safe in my home day and night.I recommend Camden Holly Springs for many reasons. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and wont let your request go untouched for even more than a few hours.The staff is INCREDIBLY kind. They added security measures without increasing our rent cost. We wrote them a thank you note, and they responded with fresh cookies delivered to our door thanking us for being great residents.Camden makes me feel at home and I am so happy with my home!

My husband and I have lived at Camden Holly Springs for almost a year now, and have just renewed our lease without hesitation. Our apartment and community are home. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained and we couldnt be happier. These apartments are truly pet friendly from the grounds to the staff. Apartments are quiet and we have never had an issue with safety.Management - everyone from Koti (the manager), Jennifer (leasing), to the whole maintenance crew, is always extremely helpful, competent, and very pleasant to work with. Their greatest asset is their ability to work together as an effective team and it shows in all their interactions with residents, potential residents, and each other.We look forward to residing here and working with office staff for many years to come.

Lived here for 2 years, I am writing this review rather later. My stay was great, no complaints, I was staying close to the leasing office so never had any breakin or any sort of such thing to my apt or to my car. Loved the landscape and the pool. Would love to come back again. The maintenance staff was exceptional.

Camden Holly Springs has been a great place to live so far! Ive been here for almost a year now and its definitely become my favorite place Ive lived in Houston to date! The entire staff is friendly and helpful and they are really good about keeping the residents updated on anything going on. Theyre also quick to take care of any maintenance issues which is a huge deal.I would totally recommend anyone interested in staying here to do just that. There are so many restaurants close by and everything is relatively close being that Camden Holly Springs is located just off the beltway. Im planning on renewing my lease soon because Ive enjoyed it so much!

Just recently moved here and absolutely love it so far. The office staff, maintenance staff, and our leasing agent, Jennifer, have been so helpful, polite, and welcoming. This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The only thing that this property is lacking is a dog park. Also, the grills by the pool could use a little work. Above all, I feel safe here and look forward to the many more months I will be here!

I have recently moved into Camden Holly Springs and have had a fantastic experience thus far. I came from out of town so all of the logistics of my move had me highly stressed but the staff here was incredibly helpful.I only had one day in town to look at apartments and these guys were the last ones I got to. Even though it was the end of the day, the leasing staff stayed to answer all of my questions and give me full walk through of everything I wanted to see. I was able to make my final decision and process everything online and they even worked with me to have a friend pick up my keys because I was going to get into town after business hours.My apartment was clean and newly refinished (brand new floors, kitchen appliances, fresh paint in the whole house). There were a few problems with my windows when I arrived because they would not stay up when I opened them. The maintenance guys were there before my movers even finished unloading the truck and now they are perfect. I brought my own fancy showerhead and they even installed it for me which I was not expecting.I think the only thing I wish was different about my apartment was the wire shelves in the closet and I’m not a big fan of the dryer in my unit. I did some work to my closet so that it has proper (in my opinion) hanging bars and tops on the shelves so now I just have to figure out the dryer setting and life will be perfect.I’ve been here about a month now and the leasing staff is still touching base about once a week to make sure everything is good and I don’t have any questions. They have been great to work with and I look forward to living here for quite some time.

Camden is a great place to live. Although some level of crime is an issue everywhere oj the planet, Camden provides a tranquil place to live in Houston. I enjoyed living in the condo apartments so much, will miss it. The staff is great, respectful, from the office to Maintenance. I like the gym and the pools, always clean and well maintained. Today Mr. Mario Torres did an excellent job at repairing the garage door at my apartment. He came very quickly to fulfill the request and immediately identified the problem. He had the right tools and skills to fix the problem quickly. Most importantly, Mr. Mario Torres has a great attitude. He was calm, respectful, and capable. He fixed the problem all by himself and explained to me what had happened and reassured me that everything was OK and this was just a common problem with garage doors (losing bolts over time). He repaired the door and its as if nothing had happened. Thank you Mario, people like you make a huge difference for the Camden experience.

Ive not lived here for very long but am completely satisfied with the experience so far. The apartment homes are beautiful and spacious. Entire complex is very well maintained and equipped with all the essential amenities. The office staff is very resourceful and friendly and are always ready to help.

The apartments are very nice and spacious. The complex is very well kept with friendly people and pets. We have lived here for about a month and so far really like it. The valet trash service is a plus. The leasing staff when I was doing all move in items were very friendly and helpful.The only reason for four stars is there were a few maintenance items with the apartment that needed to be addressed. We put in work orders and the staff did respond within a day. However, two of the issues kept being reported as fixed, but were not. We finally had to go down and talk to someone in person. All that being said someone was up there to address the issues within 30 minutes. So, the issues were fixed faster than any apartment complex I have previously lived.

The staff is always willing and able to help. I feel incredibly safe (when I have to walk from my car parked further than usual on late nights, not worried about my packages being tampered with on my door step before I can get to them, in the gym, etc.). I recommend this location and apartment complex!

Ive lived here a little over 3 years and I just have to say this community has been great. Im finally posting a review because the one of the maintenance staff really stood out today. We had a problem with our bathtub not draining even after trying liquid plumber so we called maintenance. The main office said they werent on site but Walter would get there as soon as possible. Walter got there within an hour and fixed our pipe. This isnt the first time maintenance has went above and beyond but its probably the one that mattered to me the most. Thanks Walter and thanks to the whole Camden Holly Springs staff for all you do!

I am currently a resident at at Camden Holly Springs. My fiance and I both love the location, close to shopping and FOOD! The leasing staff and maintenance are very caring. They make my fiance, dog Bailey and I feel welcomed at the office. Maintenance are always on top of service request and making sure the grounds are looking nice.
