This is by far the best apartment complex Ive rented with. The community itself its safe to walk during day and night time. They have security 24/7 on the spot. Maintenance is always taking care of needs. Definitely worth the money!

A year ago, my roommates and I visited multiple apartment in the area and 8181 Med Center caught our attention. The apartments are gorgeous, quiet and very safe. I have been at 8181 Med Center for a year already and just renewed our lease as well. The location is great and the staff is beyond amazing. Huge Thanks to the help of Anthony Saldana for making our moving in process so quick and efficient. No matter the time of day, Anthony is always sure to have our problem resolved. He is the person to go too! Maintenance is always super fast when request are put in and problems always get resolved. Luxer is an amazing package system so that packages aren’t lost or misplaced.

We have moved in 8181 Medcenter a few months ago. I really appreciate Michelle Zamoras help during the painful moving process that people usually have. Even after settling, whenever I ask for help, they always find the solution for my problems.

I moved to 8181 Med Center around two months ago (at the end of July) and so far Im happy living here. Mr. Ronald Barahona has helped me with basically everything I need in setting up my first home away from home, maintenance responded to my first emergency request quickly, and the apartment complex feels pretty safe. Added pro is the proximity to the rail (I take it to school basically every a day). Would recommend.

Ronald made my move-in very easy. He is resourceful and customized my move-in date little early as per my needs. He does a great service to this apartment community and lending his helping hands to the residents always. This is an overall good place to live, great management and have appreciated Anthony in the office with all his help in getting us an apartment. They have 2 great pools, and a private gym and business center for our convenience.

We are students who booked apartment for Jan. We didnt really know what the process was or anything. Michelle really helped us with everything patiently. It was good experience overall.

The apartment is very good. I have given 4 stars because the guest bedroom in the classic 2b/2b does not have any lighting fixtures in the room. Not having a light fixture in a room is very odd and should be given.Other than that the experience has been good. Ronald Barahona is an excellent leasing agent who helped with everything. He even stayed after office hours to show me the apartment.

The place is very accessible to the train station if you are working in the med center area, this is the best place to live. NRG is also, across the street for major concerts and events. Also, Ronald is very attentive and helpful from finding the right apartment to moving in.

I moved in last month, Anthony showed me a vacant 1 bedroom that was not posted online to be available yet, Im glad he showed it to me when i walk.in! This.is the.only.apartment so far that i felt safe compared to.other neighboring apartments. Anthony assisted me in everything. It was fast and quick.process. Im glad that they are renovating the gym! They have nice pool too!

I relocated from Memphis,TN . I thought it was going to be hard to find an apartment online and without seeing the actual apartment. After reading the reviews and talking with Ronald he was so patient with me and explaining everything and the virtual walk through of the apartment I fell in love with the apartment. I couldn’t wait to move in. I moved in on September 10th my new job started on the 13th about 3 minutes away from the apartments what more can I ask for. My apartment was even beautiful when I saw it in person. I have no complaints about my apartment everything is 100% for me! Thanks Ronald for the smooth transition.

The landscaping is well kept but management is horrible. I have been dealing with odors of food & paint fumes, since I moved in. They lost my deposit and tried to charge me 3 months later. Last month they wanted me to show them my money order receipt, because they still dont know were is it. Within 2 months I have placed 2 HVAC issues, I asked for them to speed up the process and they said no because its a holiday. They installed a window unit with cardboard an no actual support except the window. Not even in the really hood apartments have I seen this.

I am here for a month only, I really like the place so far. The authority is maintaining the place in prospect of cleaning also taking care regarding the security issues.The good part of this apartment complex is there are a lots of trees inside the the complex, its green and feels good to live in touch of nature.

I have nothing but good things to say about this complex! I had a tour with Ronald and he was super clutch on helping me find ways to maximize the rent payment without compromising safety and niceness of the apartment. He answered all my questions and gave me info about questions I didn’t even think to ask! Extremely thorough with his presentations and everyone was just so friendly!!! I randomly stopped by on my lunch break and I’m so glad I did!

Bad experience... Very poor follow-through with regards to online platform. We were charged late fee for a statement where auto-pay was set up. Unreasonable suggestion to keep checking to make sure payment is sent, which defeats entire purpose of having auto-pay... So bad to put such strain on the residents. They really need to fix this so consider this a warning before going through such pain with their existing system.

My son recently rented an apartment here at 8181 Med Center and so far so good. Anthony explained everything and gave us a tour of the property. My son says its very quiet and peaceful even though the metro passes near by every 10 min and the NRG Stadium formerly Reliant Stadium is just across the street. The property is neatly kept and has lots of trees, 2 swimming pools, bar-b-que area, a gym, a locked locker room with refrigerator for food deliveries or Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon packages to be kept safe for you upon arrival. All of your restaurants and stores, banks, groceries are near by and very convenient.

The premises are so spread out, you feel like walking through a small village. Constant security presence makes me feel safe. The staff is very courteous, and goes above and beyond to complete the working orders.

They dont take responsibility for their systems or online platforms/ payment systems functionality. Manager told me that it is Resident responsibility to check their bank accounts to see their payment was deducted or not every month. even though it was clearly a system issue (auto pay card was never charged). I am not sure why they had auto pay functionality or online website if they wanted us do things their way. They asked us to add auto pay again for to system upgrade and I did that. Amount was deducted the next month but didnt work the next month. After one year of stay ( was on auto pay) they still didnt take the responsibility of their system and charged 116 dollars the next day.

Ive been a resident since August. Even with COVID restrictions, the leasing staff worked hard to make the application and move-in process go smoothly. I love my upgraded unit, the amenities are great, and the location is ideal. Introducing valet trash service was an unexpected but totally valuable addition. I also want to give a shout-out to the maintenance team. Putting in a request online is super easy and I never have to wait more than a few hours. Their staff works quickly and quietly which I appreciate since I work from home now.
