The first picture is the shape and length i asked for. the shape of the nails were alllll different and splotchy, like it was giving Barbie in 2000’s… they look ugly, cheap and tacky .literally wasted $60 . will NEVER go back . i just don’t understand how you can do nails but can’t do a simple set . unacceptable

This place is amazing! From the atmosphere, to the music, to the techs working their magic. My mother brought me here as a birthday present. Friendly folks, got me & my 16 yr old daughter(who treated me) right into the most Awesome massage chairs w/ our feet soaking. They even offered up some wine while we relaxed. After feet, came the nails. My daughter & i finished up at the same time, and the ladies were so nice to help us w/our stuff while our nails dried. What a fabulous place to get pampered on Valentines Day!!

For what she charged for nails is outrageous! The quality of the nails is not great. She made my cuticles bleed and they were burning!. I had an appointment with Vicky at 1:30 she didn’t get there till 2:15 she was on her phone most of the time while doing my nails. I didn’t get of there till 4:30.

Best is hot springs

First time I went they made my cuticles bleed used the Dremel tool and they were Raw, second time I went was not so bad they were just expensive charge me $160 for a pedicure and my nails done that was with acrylic. Third time I went they charged me $60 to just have my nails done. So they overcharged they werent careful and I will never go back. Way too expensive. My sister got her nails done and a pedicure all for $60. Thats the difference between hot springs in Arkadelphia.

Ruby gave me the best experience. She is a perfectionist and really took her time. She will be my go to person from now on.

Very poor nail work, acrylic was very sloppy and they didnt even cut my cuticles. I waited an hour for them to work on me although I was on time, they rushed me and didnt even do the nails I requested. The nails were SO crooked! I payed almost $200 for a regular set of acrylic nails and pedicure. Im very saddened by this experience, I am never coming back.

Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails! She was meticulous and didnt rush me when other customers came in - this is definitely not the kind of place thats going to try to squeeze your mani and pedi in at the same time!

My nails weren’t fully polished, I had acrylic on my skin around the cuticle area on my nails. Skinned my meat off with the tools they used then sprayed alcohol which gave me a burning sensation . And i paid more than what I should have. Never going back again. Only thing good out of it was the massage on my legs and feet. Plus on one of my toes the acrylic is lumpy like. I felt as if they were rushing.

Absolutely love my nails I got here! They really take their time and each one is perfectly shaped and matched the other hand. Their detailing is crazy good! I will say it is a bit more expensive when you start asking for some designs, but if you need some nails for a big event this would be the place to go. Id recommend Vicky for artwork because she is incredibly talented. There isnt any set pricing I dont believe so ask in advance how much your nails would coat if price is a concern.

I live in Dallas and I still come see Vicky when I am in town. There is literally nothing she cant do! If you are looking for a new nail salon her and her staff are absolutely wonderful!

Lena and Kim did a couples Pedicure for me and my husband. They went over and beyond to do a excellent job.Place was clean.We were just walk ins and received prompt service! Everyone was nice, smooth music made it enjoyable we walked out with a new set of feet.

The first time I booked an appointment I came 10 minutes early and the nailtech had just started a new set, asked if I could wait “45minutes” I ended up telling her I’d reschedule and leaving. I then called a few days later to reschedule . I booked the first appointment of the day at 11, the nail tech was not there by 11:10 so I left . Nail tech called me at 11:20 & said she’d be there in about 20 minutes. I was already home but regardless I wasn’t going to wait AGAIN. especially after that being my second appointment not going right .Over all they weren’t apologetic the first time it’s like I was expected to wait and when I left I got the impression that they were upset that I didn’t want to wait . They don’t respect people’s time and aren’t punctual. Poor customer service . She did offer a special however after 2 TIMES of unprofessionalism . NO THANK YOU .from personal experience I just don’t recommend.

I’ve gotten my nails done by Ashley, Vicky, and Tony. They all have different specialties, but they all take pride in what they do and do a great job. I keep coming back and will continue to come back. They have great customer service as well, and treat you like family. I always get compliments on my nails.

They dont use cheap products, and are very welcoming! The young fella who did my pedicure was really nice,it was a great way to wrap up my mini-vacation. 💜

Had an appointment and they made wait for 4 hours

My step mother was in town and wanted to get spoiled with a pedicure and manicure. I suggested Chic Nails, having heard around town it’s the best place to go. I don’t go out much, never had a full blown pedicure before. A week after getting my mani/pedi, I have had 6 ingrown toenails and 3 ingrown fingernails. I’ve never been one to have any ingrown nail problem. It’s been a little over a month since having the services, and my problems seem to be only getting worse. The woman who did my nails was very nice and professional, I’m just disappointed that my nails are now completely ruined.

Best place in town!! always take their time on each customer and create fabulous nails each time! i will not go anywhere else to get my nails done, they are my absolute favorite. highly recommend!

Really expensive for just a fill for two it was $150.

Came in with a group of 7. And they got us taking care all the same time and giving us the best services ever... everyone is so friendly and they really take their time, giving us all the best pedicure ever. Will definitely be back!

The technicians here produce a great end job. My nails look great, but speed and safety are not on their side. It took about 45 minutes for someone to start on my pedi, and the woman who did my manicure cut me several times with the nail drill and file. The cut from the nail file bled. This was the same experience the my sister had during the same visit with a different technician.

I loved the pedi n mani.. it all turned out beautifully.. though it wasnt what I asked for, after such hard problems finding light pink, misunderstanding of a French on my toes and length on my mani.. I just went along.. it all came out pretty.. just different

My first time here, its such really nice and clean salon. Everyone seems like very helpful, they have a huge gel shellac collection. Ill be back here every time.

I walked in the salon, and asked if the had time do take the organic dip off my nails, and they said yes, I signed in the iPad sign in. The tech brought me over to take my polish off immediately, wrapped my nails, then I sat there with my nails wrapped in toxins for 45 minutes, until I started taking the foil off myself, then another tech came over finished taking the rest of the foils off. I sat there another 30 minutes waiting, until I got up to pay for taking the polish off so I could leave, after waiting over an hour, and the girl came over and I’m ready! My mistake was letting not convince me she was ready. I was there another hour and a half while she tried to put pink and white nails on, but had no idea what she was doing. She put the clear stuff but PAINTED on the white tip...not correct at all!!! So many people came in and out, having manicures and pedicures, it’s was so upsetting, especially after I just bragged on Chick Nails as being great. I did get a discount, and had to pay $55 for not pink and white nails, but pink polish and white polish, and it taking 2.5 to 3 hours to have my nails done...absolutely ridiculous!!! Their excuse... we have a lot of people off today. If this is the case, don’t tell me you can do my nails when you have no idea how too. I won’t be back here!!! Oh, and somehow my sign in was no longer there either. 😡😡😡🙄🙄🙄

Theres a reason this place is always slammed. Its always best to call in advance so you dont end up waiting a half hour. Their prices are great, and Ive always been happy with the service, theyre fast and always sweet!

I used to go to this location all the time, but just found that I liked another salon better. Gave them another try - asked about a design on two of my toes on each foot (used to get design on all of my toes here for only $10) and was told it would be an additional $10 (which is fine) PLUS $20 extra because they needed to do gel polish if I had a design. That was never required before, so I said no. Its unnecessary to pay $30 extra literally for some black lines on 4 toes. Anyways, I paid for the 2nd level pedicure (spa pedicure I believe). I was to the point of having my toes painted when two people sat in chairs next to me. The man working on me stopped what he was doing to offer and then go get them something to drink. I was never once offered anything. I felt it was pretty unprofessional treatment to stop working on me to attend to someone else. I felt like the entire pedicure was rushed with me. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Got a pedi and a fill. It was $80. Pretty sure they overcharged me. The pedi was excellent. Would definitely get another one. The manicure, however, not so much. Could’ve been the person doing my nails but for what I paid, my gel polish should not have been peeling off 2 days later. I did have to get one nail replaced and it was not shaped right. They were a bit rough and I think that comes from trying to hurry up and finish. They have a lot of gel colors to choose from. Overall, I will only be getting pedicures at this place if I choose to go back.

In Hot Springs for girls trip and stopped to get mani-pedi. Sue did an amazing job on the pedicure. Best massage Ive ever had! Had a basic manicure and the tech did a great job as well. Sorry, I didnt get her name.

I hadnt gotten this style manicure in a long time, as Ive had solar nails for so long. The atmosphere was kind of noisy, but it was Saturday and they *were* kind of busy. The price was about right, but I wish they had their prices online or plainly posted inside. I probably will go back.

When I was in Arkansas chic nails was the ONLY place I got my nails done the first time Tiffany did them. She did amazing the nails lasted for 3 weeks. I’ll admit they needed a fill bad.I went in on Thursday for that fill before I left Arkansas to come home to Florida, Tiffany had a customer so I said I’d be fine with someone else doing them.Two different women did my nails ehn I think is how you spelt the first woman’s name. Sorry if it’s not. Not only did she not speak to me the entire time but she cut my real nails which I asked her not to do because I’ve been trying to grow my real nail out to have gels just on my real nail and She made the nails all crooked.Now the second women did my toe polish and did the second half of my nails.She never told me her name. But my French tips are not even. Some nails tip is chunky and some thin on both hands AND feet...But what I’m most upset about is one of the nails the gel polish which i get because it doesn’t chip or crack or peel. IS CHIPPED. CRACKED AND PEELING almost the entire French tip is off of my thumb and it started to peel the day after I got the shellac fill. now I spent 85$ the last time I was in there and was completely unhappy with my service upon leaving.If I do return I’ll never let anyone but Tiffany touch my hands. At least I know she does good work and the polish isn’t going to come off by itself. That I won’t be sitting there for two hours in silence because the women would rather talk to themselves then to their customers.It’s a beautiful place the owner is beautiful and super friendly along with her child. They will be the only reasons I return when I come back to visit Arkansas.But the other women are kinda rude. And definitely need to take a friendly class from their boss.

Went in there a guy did my nails missed half of them when painting them cut me and acted like it didn’t happen as I was bleeding continued doing my nails and how most salons have you wash your hands while putting acrylics on he never did my hands were so dirty when I left. Asked for square nails and they came out rounded and uneven! Would not recommend!

They have a ton of pedicure chairs, so unless theyre slammed, theres no wait! The staff is friendly and they do great work!! They also offer drinks while youre having your treatment!

Waxing table was broken or something it was very awkward getting off the table after my eyebrows were done. The salon is super nice and very chic indeed. They are a little pricey but they are very fast and they do a really good job.

They looked really busy so I walked in an walked out with out asking how long the wait was bc we were on a time schedule, well the lady runs out an gets us an tells us to come in they will get to us right away. Everyone is really nice in chic nails an we will be back when in town.

Ive been going for over 2 years now and Ive NEVER had bad service or been disappointed. I get gel nails and have gone as long as 3 weeks with NO chips. The staff are very polite and go out of their way to please the customers. Each employee takes their time and never rushes to get to next client.
