Courtney gave me the worst cut I have ever had, it is so gashed up and my daughters hair is way longer on one side. I also paid for a balayage and it turned out awful as well but I didnt even mention that part. I couldnt believe when I went to send her pictures she called me names threatened me and just laughed. She said I was lying so I could get a full refund even though Im telling her were going to someone today to get what she did corrected. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a salon and I cant say much about the others but SHE was terrible. She burnt my scalp while styling my hair even though I let her know I didnt need it styled cause I was just going to put my hair up when I leave, she also left hair dye on my cheek the whole time my color was setting so it stained my face until the next day. I personally just expected so much more and was just shocked to see how awful it all was when I got up the next morning and straightened it. This was the most unprofessional experience Ive had to deal with at a salon. If I could do no stars I would. No offer for any type of reimbursement, just accusations that Im basically faking it with the photos. Thank you for the life lesson, will tell everyone I know how awful this was. Please quit your job so you wont do this to another woman man or child.

Absolutely loved my experience there. I have naturally curly hair and he definitely knows what he is doing! I will not let anyone else cut my hair. I will be returning and referring everyone I know.
