Megan always does an amazing job for me. They always find time to get me in.

My nail tech, David, took such great care of me! He was so gentle and nice and did such an amazing job on my pedicure. If I am ever back in town I am definitely going to request him and I’d suggest all others do the same!

Every two weeks, I enjoy being pampered here for mani and pedi cures

Normally love and have great experience here. This time I booked an appointment for me and my two daughters and what we wanted. When we got there I again was asked what we wanted, told the man at front Again. My 12yr old was called first and instead of giving her a regular pedicure like I booked she was asked to pick which one she wanted. After I told them what to give her they gave her the more expensive one. Why a child was asked again once it was booked and confirmed by her mother I do not know. Bookings are not documented, else what I booked would have been done. If your so busy that you have to put people above your booked appointments to keep from losing 1 customer and don’t know who booked with who and who the child is then I’m not the problem and will be more than happy to go to a more organized shop, where when they are wrong they admit it instead of arguing with the customer.

Marys nails has the highest quality products and top notch nail techs. My nails never break and I am rough on my nails!! They also do body and face massages!!

They really know how to take care of you and do a really great job on your nails in feet. Ive been going to them for years, Megan did my nails for my wedding and and in my feet they did an awesome job! I am never disappointed and always treated like family. Excuse the nails as they are a little over a week old, but you get the point.

They did a good job but I got my feet did the basic and my 4 year old daughter got her nails and toes did and I was out of 67 dollars I wont be back there to pricey for me cause when I go to Hawaii nails I pay 45 dollars for the both of us

I always love going to Marys to get my nails done. They always last me a good amount of time and are reasonably priced. Im usually a walk in and dont have to wait long to get started. They always do great work! Definitely my favorite place to get my nails done.

These acrylic black nails I got around the 24th of June lasted me 2 weeks before it chipped off. I paid $55 and have been to other places where they last me longer so whats the issue?

Did a good job on my nails but I told them that I was wanting the basic price which was $ 30.00. When I got to the desk it was $ 35.00 this should of been told to me before I got to the front desk.

Everyone was really nice and they were able tti get all 6 of us in.... but... they didnt do a good job. After leaving we were already noticing edges that werent filed. One of us paid $65 for different color acrylic and they messed one up and couldnt fix it. Fast forward to one week late . Nails are already pulling away from nail bed. I have paid less for much better nail jobs.

Called to see how much dipped nails for my daughter would be was told 40 to 45 checked see see how much long she would be the guys says its going to be 75 by the time i get done talking to the lady at the desk that told me 45 she said 55 n one has the same price in here dont trust them

Got a manicure yesterday and it was a really good manicure! Unfortunately the nail polish the girl used was clumpy because it was old! She kept layering clear on it to make it look better but I had to completely redo my nails!I worked for a prestige cosmetic store wherein I sold supplies for manicures and pedicures! In times past I have recommend Mary’s because of the good looking results I actually saw on my customers hands!I wish that the lady doing my manicure would have stopped using old polish and got a new bottle. She did stop and thinned it out with nail polish remover! It clumped even worse and to think that several coats of clear would fix it revealed a lack of professionalism!Will I go back? Yes...mistakes are made every day! I’ve done nails for many, many years and I have made many, many mistakes too!

I had two services performed at this location- Ombré nails and a Stress Buster massage. Nancy worked EVERY knot from my neck and back, that I didn’t even realize were present! I know I’ll make the 83 mile drive back again.......NO DOUBT!!!!Then Megan was such a perfectionist when it came to my nails. She suggested a shape and color for me that was excellent!! I probably wouldn’t have tried it in my home town, but she made me feel comfortable and I trusted her judgment!!BEST EXPERIENCE EVER💋

Ive gone to Marys twice now. I get acrylic because I like to repaint. BOTH times 2 tips broke off within 3 days. I stay at home and do not handle my hands roughly.This 2nd time, last week, I had her repair the 2 nails that popped off. I asked her to grind out my new growth 4 times AND kept showing her. She kept saying shed do it.As she finished she started painting and it was too late.!!! I asked why she only did the new growth on the 2 nails & I got no answer. She had to ask someone if THEY could do it, &, I was told, too late.So NOW, 1 week later I have 3 tips broken and SEVERE new growth showinv. Im not happy at all!I WANT to ask them to fix it all but I cant afford it only 1 week later? Ill be finding a new salon.(THe 1st time I got a set, I didnt notice the new growth until I was home! I called up there to ask If that was their policy, and was told told only if I ask. What? Thats crazy!So LAST week I made SURE TO ASK and kept turning my hands over to show her, and was told 3-4 times, yes Ill do it.Ugh NOT.What am I missing?

My nails are healthy and beautiful, thanks to Megan at Marys Nails and Spa. I see her regularly. She also waxes my eyebrows. One day at Marys, I asked Megan for an eyebrow wax after she finished my nails. She took me to the waxing room, looked at them carefully under the bright light and said, They look good. They dont need to be waxed. She saved me money I was prepared to pay. I doubt Ill ever go elsewhere.Kim

I wish I could give them a -10. This has to be the worst pedicure in my life. A rush job,literally 10 minutes max on my pedicure. So unprofessional nail tech talked about drinking tequila when getting off with girl next to him. Im Completely in shock!!! Wasted $80 for the both of us. Regret coming here. 🙄 Lesson learned.

Ive been coming to Marys since I was in high school (class of 05) and have been seeing Nancy since I moved back 2 years ago. Today, I had a broken nail and was long overdue for a dip. Nancy is on vacation so Jennifer put me with Megan. I could not be happier!! Shes amazing. Professional, awesome conversation and lots of laughs and smiles. Im so grateful to have met her today and look forward to seeing her again if ever Nancy is unavailable. I highly recommend Marys - especially Nancy and my new friend Megan.

Called about 30 minutes before coming in with a party of 8 and they were prepped and ready for the whole group when we arrived. The staff was friendly and very talented. Definitely worth it! The prices were fair and the variety of designs/styles to choose from were plentiful. All 8 of us highly recommend, especially since we are from out of town and needed a good rainy day activity.

Have been going to Marys for 11 years, however today was my last. I had the dipped nails done and it was a very painful experience. I told him he was hurting me and the ends of two fingers were bleeding! He was so rough when he was filing my nails and I had to stop him more than once. Not only that, he was using the electric grinder and smoothed down too much down to the quick on my thumb. A manicure should NEVER be painful. I even commented to him that now I am concerned about those areas getting infected. I gave two stars because I didnt have to wait and I like the nail color. It seemed he was more interested in how fast he could do my nails, rather than taking the time to be gentle with the filing and such! I was very disappointed with my experience there today.

I was a first time walking while visiting Hot Springs for my sons birthday. They got me in very quickly, did an AMAZING job and they lasted almost a month. I enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation and didn’t feel rushed to get out! I will definitely return after having a HORRIBLE experience at a salon across town today. Mary’s will be my new go to for all my mani’s pedi’s and massage needs!

Im from out of town. Took my mom in for us to get our nails done. I ask for fill with gel polish. Mary (owner) tried talking me into color dip polish. I told her no several times. Finally told me $40. Got my ticket and was charged $50. The guy who did my nails was awesome! Mary has very poor customer service.

They were very nice and quick. The atmosphere was very friendly and judgement free. My friend and I were both walk-ins and we were back within 5 minutes even though it was busy. We love how our nails turned out.

My wife and I were walkins and we were seated right away side by side in pedicure chairs then given a relaxing time of just being pampered and catered to. If you have never had a pedicure or even if you have this is the best way to experience total stress release.

Everyone there has always been very gracious and interested in providing the customer with the end result that they are looking for.Their materials, tools and other equipment are contemporary and in good condition.The environment is soft and pleasing. You do not feel rushed or ignored. The seating is comfortable whether in waiting or at station. Most speak English but there are always a number of Individuals available if assistance is required. This spa and its owners and managers have been here in Hot Springs, Ar for quite a number of years and have been rated #1 and/or within the top 3 for many years. Those rating awards are prominently posted within the facility.

So far this is the best nail salon I have used. I havent tried them all but I have tried many great salons and Marys has the hours and the staff and equipment and all the right combination. I will update. I go weekly and this is my 4th visit.Update: After months of weekly Saturday pedicures...they are slipping a bit. Color selection is always the same... Still great staff that work hard. Equipment is also good. Some areas that I am used to them taking care of are not being addressed. Some is laziness.( My nails dont grow hardly between weekly visits) Some has to do with hours and being the last customer is never the best. I work 6 days and have no choice. Sometimes the hardest thing as an owner is to turn away a customer if certain areas will be skipped, All business owners experience this. I always tip $15 to $20 on a $60 pedicure. If it were my shop I would stay late by 15 min or again, make that difficult choice to reject the customer due to a lack of time. They try. Still one of my favorites by far. Never had a massage nor anything but a pedicure with nails.

I never have to wait at Marys, until today. The day before mothers days. Mary and her staff were so busy, but they made it the best experience as they could.

I love this salon! The staff is wonderful and good at their jobs. They are nearly always busy but wait times are short. Its a very relaxing atmosphere, too.

I have been coming to Marys Nails for 16 years now. I am super picky about my nails and finally came by once long ago and she did such a great job on my French Nails, that I have been coming back ever since. She is always flexible with my hectic schedule and has NEVER disappointed. I used to drive 3 hours to get nails done, but she saved me and now I just go to Hot Springs.... I love her and her team. Again.... Never disappointed.

This was not our first not so good experiance. Nails not smooth and skin not trimmed good around nails. The chair was broken in the back which was like having fist in your back. Looking for better salon.

Tom and Cindy give amazing pedicures. Ive tried probably every salon in town, this one wins. Get the Honey Cinnamon pedicure by Tom or Cindy and you wont be sorry!

David did a fabulous job on my feet! The deluxe herbal pedicure is wonderful!

We went for a girls weekend & after thrift shopping it was a great way to end the day.

They were awful. Over priced. They have a sign with all of the prices and for acrylics full set its 28-30 dollars I was charged 55. Not even close to the number listed. My best friend got 6/10 cuticles bleeding by the time we left. There is even a hair under her nail! Very distracted! She didnt even get my acrylics to my cuticle like it was supposed to be. This was horrible. Will not be back.

I love my nails, they are very pleasant people and they did exactly what I asked for!

I Brought my soon to be wife here to get her nails done. After she showed the lady five or more photos of the exact acrylic nails she wanted done, the lady started working on them. About half way through they were obviously not the correct shape or color. (The lady was looking at the picture of the nails she wanted on the pictures all of this time) When she was finished, 7 out of the 10 nails were uneven, the colors differentiated between nails, and she was bleeding on two fingers. They were absolutely not what she wanted. There were only 2 other costumers and they still couldn’t get her nails to look half way right. They would not refund me my money even though her nails looks absolutely terrible. The costumer service was terrible also. They were not professional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Take the time to go to Hawaii Nails & Spa and get them done right. Also, I never write reviews but these people crosssed the line. And, I’m not an employee of Hawaii nail and spa, they are just the ones we went to after Mary’s did such a terrible job. Thanks for reading.

With a few hours to myself, during a road trip, I Googled local pedicure places... this place did not disappoint!!! My best pedicure ever. I wish my hometown had a Marys!!I will make it a point from now on to stop.. thanks!

I think my previous review is already online, but I cannot say enough about this great place! Nancy and her husband Tai, are great people and even at their busiest times, they welcome walk-ins, and usually get you seated right away. They do take appointments except on Saturdays, so be aware. I can tell you, Ive been to other nail techs in other shops, but not since Ive been coming here. Every one of their people do great work. I can honestly say Ive never come away dissatisfied. I work in a local hospital where I have patient contact in an office setting. I get many compliments on my nails and Im always happy to tell them where they can get great nails (and pedis) for themselves!

Not enough works. It would be a 2hr wait. So I left. And the told me a different price for the service I wanted and the website and the paper with the prices were different . So I went elsewhere.
