The ABSOLUTE best nail salon in Hot Springs! Fair prices and quality work has made me a loyal customer for 5 years! I don’t trust anyone else with my nails!

I absolutely love the staff there!! I send via Facebook my ideas and we create a whole unique set based off the theme I had in mind. Yes its all had painted and takes her about 2 hours but she is so worth it!

We started by getting nails done for the Prom and just cant stop going!!! My daughter and I love this place!! They do such a good job!! We feel like our hands look so beautiful when we leave and it lasts!!!!

I am a local and have gone to this salon for over 3 years after trying several others in the area. They are friendly, professional and always do a great job on my pedicures. I always make an appointment and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken tot a chair.

I went in yesterday to get gel acrylics, as soon as I walked in they looked/stared at me like I didnt belong in there. I was then asked to sign in at the sign-in sheet. Well after that I accidentally knocked them over on the floor. After that happened one of the workers said Dont mess it up! I apologized and he didnt even acknowledge it. After that I sat down in the waiting room until my name got called. The guy who was doing my nails went super fast, and I just felt like I was being rushed out of there. Well the job he did was very poor. My nails are already chipping and he put too much nail polish on so its overflowing over my nails. He made me feel like this was all my fault because his nail dryer wasnt drying my nails properly, no matter what angle I put them in at. The service was 45 dollars, and I left a tip, which now looking back on it I shouldnt have done that. At the end of the day, they were very rude and a waste of money and I will not be going back there at all.

I went in about a week ago with my daughter, we walked in and I looked at their service menu and said Id like a full set solar. To which he replied Whats that?, idk what youre talking about. I pointed to what I wanted and he said Okay. So I sit down and the gentleman doing my nails begins without asking what I want shape color ect. So I pipe up Id like them with no color, I like the natural look. He ignored me......We get to lengths and before he stars cutting I say Id like almond shape please and he says Oh thatll be 5 dollars extra. Frustrated that I have to pay for a shape on top of the full set I agreed. Then he gets to length How long? I ask for them to be alittle longer and he says Okay thatll be 5 dollars extra I said No thank you, you can make them shorter I felt like he was trying to squeeze every single penny he could out of me.My Daughter got Gel polish AND THIS IS THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS MORE THAN 1 STAR! The man who did my daughters nails, (The ont who said he didnt know what I was talking about when I asked for a full set of solar nails) He was extremely kind and patient with her, he gave her every color she asked for without complaint, for that Im grateful. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT! BEING KIND TO EVERYPERSON WHO WALKS IN YOUR DOORS.

It was awesome I loved it.

I was looking for a nail salon where I could frequently visit to have my nails done. I had my nails dipped paid $40 plus a tip and within three days the clear coat was already chipping off. I have my nails dipped plenty of times to know this wasn’t normal. I went to a different nail salon in town paid $35 plus a tip and had the same service done it’s been a week and my nails are still in great shape from the other nail salon. I am very disappointed in the quality Hawaii Nails did I will not be back to Hawaii Nails.

I’ve been to every one and have never been satisfied..The owners and Family of the Nail shop are professional and you can have a real conversation with them!!The nails are exceptionally well done and products last!! Best pedicure in this city. The massage chair covers the entire back, including lower back. Linda is very meticulous and makes sure that you are relieved of any ingrown toenail pain. I highly recommend this establishment.

I love them all at Hawaii nails. You have to drive to hot springs but your gonna get what you want and not be disappointed! I appreciate their sweetness and style!

Really happy i chose this place for my birthday treat and for my first pedi ever!! i got a deluxe package and it was really nice. i loved the older woman who did my pedi, she was attentive and gentle.

I havent been to a nail salon since I moved to the area, so I picked the highest rated on Google. They are very sweet and friendly, but I felt like she was rushing and not taking her time. There was no one waiting after me. They were not busy. She was very rough when it came to trimming nails and skin. My fingers were sore for a complete week. She didnt even use the cheese grater thing on my heels. And thats the real reason I go for pedicures. I will try all the others in town before I would ever consider going back here.

I have been to numerous nail salons my entire adult life. This is the ONLY place I have ever gone where my nails do NOT pull up or off at all, and my hands are in water alot! Wonderful people and very very reasonable prices. Great selection of colors and services as well. I absolutely LOVE this place and will never go anywhere else!

Best pedicure I have had in a long time! The tech was also extremely personable and kind.

Stopped in to see if they could do 6 people 4 mani- pedis, 1 mani, 1 pedi and they took us in and even called in some more people to help. great customer service and wonderful job on all of use.

At first I was hesitant about this place specially the lady that did my daughters nails didn’t even asked us what kind of pedi we want, but at the end we did enjoy the pedicures it was very relaxing and they took time massaging our feet which was by the way better than the full body massages we got few days ago lol, thank you ladies y’all are wonderful

So disappointing. Establishment was very dirty and employees were all sitting around with no shoes on, in the chairs, facebooking. We were the only customers and were treated like we were more of a burden then a customer! Employees stopped multiple times during our pedicure to have a long and very loud conversation (which we coudnt understand) made us feel very uncomfortable. Paid 100 dollars for two people but they will never get my hard earned money again. Back to Chic nail for me. Dont waste your money.
