Perfect. Fast. Nice. Attention to detail. Happiest Ive ever been. I got a gel manicure. Ill be back to get my feet done this week.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure without an appointment. Although they were busy, they still accommodated me. The quality of their work was great and they were very friendly. When I was finished it was raining hard and I didn’t have an umbrella. One of the manicurists went and brought me an umbrella and took me to my car. I was so appreciative. I absolutely love these people.

March 29, 31, 2021 and April 1, 2022. Manicure March 29thand Raymond was the only one there. I get a basic manicure. He did not even manicure my cuticles, simply pushed them back, put polish on and done. He cleaned the salon while my hands were soaking in the lotion. My hands soaked longer than the manicure lasted. The entire time he talked about how he gets up at 4:30 a.m. to go to the gym and must be in bed by 9:00 and how customers keep coming in and he cannot leave at 6:00 p.m. I was there at 5:45. The attitude I interpreted was that customers seem to impede on his sleep time and he works 9-6. Hey, a lot of us work 8:00 to 5:00 or 5:30, Raymond, and I suppose we need to be really conscious that you have been at work an hour after us and we need to adhere to your schedule. He was in a hurry and literally rushed me out the door. I went back the following night to ask Ruby to redo my manicure, as clearly Raymond would not have done anything the night before, and she said she would fix it. She looked at his work and agreed it definitely needed cleaning up, as she called it. She was with a client so another gentleman did my pedicure, very nicely. The disappointment here is while getting my pedicure, which should be enjoyable and relaxing, two other clients came in. They were rushed to the pedicure area, water prepared for their soaking and they were tended too right in the middle of my pedicure. Well, the race was in to get done with me and get to them!!!! He rushed through my pedi, went to check on them, came back to me, put the top clear coat on quickly and said “you wait and Ruby polish you when she done with her customer”. Ruby was doing a full set and I waited THIRTY minutes to get polish!! So, then Ruby tells me they are about to close and come back the next night at 5:45 and she will fix Raymond”s manicure mess. Okay, three nights at the nail salon. I went back, at 5:45 and Raymond was there with attitude, removed my polish after Ruby talked to him in their language, and I sat soaking for 15 min. while Raymond went to do a manicure on a client whom Ruby was doing a pedicure on, at the same time. I got up and left. It is NOT fair to a client already in the salon having services performed to be thrown to the wayside because a new client(s) has entered the salon. They fill the salon with as many clients as possible and jump back and forth amongst them all. A manicure and pedicure should be consistent all the way through, with no interruptions. It should be a relaxing experience, not one of “well, was I forgotten?” Clearly they are set on milling people through as fast as they can and could care less about the clients’ time and the quality of service. I too have been at work all day and would love to get home rather than spending 2 1/2 hours at the nail salon watching them ping pong between customers to ensure they get you in a chair and held hostage so they can herd another back to be held hostage. Then listen,the entire time, about how they want to go home. If they want an 8-5 job they should get one. Not my problem. My problem is my time being robbed for their greediness. A lady on the review mentioned she made an appt. and still had to wait when she gets there. Don’t. They answer the phone, ask your name and what time then rock right back into what they were doing,not even writing down the appt. the appt thing is to get you in the door so you can WAIT until they can ping pong to you. Basically, the impression I get is that your time makes no difference to them, however, you must be aware they want to leave at or before closing time. Finally, the one time I don’t have cash for a tip, I’m given an attitude that I don’t have the Cashapp on my phone to tip and I can’t tip on my debit card because they don’t do that. So, I need to download cashapp I am told. Seriously? That was the night I got the 10 min. manicure. I needed to download cashapp to tip for the worst manicure I have ever gotten.

My first time going to this nail salon when I tell you Ruby did the best job on my nails I will be back!

I loved coming here. I never had to wait very long as a walk in. The staff is very friendly and I even developed a relationship with Raymond. He always did a good job on my nails. He remembered my name and details I told him about things in my life and the special care I need for one of my nails. It saddens me to say, however, that I will not be back. I am now treating a nail fungus from improper sterilization of the tools they use. If I could give them 5 stars for customer service, I would. But no one should ever have to treat a fungal infection they contract from a nail salon.

I’ve only given a 1 star review one other time in my entire life. I really wanted to like this salon as it is near my home and very convenient. I had a bad experience the first time I went and decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, resulting in an even worse experience. Looking at the surface of this salon, it does not look very clean (floors, walls, lamps, work stations, etc). I can look past that until I see that the instruments used are not being properly sterilized between customers. The technician doing my nails actually shared my instrument directly after using it, with the technician next to me and she immediately used it on that customer. The burs for the hand pieces were put right back in the drawer after their use on me without any cleaning. The same thing with the nails files, clippers and brushes used. I was rushed out as the technician grabbed her purse and left before my gel polish was even dry. I simply turned a blind eye, decided to finish my fill-in and leave with no intention of coming back. Soon after my visit, I developed an infection near my nail bed on my index finger. After going to the doctor, they came to the conclusion that I caught an infection from the nail salon’s failure to properly clean their tools between customers. Needless to say, I will be continuing to go the salon I’ve been going to for years even though it is out of my way.

Worst manicure ever. If someone offered me a free one, I would not take it. Terrible experience time and time again. Manicure was over in less than 10 minutes, hurt, and was clearly not the main focus at the moment. I would not recommend going here.

Every time I come here Im never disappointed. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive. They help me when Im unsure of the shade of nude I need for my manicure and I always feel pampered and like Im most important customer in the world! I tell everyone about them when we talk about nail salons! My supervisor even told me she started going there 😁

One of the worst manicures Ive ever had. Very rushed. Stains from SNS powder left all over my fingers and in my cuticle. It wouldnt wash off. When I asked the manicurist for assistance removing the color and cleaning up my cuticles, she dismissively told me it would wash off naturally as she was getting her purse and rushing me out the door. It hasnt. Very high priced for poor quality and poor customer service.

I cant say enough about VIP! Ive been getting my nails done there for nearly a year. The staff is exceptionally personable and my nails always look great. Pricing is wonderful and I love that they have a loyalty program!

They charge the same prices as the nicer salons but the other salons have 1) a nicer interior 2) better customer service and 3) give you higher quality results.

Amazing pedicure! Even the basic has orange sugar scrub and hot stone massage. I like the candle oil pedi and I was so happy to have given them a try.

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. My biggest concern is tending to the bottom of my feet and they did a great job scrubbing! Great quality.

Requested manicure French tip with glow gel didnt get manicure. Gel bubble and was lopsided requested redo was told that it was good work!!! Asked for redo told it would be an $15 redo asked for them to take it off told it would an additional cost!! Wedding guest had a redo at no cost attendants loud talked!!! AFRICAN AMERICAN customer setted before i came in before requested redo!! Had waited 25 - 45 min+ or more at table before service started!!! Jewel store owner walked in and received immediate service!!! AFRICAN AMERICANS BEWARE!!!

Zero or negative stars if I could. I dont recomend this place. I had horrible costumer service. I wish I took a picture of the monstrasities left on my hands. After they grew out a bit the portion between my cuticle and the dip powder nail had a gap that started pulling my hair out when I washed it. Not to mention it took the guy 1 hour and 30 minutes to do. He was also trying to rush me out the door.He contorted my hands in weird ways the get the dip powder on and was really rude to me even when I told him he was hurting me. He charged me for services I didnt even receive and argued with me about it. He pretended he didnt know much English, so I gave up and told myself never again. Im sure others had good experiences but I had an awful one. The next nail tech I went to was appalled at this places work.

Quality service. Friendly staff and professionalism

It was ok. My nails look decent, one messed up when I left (thats on me) my only thing would be to pay in cash, and know what youre paying ahead of time and bring that EXACT AMOUNT. They change their prices during the service. I was told 25 at the beginning and end up paying 35. Yeaaaa I wont be back.

The people are FANTASTIC! So kind and easy to talk to. Plus my nails look great.

I got french nail on Friday and they started to chip on Monday. I was tempted to go back and complain but instead I just won’t go here in the future.

I started out going here about a year ago and I loved the people and the costumer service, but as of lately the lady that usually does my nails has had a really nasty attitude. Dont know what happened, or what the issue is but i guess Ill b looking for another nail shop.

I loved this place until 2 weeks ago they changed owners and the guy that did my mani pedi didnt do a great job my toenails were not straight nor was my ingrown toenail i asked to be removed, removed and the manicure i received well i will just say what manicure no cuticles removed no shaping of my nails no arm or hand massage and i paid 85 dollars

I was visiting there from Houston and they are so overpriced they charge you for everything shape length and everything way over price for some nails
