I found the employees to be rude and discontent. I should have read reviews before, but Im new in town and was in a hurry, so I booked before I researched. Now, reading these reviews and seeing the replies on behalf of the owner, I can clearly see why the salon is not well run at all. Id expect a practice manager to at least have some sense of accountability as well as be able to spell basic words and string together one or two decent sentences.

Ultimate Salon is the Ultimate MISTAKE! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I was baffled. Terri is rude and disrespectful towards her customers, which is probably why I was the only customer in the salon. My hair was rinsed with cold water, tugged, and barely dried when I was told the staff was done. Unprofessional people offering unprofessional services! Dont waste your time!!
