They do great nails, but they rushed through it and dont like to hear your comments about what theyre doing.

I showed a picture of what I wanted, he cut my nails way too short, they are uneven and they are shaped terribly. Even after addressing what he did wrong (which he could have fixed) he didn’t. I wanted to cry so bad. I paid him even though I was HIGHLY dissatisfied. I should have turned around and left when I walked in on a Saturday and they were practically empty. They are in prime real estate so that was odd. Oh well. Never again.

Prices are very reasonable and the place is very clean! They did a fantastic job with my nails. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be returning!

I went here last week to get my brows done and it was the absolute WORST experience. I am from GA and have always gotten my brows waxed with NO problems. I go here and the lady who is doing my brows goes, oops and has this look on her face. She asked me if I have sensitive skin because the wax took some of my skin off. I told her yes, but that I only get my brows waxed and have never had any issues before. She continued on with my brows. As Im driving home, my face is tingling and I couldnt understand why, so I immediately go to the bathroom and take a look. There is a lot of skin pulled off. I had to go out of town for an event and wasnt able to go back immediately, so I went today. They were horrible with helping me get my money back and kept trying to not give it to me by offering a free wax service or $10 off my next visit. I kept telling them that I just wanted my money back and stressed that I will NOT be back. I finally get my $10 back from the owner and he tells me, You are on camera. Do not come back or we will call the cops. At that point Im confused as I didnt see how it was that serious, I just wanted my money back and had already stated that I wouldnt be back. So, yeah. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Lee was very sweet and did my nails and eyebrows very well. They are a bit pricey in my opinion but she did good with both services. Last time I got my nails done somewhere else my fingers were so sore when Lee did them she was gentle and they arent sore at all. I will definitely go back. I was happy with the service .

I have been a regular here for 2 years and I have recommend many. Love their work and I rarely have to wait to be serviced. I always receive compliments on my nails!

This is a horrible shop. I will never spend money there again. I spent $100 for nails and toes and tried a new SNS dip and by the next week, I was missing a whole hand of nails. I went to get a refund and they would not refund my money, only offered to fix it. My concern is that if this happened once why would I allow you all to do it again? I specifically asked if this could be done in a reasonable time frame and they told me they could. Now the final result is that a whole hand of nails are missing

I really like this nail salon. There is usually a wait but when they do get to your nails they take their time. There is a middle aged man there who pushes gel manicures or gel acrylic and he gets a little pushy if you tell him you want something different. One time I told him I just wanted a manicure, no gel and he kept saying gel is better, get gel and if you dont he rushes through your visit. The older man & younger man are really sweet and they always take their time. The ladies are nice as well. I stopped going there because I got another job not in the area but the salon really is the best one Ive been to in the Hoover area so I started going back on the weekends. No lumps or bubbles in my manicures, they are filed evenly. Just be ready to wait on a Saturday

Spa pedicure. Base price 28. Add 5 to remove gel. Ok massage. Poor paint job. No one speaks clear English to communicate. Wont be back.

Good-friendly, knowledge staff. I got a full set 2 weeks prior at another location. When I got there, the older gentleman said that the services I received were damaging to my nails. He soaked off and replaced my gel set and didnt charge me for anything except a gel set. My nails look amazing!!!! I have received non stop compliments on my nails. Thanks Creative Nails!

I will never go here to get my nails done again. I used to go to this nail salon all the time years ago before they changed owners, and I was in the area today so I decided to go there to get my nails done. A couple of years ago when I would go here, there would always be a wait because it was so busy. Today there was only me and one other customer the entire time I was getting my nails done... in the middle of the day on a Saturday. The young man doing my nails clearly had NO IDEA what he was doing. He used a drill to polish my nails when I was getting a gel manicure. I told him I wanted the deluxe manicure, which includes the hand and arm massages before the nails are painted. He painted my nails, one by one. He would paint one nail at a time and make me stick it in the LED light. When he finally finished painting my nails, he spoke in his native language to the owner to ask him what to do next, it was pretty obvious. He then asked me to sit in a pedicure chair while he used the lotions from the pedicure station to massage me. Finally, when we got ready to pay, the older man who I assume is the new owner doubled the price of my manicure and charged us double. We paid $46 dollars for a gel manicure and a terrible massage. When I left the store, my arm was covered in red marks and scratches from where the guy had been massaging me.

I came in off a referral-worst decision ever.The older man with a horrible hair color job saw that my nails were started to lift and he said nothing. He was going to complete a fill in without notifying me. I noticed it and ask him about it. He said that he said nothing because he has been told b4 that he is trying to make money. He was very nonchalant.

I love this nail salon! Due to me being in the cosmetic industry I get colored acrylic for lasting finish. Diane is superb!

I have been coming to this place for a long time and had always had the friendliest service. I always wanted to come back and had sent them referrals. However, that has now changed. Recently, the place was sold and it now has a new owner. I bought a gift certificate for my mom before it was sold and so on Saturday, September 15, she went to use it. After her manicure and pedicure she gave them the gift certificate in which the owner, very rudely, told her that he could not accept it and it was not his problem. The certification has the same name and the same address. He continue to yell and belittle her in front of everyone and threaten to call the police if she did not pay. This could have been handled in a professional manner but he chose not to. I, nor my family, will NEVER come here again. No one disrepects my mother and gets away with it!

Loved the woman that did my nails, she was quick and gentle and the nails look and feel awesome. I’m a picky person and she listened to every request and was truly amazing!

Ive been a few times but today was my last. There is only one person there that does a decent pedicure. If you get the owner guy (older with glasses) do yourself a favor and leave...his pedicures are pathetic and he clearly does not enjoy doing them. Also, I had a gift certificate that had expired 2 weeks ago (for some reason it expired in 6 months rather than a year like most places) and he would not accept it. I said I would gladly pay the difference if the price of a pedicure had increased from the $28 that was paid for the gift certificate but he said no. No the price had not gone up but he still would not accept it. I will never go back.

Was not pleased with the technicians execution or product of work. She rushed through my pedicure and the end result showed. I asked for a double coating of white polish for a white French tip, she applied one; I asked for a cut down, she did not; at the end of this $28 pedicure, there was more polish on my skin than my nails. I will say, however, she did a descent job on my eyebrow waxing. By the end, I paid $50 on a half-was job (28 for the pedi, 10 for the brows, 5 for my lip, 7 for the white polish tips). Needless to say, i will not be returning

I am not normally one to make a fuss but this is THE worst excperience I have ever had. I went to get SNS and the guy didnt know how to do it and kept trying and it looked awful. He cut me 4 different times and they did nothing to help the situation. I would not go here. If you need a good nail salon go to Genesis Nails in Homewood.

WORST PLACE IN HOOVER!I had to wait 20 mins before they even got to me for a 5mins so called gel manicure 2 days later it peeled off. Never going back there...

When they asked for length I told them and they cut them way too short. Two of my nails are crooked and when I asked for them to be fixed they wanted to charge me an extra 5 dollars.

I very rarely get my nails done I am disappointed I had to see here and pay money for ugly work when the lady technician rush through I told her to slow down on my nails she did not she still continue to rush through the work she did my eyebrows she messed up my eyebrows in a still continue to sit there say that they mashed up they werent messed up I dont know how to post a picture on here but if I could you guys would see yourself that my eyebrows are messed up I would not say here until anybody to get their nails done or their eyebrows done near I know for fact I will not be going back in if I could and they had a corporate number I will call corporate and I would let them know to whack get my refund but since I cant let me go somewhere else because I will not be going back here
