Michelle the owner is very nice and kind. She made sure you was seated within an appropriate time matter and was happily to assist me with picking the right shade of orange polish I was desiring.My technician Anna was super sweet and very meticulous while doing my nails. I will definitely return for the great quality of service I received.

What I wanted and what I was willing to settle for and unfortunately they couldn’t do either.When I sat down and asked her if she could do this she told me she could but then someone’s else came to finish because she had something else.She tried to tell me the color wouldn’t show up but we did a different color all over that was lighter .Snap started cute but whne they polish went on it was a whole different shape almost .I just wish they wouldve been honest and we could’ve did something else since no one had time.

They are very nice and do a great job. Very busy salon but not rushed. I will be going back.

Pedicure was great and looks really good. I got SNS for my manicure. There are only a few spots Ive seen a few issues with. Other than that, I would say Im very happy. Staff was friendly and did a great job on my daughters Mani and pedi as well.

Best nails salon in town. I have been coming to this nails salon since they were first opened, and never have a problem. I always came in with a positive altitude and the staffs always treated me the right way.

The service level has declined dramatically. The pedicure seemed subpar and rushed. It felt like she didn’t want to do the massage or really the service period. My nails came out nice. But what really had me shook was my eyebrow wax. No precision, again rushed, she tried to use a razor which they’ve never done the past bc they got them right with the wax and tweezing a bit. My eyebrows have never been so uneven they don’t even look done. When I looked at them again in the car she still had wax all over my face, she didn’t even bother to wipe them. I spend too much money for the service to be that bad. It’s about quality over quantity.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Hanna did a wonderful job, and my SNS nails look awesome! Definitely will be back!

I felt they rushed us. They prioritized their regulars and acted as if we were not even there. Also, felt they weren’t expecting us to tip. Will not be returning. We were the only African Americans and I felt that they didn’t want us at their establishment. They asked us to pay before they even finished. Sad.

Hannah is THE BEST hands down! Perfects my SNS nails every time, also gives this nurse’s feet the revamp they desperately need every two weeks. You won’t find a more friendly staff, or relaxing and chill atmosphere around. I believe everyone in the salon has done my nails at some point and I’ve never been disappointed. You’ll just have to go and see for yourself. 💕

They did such a great job! Went on a Sunday evening and was not busy at all. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Staff was nice. The place is really clean and I love the decor. Also a lot of polish options to choose from.

Not only the lady who did my nails cut my finger because she was speeding. Two weeks later I go to another place and I have fungus in my toe I never in my life had it. Don’t go there never ever will I go back

Went to get my nails and my daughters nails done (she is 6 years old) the lady doing my nails went to sand my original nails and seen her pullthe sanding bit out of a mint metal box and when done put it back in. At then time I was shocked but didnt make a big deal out of it. Well now a week later my cuticles have been peeling ever since I had my nails done and they never peeled like this. Every one of them are peeling. And when she was sanding she made about 6 finger/ cuticlesbleed.. Really do not recommend.

The quality of the nail polish is really cheap, I could have done a better job at home. They barley put any coats of the Nail polish so the color came off so fast. They make your nails bleed while cleaning them. they don’t know what they are doing my manicure lasted about 4 minutes which doesn’t seem right.

The lady doing my nails literally rushed through the process and failed to take off all of my polish. I looked around at other customers and none of them were being treated like this. She also didn’t interact with me at all, leaving the environment of the facility feeling awkward. The place is beautiful and I’m sure some of the other employees do a fantastic job, but I will never come back to this place due to my experience.

I have gotten my nails done here for over a year now and I cannot think of a place with people who care more about their customers! it is a pleasure to come into this facility and always be welcomed and feel like a priority. i have never had anything go wrong with any of the technicians and I will continuously recommend this place to all of my family and friends! my favorite place to get my nails done!!

Trash place. Please learn to paint peoples nails correctly. The polish comes off so fast that I could paint it better at my face then waste my money at an inexperienced salon

The work is OKAY for the prices. I asked for square nails and a couple of mine are rounded on one side but not the other? Two of my nails are crooked, and I asked for the $35 full set French and she gave me the $40. The place is beautiful and they have tons to offer as far as services go, but if I’m going to spend $100 on my nails, I expect the work to be damn near perfect. I may give them another try, but I’ll ask for a different technician.

When I first started my service was good and the quality in which they serviced my nails was great. The last couple of times my service has been trash, not only were they impatient but she filed my nails so thin that after two days they are breaking with gel polish!!!! No way am I going back and I’m telling my friends and my colleagues not to go back as well!!

1st time customer I came in for a pedicure and manicure and that was a great experience I love how you keep the place so clean. However I decided to get my brows wax while I was there and I really wish I had not its the 4th day theyre broke out, red, and still itchy. Ive never had that happen from getting my brows waxed.

I got an eyebrow wax and they burned me. I told the lady I was very sensitive and asked her to let the wax cool extra. She ignored my request and now I have burns on my eye 3 days before my wedding. I will never be your customer again.

Went for the first time last Sunday - Labor Day weekend. It was great! Got SNS mani / pedi. It was relaxing and they did a wonderful job! I also appreciate ALL the SNS color options. Where I usually go has a bajillion SNS jars but the same 30 color samples to choose from. They never update and give you more options. I think I have found my new nail place with Riviera!

They did a horrible job. Did not take there time on me and just rushed It. Did my nails not even that’s one and second they did not do what I asked for. I asked clear they did white. Very horrible place never going back there and this was my first time.and I want back to talk to the manger so they can refund me and just take off there nails she said no we will just fix It. The young lady who assisted me was very good and patient, it was my first time there but not my last.The place is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient.I love a nail spot that takes time and never disappoints.

I came here because of all the great reviews but my experience was absolutely different. The place is absolutely beautiful but left paying 75 for colors and designs that i did not want. I asked for a certain design on my feet and the lady suggested i get something else because they didnt have what i wanted. I asked for Burgundy on my hands and im leaving with brown because she misunderstand the student that helps out. I asked her to do silver and she gave me gold for an accent nail. My pedicure also looks horrible. I have polish running and my design has run because she didnt check to see it was dry before moving me. I would have demanded that these mistake be corrected but I was in a hurry. I was not asked if i wanted anything to drink but other customers were asked. Save your money people and go someone else. I will not be returning with my brown nails... smh

I used this location on 02/24/18. Ive used it before and have been so disappointed each time. They messed up my nails on the 24th, almost every single nail had dirt and fuzz under the gel. My toes had multiple toenails where the nail polish wasnt even. I called that day and told them what happened. I spent $80 on a gel manicure, and a pedicure and just wanted it to be right. I was told to come back the next day to get them fixed. I came back the next day and instead of fixing the polish another lady put more polish on my nails. By then I had 4 coats of polish on my nails. Today is the March 2nd and all but 2 nails have peeled off in sheets due to the how many layers were on my nails. I will not be coming back to Riviera Nails & Spa.

Took my niece to get her very first pedicure there. They were really great with her, answered her questions and really made her feel like one of the big girls.

They take advantage of their younger customers by over charging them for their services. Will never allow my daughters to go back here. Horrible service and attitudes.
