I ordered a small item and for some reason, the seller put the less than 1 pound 5x5x3 inch box in a huge white thin shipping bag. They charged me for the 21x16x4 inch size of the plastic bag, even though the bag folded around the little box easily. So, I was charged 3 times what I estimated. No reason to charge me for something that takes up no space. Probably won’t use them again. The item arrived as expected.

Save your money.I ordered a pair of expensive headphones ($175) on September 24 2020 and tried to ship it here to Hawaii. On 9/30 I received an email from the seller of the site i purchased them from say that the package arrived at the CA warehouse location (780 E Watson Center Rd, as instructed to do so on the shiptohawaii site.) After that I never heard from it again. I managed to speak with Cecilia from there customer service on 3 separate days in October and in November. Was pretty much given the same response each time we are waiting for a response from our CA shipping team. On the third attempt i was directed to someone named Linda who sent me an email saying shes out of the office and will contact me on tuesday Nov 10. Needless to say nobody contacted me. I was never updated on my package. Didnt receive a refund for the shipping or the headphones themselves. It was at this point and gave up. Save your money. DONT use shiptohawaii. its not worth it

Ship to Hawaii is so inconvenient!! They make 9 hours per week to pick up your items using the excuse of ‘Covid’. Also became extremely expensive! Very rude and they do not care about customer service.

I bought a small skimboard from the mainland that was supposed to cost around $30 to be shipped here using Ship To Hawaii. However they called me saying the box it shipped in was 2 inches to big of girth and that it would cost me at least $202 for it to get to me. They measure the longest side of your box to measure for girth so if you have anything over 54inch in any directions youll be paying a minimum of $202 as well. They do not make any exceptions at all. My board was only 9 pounds! I highly do not recommend letting anything you want ship to you fall in the hands of these people. They are out to get your money just as any other shipping company maybe even worse.

Signed up to check it out, automatically makes me enter my credit card information. Charges me a 1$ to make my account. Then once I sign in it deactivates the account after creating it so you can’t use/sign in.

Picked up furniture pieces. Not that easy to find their location based on use of Maps.

Easy to find from the street if your paying attention to the signs.. Just make sure you pay attention to the small signs. Upon walking on input your information on the computer to try left. Someone will get your items from their.

I had a crate engine shipped from the mainland and I stressed to them that it had to right because shipping to Hawaii is a big deal and can be expensive, and wouldnt you know it they still sent me the wrong one. And because I live on Maui I had to deal with young brothers to Joyce and the staff at ship to Hawaii took care of all the stressful details for me top notch company and very plesent to work with.
