Worst service ever is an understatement! Come early, be prepared to wait for ~2 hours for drop-offs!! Theres one slowwwww worker whos helping patrons (takes about 15mins per person), and another worker who stands there being busy at the computer.SO SLOW!!I dont know where these positive reviews come from, time for management to check on this place!

They take sooo long. Three people talking story while were waiting for almost an hour. The line was short too. After finally getting called, the guy comes out with a home Depot sized cart for just a box of poi. Management better get a grip. I have no idea what these positive reviews are. I honestly believe its for a different business or its just spam. These guys are absolutely terrible. Someone needs to be fired or adjusted please. I would happily change my review if service got better

The worst service Ive ever experiance.. came to ship my pets to the big Island didnt mind the wait till I notice that I was waiting for 2 and a half hours asked to speak to a supervisor who never came out to the counter.. to top it off they didnt call my number and went ahead and helped the person that came after me...

Busy. Good team. Seems to work well together. Rates are good. Service is on time. Clean, organized facility.

If you can use a different cargo, please do so unless you don’t mind waiting for at least 2 hrs. Service is very slow.

Really Sad... Just here to pick something up. Employees turn a 2 minute process into a power trip!They will waste no time ordering any customer over the six maximum to wait outside, but do nothing about the sloth that is causing the build up!Then uncle walks in and is assured ahead of those that have been waiting literally hours!4 help stations, only one person helping between talking story with fellow employees.

Over the past week Ive had two separate interactions with the front staff at Aloha Air Cargo. In both cases I was pleasantly surprised with a kind and professional staff that quickly helped me. I was reading some reviews below and went into the front office sorta guarded and ready for a problem. However, I was greeted with a smile and tons of aloha. The pickups couldnt have been any easier, I was in and out in under 15 minutes in both cases. Excellent experience, thank you Aloha Air staff..

Think twice about the times you go down to ship out or pickup items. Really slow and no efficiency to operation. Be sure to pull a ticket when entering, wait line usually long. Would expect more from this HNL hub.

1 star because of their Oahu location.If you are going even for something as simple as a pick up. Plan on waiting 2 hrs minimum. Unless you can get there before 11, but even then if 4 or more people are in front of you, it will still be a wait.2pm is their shift change and they have not adapted the staggered shift style so you have to wait for the shift change to take place.That being said, if you get there 12:30-1:30 dont plan on leaving till after 2:30, because they seem to work even slower with the anticipation of shift end, so if they see a customer at 1:45, expect to wait till after shift change to be helped...so 2:10.If you are lucky there will be at least 3 people working, but usually only 1 or some times 2. Better hope they are both proficient workers in their job, because if not then the only 2 people will be helping each other with one customer. But once they figure out how to help the trouble situation. The helping employee needs to almost always disappear and we are back to 1 worker.Now, if all that was fixed my review would be a lot better, because I will say I never had any significant issues with the package once it arrived to its destination.

Great place to shop items to outer island.

Great way to get something big and heavy (single pallet) from one island to another (also LAX) overnight. Expect to take a number and wait 20-30 min. in the morning. They could improve the online form. It didnt help at all and I still had to fill out a paper form! Friendly staff with plenty aloha!

Aloha Air Cargos new building is not far from where it used to be but it can get confusing if you try to go to the old location since its now an airplane hanger. The new facility is clean, neat, and looks much more professional than the old one. Slightly less parking than before but also slightly more space inside the facility. The staff is helpful but can get a little brisk at times. Nothing overtly mean or anything though.

I just saw an add for Crew Chief for $14.00 an hour plus $2.00 for license pay are you out of your mind? You will only get bottom of the barrel with that pay. If you want experience youll never get it that way. If you want to stay in business smarten up. Pay a good wage and you might get good people, a maid at Karolina makes $18.00 per hour. Your attempt to low ball people reflects the companys attitude towards its employees. Thank you and good luck!

You need to ship stuff inter-island, this is the best place. Geat customer service. A lot of people dont know they can ship your pets with a lot less stress than the airlines. They load them right before plane departs and take them off right when plane pulls up to the loading area. Trust me, that does not happen at the passenger airlines.

The service was friendly and efficient. Not so with their competitors. Definitely will use them again.
