I constantly have problems with FedEx. This shipment in the photo was heavy, very high value, and they threw it over my fence, and there was no signature.I just had another express delivery, and apparently the driver signed my name on a signature required item (no one was home), and we cannot locate the parcel.Another issue was another expensive package that was left outside my gate, right on the a main road, also when I was not home.Use USPS for Hawaii. They’re much more reliable.

7/16/21 I WATCHED the FedEx truck drive up my road and reverse back down. Then I get an email that I wasnt home and will be redelivered. Why ship it 2day AIR if the driver chooses if they want to deliver it or not.HELLO! I was the Guy Looking at U Reverse down the Road! Get Some Exercise, get out of your truck and walk up the Road if youre to scared driving up a hill. Best Part: UPS was just up my road running the deliveries to my neighbors. BROWN is getting it done.

Driver stopped literally next door to my delivery address then drove right past me and reported an incorrect address. Contacted FedEx customer service. Was told the driver would attempt redelivery the same day. The driver drive past me a second time. Called customer service again and provided my name, phone number and once again confirmed my business address. Was told they do not have contact information to call and schedule my own pick up. Was told the package will be delivered today. Called back again and again was told it was too late. Now they are telling me it will take SEVENTY TWO HOURS to redeliver my package. I attempted to schedule an in store pick up. Still waiting on notification. There is absolutely no way to contact the local office without going there. Ive already reschedule my flight for today. Now they are telling me it wont be ready for pick up until the next WEDNESDAY.

Weve been home all day and also had the door open incase we couldnt hear the doorbell. Weve been going outside sitting outside looking for the truck eager to get our package due to the fact that it needs a signature. Checked our email to track our delivery, just for it to say weve missed our delivery 30mins ago and no one was at the residence to receive the package. Our door was open, with the tv on with my kids and husband in the living room literally a couple of feet away from the front door. There was NO WAY FedEx knocked, rang the doorbell or missed us when clearly we were vigilant and aware seeking for someone to approach the door.

One of those rare moments where same items from the same place being sent to my office using UPS and FedEx. I received the UPS package on time. Score: UPS 1. FedEx 0. FedEx was a day late and due to the times, the office has to be closed. I have to now go and pick up the package. Tried to call to have them hold the package because the website just takes me to a page to have me call support. I call support, and they try to point me to the website. I wait and due to the times (Im guessing) they are unable to answer my phone call and to complete my transaction on the website. I would normally just chalk up the frustrations due to the times, but UPS seems to have it covered.

Someone was home and the FedEx guy put the tag a the window and left toooooooo fast. Didnt give the person time to get to door. FedEx do care about handicap people. They want just want to keep a 10 second drop off. The driver gave only 10 seconds and put the door tag up. Try to call but no representative will answer the call. They discriminate again handicap.

I left at 6:40 PM from my house to head out to FedEx here at honolulu. Spoke with the person in shipping department who said there was no attempted delivery yet so I get back home, by the way my landlord and his wife was in the living room all this time and said no one came and never saw a truck. I got back at 7:10 pm and my landlords wife went out from the side door and seen a package on the ground this is too much because it happened to me once again before where they said the package was attempted to be delivered which was bs because again I was waiting in outside the house all the way till 8:00 pm went to FedEx and an office worker found my package listed as attempted to deliver which was again BS because never got a note or an email update. FedEx here in Hawaii are bunch of lazy workers that dont get nothing done right. All they do is bs!!!

Awful. Paid $200 for two-day delivery and my package is still sitting at the Honolulu sort station 24 hours after it was scheduled for delivery and 48 hours after it arrived at that station. Hasnt moved at all, no one there answers their phone for their own coworkers, and now the irreplaceable goods inside are going to spoil. Will NEVER use FedEx again.

The delivery drivers pick and choose if there going to deliver your package. My package had attempted delivery even though I was home ALL day. The driver didn’t even attempt to deliver my package . I wish the merchant shipped with UPS, because FEDEX is GARBAGE! I watched UPS come but FEDEX was a no show, but typed in the system they ATTEMPTED delivery. Now I have to travel 20 MILES to get my PACKAGE!

Disorganized. I strongly prefer USPS. The pickup slips for failed delivery do NOT supply enough amplifying information, it tells you to go sometime after 8pm... when you get there it is dark and looks closed and you have to knock on windows and hope someone comes to help you.

I would like to start off by saying that I would like to give JASON a 5 star rating (from the local office here). However, the reason I am giving Fed EX a 1 star is because of the total disregard regarding Prioritizing the company’s lack of drivers during the Holiday season (& the days that followed) above the customer’s needs. All businesses should be sensitive to their customer’s needs, especially during the holidays to meet the deadlines for arrivals of their ordered goods. These companies often need to add more internal structure that help manage and regulate the business, policies and their promises. This often comes in the form of corporate policies or rules that are put in place to ensure consistent customer experience. However those same policies that are designed to benefit the business can act as roadblocks to the customers success. I was told that my driver was not a regular driver but one that was filling in only for the heavy holiday season. Truth be told, that is not my issue nor do I care. I paid for a service through Fed ex and expect to get what I paid for. Instead, I got lied to and not only have the interaction on video but also have the conversations made into their 800 customer service # recorded as well. I ordered an item from a company we do business with often ( I run my own business and have a network of people I do business with to stock my own business). Paid for shipping an item in no more than three days. I needed to meet my deadline. I sat outside and waited from 10 a.m until 4:30 p.m ( actually near 7 pm but I will explain that later). I kept refreshing my app to see the updates on the shipping info. All of a sudden, once I refreshed my app, I get a message saying that my item was a “failed delivery attempt due to business closed or no one home”. Are you kidding me??? I sat outside through the light rain and then sunshine and then rain again and then sunshine (soaked but warm nonetheless) again, all while calling Fed ex every 1.5-2 hours asking for updates and then to get a message that my business was closed so they could not deliver my item?? I finally got ahold of a supervisor who told me that she did not want to blow smoke up my butt ( which I appreciated the honesty) but that it looked like there was no way that the package would be delivered today and that I could pick it up after 8 pm at our local fedex office. AFTER 8pm??? That office closes at 7pm??? Who the heck was gonna give me my package one hour after they closed? After a lot of back and forth the local fed ex guy ( Jason aka the true hero here) called me back and explained that they have had this issue with corporate about sending clients after 8pm ( one hour after they close) and they needed to fix the online messaging app but that was an uphill battle they have never won. He then informed me that they had added drivers that were not their regular drivers so he would message the driver and find out if he indeed stopped by the wrong location or totally bypassed mine. I explained to Jason that there indeed was a fed ex guy who had stopped by to the business right across the street, earlier on in the day and delivered a large envelope. Two other Fed ex drivers passed me by as I waved at them. You get to know the drivers and their routes after a while. Finally Jason called me back ( hooray for Jason) &told me that he got ahold of the driver and he would meet me outside in 30 minutes. When the driver showed up I asked him why he did not leave a delivery slip stating he had missed me earlier ( because had he stopped he would have run right into me) he tried to Bs me and tell me that he was not the driver who had my package but instead he was given the package from the other driver to give to me. Now I have been in the business for over 20 years & know how the scanning system works. If you hand the package over to another driver you need to scan it into the system, so they have a way to track the package. To see which driver has it and what truck it’s on. Otherwise you start REVIEW CUT OFF DUE TO CHARACTER LIMIT EXCEEDED

Absolute garbage. I have been trying to get the same package for over a month. Delivery will only be attempted during the day at 2 pm. While Im at work. Im in the military and cant exactly take two hours off on the middle of the day to drive to the center.Went on a Saturday only to find my package was returned. The customer service rep recommended i use a Walgreens for delivery. Second time, same exact experience, I called as I was advised to use the Walgreens pickup. Nope. Redelivery refused. Use any other delivery service.

Irritated! I got an email from FedEx that delivery will be delivered by 5:00pm yesterday. I waited all day until midnight, my door open and light on. No FedEx!! UPS is always on time! Wth!!? So I had to call the shipping station just a few minutes ago and was connected to the mainland. My envelope, which I am suppose to sign for has not left the main station in Honolulu yet! They’re going to look for it and are suppose to call me so I can pick it up! I tell you this, I am not waiting around at home all day! I have things to do!. Due to a mixup with my address, my package got delivered to this location...it was a package from my mother, who couldn’t find the tracking number, so I went in to see how they could help. I was greeted by Maria (I believe that was her name...I’m horrible with names 🙁) who was very helpful, despite the fact I didn’t have my tracking number...she went above and beyond to locate the package and after about an hour of searching, she found it! Friendly staff and clean facility. Parking is decent but fills up fast. Take someone with you and have someone stand in line while the other parks. This will save time. Picking up items takes a while so do not be in a hurry. The length of the line is deceiving, because it’s unclear how long each pickup or drop off will take. The waiting area is small, so I can see how a long line could have you out the door outside in the sun. Call ahead and let them know you are coming and ask for your package to be put on the side. If you are shipping, do your research ahead of time making sure to have a complete list of all the contents of your packages.

One star is entirely too much!!. I have never had even moderately decent service ever.. Has never honored our agreement or services paid for. How does my package began out for delivery and end up back at shipping center at the end of the day?! I missed work trying to be available for an exceptionally important package just for them to consider it an inconvenience to deliver it when they said and for what i paid for!! and now i have people to answer to. Im sure my package will not be a priority to be delivered tomorrow either = 5pm delivery as usual.. hate them.. my local driver.. and the company as a whole. scum!

WHAT A MIXED UP COMPANY!! First I get an email saying I missed my delivery when I was home the whole time. After speaking with customer service, I find out that they didn’t try to deliver & email was an error. So I make arrangements to pick it up, big mistake! I had to drive all the way to the airport and there aren’t any obvious signs. Finally, the agent tells me there is no package & I can’t bring up the tracking number on my phone because I can’t get a signal in the building. What a nightmare! I’ll take USPS anyday!

The day before, I verify the package delivery address was changed. Per their representative, the address has been change and I verify its the right one. The next day, when the package is suppose to be delivery, they changed it to hold for pickup then sticked it on a truck to the old address. Since its Friday, instead of trying to delivering it to the right address, they are now holding an Express package over the weekend to be re-deliver on Monday. Complete failure since theres zero communication between their own departments.

The option for delivery to another fed ex location is not available. UPS has this option and they dont charge extra. There excuse was noted that it was the wrong address. How can they screw this up!? I saw the reviews...not that I had a choice because this is where my package defaulted to, but I was very skeptical and on guard when coming here. Im not sure how dated the reviews are, but I was welcomed right into the door. The employee behind the counter was waiting there and waved to me before I even got inside. I was helped right away, and had no issues with the customer service at all. As I read some of the other views, it seems as though some folks were upset about things out of FEDEX control. At least be fair and rate according to your experience. Great experience for me.

Bought a painting from Wyland gallery, which was shipped from the mainland, which was supposed to be delivered to the gallery as my work schedule is crazy. The item was attempted to be delivered to my house at random about 2 months after purchase, which wasnt the plan and I was given a notice on the door (because I was at work) of you have 5 days to pick up your item from Fed Ex shipping center or it will be returned to sender. On day 3 of the 5 days I finally had time to go to the shipping center to pick up my item. Upon arrival at Fed Ex, was met by rude employee who was apparently inconvenienced by me because the item was already loaded up on the cargo container ready to be shipped back to the mainland that afternoon! The worker appeared upset that I requested the item come off of the container, as I was told I had 5 days and it was only 3 days later and had the form to prove it. In the end, I understand mistakes happen, but attitude towards customers is a factor.

Waited at home for a package all day, expecting a late afternoon delivery. After periodically checking the progress online, it was saying delivery exception, Customer Away or Business Closed. No knock on the door, no door slip saying when to expect another delivery, no characteristic rumble of the FedEx truck driving by the house. Nothing. Slightly perturbed, I drive to the FedEx Ship Center on Pohakulana and investigate the no-show/missed delivery and to also see if I could just pick up my package at the site. No dice. Called corporate and filed a complaint only to be told Im not the first. And not the last, I surmise.

You would think because it says Fedex shipping center on the outside of the building that they would have the ability to print out a Fedex ground return shipping label just like the UPS store can print out a ground or express shipping label in there store, but FedEx shipping center can only print out Fedex express labels.It’s unbelievable to call yourself a shipping center and have such a limitation where you cannot create a shipping label even tho you are the same company.

If I could give this FEDEX facility and FEDEX overall zero stars I would. First off whenever we received fragile items it always came broken in pieces, literally glsss shattered, boxes smashed.Second, I recently paid for a rush delivery and according to FEDEX the plane was late so they couldnt deliver my packages on time. Checked tracking and my packages has been sitting at the Honolulu facilty for over a day with no movement. Checked tracking today and now they have no ETA on when it will be delivered.Each time I call, I get conflicting information from different representatives. Horrible service.

Live on army base, our mail system work as any incoming mail/package gets dropped at army post office and goes to individual Po box. No matter whether the mail/package need to be sign by recipient or not, it gets dropped off at our Po box.But they decided to just report as failure to deliver and is holding on my mail, not giving me any notification.Great job guys, working too hard!

They will deliver at any time during the day. Most of the guys doing the delivery knock once wait 10 seconds and leave and make you drive down to their center to pickup. I will not even give a star. When packages are sent overnight for next day business delivery, there is no excuse for not delivering them during business hours. Delivery was attempted at 7 PM, well after the shipping and admin people had left and as such, we must now wait, on Christmas eve for time-sensitive material without guarantee that they will deliver before 4:30. Time will tell if they even meet this deadline! Highly frustrated and disappointed.

Let me tell you about the great customer service I just experienced. My wife just moved to the Honolulu area so I had a TV shipped to her from Walmart. It was delivered by FedEx, a day before expected at that! My wife wasnt home and a signature was not required so the driver left it at the front door but since no one was there to receive it they picked it back up so that no one would run off with it. I get a phone call from Kathleen at FedEx Ship Center saying it was there and to come and pick it up. That ladies and gentlemen is customer service going above and beyond. I thought I had signature confirmation but she did not have to go back and pick up the TV and she did not have to stay late and wait for my wife to get there either. I will be calling and talking to the manager about the exceptional job Kathleen has done!

Many of the same experiences with business and personal in Honolulu lead to this review. Drivers rarely actually attempt to deliver so plan on picking your package up here or use UPS or USPS. Read the other reviews too, then make a decision on shipping.

FedEx has horrible customer service. They don’t leave door tags, nor do they advise they are trying to deliver to your residence. How is someone supposed to know if someone is attempting to deliver?! Horrible services

This is the worst customer service I have seen in years. Called the 1800 number after entering my tracking number after I found out that the package will be delivered (as promissed) on a particular day up to 8:30pm. At issue is I may not be home so I asked if I can hold at the facility for pickup instead. Was told no, it must be delivered to the address as listed on the item. I was then told that it is at the discretion of the driver if he chooses to leave it in front of my gate, near the street if there is no one there to give it to.I would have to call the vendor, they call FEDEX and FEDEX then relays the message to the driver not to leave the item or to leave it at the facility for pick up. WTF!

They are the worst! Said they came the day before to deliver but I was home all day and no delivery attempt was made, no door tag was left as they said. Called twice the next day and got great help from MaryAnn in the morning but nothing but frustration in the evening when trying to track down the delivery.Finally got my delivery just prior to leaving home for a dinner engagement so I know for sure they didnt come the day before, no truck horn announcing arrival or knock on the door the day before.Ive had about a half dozen deliveries from FedEx, only one went smooth and others more frustrating than this one. I get 100% better service from United Parcel and Postal Service. . .no glitches.Wish I had a choice of who the senders pick to make the deliveries, wouldnt be FedEx.They should pay me for the time spent waiting and on the phone trying to track down my deliveries.
