UPS always change the delivery date. Doesn’t even keep the schedule… every time I have to request off from work to wait for the items… turn out 99% of time… they will just change the delivery dateYes! I am truly upset 😠This is not the first time I requested day off from work to wait for the package that the delivery truck doesn’t even want to stop by my building…. No kidding!!!!!!!!!!I wish I didn’t have to use UPS as the delivery option. That would guaranteed me to receive the product on the day I expected!Very disappointed ☹️

Similar to what some other reviewers have said, I’ve had 3 “missed deliveries” from this UPS citing that my address was incorrect or that I wasn’t home. Called twice to have them confirm my address (which was correct) and schedule re-delivery and they still didn’t leave the package. The third time I waited at home all day and they still didn’t deliver and wrote that I was unavailable. Really bad. I’m getting worried that I won’t be able to get my package because they also said I’m not allowed to just go pick it up from the warehouse.UPDATE: after I left this review- rescheduled my delivery for today and just to make absolutely sure I got the package, I took the day off and sat outside to watch for the UPS truck. I know it sounds crazy but I really need this package. I sat outside from 10am-5:30pm. I just received a text saying my package was delayed and when I called to find out what was going on, THE DRIVER LEFT MY PACKAGE AT THE FACILITY THIS MORNING. Not even kidding. Seriously terrible
I too can vouch for the lack of service I’ve received in the last month. I normally don’t do this but as I waited for my package a few mins ago and getting an alert saying my address was wrong when the truck never came made me mad. By the way, Ups has been missing my package for about a month. I just never decided to say anything. They claim they have to get access to my buildings service lock but a few months ago they had no problems. Because I’m not problematic I’ve been changing my delivery to a nearby ups store which has been doable however I had enough today. This is a really important package that I need to be delivered today. I shouldn’t have to wait another day because of the lack of whatever on their end. I hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully, someone at the store reads this and fixes the deficiency.

Super easy to pick stuff up, was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Not a busy location and easy to find. Make sure your name is on the package if picking it up, they might not give you the package if another member actually sent it.
Go to FedEx down the street, way more helpful and friendly. Not sure what the problem is with the representative behind the counter but rude and unhelpful starts to describe it. Been in countless times but I won’t go now unless I absolutely have to drop a package with a prepaid label.
Had an order scheduled for today. If I could give half a star I would. No help what so ever. Called customer service and they told me that our address is invalid which I told her our address and she said yes they is the address we have however the address you live at is invalid therefore the package could not be delivered. I am pretty sure I know my address is valid as I live here!!! This is not the first time UPS has delivered a package here. There have been no issues before. I’m thinking that being tomorrow is a Holiday that the driver just didn’t want to be working late. It’s convenient that UPS is also closed on Monday and I won’t get my package until Tuesday when no one will be home. Our package needs to be signed for. Now we don’t know when we will see our package. The customer service lady said she tried “calling” our local UPs center but there was no answer. This is the worst service ever. Our item we purchased is now floating around somewhere and will probably be delivered damaged. It’s very frustrating when you pay for something and the company is just to lazy to do their job.
Terrible customer service. I dropped off three large packages. These were computers from Dell and had the old shipping labels. I ended up just reusing the dimensions and weight from the original labels to create my shipment online. I dropped them off and said that the weights were incorrect and I was given a hard time. We had a discussion and a rep agreed to accept my packages only because I had already paid a rate that included the heavier weight. She said she wouldnt accept packages like that again from me. She said that she couldnt charge me more if needed and she wouldnt reprint any labels. Today, several days later, I actually get an email from UPS with a partial refund saying I OVERPAYED. The rude representative was going to refuse my shipment when I was actually overpaying by $22. Unbelievably bad customer service and I say this as a fan of UPS

Due to a complicated building layout the driver couldn’t find my building and of course the package being delivered was a replacement phone so they couldn’t call me either. The customer service reps at the desk were so helpful and got me my package within a few hours after that!! It still even met the next day air delivery because of their work. Had a great experience and location was very clean.
This UPS location is the SOLE reason that I cancelled my Amazon Prime membership. If Amazon wishes to do business with this unprofessional and disrespectful location it can do so without my money.I will not pay the manager of this location. He needs to be fired and this location closed down.

The woman who helped me these past few times is awesome! Very nice, friendly and professional! She enforces the UPS.Covid rules and always uses hand sanitizer between customers. You might not believe the Covid crisis but I really appreciate their efforts to respect those who are concerned. She really pays attention to what is going on around her. She truly represents UPS very well! Thank you!
BAD BAD BAD!Everytime for the pass 59 years i call the 800 number they give me a hard time. They dont cooperate. They dont listen. They dont pay attention. They dont do as i ask. They always loose my package. They open my box and steal items out of it. They refuse to transfer my call. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. They refuse to let me speak to the local distribution center. AND THEY REFUSE TO ADMIT THAT THEY ARE IN THE PHILIPPINES.
UPS driver of truck #664544 ( the license plate so faded you couldnt read them) on 02/01/2021 at about 11:00am parked his truck in the middle of the road blocking the traffic exiting a business driveway. When I asked him if he was going to block the road while delivering his package he just gave me a dirty look and went to deliver his package while blocking myself and 2 other cars in the driveway. When I called UPS to file a complaint they wanted more information from me than they even asked about the driver. Used to exclusively use UPS. Not anymore.
This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. They actually make the USPS look professional. As much as shipping is they try and charge more to drop off at access points which are less then 100 feet away from my residence. I will never utilize this service again and am extremely disappointed in the UNION effort of this company.
Unorganized and miscommunicating. Supposed to pick up a package and was told it was able for pickup now but when I went, I was told I have to pick it up later at night. Also was told my package is with the driver which makes no sense if its for pick up. Wasting time.
I had an important package that I need for my business. I needed the content for an early meeting the next day. The tracker map showed the package was within 5 miles from me (Kaneohe) when I received an update stating that they won’t be able to deliver today! I also paid $5 to make sure that it makes it to the correct address! I ended up losing a $25k deal due to this particular center’s screw up! Apparently they put my package on the wrong truck! I needed that $25k to keep my business afloat! Now I am in the process of closing my business for good! Not because of COVID or Recession, but because of UPS!!! The driver stated on the update that a delivery attempt was made, I’ve been waiting by the door and the truck never passed to drop it off, otherwise they would’ve left a sticker at the door for notification of attempt! $25k means a lot for a small business!!! Whoever was at the phone between 3-5pm on 05 October 2020 needs training on customer service and Interpersonal Communication Skills! She was rude and just hung up the phone!!!
Delivery driver doesnt actually deliver packages. Got notices that delivery was attempted Friday Monday and Tuesday. I actually watched the UPS driver, drive by my apartment complex without getting out of the truck at the SAME TIME the notification said they attempted delivery on Monday. Only received physical note on the last day, Tuesday, where they didnt even use the call box to have me come down. The notice said it was the final attempt and they would be sending my package back.When I called the UPS access point, after Tuesdays failed delivery, they told me the local rep would call me at 7:54 PM to work out delivery. I received no call, but an email saying there was another FAILED delivery attempt at 7:37 PM.
Normally I dont have problems. But I had a shipment of live fish that I wanted to pick up from the UPS facility rather than having them on the truck for 8 hours. I placed a hold but I got mixed messages one saying the box is out for delivery and the other saying its on hold. I went down to the facility and was told the box was out for delivery. I told the representative that my shipment was live fish. So they checked again and found it in a different location. Important thing is I got my fish. Problem is I or the representative wasnt quite sure where my shipment was.
Service is slow and not that friendly
I keep trying to pick up my package during normal hours and have to leave due to long wait times. This company cant figure out a working website to avoid this mess. Wasted time and a tremendous amount of frustration. I wish companies I was ordering from told me they used UPS I would NEVER chose to get deliveries through them. They keep defaulting to this location, Im unable to pick up do to their extremely restrictive hours and no weekend hours, the item ends up getting shipped back and I lose money on what I paid in shipping.

Received an email from UPS MyChoice telling me that a important package from Germany would be delivered between 10:30 and 2:30 pm today. I followed the tracker and waited all day. Its 7:09 pm and still no package. I see on the GPS tracker that the truck is back at the airport. How with all this technology can things be so inaccurate with regards to deliveries?
Driver never came on my door to deliver the package! Instad he left the note outside on my mail box with info that I wasnt at home and they will deliver next time !Dont use The UPS ever !
Previous post was for drop off point. Not main center. I had to go through corporate just to get my issue resolved. Drivers say they do one thing and dont do it. The person in corporate says one thing and the service center says another. Such a headache.

I cant remember the name of the worker that helped me today. Anyway, I went in to see if they had notary services available but this location does not have them. She was very nice when letting me know those services are not available here and immediately gave me a print out list of locations that do have notary services. She greeted me nicely as well and I had a good experience even though I did not get what I came there for.

She had all her paperwork/stamps that she recieved that day and was turned away. Not only turned away, but turned away rudely. Not well staffed. Workers were very nice. Just had to wait 15 minutes to just drop off a pre-labeled package while only worker looked for package of another customer.
I ordered a package that contained high valued items that required a signature. I am home all day waiting for the ups guy to show up. He doesnt beep his horn, knock on the door or call out hello. He just drops the package and forges our signature. We find out almost an hour later when we check the tracking that it was delivered. Someone could have taken it off our front porch and we would be out thousands of dollars beacuse ups says they have our signature on file as someone signed for it and received it but noone did.
She was on top of it, knowing where it was and when she would have it for pickup. I returned after the prescribed time and she remembered me and I got my long awaited parcel

This place has the worst customer service personnel of any business Ive ever visited. Do yourself a favor and use a UPS Stors or third party shipping center instead. And if you dont have the option, come early, be patient and remind yourself that you get to leave when the transaction is over.
My experience was great. I wasn’t home to sign for my package, driver left a slip of where to pick it up. I called got a time, and I showed up at that time and picked up my items. Was about 10 minutes arrival to departure. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and easy to deal with.
They were very helpful and quick. The drive was a little out of the way though.

Sorry but UPS in Honolulu is a scam. I order things online and pay shipping. Then UPS can’t deliver because they do so while I am at work. And if you want to change the delivery address so the package can wait for you somewhere they charge you. So you are paying for shipping twice! Scammers! And they have one center to go pick the package up, closed on weekends! How can you get anything delivers by this company unless you are jobless and home all day? Everyone do themselves and others a favor and stop shipping with lazy greedy UPS. How come I don’t have the same issues with USPS and FedEx? they aren’t poorly conceived company like UPS.
Awful service!!! Waited for my phone to be delivered. Kept following the tracking number- the first night it said unable to deliver because there was no apartment number. Set up that stupid UPS online account thinking itd help. Woke up the next morning with a text stating that they will attempt to deliver again only for them to not once more. I stopped receiving notifications. The tracking number only said in transit. I finally called Verizon wireless to track my phone. The rep called this location to be told that the package was there. They couldnt even give us an explanation why it wasnt delivered. How would I have known it was just at the UPS location had I not called VZW??? I stopped getting notifications. I pick up my package and the lady is pretty much telling me that the apartment number got rubbed off. I said, how is that my fault? When would I have been notified it was here the whole time?? And how would I have known to contact you guys to fix any issues?? She states they sent a notice to the post office in hopes Id get the notice. Absurd!!! Yeah by the time I would have gotten the notice they would have sent the phone back already.

Great customer service! We needed a package immediately the day before a wedding and we couldnt get there until a little after they closed and they were able to work with us and stay open just to work with us!! They were fast and very helpful! Kei was so great!
This locations office is closed on weekends and after 6pm, but you are able to pick up packages after hours from the side entrance on Mokuea. Dont park in the parking lot keep going straight and park on the road and give your ID to the guard at the UPS gate. I was able to pick up a package at 9pm on a Friday. This is after when most of the UPS drivers finish their routes and return back, so the undelivered packages can be picked up if you missed the delivery that day. My UPS driver let me know that I could pick up packages at this location after hours if I wasnt able to be home for the package delivery. Not sure if this applies everyday or on weekends.

Im wondering why this UPS center continues to be in business? Ive only had bad experiences with these guys, which is why I prefer to pick up my package at the location. My first experience was them not knocking on my door while Ive been home all day waiting for my package. The 2nd delivery by them was done the same; no knock or call. They just leave it there and go. I order some expensive items so I dont want them left outside for someone else to steal!! The last experience...they left my products at the wrong address!!! If I didnt go hunting for it...I wouldnt have found it! and the really good thing was...the neighbors werent home so they didnt have time to steal it!!! I hate their services and I dont understand why this company is still going. FedEx and USPS has way better delivery services.

Im only giving it one star because I couldnt write a review without putting something. I was first irritated that when my package was first delivered I received no knock on my door, just a sticky note left on my door saying I missed the delivery. Okay irritating but Ill wait until the next day. Found a sticky note on another outdoor door, not even my front door that I missed the delivery again. Whats frustrating about this is not that I missed the delivery, mostly because they delivered at 1 PM on a weekday. The package required a signature so someone had to sign off when it was delivered. I work normal working hours, Im not home at 1 to sign for a package. The website is completely awful. The Live Chat is a waste because the only thing live about it are your own interactions. Calling is a waste because the hold times are ridiculous. I wish the package went through FedEx or USPS instead, I havent had any significant issues with them. Never going out of my way to use UPS.
Website could not track a package it it was going across the room, for four day got a will deliver by end of day message, and nothing arrived. Called customer services and they said their website can sometimes have glitches and the my order would be deliver by Friday (5 more days), next day they attempt to deliver by noon.Call to reschedule and to try and get a more accurate ETA told by end of day, I ask what end of day means to them and they say 7pm or when ever the driver wants to deliver, ??? is asking for 4 hour window to much to ask? their routes are programmed to be effective and an accurate ETA should not be these painful. Will make sure the I get my parcel by USPS or FedEx.

The shipping/ receiving personnel are barely helpful. Was about 2pm in the afternoon I had to ship a 50 TV (warranty teturn) that I had to get through the front door, luckily an outgoing fellow customer ran back and helped me open the front door because the 3 UPS personnel standing inside just watched. The 3 personnel continued to talk amongst themselves about food as I stood there with no other customers in lobby for about a minute. When they finally paused from their food talk, one of the 3 asked whats in the box and if I already had a shipping label, a TV and yes I do...k put it up here....on the large scale or the rollers?..they are next to each other....just up here....so I just decided for her..the rollers.. she turns to other heavyset co-worker..so I like the gravy better at the other place blah blah blah...maam is that it? Yeah and she hands me a tracking number...blah blah food to eat....
Son paid for two day delivery and driver said can’t find home. What? They delivered to our home before along with FedEx and US Postal. Then we can’t pick up package on weekends!
This is the second time that Iʻve had the misfortune of having to deal with this location.I have an automotive repair business on Kauai and ship cylinder heads to Honolulu for repair. Shipping form Kauai is never a problem. On the other hand trying to ship a cylinder head from Oahu to Kauai is always a problem, i. e., accidentally dropping 2 heads and then yesterday saying that is was hazardous because of the oil, even when there wasnʻt any oil. I donʻt know. They are not very helpful. Maybe the packages are too heavy???
I wanted to add a review since all the reviews I read about this place were terrible. I went to the custom center to pick up a package, that after not being able to be delivered to my address because I wasnt there to sign for it, I had sent here instead. Overall, the experience was fine, nothing fantastic but nothing terrible either. It did take the guy close to 5 minutes (literally) to find my and another persons package in the back but it wasnt that big of a deal. Luckily for me there was only one person ahead of me when I got there but by the time I left there were a few people waiting and they probably had to wait a little longer than they should have.
Every time a package come from them it goes missing. Corrupt as usually when ran by locals. Stealing is their culture.

Horrible drivers, they don’t deliver packages to designated destination. People pay for this service and is horrible, I rather use fedex or us post office anytime.
NEVER UPS, NEVER AGAIN! 2 Day air sent over 7 days ago and still has not arrived. Tracking online automatically updates itself to state delivery the the next day even if they do not plan on delivering it that day. Called on day 6 since online tracking said it was scheduled to be delivered the day before and did not show up. Now you can only call some place in Asia to talk to someone who tells you the local office in Honolulu will call you back with in an hour. Never received a call, after 4 times of calling and being promised a call back. Was told they cannot call Honolulu they can only send electronic request and have no way to make sure you will be called back. No accountability. Finally a supervisor told me he could call, after about 45 min on hold he said they didnt know where the package was really, that is was probably in a container of many they had which had not been opened even after two days of being in Honolulu. They said they hoped to be able to open the container over the weekend and deliver sometime the next week. Even the next day, it still said it was to be delivered that day and still no intention of doing it. I was told their system just automatically updates itself to say the next day! Spent 2 days waiting for a package because online it said it was going to be delivered even though they knew there was no way it could even be delivered for another 4 days. They even told me I could drive down and get the package, even after they told me I couldnt have it since it was at another place where you can pick them up--not to mention in a container that hadnt been opened. But encouraged me to drive an hour to pick it up knowing it wouldnt be there and that they didnt even know where it was. A package was sent from the same company two days later via USPS and it came to my front door within 4 days--regular first class mail only took 4 days from the same place. I am still waiting on my UPS 2 Day air, which will be at least 10 days if it even shows up by tomorrow. They kept saying we are 4 days behind because of the holiday. This is more than 4 days behind, and so I asked them how they can sell a service of 2 Day air when they know they are 4 days behind. Some of the things in the package I needed by yesterday. $75 down the drain that cannot be used for the intended use -- not to mention shipping fees. If you have time sensitive packages run from UPS. This is actually not my first bad experience with UPS in Honolulu, but this was bad enough for me to give up more of my time to share. If you are waiting for a package that says scheduled delivery for that day, do not believe it. It means nothing.

So my packages where out for delivery since 843 a.m... IT TOOK 9 FREAKING HOURS for them to make their 1st attempt at delivery. 9 DAMN HOURS TO GO 3 MILES!!!!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and OUTRAGEOUS!!! oh and the best part??? They conveniently close 20 minutes later so I cant get my packages until MONDAY!!! Im so pissed in the poor delivery service that this branch has conveyed. Screw you UPS.
Paid for over night shipping...& was guaranteed delivery on Thursday. I was home waiting the whole day...but never received my package. I did get a message around 5pm that my package was delivered (no it wasn’t). 3 hours later I receive 2 messages...1 said my address was wrong & d other said my name was wrong...checking my info and nothing was wrong. Received another update & it said they were fixing my wrong address!’...I emailed them 3 x to correct anything that needed but only received 1 reply nothing to do with anything I was asking in my email.The next day waited til lunch n still no update..,I call customer service and she said package was delivered to main and awaiting my pick up! N I just lost it! Waited almost 2 days...& I asked since when and she said 5pm ystrdy. & then I asked ‘so why the hell did I not receive any email or shipping update about me picking it up?!?!?
Went to the customer center on lagoon drive. No one stood up or asked how they could help. They sat on their a** and continued to talk until I told them I needed something. This place is terrible.
I didnt receive any phone calls so how was I able to get my package from them ups delivery person? Impossible. My apartment has security system so that stranger cant come inside. And I cant wait for them to deliver to my apartment whole day outside. I paid expensive shipping fee then I had to pick it up by the airport? Another extra money(gas) I had to spend? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My package was left on my door step with no notification at all. I live in low income housing, its apartment buildings with NO SECURITY!Anyone could have walked off with my package (it was a replacement Galaxy Tablet) came home to find two neighborhood kids tossing my box around. I called customer service and the women I spoke to was just RUDE! I had to repeat my self more then twice. According to her the driver is NOT wrong for just leaving my package and I need to inform Sprint that next time they should request a signature for delivery!! I asked if my driver was new? She refused to answer me. I told her thats bullshit (I was getting mad). Why would your driver leave a package in an area like this??? The driver knows the area, even more so why the package should NOT have just been left on my door step. I do not have an enclosed yard or any kind of area where it could have been discreetly placed!!!! Common sense!!!! Not even the postal service does this. We are left a notification for re delivery!!!!! Unbelievable, she kept telling me that she didnt see the issue, I received the package. Really??!!
Horrible service - never had a good one with several times with this company. UPS would drive by the Condo saying we werent at home many times, then when you call to complain --- you punished and informed You know must come out to their service center, behind the airport at 11PM at night to see the Gate Guy to get your package! I had enough I simply refuse delivery from them, have everything shipped by USPS or FEDEX. No Standards, Np Professionalism, No Leadership and No UPS Delivery

Im sure the company has some great drivers but, personally my experience with them where I live is incredibly bad. Ive had to pickup the majority of my packages at their center. Ive setup an account that allows them to call me to get buzzed into my apartment building but, that doesnt stop them from using the buzzer and then driving promptly driving away.

Its okay but sometimes you get a lot of the funky info so the best way to do is to check your tracking because thats about all they can offer you
Supposedly out for delivery at 10am, then all of a sudden at 10:30PM i get a message saying.. DELAYED A required security check has delayed delivery. If it was already out for delivery, where did you find this security check? or is this your way of saying that you were tired of doing your job and youll pick it up tomorrow? Always excuses with UPS, unbelievable how often packages dont make their scheduled delivery date here.
The UPS app. Is worthless. It suppose to give you an option on where you want to have the package delivered. Now there is none. Is suppose to be part of the free service. Then I called customer service. They she stated that the app. Is suppose to have that option but its because the name on the box is different. I have picked up a missed package from the UPS headquarters before with my wifes name in it and it was a cell phone from T-Mobile. So customer service is full of crap and this app is full of crap. Not worth all this headache. FedEx is way better.
I have no idea how the heck this place does business..your job is to scan whatever boxes come off the planes, process them, re scan them to be sent out for delivery..Says out for delivery from 6am called customer service at 7pm, because Hawaiis office closes at 6pm. They tell me oh yeah you will get your package i said are you sure, its already 7pm here and there office is already closed She said yes of courseChecked my tracking at 8pm still says out for delivery. Figure ill wait outside, refreshed my phone every 10mins, finally it said attempt made...Really? when? was it a ghost truck? if they attempted, where is the door tag, where is a notice in the mail box or even on my gate? nothing. I understand your busy, there are a lot of packages, traffic and you just want to go home after a long day. but dont be lazy and put attempt made when your already back at your workplace, returning your truck about to punch out. Thats just ridiculous, not once but twice...Two days in a row now. I cant choose who delivers this package, it just automatically uses UPS. If i could choose, i would NOT!!!
I guess I was lucky? I read the reviews and was hesitant to go to UPS. But I had a pre-paid return from Sears. Harold helped me today and I was in and out in 30 seconds.
TERRIBLE FN SERVICE. Driver never attempted to deliver my package to my front door. Idiot female, who did not identify herself, left a message on my answering machine to pick up my package. If driver attempted to dial my number from the intercom downstairs I would have buzzed his LAZY *** from my cell phone and he could have left my package at the door.Called UPS customer service and told them I want my package DELIVERED. This person was accommodating and said I would receive a call within two hours.IM FORCED TO GIVE THIS LAZY *** ONE STAR.
If I could give the UPS customer service call center zero stars I would. I ordered some equipment for a training event.(Im military). The package didnt make it to the military base before I flew out to the training event even though it was suppose to. I called the only number listed which is the customer service center located where ever in the world. The package is addressed to myself by my military rank and my unit address. I called the customer service to inform them I would be sending another soldier due to me already leaving my local location. The person coming will have a military issued ID. Long story short, they would not give the package to my soldier because he didnt have an ID with the unit address on it. Who has ever seen a military ID with a unit address on it; exactly no one. The thing that makes it worst is they cant add notes in their system to inform the appropriate pick up location that someone is coming in a persons place. How dinosaur, backdoor, outdated is that. I will never ever, ever, use their services again.
April, 7th2016Order two packages yesterday and ups tracker said it was delivered to my front door literally ten minutes posted I checked outside and nowhere to found. I called ups to inform them of the situation. Told me they will call me in an hour to get hold of their driver. Never called. I called back again. I had to explain everything all over again and told me the same exact same thing when I first called. Of course no one called back within the hour. Finally I called back and they said driver delivered it to my front door. Which it is still not here. Ironically, today I have another order and I tried to make sure this wouldnt happen again. So I called them and let them know what happened yesterday and would like to have it signed and not left at my front door. Again told me someone was going to call me in an hour. No one did. The worst customer service ever. Literally waiting outside all day for my package. If I could, I would rate this a negative 100 stars. I highly recommend to not do service with UPS. Awful. And Danielle at Honolulu area was rude and not helpful at all. I Lost over $400 worth of items.
Order a package online usually they always use ups and the packages get delivered to my apartment door but this time no email no confirmation that it got delivered or no note that they missed me I randomly just tracked it and it said cannot be delivered so I called and they said I have until the 6th but its çlosed on the weekends I just found out its there on Friday 4th been there I guess since june30 but no one told me 😒
Not even one star.Terrible, unprofessional service. I wish I never use this service.I requested a change of delivery and they did not process. I found it after I made a call.Then they contact me and told me to explain to the UPS store that I rerouted my package to.They are out of mind why on earth do I need to co-ordinate their operation?!Ridiculous service. They didnt even apologize.
Paid extra shipping just to have my items delivered before Saturday. Ive never had a problem with any package being dropped off at my building. Maybe because Fedex does a better job in calling or leaving notifications. Went out of my way to pick up my items on Saturday just to find out they were closed. Thanks, you can return my items back.
I am on deployment and I brought hair and got sent now I am coming back from a 7 month deployment on a ship and couldnt wait to get my hair done but yet I cant because UPS decided they wont call when they are delivering to addresses that do not give access to the apartment. So now I am out almost 400.00 dollars and I have to try to reorder the hair and hope it gets to my duty station by Friday Thanks UPS for a great welcome home from deployment!
To make a long story short...I ordered my fiancees wedding ring.UPS left it in Kentucky by mistake for 24 hours while it was in-route to Honolulu.I called UPS and requested that I pick up the ring at the airport facility on the way to my flight heading to my wedding (last chance before heading to the wedding).When I got to the airport UPS facility, they said the plane had not yet landed.When I persisted, saying I tracked the flight on the Internet, they said the plane landed, but the container has not yet been unpacked.When I persisted, letting them know that I have a taxi waiting, on my way to my flight to my wedding, and that the package is my fiancees wedding ring, their story changed again...They said my rind is on the truck, and that I need to take my taxi back home to sign for the ring.I got the ring, paid $150 to the taxi, and made my flight... but, why all the lies?
I had to pick up packages here and had a hard time finding the place in Sand Island area, but they were nice folks and the wait was not too bad and everyone in line was yakking and friendly as well as the people who worked there. It was around the same wait as a post office line.THEY ARE CARELESS DRIVERS AND BREAK/OPEN PACKAGES AND THE OFFICE DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT! SEE MY PICTURES!My complaint: the DRIVERS--they not only never let me know (hey, a knock?) a package has arrived, they ROUTINELY MIX UP ADDRESSES and I lose the package--delivered to front porch...yeah right. someone ELSEs front porch. Yesterday I received 2 large boxes THAT WERE NOT ADDRESSED TO ME left outside, which had the same street adress NUMBER but an entirely different STREET. 2 day air paid--well, they were $$$ items by the labels! They were not only at the wrong place, they were left in the RAIN. I took them in, called the owner and they came and picked them up the next day. NOW I KNOW WHERE MY BOXES WENT, BUT THAT PERSON STOLE THEM instead of calling me and letting me know, (UPS places the owners phone at the top of the address label) or calling UPS and having them returned. HONESTY! WHERE IS IT ANYWAY?Needless, no more UPS for me. The UPS DELIVERY is awful--employees at office are nice.
Long wait if you are in a hurry. Better to print your own label and give it to a driver or UPS drop off!
Great place to ship stuff. Fast and on time. Slight wait with at the counter but otherwise its great service
UPS centers here is one of the worst ones. If youre attempting to pick up a package quickly, forget about it. Better clear up 10mins to an hour on your schedule. Service is here is the worst. Lord forbid youre in a rush or have things planned for that day. Fed ex is way faster and the customer service is spectacular. If youre reading this is had the time to write this long paragraph while in line. Just avoid the trouble and have fed ex or another delivery company delivery your package.
Horrible service! Didnt get a call about my package being delivered either! Said they would re-deliver the next week day. Called to find out what time, instead Im expected to pick it up myself at an access point because I wasnt home the first time! They expecte you to wait all day for their drivers to deliver your package since the only time they can guarantee delivery is by 7pm. I had a long frustrating call with a service rep who hung up on me! Btw, residential customers are last priority as I was told! No sense having UPS My Choice account! They cannot guarantee delivery for your preferred times! Wasted money spent for this awful service!
Awful will never order anything that requires UPS delivery again and will not deal with merchants that only ship UPS. They are out sourced to Philippines and nothing works over there first told not shipped even though got tracking # then told shipped and they tried to deliver NOT TRUE either as we were home and no one came to our door at all. Then she backtracked and stated it is in shipping now and will be delivered tomorrow?? I asked for local UPS store # and she claimed not to have it?? wonder why. Very disappointed in services and again will never deal with merchants or UPS again after this ordeal is over.
Horrible customer service to say the least at this UPS location. I had a package coming in with a military adress on it and it failed to be delivered on the delivery date. It was sent out again the following business day for delivery. I called this number to ensure it would be delivered to the correct place. The operator told me she had no idea where the package was or where it would be delivered to and acted rudely. She only told me it was out for delivery. She also told me we dont deliver to military addresses or PO Boxes...... So tell me how the hell my package has been out for delivery 2 damn times with an undeliverable address on it? How does that happen UPS?When I asked for her manager she contested then put me on hold for 10 minutes, only for the manager to be unavailable. When asked for the managers name she refused to tell me. When asked for her full name she refused to tell me. Never ever shipping with these god awful people again!Id happily pay extra for FedEx. At least I know my package will be delivered with them.
Our local UPS workers are always great and friendly, however the customer service center is crap. They are rude and inconsistent. Twice I was able to have the drive call me since we dont have a call box in our apartment. I spoke with two different reps today and they both got defensive and cocky because they apparently do the do that. They tried to make it seem like I had the wrong place .
Twice in 2 weeks. After waiting ALL DAY for my delivery, the website updates the NEW arrival date to the following day! This happens for 2-3 days. I finally have to go pick it up to ensure that I will have the box. In the meantime, my wine is sitting in a hot warehouse. I specifically timed it so they would ship it to me in December and not in the summer to avoid the heat!!!!! Terrible company and service!
I’m gonna make sure my package from now on is never delivered through UPS. Absolutely useless, worst customer service and not flexible at all. “delivery attempted”???? How the hell is it attempted when I didn’t get a phone call whatsoever?? And I was home the whole time??? And telling me after that my package will be stored at a location that’s 23 miles from my house, isn’t helpful at all. You people doesn’t know how important some packages meant for us. I paid extra money for shipping so it can possible get to me on time but it didn’t. One time the driver is kind enough to left my package with the security building so at least I could’ve gotten it but the next time it’s can’t be done??? And its at the time I need the package on time badly??? Are you serious? You people can go suck it ‘cause this is bull. I’ll be going through usps or fedex from now on no thank you.
Terrible service and would strongly recommend using an alternative carrier. Tracking updates are not always consistent and is sometimes even bogus. To say an address is incorrect when Im looking at a copy of the label is a crock of crap! To pay additional money to have it expedited only to have to wait an additional 3-5 days is also a crock of crap. Will they reimburse you for that? NO!Im reconsidering my online shopping with vendors who use UPS and will consider the other carrier!
Every time I have a package that used UPS it goes from the shipper to Honolulu then I dont know why it goes to Hilo when I live on Kauai. UPS service sucks. Very bad customer service. Use FEDEX if possible. If not ask shipper to use FEDEX instead of UPS. surly dont want my packages thrown around like how that one UPS driver did in Honolulu.
