Had a delay in work so to the laundry mat we had to go.Small mom n pop place....perfect service. Done within hours if you pay the extra charge but its so worth it. Not far from the Waikiki strip.

I drop off and pickup. Great service. Wash, dry, fold and hanger the collard shirts. Thank you every one at LaunderLand 1.

Thus places is filthy... but it seems everyone waited for easter to do their laundry. Too bad they dont ta LLP r care of their equipment.

Our clothes were washed well, prices were fair, until a whole load of laundry went missing.This was my wifes work clothes that she wears for the airlines.We never got reimbursed for our loss.

Always great to come in early, less people, especially with whats happening right now. Staff is always helpful and nice. I always go here to do laundry as its close to home and fairly priced.

We were overrun with laundry and were going to do it ourselves at the laundromat in the back. After considering the time and effort involved we decided to have them do it for us. 2 days and $1.30 a lb ok done. We picked the package up in 2 days and 16lbs $20 nicely folded and wrapped in plastic. We dont do this often, just when we have gotten behind with lots of bedding and dont want to kill our machines. The comforters and blankets are rated by size and weight and cost more.

It is an older facility that actually still uses quarters in the machines. Its not air conditioned, so it is a ideal place to do laundry during this pandemic. There are lots of Windows that let the breeze blow thru. There is a bathroom and sink available for use unlike most Landry places on the island

There are 3 different sized washing machines. The larger 2 are front loading washers. The largest offers extra wash and extra rinse. Its always clean and staff is helpful. Dryers handle large loads.Parking lot can get full.

I have used Launderland for years. I recently had a bad experience on 12/2/16. I used the self cleaning service to clean a comforter which I had washed about 2 months earlier with no problem. This time, the washer or dryer was not cleaned properly, thus staining my white comforter with a black substance. I informed the attendant and asked for quarters so I could rewash the item.She refused, did not apologize, and did not even check the washer or dryer to see the cause, or offer to wash, and dry the item. She did take my number for the owner. A week later, no call. Very poor customer service.

Closed early at 5 PM today on a Tuesday not stating that on website. Normal hours untill 7:30 pm. Uber cost involved to travel here from my location.

Bring lots of quarters $2.50 -$3.00 a wash. Dryer .25 for 3 minutes.

They told me that to drop off my laundry the price would be $1.35 per pound. Used a couple of times and later had one shirt needed to be cleaned and went back next day and the price was $8.00 dollars. They said that there was a 6 pound minimum. Never will use them again.
