I absolutely trust this place, I feel safe, its pretty tidy, the system is efficient, and the owner is friendly. Ive been coming here for a few years now and love how reliable this laundromat is. The parking is limited, but its free. The washinging and drying machines are well kept and powerful. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Place was clean. Machines seemed newer. Everything inside must be purchased using a card that is loaded at the laundromat. Which is fine if you frequent the establishment. Machines did what they were supposed to do.

Super clean well organized establishment. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The place has plenty of machines both washers and dryers. You have to get a card to load money onto in order to use the machines. A little pricey I believe it was $4.50 a wash dryers not bad $.25 per 4 mins and they have a high heat option which speeds up the process. They have good music playing and a bathroom available. Parking lot is shared with a pizza place and other food and beverage spots in the surrounding area like Zippys and Starbucks. I wish it stayed open a bit longer but I understand.

One of the better laundromats in the Waikiki area. Well maintained, clean, and friendly and helpful staff. Its easy to find, however just a little far out from the main Waikiki drag. Worth the trip if you want to use clean machines. Starbucks and Papa Johns nearby so you can kill time, as well.

Went on a Sunday and 7AM, there were only a few people in there. The laundromat is clean, both washer and dryer worked as advertised. There is WiFi but I didnt try it. Its also a great location, Starbucks and Jamba juice is on the same block with other restaurants.

I’ve never reviewed a business before but I felt like this was necessary to share. Besides the place being clean and having AC, the owners of this laundromat are really sweet. I’ve seen them make small talk with customers and today, I witnessed a genuine act of Aloha. A customer (an older gentleman who appeared to be struggling in life) was unsure of how to get and load money on a laundry card. One of the owners offered to help him and showed him step by step what to do, and made sure he knew how to operate the machines. The owner was patient the whole time, even though the customer seemed a bit frustrated. It was nice to see the owner treating him with so much kindness, and to make a long story short, if you need to do laundry, put your money into a business that cares about others!

Nicest, best-maintained laundromat in east Honolulu. The place is always clean and the machines are in good repair. The laundry card system makes it unnecessary to carry cash and fiddle with pickets full of quarters. The location offers easy access to countless amenities and to both the freeway and Waikiki.

Washer and Dryers are well maintained. Building has AC, wifi, and TV (only on for important games i.e. NFL, NBA, etc.). Usually gets packed and limited parking. But still worth it to do your months worth of laundry.

Really good washer and dryers. Cleans like a boss. Prices are reasonable but the best thing about this place is you can refill a plastic card with money. You can use the laundry card to pay for everything including the soaps and fabric softeners. Super clean folding area and good hours. Always has parking when I go.

My honest opinion with this laundromat is that its wonderful. Been coming for a few months and never had a bad experience machines are quality. They take care of your clothes and dryers are okay but they are $0.25 per cycle so thats not bad. Okay issue would have to be with parking but you know how it is here deal with it!

Im back after 3 years. I still go here but Im sad that they raised the prices. Understandable due to the high cost of living on the Islands. Our government here doing all they can to rip us off.But I still do my laundry here.

I would give less than.one star but its not possible. These new laundromats make you a card. This is to insure that you return to use their machines because of the money yo have left on the card. Is this right?

Comfortable with AC usually has space available theyve got plenty of machines the best ones are the triple loading machines! And you put your cash into their credit card and makes it super easy.

Very clean! New washers and dryers. Folding table areas. Good environment--both the customers and the manager/owner. The manager is friendly to the customers, and has a really cute dog!Parking is a problem if its dinner time because the restaurant next door has valet parking.Its not a coin operated place, you need to buy a laundry card at the place that you can put money on.Doors close at 9:30 pm, so you can only exit the place (and cannot re-enter) after that time. The washers also turn off at 9:30 so be sure to get your clothes washed before then. The dryers turn off at 10pm.

Got to be the beat laundromat I have been to. *Clean*, modern, excellent service, machines work great and not outrageously priced! Although, one must keep in mind, parking is limited. Oh, and you dont need quarters!!! They use a card system that you load there (free). But if you do have a bunch of change, just ring for the clerk and he will give you bills. (Lol! backwards from the old days, right?)

I will make the trip to Kapahulu to wash clothes here. It doesnt matter what time of day there is always at least one washer/dryer open. The a/c is great, the atmosphere is clean and the added bonus is free wifi!!! I love the fact that I dont need to go around begging for quarters, the laundry card is the best!!! They have clean facilities, WiFi, AC and three different washing machine sizes. Good price too. The family that runs it are so friendly! I always look forward to when they walk their dog. ^_^

Nice and clean washing and drying machines. It is all electronic so you can use credit cards and obtain a receipt, something business travelers might appreciate. Plenty of seating, wifi is available and the pricing is decent. All in all, I will be back.

We ask WHO is the person to think of an idea like this? She answered that the first one started in HILO, well sure I said its always raining. Then I ask her for change and I asked again WHO had the smarts to be able to put this together? She answered Me in a humble tone, so here I am whole heart letting people of Kapahulu to go down there and meet Melissa.

This laundromat is really clean and nice. There is parking for this laundromat. Check all the washers to make sure the load you have is good enough. I didnt go all over the building and could only see the washer that cost $4.50 to wash. It wasnt until afterwards I noticed they had washers that cost $2.95 which was perfect for the load I have. To dry is $0.25 for about a couple of minutes I believe. You use a card to pay the washer and dryer which is really cool.

This is a good laundromat, and for this area the price is pretty good. Its clean, with A/C and the washers and dryers are top quality and work well. Wash and dry 5+ loads for under $20.

Expensive. Cost us 30 bucks to do 5 loads wash, 2 loads dry. Washers are very small accept for four large ones which were all filled up the entire time I was there. The washers were very nice quality though but like I said, expensive. 4.50$ a load small washer, 9.25$ a load for the big washer. Lots of dryers though. Clean enough place. I read a lot about A/C but didnt notice it while I was there. May have just been the day I was having. They did indeed have free wifi and as of January 1st, they had a lot more parking as one of the other places in the complex stopped using it as valet parking.-Expensive-Clean-Quality Washers and dryers-Free WiFi-Little parking (but there is at least some now)-Very busy place-Plenty of folding tables-Plenty of laundry carts-NO tables for eating or putting a laptop only small chairs lining one wall

This laundry place seems clean and new but using their washing machine totally RUINED all of my clothes and bed sheets.Washed it and dried it and found out after that MOST of my clothes and bed sheets had POWDERY Oily STEIN!!!. And I didnt even use powder.... (* u can see it in the photo.. The photo is after washing ing 3 times!!! )It could be some peoples cheap detergent got clog and got old that was stuck in the washer ..... I have no idea!!! Super chocked!!Asked the lady who works there she let me use washer again but stein doesnt come out and she refused to pay for the dryer - NOT nice !she got so angry at me and giving me dirty look made me Angry too!I already paid for both washer and dryer and I had to redo everything.Wasting time going back and forth and damaging my clothes using hot water to wash off the stein.I dont usually post bad review but this made my angry. I wish the lady was more thoughtful, ( even she let me wash it again but u can just tell in her face she was annoyed gave me the ugly funny look and Not nice not cool)It actually funny to think that laundry place supposed to clean ur clothes...But going to this place... my clothes got dirtier and ruined my clothes!!Definitely do not bring your good or expensive clothes. THE CLEANEST, THE NICEST, THE MOST EFFICIENT, THE MOST REASONABLE PRICED FOR THE OUTCOME OF MY LAUNDRY AND THE BEST LAUNDROMAT I EVER! BEEN TO. I really mean all what I have just written, the family that owns and runs it, puts pride in what they do and what they have to offer us! it is a little bit more expensive than others, but! it is definitely worth the price, you really get what you pay for. You will not be able to put coins into the machine, BUT! you got to the left once you enter and there is a automated vendor machine that will issue you a card that the washers and dryers comprehend, all you need to do is insert the desired amount of cash or you may use your debt or credit card to fill your new laundry card but dont forget to keep this card because it is reusable. if you are like me and like to eat while you wait, there is jack in the box, Jamba juice, kozo sushi, star bucks, papa johns pizza and last but not lease my personal next stop is Zippys.
