Came in at 11:30 to drop off because I fly out tomorrow, and was told I couldnt get it the same day. Theres no notice saying that if I come in 30 minutes before the close time for dropoff, that it has to be next day service. The sign on the door to the space even says theres an extra charge for same day, which I was more than willing to pay, but I was still refused the service. I felt that that was rude and highly unprofessional to be lied to like that. Plus, the washing powder machine took my money...
The washers clean very well very quickly, when you can find one that isnt out of order. Dryers dry quickly. Change machine was down the second day I came.
I need to get my laundry done while we are on vacation. I searched local spots close to me and this was within walking distance. Walked over, found a clean location with a lot of machines to use. Saw that you can do drop off service as well. The prices were very reasonable for soap, wash, and dry. I was in and out in about an hour.
So many broken washing machines. It’s very difficult to find ones that work. Plenty of dryers. Soap dispenser ate my money, not worth the hassle of pursuing for the money. Quarter machine ran out while multiple people had their stuff in the wash so they had to go and get quarters from nearby stores.
Washing machines were fine but dryers were really not efficient. There was no parking for customers. There was no attendant. There was no restroom either, I had to go around searching for one in the neighborhood for my daughter to be able to use restroom. A very inconvenient place. Im giving it one star because there is no option for Zero Star.
Aunty wa super nice. It was clean and machines were working.
Cheap washer and dyer to use. Never had to wait for a machine
Machines do not work and there’s no employees to ask for a refund. Waste of my time being here.
The hotel that I stayed did not have a laundry room or $10 per article so I had to come here to do my laundry. Washing is $3.5 pet load and drying is 25c for 4mins. Soap for additional $1.25. It has a change machine located in the laundromat for quarters. The only downside is that the place only opens from 8:00am to 8:00pm. And almost half the laundry machines are out of order. But it gets the laundry done.
TAKES YOUR MONEY. Impossible to get a hold of anyone! Machines are broken!!!!
Great! Clean no busy
Purchased Downy softener and the box was empty, lost $1.25. No washing powder available except for white cloths only. Half the machines are out of order. Disappointing service. Did notice light fitting coves are been held on by string, tape and ties. The hot water pipe on ceiling is wrapped in microfiber cloths. At least the machines washed clothing fine. Can say dryers are fast.
Aarrgg. Machine partially filled then quit. Had to move wet soapy laundry to a different machine. Add another $3. Man on duty says no refunds. He said Oh yeah that machine gets stuck. He never posted an out of order sign on the machine the whole time I was there. Called phone numbers posted on wall for mail refund. Both numbers dont answer.
Clean, misleading hours, good dryers
Used the drop-off service on Monday and picked up Thursday. Overall pretty painless, the drop-off/pick-up hours made it difficult to ensure I could get back though. 6 lb minimum or dropping off. Each pound costs $2.10. Still, nice clean folded clothes once I did get them. Thanks!
Youd be a fool to go anywhere else, unless you were closer to somewhere else. After bagging my Spartan run gear into the clear Spartan bag they gave me, and tying off the top, because my clothes smelled so bad, I knew I had to deal with the mess. This place has many industrial strength washers and dryers to handle even your most mud and cow patty caked shoes and knee pads.$3.50 for a wash, with soap only a dollar more, I ran my clothes through 2 wash cycles and once as a rinse cycle, biding my time at first out on their patio. Yes, right there by the active dryer vent, which added to the already hot atmosphere of a Honolulu heat wave. What I didnt realize until later, was that they have an air conditioned waiting room with chairs, some free weights, and a broken keyboard.Theres a meeting in the ladies room... Ill be back real soon!
Very clean and safe place. Drop off hours are between 6 and 7 am. You can pick your washed, dried, and expertly folded laundry the same day by 7 pm. That service was $25. If you choose to stay and wash your own, it was $3 for a top load washer and $2 for 32 minutes of dry time. Great lounge with a TV and tables. The only downside is they close at 8 pm.
The lady, Im guessing the owner, answered my question before I could ask it. She was very nice and polite. The place was clean, well lighted.
Gday! Here on vacation from Australia, Sydney. I used the drop off service. It was efficient with great customer service. I would definitely recommend going there.
Not the best laundromat in the world, but I was able to get my clothes washed. Yes, about 1/3 of the machines were out of order. But the place was generally clean and there was a change machine and detergent dispensers. I did not see any obviously homeless people there. You can also drop off your laundry in the morning and they will wash it for you and pick up that afternoon or next morning.
More than half of the machines are broken. They had a great manager who was CONSISTENT with keeping up with this laundromat then I find out they let her go because not making money. The reason why they are not making money are because the machines are broken. While doing laundry (a while ago) I heard her telling this guy I believe his name is Leon about the machines need fixing and this was YEARS ago. NOTHING has changed. Lazy. The best thing there was that lady who managed the place. You guys need to get with this fixing of everything or find better management.
If your clothes are dirty, you can bring them here and make them clean. Washers...$3.00. Dryer...$.25 per 4 minutes. Tad expensive, but convenient and just far enough off the beaten path to be free of a ton of people trying to make their clothes not stinky too!
Nice and clean laundromat, not crowded when we were there (around 6pm weekday). You need a lot of quarters, but there is a changing machine. You can also by detergent. A wash takes 12min, and some other 15min for drying. They also offer drop-off each day until noon.
Google says that the place opens at 6 am but they put up a sign that it only opens at 8am. even so...it doesnt open on time. severals machines are out of order... not a great laundromat. look for a better place if you dont want to waste your time
Dropped off laundry before noon and had it ready the next morning. No issues whatsoever. About 2$ a lb to have it done for you with a minimum of 10lbs.
Fairly decent laundromat.Pros: Lots of washing machines and dryers, fairly new equipment, relatively clean.Cons: Open to the elements so hot and humid, staff reserves a lot of the large capacity machines to do its laundry, customers arent allowed to use the bathrooms, large capacity/HE machines dont use enough water to wash and dont rinse well, only open until 8pm, washing must be done by 7.
Older, but equipment works, and prices are reasonable.
A nice clean friendly place to wash & dry clothes. Washing machines are sometimes broken, the wash price has increased but the dryers are reasonable and usually function without issues.
Great place. Clean! Lots of machines! Waiting area is private and air conditioned. You can even lift weights while you wait! Best place Ive ever done laundry at :)
Clean, relatively cheap and friendly staff!+ Air conditioned waiting room with some weights for a quick workout while you wait. ;)
Good, clean laundromat. You have to watch when you use the dispenser. It worked for us but you had to reach back up into the machine to get it.
They provide TV area and exercise space and a reading space in this one room and it works. Humble quotes from Miss Lady, clean fresh air and its a laundry room. I personal dirty my clothes just so I can go there.
Excellent experience using drop-off service. The manager lady was very kind.
Laundromat is close to hotels. Great for a quick wash if your in need, some machines 15 minutes. Drying time was a bit lengthy.
Most of the machines were out of order, and the vending machines had no soap in them :(The soap is not really a big deal because ABC is just a block away, but I had to show up first to realize that there’s no soap.
Cleans d organisedDrop off service only till 1200 noonOtherwise self-service machine till 8pmReasonable price, quick machines!Recommended for tourists!
Went on a slow evening, so I did not have to wait for washers/dryers to free up as there were a few washers that were out of service. Dryers were strong and effective, did not have to spend much to get dry clothes.
I dont understand what people are complaining about???Its a coin laundry guys, what are your expectations???Its clean, always attended, and the machines work fine!5/5 for me!
Parking sucks, good place to get your clothes clean. The place is well taken care of.
Because I am working over there... & ... It has very nice people that comes to wash & dry their clothes.....😎
Im an out-of-towner (work, not tourist) and I needed to do a couple of quick loads of laundry before the next week. I google this spot, decide to come over and get my two loads done. I get here on Sunday, dump my laundry in the washer, walk over to the quarter machine...no quarters. Walk over to the other quarter machine...no quarters. This is apparently a problem here as there are signs begging tourist not to take the change from the machines unless they are there to do laundry, but there is no attendant to enforce it. That alone is enough to ding this place in a review, but wait, it gets better. My TWO loads of laundry cost $15 to do, and there are no plugs to charge your phone while you wait in this overpriced dump for the laundry to get done. In fact, some jackass manager purposely went through and covered the spots where a receptacle would normally be. Well guess what turdblossom manager? I found the one that you missed and Im not telling you where it is. Anyhow, if you come, bring your own quarters, bring twice as much as you think youll need, and make sure your phone is fully charged before you get here.Update; I pulled my clothes out of the washer and...sand. Loads and loads of sand. I havent been in the sand, Im here in business. So it appears thats not only is this place way overpriced and entirely unaccommodating to the needs of its customers, but it also doesnt provide the most basic function its intended to perform. This place is worthless. Youve been warned.
Unkind man wouldn’t let me do one small load that would take 55 minutes because I was five minutes ‘late’. Even though I would be finished and gone before closing. Showed up an hour and ten minutes early but that was not good enough for him. I will never go back.
Good price and its quiet. Half the machines were out of order though, and the change machine was empty.
Very clean, would have been perfect with carts to transport clothes to dryers
The only place I will do my laundry. Its the best in all Waikiki.
Basic coin operated laundromat. Humid, noisy, little bit messy but okay.
Had to use this place but watch out for management! WOW
So quick and easy, staff were pleasant. Very clean
Nice clean place although half the washers are reserved for drop off accounts. You might have to wait at busy times.
Good place to meet people
No change machines! Otherwise its great.
Nothing spectacular. I was disappointed to find the lounge wasnt open during the evening.
Quite a few broken pieces of equipment but enough machines to get your load done. There is a broken change machine so just find the one that’s working.
Laundry at Waikiki beach. Hotels dont seem to have machines available.
Watch out the cleaner doesnt steal your quarters
Very clean, excellent staff.
Change machines didn’t work and about half the machines were out of order no attendant after 12:00 in the afternoon. Also Machines were not able to accept other forms of payment besides quarters.
No parking, machines were out of change, had to walk a block to get change
Great little place.
Do not get your washing done.....do it yourself!! Four expensive cotton tops shrunk!! Cost me $40 for this experience....users beware....very rude to my partner as well! Thanks Cindy!
No weekend drop off
Coin machines are all out of order 😟
Super convenient!
Wished it stayed open later.
It was closed down.
No outlets to charge a phone
Like $30 for 10 lbs of laundry for drop off service
Some people may feel a little hard to enter, but inside is very clean and comfortable to wash. There is also a currency exchange machine and a detergent vending machine, which is convenient. Money changers accept up to $ 20 bills, but be careful as they all come out in quarters. (People doing quarter collection may gather a lot while washing)Most washing machines have detergent, bleach, and softener inlets, which are a bit difficult to understand because they are different from Japan, but if you ask the staff, they will tell you.
Too lazy to go abroad to bring a pile of clothes, find the nearest laundry.
Located close to Waikiki Beach! Its a commercial washing machine. Its been 15 minutes.
I came at 8, but there arent many people.I didnt know what each slot 2coin meant, so once I got help, I put in a coin, pressed it, and pulled it back, so I was helped again. There was a resident who helped me properly. Very good.
Its beautiful, it sells detergent, there are a lot of washing machines, Japanese explanations are written, and if there is anything, there is a staff so you can rest assured. Cleaning is also cheaper than a hotel. There is a chair and its not hard to wait.It was convenient in the middle of neighboring hotels.
There are also broken washing machines that do not move as much as you put coins. Several dryers were broken. It is convenient, but it is better to watch carefully if it works properly.
There are too many broken machines and it smells a little when I go indoors. I couldnt do the laundry because it felt like I couldnt manage it. The price is slightly cheaper than the nearby laundromat (about $0.25-0.5).
The staff taught me properly when I was lidding on the coin slot. There was also a money changer to convert money into coins.
The only mango .. rare change .. otherwise ok
Okay~~ Its convenient. If you dont know, please email me ㅎㅎ
It was over 8 oclock, but the female employee is urging me to go out quickly.
Coin-launderette near Waikiki, underground parking available. As of July 13, 2016, it costs $ 2 for 30 minutes and next to barbecue and hairless shop.
There is a money changer and a dryer. Laundry is 3.5💲 per turn. Two people packed the laundry for 4 days.
