Every major car company was sold out, so I called to see what was available and was driving out in this sweet green jeep an hour later. Martin was super helpful/transparent with everything when I picked it up, and didn’t try to oversell me on insurance/gimmicks like the big companies do (bring your own insurance always). The guys working on the return day were also both awesome. Might be more expensive on paper than a standard rental, but the whole experience is way more than worth it- I didn’t wait in any crazy lines or waste any time, got a phenomenal vehicle that was super fun to drive, and supported an awesome smaller company. I’ll be back for sure, even if it’s just for a day or two of cruising around the island!

These people made it quick and easy for our rental.. Best service in Waikiki hands down...We got a 6day rental with their Escalade. They showed us the main attractions in the island and were helpfull all the way. We loved it.. was a little pricey but for the moment it was completely worth it.. .. Come to these people.. highly recommended

We had the best experience renting a car from here. It was easy and the staff was very helpful in planning our trip around the island. He helped up plan our trip and noted point of interest along the way. It was more expensive than the thrifty across the street but we think worth the price. We didn’t have to wait and we got the blue Jeep we wanted. Amazing experience!!!!

The best place to get a car service

Staff was super friendly and offered great information as we toured the island. We booked a Jeep Wrangler at 8:00 am and we were cruising by 10:00. The rates were comparable to others and the service was much better. We witness lines and disgruntled customers at the Thrifty car rental across the street. Would rent again from them

You want a taste and feel of the Aloha Spirit, then stop in and rent a vehicle here. The customer service is excellent and they will definitely treat you like Ohana (family). Ask for a map and they will point you to some pretty cool local attractions, you may not want to miss..

Bill was very good to deal with. Very thorough with his vehicles, which is a positive for the quality and condition of them. The Corvette we rented was immaculate and Bill was flexible in our return time to suit our flights home.

Rented the Porche 911 Carerra S convertible for the day. No better way to see the island. Owner was friendly and honest. Would rent again.

Beware of this company. The lease prices advertised are a trap for unsuspecting vacationers. I called to book the camaro SS for one day only to find the actual price of the rental was 40% higher than the price advertised online! Little did I know as I was reading through the contract terms trying to understand why the price was so high he snatched my cash on the counter, which he then never returned to me. This place is overpriced and unscrupulous and cannot believe how they choose to run their business. Happy to screw over customers to make a quick buck. I never got my money back ($300 cash), involved the police and I didnt take the car, hiring from somewhere else instead. I urge you to consider other companies for your car leasing needs. This company ruined my vacation and if writing this review can save this company from ruining yours then I feel better for it.Edit: Im sorry sir but this response is unsatisfactory. What is the administration charge for? I think advertising 230 per day for the Camaro, then actually charging 320 a day is unethical. Why dont you quote the full price when taking a booking for the car? What if your additional charges doubled the car rental price? I would have instantly refused the booking on the phone. You dont do it because you know you are ripping people off and if people knew the full price, they wouldnt book with you and rightfully so. The police said that I could get my money back because we hadnt agreed price at the time of the reservation but I would have to file a civil suit which obviously I cant because Im returning home soon. The most I can do is warn potential customers of your practices.
