I paid $43 plus $5 tip for this poor quality no chip polish. The nail polish chipped after only 2 days! I came to get it redone and they didn’t attend to me. Instead they kept me waiting for over an hour and attended to other people who had walked in after me. Very unprofessional place! I do not recommend

It has been 3 days since I got them done. Certainly will not be going back here.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and as of lately they’ve been falling OFF! Bon and Jason are the only two really good nail techs and they listen! Andy is a hit or miss! He makes the nails too thick and uneven! The older lady is always mean! She needs to chill!

If you’re desperate (like I was) and not from this area (like I am) I guess this place is fine. Otherwise - go anywhere else. They’re not friendly, helpful, patient, or inexpensive?! They don’t accept Amex, are pushy about services, and on top of everything they don’t even do a great job with their nails! Ps. They told me they only doing gels and acrylics for some covid reasoning 🤨 I got a gel Mani & regular pedi - it felt like they just rushed through everything.. even threw the oil on super last minute barely rubbing anything in - all over my hands and shoes. Just bad all around.

Sooo I made an appointment they were not ready for us. Also they’re not doing regular manicures as in only gel or “no chip” which I am very disappointed on because well my nails did in fact chip. They rushed through my manicure 💅🏼 so dissatisfied 😒

If I could give no stars I would. I will NEVER come back to this establishment. The WORST nails Ive ever received in my entire life. I was literally crying because they were so horrible. Not at all what I asked for and I still had to pay full price. I dont like to complain so it is what it is I guess. However when Im paying for something I expect it to be good if not GREAT quality. The guy who did my nails even knew they were terrible because he kept switching languages and having people come over to look at my nails. Like yes YOU MESSED UP. He could have easily started over, or passed me on to someone else. If you do not have the skill set, say so and I will ask to be serviced by someone else. He was rushing and it seemed pretty obvious that he didnt know how to fix them. However he was very nice before the mess up. 100% would not recommend coming here for acrylic or gel nails.

Though only my second time at this nail so a salon I have enjoyed each experience. Dan serviced me both times. Very serene atmosphere and music. I find myself relaxing which has not been my experience at a nail salon. Dan is very professional and discreet. At this time I would favorably recommend. I plan to return.

This experience was terrible! I would give them no stars if i could. Dude ain’t even let my feet dry, took an hour to do them, was disrespectful asl, he was sloppy, unsanitary use the same glove he did on the other client, not filed evenly. terrible overall for $27 don’t go here 👎🏽.

FIRST AND LAST TIME. I wish I would have just went to my original nail salon because the lady who did my nails did a terrible job. And the service was terrible.

First and last time at this place. Definitely not worth the money at all. Let me start with the DIAL hand soap they pumped into the bowl. No real filing done to my nails, no cuticle cut, and the most bogus scrubbing to my heals I’ve EVER had, which was also done with the DIAL soap. I’ve never left a place without finishing pedicure and have never left a bad review for any business.

I went to get a regular acrylic full set (just one color) and they wanted to charge $80 (changed price mud service) when they said it was was only $40. Then they proceeded to talk about me while they were taking off the tips they had glued on. They are over priced and have bad customer service.***Update to respond to company’s reply***You absolutely did not tell me that the price would double. You asked if I wanted the nails cut down and I said no. You later informed me that the price quoted ($40) was $80 because of the length of the nails. I was not even informed of the potential price increase when I said I did not need the cutdown (which would have been a logical time to say that). Additionally, the tips were not an extra long length (they were the regular length tips that are normally glued on). When I asked you to remove the nails because the price doubled, I went down the street to Nailique and they gave me the same initial price of $40 as your nail salon gave, and then charged (and advised beforehand) an additional $20 for the sparkles, shape and length. They were professional and fair. They did not attempt to price gouge their customers. Hopefully, you will do better and not treat customers this way then fail to be truthful about it.

It seems like new management and Im enjoying them. More guys doing the pedicures and my daughter fell in love with the foot and leg oil rub lol. The entire staff was so happy and friendly. I felt safe with the safety precautions put the in place. So I definitely will be back.

Took my daughters here for manicures and pedicures. After 1 week my daughters nails start falling off. I called ànd was told we would be charged to fix. They dont list their prices anywhere and seem to make up the prices off the top of there heads. Will never return and advise no one go to this place.

Nails were cute and neat when i first got them done. 3 weeks later I decided to take them off and file them down with an electric file and soak them off since I am an upcoming nail tech my self. The nails REEKED of a foul fishy odor when I was filing them down and instantly knew the shop used illegal MMA on my nails. Once I started soaking them off with Acetone the nails were turning gummy which is another sign they used MMA on my nails. I am so disappointed because I thought I found a nail shop I can go to instead of always having to do my own nails. The shop looks clean and the workers are nice but using Illegal products are a HUGE no no and can really put someone in the hospital.

I love Jason he is one of the best techs. I had my first pedicure and it was alright. Thats why I gave 4 stars

This business illegally charged me an extra $1 for using my debit card. As you can see they have a notice for credit cards, which according to IL state law is allowed, but this does not apply to debit cards. In fact even for credit cards they can only charge 1.5-3% so they are still not doing it correctly. I spoke with the manager and she doesnt seem to care that what shes doing is illegal. Very disappointed and I will be reporting them to the local authorities.

I went to the nail shop and ask for a full set. When i got my full set, my nails were terrible. The nails were uneven, the shape weren’t even square shaped, and the polish weren’t polished good. I showed the man a pic what i wanted and he even asked what shape i wanted. He didn’t listen to my request and just did it how he wanted to. I told him this not what i wanted and he said he apologize for my nails and ask me to come back again. My nails were so horrible i had to come back and ask for a new set. The manager told me i couldn’t start completely over but the can reshape it. The entire set was horrible and i don’t understand why i couldn’t have a new set if a paid and came back the same day. Their work on Instagram is completely different from in person. You have to have the right person do your nails or they will assist anyone to do it and completely waste your money. I will not be returning after today.

I would not recommend this place anymore. I used to love coming here all the time. Today I called at 3pm to schedule an appointment at 5 for me and my mother to get serviced with 2 fill ins. She got serviced right away and I was told to wait for the next available person. 30 minutes passed and it was now 5:30. People who were infront of me were getting serviced way before I did. I finally left without my nails getting done and going to a different place. Why would you guys start in place to make appointments and not see through to it? I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to be serviced and have other people infront of me. I wouldn’t come here ever again terrible service. Don’t make appointments if you want to sit another 2 hours to actually get stuff done.

The shop is clean. See Jason, he does excellent nails. Hes good at shaping your nails, he takes his time. He is good at what he does. Highly recommend Jason.

I got my nails done on a Friday, nice lady did an amazing job on my feet had to go back Tuesday to get them fixed Because they weren’t completely polished and they just didn’t look right then my nail broke Friday after I had just got them fixed Monday and I was charged for it. They were very rude about it. Will not be returning .

As a walk-in, I received excellent service in a peaceful and professional atmosphere, the first time. The second time,I asked if there would be a wait and was told 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes in the waiting area, then over 50 minutes with my feet in cooling water and did not get served. I asked for a manager and she was not helpful. I left and chose to spend my money elsewhere where my time would be wasted.

Horrible service! My fingers are burnt from the buffers, there is glue and paint all around my nails and when I told the nail technician to remove it, he told me to take it off myself, he then told me to wait (after I waited 20mins), finally the guy who did my nails attempted to take it off but couldn’t. My nail shape is awful and my nails in general are trash.. waste of time and waste of money.. I will not be back

Today was my first time trying the dip and powder! Very impressed. It was so quick I could of came on my lunch break. Jason did a wonderful job on my nails.

Im so incredibly disappointed. I went to get my nails done for the first time and its not the luxury salon its named for. Its dark, run down, and warm. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted (that I found off their reviews). He started to cut my nails down and tried to pry off the old acrylics. It hurt so bad and when I asked him if we could soak them off he brought over a dog bowl full of acetone. I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave. Do not fall for the name and spare yourself the nightmare.

I came here to get a fill, and they did an amazing job! Way smoother and much better shaped than the last place I went to.

The staff were friendly. First time visiting this nail salon. Had a really good pedicure. I also had my nails done with no chip. Unfortunately I will not visit again because after 2 days the product began to chip off on multiple nails. Overall not a bad salon, just not a great experience for me.

Great pedicure experience with a massage chair. Didnt take too long. Nice scenery when you walk in and guys dont be ashamed if your feet are ugly, Do it for your lady. The service is great, its not loud or disturbing. Just walk in and get whatever you need done and walk out. Most likely you will be in here about 30 min-1hr.

I got dipping power, it looks natural and very nice. All the nail tech very kind and friendly. I recommend this place and they going to have new management. Also, on January 11th they have 20% off for all services.

The work is hit or miss. Theres one lady, not sure if shes the owner...has an extremely rude and nasty attitude. They tend to change prices in the middle of service. When I first came here, I was so impressed with the service etc. This is my 4th time and Im ready to move on.

I went in here to get 1 nail fixed. I waited 25 minutes for nothing! The tech did not know what he was doing. It looked like an egg sitting on my nail. He kept filing the nail and it looked terrible. I had the guy cut it off and I went to my main shop and got it fixed correctly.

First I must say this is my first time going there and I went based on reviews in the area. Jason has the best reviews and I requested him and he is awesome my nails are gorgeous. I will always go to him for my nails. I give him 5 stars. However, there is a down side to this experience. Linda the woman that performed eyebrow waxing and a pedicure for me was not so great. She greeted me with a negative vibe. I waited about 15 mins before she called me back to start my pedicure there were 2 woman already getting pedicures more than halfway through their pedicures. Linda started my pedicure at 2:30 sharp she was painting my toes at 2:39 sharp. While the other two women across from me pedicures are still going on. I asked her to cut down my nails she looked at them and at me didn’t say anything and continued the pedicure. My nails were barely filed they are misshaped and the entire time she kept asking me what do I want to do about my fingernails. Needless to say she can NEVER perform another service for me again. I wasted about 35.00 in services she performed. My eyebrows are horrible. They too are misshaped.( The pedicure was performed first. )

I have always went to her because I have thick eyebrows and she know how I like them. I got my pedi done so I said I will be waiting for you to do my brows. She say I’m busy let someone else do them I said NO!!! You always do them so now I’m sitting letting my toes dry. In comes a white female she say eyebrows and Amy takes her immediately. I walked in there and said so you not doing mine. I was angry and said white or black the value of money doesn’t change here..... DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!’n

No wait. they were courteous, quick and did a great job. i shopped around for prices in nearby salons averaging 25 for a basic manicure and 18 for waxing, here they do 12 $ manicures and 7$ waxing which saved me a ton and they did a great job too. i was very pleased.

After arriving I had to wait 30 min to be seen. Once I was asked to sit at a station the lady walked out saying nothing. I waited 30 minutes for her to come back with a bag of food. She was the owners wife. I was heated. The only reason I stayed was because I needed ny nails done asap and it was after 7. She did a horrible job and spoke to the others in their language across the room. I made sure she did not get a tip. Will never go back there again! Rude and do sloppy work! ZERO STARS!

DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE. I have never visited such a rude, poorly ran operation like this place in my life. To begin with, they are not adequately staffed to be a nail shop. They have over 10 nail booths and pedicure bowls, and maybe 2 people that are actually qualified to do nails. The owner, rather it be the man or woman are both extremely rude and could care less about customers. I tried to give this place a chance because it is in a convenient location, but I will never do so again. I went here on Mothers Day and I stayed in the shop for 3 and a 1/2 hours. Due to them being money hungry, instead of telling me how long the wait would be, the owner continued to lie and tell me that my wait would be shorter than it actually was. She constantly left me UNATTENDED while she took a break, talked on the phone, and tended to everyone else in the shop. I personally witnessed one of the staff members tell an African-American girl that he would not do her nails because the length she wanted was too long. He left the customer in the chair, while he went to the back and had lunch. When he returned up front, the customer asked why he had left her there without any knowledge on if he would service her or not, and he got upset and began speaking to the owner in their language. As an educated individual, that is very particular about how and where I spend my money, I AM ADVISING PEOPLE TO NOT DO SO HERE. They are a racist business with horrible customer service.

No customer service unless they think you are someone with money. I went in on a Thursday with jeans on and a sweat shirt, i was treated very poorly. They did the bare minimum, hang nails untouched, under my toenails not cleaned. I didnt say a word because I wanted to see how less they would do because they thought I was a nobody however a business woman had the red carpet laid out. I always tip very well wherever I go and did exactly that and made sure to tell the owner about my experience and how I would never be back.

They higher non trained technicians.After two disturbing visits, I will not be back.

Took my daughter to this place for a plain, basic mani. The woman who took care of her was rough, rude and demanded my daughter pay her before she even painted her nails. When this woman realized that my daughter was there with me (her mom) and I was the one paying she took her attitude down a notch but continued to make my daughter feel uncomfortable. The manicure looked awful!! My daughter will not EVER go back to this place or small nail places like this one! I rather pay extra and go to a hair salon or spa. DONT give this place your money!!
