My nails are absolutely ugly, i’m convinced he kept picking colors that he wanted. i wanted a simple nude brown, got to a point where i didn’t even care. My sister specifically said she just wanted the regular pedicures for the both of us. the job was rushed! the lady charged us 45 for some package that we specifically said we didn’t want. both our nails were crooked. our nails was $195. DONT go to this place if you want your nails and feet done/treated properly.

Asked for matte 4 times, I even spelled it out. Did I get matte, nope. Got a mani/pedi 95 dollars. Was it worth it? No. I will go back to my regular shop where I pay 70 dollars for my gel mani/pedi and get what I actually want.

Me and my Daughter and Grandaugther had a good time service was great.The nails we got was ombre plus we got the spa package pedicure it was real good..

Called the salon and was told a gel polish change was $20. Lady suggested a pedicure, I asked how much and she said $25, I remember and heard correctly. Stylist charged $45 after they were consistently trying to upsell me. No way a pedicure is more than an acrylic full set. Will not be returning. Was scammed.

This was my 2nd experience with them, and the reason why i went back is because its the only nail shop next to my hotel, they over charged me 80 dollars today and I do like my nails but she lied to me and told me 70 but they only do 50 dollar work jobs, I went to better shops that charge the same thing and do a better job. I feel like i was ripped off and Im never going back. Dont go there unless you want to be ripped off.

The female owner did my mani pedi. The pedicure took 5 minutes, the manicure took 7. She rush, was sloppy, i asked her many times to slow down and not rip off my nails but to go gentle as she was hurting me, but she didnt. Very impatient and Indifferent about the service she is supposed to provide. She also did my eyebrows very uneven and careless. Its good i dont care so much for fancy nails, but they did a horrible job. I had to point out more corners that needed attention and more dry skin she didnt look or care for. And she is the owner, not even a worker

Online it says they are open on Mondays! When I arrived the open sign and all the window neon signs were lit up! I sat outside for a bit only to notice ~15 mins later the hours day tue-sat &sun. Went next door to Taylor to ask and she was rude! When I told her about this and asked her to relay to her neighbor she was rude and acted like it wasn’t her problem. It’s not but it’s a neighborly thing to do. Ruuuuude!!!

I have gone here a few times. Usually the service is pretty good. The last time I went my nail tech didn’t speak English, every other person who did was too busy to translate for me or seemed irritated when I wanted to say something to my tech. Within a week my GEL polish was fully peeling off my nails. I typically wash dishes but I don’t do anything wild with my hands. I’ve NEVER had so many nails peel clean off. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

I went to the place a while back 😏 and asked for a gel manicure and once i picked out my colors they said that the colors were ugly and wouldn’t look good on me. so i chose different colors and they kept trying to do more things to make me pay more and i kept saying no. never go to this salon. go to athena’s! ✨🖕🏼❤️

Everyone there does good work I have a few years visiting this place but there is a new girl that will ruin business for them. I walk in and asked for a pedicure and manicure but only gel on my hands. Lisa explains to her what I want and She puts a nasty face on Saying a bunch of things and pointing at my nails. Lisa just walked away so I knew automatically she said something negative about my nails. For the pedicure She put cold water and very low so just the points of my toes could get wet. There was no massage and no hot towels and my feet barely got wet, she rushed through my pedicure and manicure. Mind you the place was empty. I was out of there in one hour and when I left her $5 tip she turned to Lisa and said I only left $5, yes, new girl, I did only leave $5 and you should’ve got nothing because you are a disgusting person. Now I think about it and I should’ve left nothing. Like I said before I always have a good experience but I will never go back and see that new girl and her nasty attitude

Worst Experience EVER. I called before arriving, and asked how much it was for refills and I was told $15. When I arrived I informed I was the one who called about refills. I was sat down and told to pick a color by one lady while the other was starting with my nails. The lady doing my nail seemed serious but I didn’t put much thought into it at that moment. I don’t expect my nail technician to make conversation but they typically at least smile or ask about your day but that wasn’t the deal breaker. I then noticed that one of my nails was hurting badly, I was trying to ignore the pain because I had never experienced that before but when the pain was unbearable, I informed her and she then really seemed more annoyed than she was before. I don’t know if she thought I was accusing her for the pain, I wasn’t at all, I just wanted to inform her so she can be careful with it. She had no sympathy, she just continued and eventually did go easier on the nail with pain. Already seeing that she was already annoyed, when she starts putting the nail color, I saw that it wasn’t the color I requested but I didn’t want to annoy her more that she already was plus I actually ended up liking the color she put so that worked out. Once she was almost done with me, I was trying to explain to her that I wasn’t trying to be difficult with the nail pain I had, I was just trying to inform her. I was being as nice as I possibly could even though this lady made me feel uncomfortable for speaking out on the pain I was experiencing with my nail. She doesn’t have a poker face, she clearly had a dislike towards me. I definitely noticed when she was being extremely friendly to two other customers that were there. She was a completely different person towards them, I felt belittled, Even before i spoke out of the pain, this lady seemed very off by me. Any who at the end, i was expecting to pay $15 to $20 since I got one new nail that had broke off that day, nope. Lady told me it be $35., I told her I was told $15 over the phone, she said it’s $35 because I got a gel color. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. That’s just ridiculous. How do you go from $15 to $35? Even if I would have gotten the i can see $25 but a $20 difference from what I was originally told? And on a refill? That’s insane. That’s what i pay for a full set or for a refill when I go to those nail and bar places, which this place is no where near close from being. Also I was never informed that I was getting the expensive color. I thought they were showing me the colors for regular color not gel. Every nail place I have gone to, informs you UPFRONT “by the way this is so and so product so it’s going to be X amount more money” that’s where I, ME, I decide whether or not I want to do that. This lady hid it under my nose and did me a service that I didn’t even know I was receiving. And again I doubt it makes it a $20 difference. This lady definitely overcharged me, assuming I wasn’t going to tip. Even after everything I was, since I use to work at a nail salon as a receptionist and i know how much these ladies work for tips but after her fowl behavior throughout my whole experience, I just paid what she was overcharging me and left since I know she including her tip money in my payment. Extremely unprofessional lady and looks terrible upon the business. Will never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone

My friend had an appointment at Athena’s Brow Bar & they scammed her eyebrows OFF her FACE, they fraudulently told her that Athena was inside knowing Athena is the girl next door with a brow bar! This shows the bad intention, and my friend HATED her brows, how sad!

My husband and I was on vacation and decided to get a pedicure. I read the reviews and was skeptical about going to Queen Nails but many of the other nail shop was already closed or was closing at 4:00 p.m. The pedicure we received was faster than the road runner cartoon character. It took every bit of 20 min and they were done. Massage, what massage I had 2 leg chops and she was done. The young lady who took care of my husband put massage oil on his legs rubbed up and down the leg once and was done. We showed up at 4:07 and they close at 5:00p.m. which was more than enough time to give a “good” pedicure. They even charged my husband an extra $2 to use the razor to remove the dead skin not callouses from his heel and this is normally “free” anywhere else we go. This was the “WORST “ pedicure we have ever received in our life. Do not go there, they are in a race to see who can finish the fastest 😩

The first time I go in for a deluxe pedicure Lisa was so nice an did a great job. Than the second time I go in she was not that nice an was text all the way threw my service. Than I go in today an she tells me that that the price has changed to $38 when there price board says $35 an her excuse was that we are charging for the remodeling of our store . So I decided to walk out.

The service is always quick and good quality. The ladies and men are VERY welcoming. Prices are affordable for the nails/spa services.

I had a great experience this past Sunday. My nails kept painfully breaking and Lisa took the time to not only fix the nails but take the necessary steps to ensure that they will stay stable! Ill be back in two weeks, for sure.

I called last minute for a appointment. Only with a hour to spare during my lunch break..the gentleman taking care of me..did a gel set under an hour. Made it to work on time with beautiful nails. The price is standard..better than any surrounding nail places thus far.The place is small..outdated. .however i do appreciate a good service. Will return!

My nails turn out great, but I wasnt pleased with the service. When the tech was done with my nails he moved me to another table that had a fan to dry my nails. Not sure my all the nail salons Ive been to here is South FL with fan drying tables, but I was on my lunch break which a fan takes longer to dry the the heat lamps. Then my tech was engrossed in a movie that he was watching on his tablet. I had to get his attention to pay so I could leave to get back to work.

First time going there for me and my hubby and the service was impeccable. The people who work here are very proffesional, super friendly and nice. Good prices with a clean environment. When the woman was doing my nails i was gonna get a different kind of design on my ring finger and when i told her i just let her do her own thing and she knows the best because they look amazing. Very pleased with the exceptional service i got from Queen Nails! I get atleast ten compliments a day on my nails. I will most definitely be back to get them filled in a month.

I was a little worried about getting my nails done while on vacation and not by my wonderful nail tech back home. But the guys was great, my nails looked great. Actually better then my wonderful nail tech back home... Lol

I was going to a different nail place until I randomly found queen nails. Queen Nails is awesome. I love how they really clean up my cuticles on my feet and hands and really know how to make them look their best. Ive had gel nail polish done twice now, and they applied it nice and thin how I like it. Ive been to other places and they layer it on in such a bad way that they look like I got fake nails put on it. Hopefully Im not offending anyone, but Im not a fan of getting the tips with acrylic. Anyways, I have definitely made queen nails my go to place. :)

Scammed a friend who was supposed to have her brows done at Athenas

While the salon was clean and the service quick, I would NOT return to this place. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My pedicure massage was barely a rub and lated less than two minutes. My polish was bumpy. My gel manicure also came with a minimal massage and the dead skin on my nail beds were not well cut. The gel polish chipped within three days with no heavy usage and the others begin to lift and peel within 4 days! If my experience is representative of the experience at Queen Nails, I would say avoid at all costs. My 2 stars were for cleanliness, speed, and price.

BEWARE – These people will take advantage of you. I came in wanting a regular pedicure which costs $25 and they kept trying to do extra stuff that I didnt want so they could charge me more. I ended up leaving with a gel pedicure which I DID NOT WANT and they charged me extra for it. To make matters even worse, when I first came in I let them know that I was in a hurry and they assured me it would not take more than half an hour. I left an hour and a fifteen minutes later.

The wife is a sneaky lady who charges more to your card after you sign and puts it as an additional tip. This has happened a few times and others in the salon have also agreed she’s done this . Dishonest place who only has 2 good workers . The husband and the young girl . My mother and I are done giving you business because of your fraud amongst all else you have done .

Got a gel manicure and got my old gel removed. Ive never had to soak off nails before so I didnt know how long to leave them in the bowl for, and since no one was paying attention to me, my hands stayed in there long enough for the skin to start peeling. My nails arent completely covered, theyre uneven, my cuticles werent even touched. A couple of my nails I had to file when I got home because the edge was left so sharp I left a visible scratch on my friends arm. They seemed nice enough, but besides that I am overwhelmingly unhappy with this manicure and will not be going back.

Beware of staff over pricing services. I got an acrylic set & basic pedicure with gel polish on both. 1st the guy tried to charge me $105 then my credit card wouldnt swip so I had to pay in cash, when I asked again what the total was he said $95 but their service menu has a full set at $25, pedicure at $23, $15 for the gel polish(x2) which wouldve been $78 total. Aside from that the nails turned out good.

Queen nails is a full-service salon. Ive been going for approximately two years and have never had a complain.

No... I have been having my nails done for a long time. New to the area I thought I’d try the place out. The man who did mine ruined them. RUINED. The shape was totally off of what I had. The underside was sloppy with gel polish. I broke a nail in 3 days. Before I could find another place I broke a second nail while washing dishes. I even had gloves on too. Nothing crazy...I just felt a light release and I knew it was my nail. Frustrated I’ve filed them all down. A waste of money and time. Maybe the person was learning and because I couldn’t really understand what he was saying... you get the point. The other 4 and 5 ⭐️ reviews??? Not my experience.
