This place is awesome !! .Today ( 03 / 08 / 2021 ) was my first time visiting this place, and I like it so much, because they really take time, and care cleaning the nails, giving you massages in your hands, and in your feet too, and they all the time that you spend there are trying to make a conversation, and making you feel comfortable in that place . And actually they are $3.00 dollars cheaper than the other nails spa that I was going in Taft street, and for me $ 3.00 dollars make me a saving . I will more that glad to come back here into two weeks for another gel pedicure, and gel manicure 💅☺️ .

I would not recommend going to this salon. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. My nail tech was Dulce. She does not paint your entire nail. I kept telling her your only painting one side. She said ok and kept going. I had to sit there another 20 minutes to soak iff gel polish she just did because it looked disgusting. It was clumpy and only painted in the middle! Never again!!!!

Do NOT come here!!! The workers are rude and not reasonable whatsoever. I went to go get a acrylic set done and they put wrong size tips on my nails and told me and my mother that we dont know what we were talking about. Instead of being understanding the owner which is a man that sits on the phone all day told us you will see good nails. My nails were wide when i asked for square and they are not even throughout. I would suggest going to a different salon these people are lazy and rude!!

Subpar on all levels. Being treated politely and as a valued customer, you never know. Some customers are greeted warmly and others are treated with disdain. I will never step foot in here again. If youve never been here, please dont start to spend your hard-earned money at LA Nails.

So I was really excited to get some me time (Mom of 3) and I was recommended this place a couple of months ago. Once I got there they asked what I was interested in and immediately called over one of their nail techs. Things began a bit slow (mom of 3) cant waste time especially when you get a babysitter. The nail tech couldnt even speak basic English and it was a guessing game the whole entire time. She didnt file my nails correctly, didnt completely remove my cuticles, and couldnt apply the nail polish correctly. So they used me as a guinea pig by this time an hour had passed by and my pedicure was not done and I had to ask for another nail tech. Apparently, if you want a great nail tech I have to make an appointment and there are only two nail techs worth your time. After an hour and half my pedicure was done... the nail polish was horrible clumpy the managers daughter had to redo my pedicure. Then it was time for my hands an older gentleman did my my hands sloppy and fast job. Paid no attention to details and left nail polish all over my fingers. The experience was horrible I had to ask a fourth nail tech to clean up the mess. So if you go here ask for Leo or the managers daughter otherwise run run as fast as you can. Horrific customer service and only two good nail techs why bother having a nail salon at all.

When I walked in with my cousin I was like wow it’s pretty nice but the person that did my he did them chunky and was mad when I told him I wanted coffin nails when he started doing square by his self they have too many coats of nail polish and when my cousin tried to tell him she didn’t like her nails he said she would have to deal with it I would rate it a Zero if it was possible and the man who did my nails would jump into my conversations that I had with my cousin and sister I hate my nails!

Got a simple overlay with French tip and I feel the job was rushed, my first and last time ever getting my feet and nails done smh very dissatisfy and disappointing.

Jen is amazing!!! I can go 1 whole month not getting my nails filled and they last and still look good as new! I use to go to a different salon that 1 overcharged me, 2 didn’t listen to my needs, and 3 didn’t have any type of conversation with me but then I found La Nails! You guys are great!

Ive been doing my eyebrows with Jenn for over 7yrs

Jennifer is the besttt! Even on a day off, Memorial Day, she helped me out to find the product and treatment for my nails. I have tried to look for a great nail tech and she definitely is it. Personality, professional & friendly. Only going to her 😊

I popped in on my way home from the meat store and asked if they did nail art. I was told yes and said I would come back. Jen didnt think that I would show back up and I didnt think she could do what I wanted. We were both wrong. I showed back up and she did an excellent job on my nails. She is very friendly and outgoing and I felt really comfortable with her. I wont ever go anywhere else (unless she does, I will follow her no matter where she goes)!!! Thank you Jen!!!

Worst experience!! Took my daughter to get her nails done here and when told to wash hands was switched to the owner lady who did a horrible job at painting her nails when told her to re do it because it was bad she got upset as if she were doing it for free. They do not know how to do any design the husband is a lady man who’s always sleeping. The only Spanish lady there sucks at doing pedicure. Overall it was such a horrible experience do not go here!!

The price is very good... Jen is very accomadating but I had to keep returning because their Gel Product doesn’t last more than 3 Days... The place needs updating it doesn’t feel like a Spa... You get what you pay for!

2nd time im here and they did a great job with my coffin set & pedicure

I wanted to try a new salon because many now a days are disappointing. This one is no different. I did simple short nails and the woman couldnt even get the shape right. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years and I know how they should be shaped, and she did a bad job. Gave it 2 stars because a full set is $19. Good price but poorly done. I did mine with the mom, older woman.

This place is ok i went in for a fill and pedi the pedicure was great but when i did the fills for my acrylic it wasnt the best job and if you want designs on your nails forget about it they cant, the place is ok for a simple mani and pedi

Have been coming here faithfully, twice a month, for about 5 years now. The service is amazing, and you truly feel like youre amongst family, and friends. Jen, keeps up with the latest trends, and Leo, and Judy are probably the best at pedis in All of Broward County!! the Salon it self is always clean, and it smells relaxing, in all, I love both the people and the service, I travel 30 min each way, and i dont see that changing any time soon!!

Horrible experience, PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER NAIL SALON. I had my nails done by the OWNER and told him I wanted glow I’m the dark nails 15 time throughtout doing them and TOLD HIM IF THEYRE NOT GLOW IN THE DARK I DONT WANT THEM, he nodded continued my nails. Making me pay $65 for something I didn’t want. DONT COME HERE. I don’t even give this place one star. ❌❌❌

Worst place ever, did poorly on my eyebrows, one eyebrow is big and the other is small . She didn’t trim the eyebrow hair at all, I wasted money here and will NEVER COME BACK I cannot believe they let her wax here ! She doesn’t know how to shape eyebrows at all, she messed up my eyebrow shape . I’m literally in tears
