I went here today to get a gel manicure & pedicure for my birthday & my last time to treat myself for a while since i’m giving birth in 2 days. I made an appointment for me and my friend i scheduled myself for a gel manicure & pedicure, and for my friend acrylic nails. We waited over 30 minutes after our appointment time, they didn’t even start the water for me or acknowledge me or her until about 20 minutes in and they finally turned the water on for my feet. Once she started she didn’t even give me a choice to pick what kind of pedicure i wanted, she just started and went with the most basic pedicure, also i barely got to pick my color they didn’t even give me the color books. She rubbed my legs TWICE and scrubbed my feet and started putting polish on… RIDICULOUS, also she made my big toe nails two different lengths which i’m not happy about. Everyone around me got a lot more treatment than i did. The gel pedicure is sloppy, and very rushed! I will never go to this place again, i’m disappointed i spent my money here and not somewhere who will make you feel stressed instead of relaxed.

This place is super clean, new & nicely decorated! They obviously care about customer experience & repeat business. This is my go-to place when Im in Santa Maria. Ive had a couple of appointments with Helen who does a fabulous job! Shes very meticulous and creative! Ill be back for sure!

This business is very unprofessional. It never keeps track of scheduled appointments and won’t even give me the right nail tech. This has happened on multiple occasions. Be aware of this terrible service before you go there

Awesome place, very clean and professional nail service.

Everyone was super friendly and wonderful! We got served right away as walk ins and the pedicures were absolutely amazing. We live in Lompoc but we will definitely be making the trip regularly to get pedicures done and maybe even manicures in the future. Wholeheartedly recommend! They take the utmost precautions for covid and general sanitation as well.

Amy and Danny are amazing!!! We drove from Lompoc for pedicures and Ive never felt more pampered in my entire life!!! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here!!! I felt like a Princess the entire time and they were so sweet to me, especially considering Ive never received a pedicure before. I would give 6 stars if I could!!!

Tiffany Isnt the friendliest. I figured she was in a bad mood since the beginning but I didnt think I was gonna be so unsatisfied with the outcome.. When asked to fix my nails she repeatedly told me to hold on and wait. She didnt fix my nails ...and I left with different sizes stuck to my fingers. Somewhere longer, somewhere shorter somewhere thinner and some were thicker... She also glued the tips crooked and I ask her to fix that since the beginning and she told me to wait theres more to do. 👎my nails look horrendous

We called 5 min before for a pedicure walked in and were seated right away beautiful salon clean place. Nice and understanding towards customers great prices for the service they provide will definitely come again.

LeeLee (LiLi?) is the BEST nail tech I’ve gone to. She is so precise, takes her time, is extremely meticulous and I always love how my nails turn out. I stay on her schedule every few weeks and everyone is always complimenting how awesome my nails look. I wouldn’t choose to go to anyone else in Santa Maria!

Manicure was terrible, gel nail polish was very sloppy and in even. The workers would rather trade off and sit on their phones instead of tending to customers. I normally like to try new places twice in case the first time was bad but I know I’ll never ever come to this place ever again. The first time I went to have acrylics removed they really ruined my mail even more than it already was, everything was super rushed and the job was super sloppy. WAY overpriced for the type of work that I received. It’s funny when you can understand the language and know when they’re talking about you! Most unprofessional business I’ve ever been in.

Love my finger nails but the pedicure was not great.

I had gel and regular pedicure and gel manicure. Bonnie did an amazing job. She was gentle and very professional. Ive been there three times and Ive felt welcomed and cared for. The place is clean, relaxing and very organized. Everyone is so friendly and they all make feel at home.

Very clean. Got basic pedi. Very happy with the selection of colors and that theyre kept out of reach. I feel like they have more control and organization of whos touching the color selections.

Super clean really nice inside! Love how they had gel and regular polish in the same colors! Prices are so so but I don’t mind it. When I went in it was passed at all but around the time I was leaving it got pretty packed. Offered me something to drink as well had snack for the kids as well. My new go to spot

I did a walk in today and walked out without my nails done. That I don’t mind due to not scheduling an appointment but what I didn’t mind was the rude attitude I was given. And the rude glances and stares from workers. On the door it says walk in welcome. So I didn’t understand what the big deal was. Also not to mention my first time being there I did recognize the man who did my nails. He used to work in the Santa Maria mall. When I was getting my nails done for prom a year back he was very rude to me after I tried to tell him one of the nails were crooked. He literally yelled at me, leaving me stunned in a nail salon full of people. I was so embarrassed. Not to mention the fact that my prom nails didn’t turn out very good. I left no tip that day and walked out almost in tears.. today almost felt like a re-run. Definitely not as bad.. but I just wish I could find a place where they had some friendly people...

Made an appt... 15 min later I still havnt been taken in. Waited a total of 30 min because I showed up 15 min early too... guy seemed in a hurry. Didn’t pay much attention to detail or ask how I wanted my nails filed. Left a bible on my nail that I had to tell him about. Won’t be back.
