They changed their name to YT nails. The place is beautiful. They have a bar and practice social distancing and everything is clean. They also do great work! They are a bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

I’m giving it a two just because the older gentleman who did my nails was great but then I got passed off to a younger girl for my nails and she didn’t do the dip like I kept asking her for and the nails are sloppy and have bumps allin it . I have two kids at home and when I called they told me I need to come back today or tomorrow or they won’t fix it !!I spent 100 bucks and I wish the person I asked for is who I received :(I don’t know if I will come back to this place and This was my first time thereUpdate : went back and I must say they definitely redeemed there selvesNo complaints here and my nails are beautiful

I have to say this is the third time Ive been to this place the first time was amazing the second time I wasnt really happy with my nails I came back the next day and yen fix them for me and made me happy again I am so happy to say that they have my loyalty thank you so much and she didnt even charge me the money is worth it I did have to spend a lot on my nails but the money is worth it to customer service is great Im so happy thank you so much and I really appreciate you helping me out and fixing my nails just so I like them ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gel nail polish chipped after one day. Never going back

I went in for some fill ins so one of the new girls sits me down puts the acrylic on and doesn’t even smooth out the nail so I now have bumps on my nails. The layer on acrylic was so thin that once I left the salon it started to peel off so I took it off and it took a piece of my actual nail 😑. She didn’t shape them or file them down and didn’t even put the nail polish on right. Now I have to pay extra to go get my nails done once again.

Wasn’t too happy about the service two of my nails came out crooked and instead of them fixing it they try to file it and it turned out one finger smaller than the other. I would never try to go there again because they are not committed to their customers and they really don’t care how you feel about their service this isn’t the first time they messed up try to give it a second chance and clearly they’re very nasty I still paid for the service sadly and walked out of there feeling like I waste my money, I wish I can post a picture of how my nails look . now I am not want to leave bad reviews this is my first time but the fact that I asked for just one now not all of them to be fixed and it was a problem .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. TERRIBLE service from every staff member there. They don’t care about how they treat you or if you’re satisfied with their work. You could tell them that you don’t like it and they’ll argue with you and make it seem like YOU are being unreasonable. They charge you extra for little things that should be included too. Worst place ever. Save your money and time, don’t come here.

My boyfriend made me go here thought he was doing something nice. But i go to another lady to do my eyebrows because i love how she does them... Now i have no eyebrows she messed them up to the point i cant even fix them and have to walk about looking funny. Nice clean place. She was nice but... shouldnt do eyebrows..

I had my nails done here on Dec 30th. By the third day the corners came off and then from there they all started to come off.I was just there and told the lady that sits in the front about my experience. Her response was why I didnt come sooner. I began to explain to her that it was the holidays and u didnt have time to come in . She refused to at least give me some type of discount since I wanted to have them done and my pedicure. Mind you I have been coming there for over 10 years and have referred others.Conclusion : you lost a customer and no referrals from me anymore. Just this,review. There are plenty of nail salons out there to choose from . Time for a change. Stay away from this place they charge differently each and every time.

The skinny guy did me and I literally only have bad things to say. First of all, I came in for a refill and the guy refused to give me one and said he must do my acrylics from scratch. I was like okay whatever I guess. Then this guy started forcing the acrylics off my nails. Like he literally started cleaving at them and it hurt so bad. Any nail technician or someone with brain cells knows that is NOT the proper or safe way to take off acrylics. It was ridiculous. So then I showed him the nails I wanted, clear/nude with yellow tips and he didn’t do it! He pretty much refused to. He started putting pink acrylic powder on my nails and I’m like uhhh this is not what I want. I said you know it’s clear right? If anything he could’ve put pink clear polish on my nails afterward if he wanted them to be pink so badly but it was straight pink. So I was telling him no I don’t want this but this guy does not understand any English. I was so annoyed at the end of this. And the guy took a long time too, like an hour and 30. AND this guy tried saying he was done with putting the powder on my nails when he left a decent amount of my nail exposed (it looked like that one nail needed a refill soon) so I told him to fill it in. At least he understood that. Terrible experience. The other nail technicians are good at their job, but this one guy was just horrible.

Dont go here for lashes. Period the lady dont know what shes doing! I tryd to be passive about it but my inner lashes were hanging lower than the rest. Then when she couldnt fix it she tryd snaching them off and told me to go where i usaully go. Yes we almost had a big problem. Save your self the headache. Go to Paradise Nails. Their the best.

I have always had a great experience at US Nails & Spa. The staff is friendly and service excellent. I love the message chairs and the atmosphere is always great! Us Nails also provides microblading procedure. My daughter- in- had the procedure done and it looks great!!

I was in desperate need for an eyebrow wax so I walked into this place I told the lady very carefully what I needed to have done and she removed way more hair off my eyebrow then what I explained to her that I wanted done. long story short Im never going back here again terrible!

I really wish I could post the pictures I have of my bleeding cuticles but unfortunately I don’t have the option to. I really want to continue coming here, but I am in way too much pain to trust these people with my nails ever again. It’s been two days since I went here and they drilled over my cuticles so bad that I have scans on 3 of my cuticles. If you do decide to go here I feel very bad for what you’re going to experience

If you have any complaints about who is doing your nails only go to the woman behind the counter or her sister they are the best I start messing with everybody it’s a completely get everything done at their shop I get the $65 tap out and if u let them freestyle u get the works and they would put you on their face book and the $45 pedicure You pay for what you get they have feature me and my sister on their Facebook multiple times the only nail shop I go to hands-down the best i’m not gonna lie they do be booked heavy but trust me they are worth the wait the lady behind the counter or her sister trust me go to them they are the best I’m telling you this because I get my nails done from either one and they both slay trust me You pay for what you get don’t expect Cardi B nails on a peasant budget

Horrible experience😣 over charged and not happy with my nails. $38 for what they listed as $22 for a basic pedi. $25 for a basic gel manicure. Insane and I still tipped well. Total $73 without acrylics? Never again. Very upset.

Ive been going there for years...strange that their English is still not good but their service is for the price.

I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 years now religiously every 2 weeks . The experience you get here is all about who you encounter with your visit . I stopped going here due to the lack of customer service . My last and final experience, I was getting a pedi which I always do first and they either wrap my nails to remove my dip right before I start or during . I asked several times, several different people including my pedicurist, (the owners mom which doesn’t speak English by the way ) to wrap so I can go straight to my mani and she didn’t understand me or didn’t care to acknowledge what I was asking by asking someone who speaks English. There were 4 techs not doing anything and that one guy I asked which I know speaks English and has done it before was like no one can do it now we have customers coming and the person that does my mani will do it ! Since when ?!! It’s was always done by whomever if they’re not busy. Ok so i waited ....and guess what, no customers ever showed, he was on his phone playing along with the other techs and the owners dad. Just plain Being lazy ! I am a paying customer and expect if I ask for a service in a place of business and you’re not doing anything except playing on your phone that you can help your coworkers even if I wasn’t doing my nails with you (which was never an issue for 2 years prior ). No teamwork ! If I operated like this in my place of business, I would be fired! I would much rather pay more $ elsewhere for excellent customer service ..so I left and took my business elsewhere ! Don’t waste your time here . They need to learn customer service skills .

Customer service is nonexistent... the price changes every time. Most of the staff is rude and the quality of work has diminished over the years. The only plus is the fact they have a plethora of colors.

I’ve been coming to US Nails for a few months now. My previous nail tech ended up being way too far for me so I decided to give this local nail spot a try. I was recommended Yen and I have to say that her work is on point.. she gave me the exact shape I wanted. My nails stayed on so strong that I literally went a full month without getting a refill. My nails were obviously grown out but no broken nails and they still had shape!. Unreal. I did my eyelashes with her today and she did a great job with them also and the price was convinent. The only complaint I give this salon ( reason for my 4 not 5 stars) is the fact that aside from Yen there hasn’t been a tech there that paints my toes right. Yen is pregnant and is in her last trimester and there is no way she can do pedi’s at her stage. Today I had a woman tech who was better than a guy tech they placed me with last time... she performed more of a decent job HOWEVER the paint job —- still not what you expect ( a lot better than my last experience though — sorry I didn’t get names of these techs). Great salon just hope you get a good pedi tech if Yen isn’t available!
