I went to get a quote and the gentleman there was so nice, professional, and was very understanding. I wish I could have used them but if I could have I would have their quote wasnt bad at all and he really worked with us. I will definitely use them in the future!

These people are amazing. My vehicle had pretty moderate damage and I decided to go with Carl’s. I called them and Leyna was who I spoke with first and she was incredibly kind and answered every question I had. They kept me updated on everything and Justin went to bat for me with my insurance company and kept costs down as much as he possibly could. I would recommend these guys anyway hands down !!! No other place in Dickson can compare. Carl’s you have my business and I will recommend you to everyone I know 👍👍

I was extremely happy with the service and kindness that was shown to me today, March 23,2020. I had a small in my driveway incident where my truck door was opened and I backed into my daughters car and hit it with my truck door being open. That bent the door back toward the front fender. That caused the fender and the door frame to make a loud pop when I would open the door. I took it to Carls Collision and was greeted with a friendly person who looked at the problem and said that is an easy fix. We can have that fixed in no time. His repair guys were out to lunch, but I was asked to come back after lunch and they would fix me up. I am very thankful for the great service and superior work on my truck.

In my opinion Carrs Collision Center is the best auto body shop around. They are extremely professional and even more knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company! I am a customer of theirs for life.

I hit a deer and came to Carls for the repairs. First time customer. They made the process very easy and argued with my insurance company to get new parts versus old that they wanted put on my car. Justin was amazing answering all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process, the woman that answers the phone at the front desk has excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to meet my scheduling conflicts, and they even cleaned my messy interior!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely go back if ever needed.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with Carls. The staff are polite & the work theyve done for me is not only fairly priced but also of superior quality. I could not be happier with the results. I appreciate how they strive to be transparent with every option I have, assess my needs, & then deliver exactly what I wanted.

Did great body work and paint but when I picked up my vehicle the stereo would not work at all.Went right back in and told them that it worked fine when I dropped it off and now it wont even turn on.... long story short I spoke to a mechanic and was told it was probably a power surge from them welding on the body panel. They just give me the run around telling me to take it somewhere to prove that it was their fault... witch is impossible, witch everybody knows,avoided all responsibilities and now Im out a $1200 stereo.... would not refer these people to my worst enemy!!!!

They are taking excellent care of my truck and are super nice guys and ladies. Highly recomend them.

For about the past twenty years my family and I have been doing buisness with Carls Collision. Its seems about every three to five years something will happen, an accident or an incident that causes us to have to have a vehicle repaired. Best I can say is that from the time you walk in the door, until you recieve your car back, you will be treated with respectful, super friendly staff. I hit a deer in my truck and the only place my insurance company would warranty was Carls so thats were I took my truck. I paid a $500 deductible with the expectation that my truck would have correct paint match and correct gaps and all broken parts such as headlights and valance etc. However when I got my truck back the paint didnt match the gaps were miss aligned and some areas that werent supposed to be painted like wiper spindle casings/assembly wiper fluid nozzles etc., I was told by Brit that Carls warranted there work but when I brought all of the issues to there attention and my insurance companys attention however neither would honor there warranty or word and fix the mistakes. Then this morning I notice hyper flashing with my blinkers so I whent and looked and came to the conclusion that there was a lose connection in my headlight harness, so I pulled the headlight assembly out to find that they had broken half of the clip for the headlight bulb and it had lossened its self so fixed that then got to looking and found that they glued part of corner light and bracket back to together and it had broken right were they glued and melted it together but I and my insurance were charged for a whole new assembly and installation yet the old one was used instead. Stay away from Carls collision they wont do it right the first time nor will they fix it correctly.
